Bob did a great job doing some plumbing work for me while I wasn't even home! I appreciate his thorough and complete job, no mess left behind, a complete and exact invoice, and a working outside hose! His bill was reasonable! I will definitely call him again!

Dan has (unfortunately, yet thankfully) been to my house several times to unclog my drain in the basement whenever it backed up. Day or night, I even called him on either Christmas Day or Eve, and he came out right away. Dan cares about his customers and always goes to great lengths to provide quality service and also provides references for bigger projects, for example, for me to get my tubing replaced in the basement, so that my drain doesn't keep on getting clogged. Anytime you need any sort of drain service, please call Dan!

After finding a small puddle of water around our drain in the basement we first freaked out a little bit (it's natural for a first time homeowner... right?) and then started scouring the internet for our solution. Handy lil' yelp did its part to lead me to GreenLeaf Drain Cleaning. We called them mid-afternoon and Kevin was over when we got home from work.

I had a small but very difficult repair job on a pipe in a concrete slab floor. Access was thru a cubby hole in a small, carpeted closet, extremely hard to access. Al came and tackled the job like it was his own problem in his own house and worked tenaciously until the leak was fixed. Al even came back the next day to insure I was completely satisfied, or better yet, that HE was completely satisfied that I was happy with his work. His work was clean, no mess and he didn't break the bank. Al is truly a skilled craftsman.

I had Martin over the first time to level out my backyard to install a pool.  I had recently broke my ankle and wasn't able to do much on my own. He helped me with so many other things while he was here; it was unbelievably helpful. Cleaned gutters, fixed a gate- and he ended up assembling and putting up the pool for me!
Fast forward 8 months -ankle still broke - I want to install a dog door for my upcoming surgery. He suggested a door, came out, installed it, and even followed up a few times to see how the dogs were liking it.
He's very reliable, cleans up after himself, and charges reasonable rates.
Bonus- he listens to good music while he works!

We had a clogged pipe and called Chris. He worked with my schedule to come out to fix it. He arrived at the stated time and quickly evaluated the situation. He fixed the problem, explained everything and answered my numerous questions. If/when we have plumbing problems in the future, we will definitely call again. Thanks Chris!

Just had Dave out to one of my rental properties to replace a leaky cartridge in the shower.  I do most of the work on my units myself but working free the old cartridge made me a bit nervous, last thing I need is to bust a pipe behind the shower and need to replace the whole works.  I took to google and came across Dave with Waukesha Plumbing.   It's been hit or miss for me when I have needed to call in the pros on other projects so I consider myself lucky I came across Dave.

He was very professional, efficient, arrived right on time, and the price was fair enough. When your scrolling through google at the different plumbers you never know what your going to get but know Dave is a safe bet.

I hope I don't have to call on him often but glad I now have my go to plumber.

We called to schedule with JJ's nearly 2 months ago for kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, etc. for a kitchen remodel and a couple of outside spigots that were leaking.  Kathy (I think that was her name) was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous.  We also called with a couple of other questions that were answered promptly.  Mike and Nate were here first thing in the morning.  Both were friendly, and very efficient.  The work was done, the areas were cleaned up and all work was explained.  I couldn't have asked for a more professional group of people.

I called Ben to unclog my bathroom drain. He arrived around 9:30 a.m. He told me it was clogged in the sewer line and he would have to snake it. He started snaking the sewer drain. After a couple hours I asked him how it was going, and he said it was bad but he thought he could get it. I checked on him every couple hours after that and he said he thought he could clear the clog. At around 5 or 6 o'clock he told me he thought the sewer pipe was BROKEN outside the house and he wouldn't be able to fix it today. He gave me a 5 THOUSAND DOLLAR QUOTE!!!!! to fix the sewer pipe. So, I asked how much I owed him for the day, and he charged me $850 and didn't accomplish anything. He was also on his cellphone about 90% of the time. The next day I had Roto Rooter come in and they cleared my CLOGGED sewer pipe by the end of the day. The sewer pipe was never broken. I would never have or recommend flow rite do any plumbing in my house.

Very helpful and responsive. Fixed my leaky toilet and had replacement parts on-hand.

The plumber came out to fix a water heater but it was damaged so he called in warranty for a new one. He stated once I picked up the hot water heater call the company back and they will send someone out to re-hook up the water heater. I called the company and they attempted to give me the run around saying that they were booked solid. I explained that we have been without hot water for days now. She then stated that she was sorry and they could get someone out soon. After she said that the owner got on the phone and stated if I wanted them to come out that I would have to pay first. I stated that I don't have to pay because it's under warranty and the labor is covered. He stated if I didn't have documentation of that then I would have to pay. I asked him to talk to the plumber who came out because he was the one who spoke with the warranty company. At this point I asked him why was he yelling and raising his voice. I couldn't raise my voice because I was at work. He said we won't be coming back, find someone else and hung up. I immediately called back, he began to get irrate. I attempted to talk but he was yelling and calling me names. He told me never to call back again and find someone else and hung up. When I called the warranty company they stated he never called to give them a price for the services. His behavior was very unprofessional and rude especially for a business owner. He didn't let me speak and he didn't talk to the plumber about what was going on. This was a horrific experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone even if he was the last plumbing company on the earth. Needless to say I had to find another company to finish the work they started.

Awful company to deal with! They told me to buy a cooktop-even gave me the name of the salesperson. They installed it-but it didn't have enough clearance under my drawers. Never notified me at the time of the install, just left me a note. It was a fire hazard!! Then they said it was MY fault for buying the stove & that they were just helping me out to install it. Apparently they don't know the meaning of the word contractor. I didn't have a stove for 5 weeks. Then there were other things that weren't finished but they wanted final payment. The last straw was when the owner sent me a letter saying that we are done & they will never work with ME again! Absolutely awful people who put me through more than this easy job should have been. They never took responsibility for any of their screw up. Avoid them at all cost!

Carl's Plumbing was sent to us by our home warranty company to do some plumbing warranty work. They come out, order a part and several weeks later, leave a voicemail that the parts are in. 2 1/2 days later, leave a voicemail saying they returned the parts and we're being charged $250 for a restocking fee. I called back after hearing that voicemail at 3:55pm. They close at 4 (found that out later)  and no one answered. Called back and their on call technician answered. He was very apologetic that he couldn't help me told me to call back in the morning when they open at 8:00. I call back at 8:00, talk to a gentleman (loosely saying) he says they sent the parts back because we didn't call back and tells me to talk to Hailey but she only works 9-3. He hangs up on me. Called and left several messages to have a returned phone call. Finally, called again at 10:00 and Hailey was unapologetic, unprofessional and down right rude! Long story short, there was no information relayed to me regarding their hours, if I didn't respond in a certain time frame that the parts would be returned and I would be charged! I asked to speak with the manager and Hailey's response was that they have my contact information. Still waiting to speak to the manager so I'm giving them the same treatment as I got by not waiting any longer to write this poor review!
