They came out same day to fix a gas line on my hot water heater. He was fast gave me a good price. Left everything clean. Even gave me a qoute on a future plumbing project. I recommend them!

My property manager recommended this company to me after I'm so happy with the service that I have to share a little of my sleeping time to share my experience with you. As I listen to my dog snoring, I'll recant the wonderful experience with this family owned business at my new apartment in the Northern WI suburbs

I moved into a community that has well water and after a few weeks of gastric distress, I realized I needed to put a filter on my sink to reduce the amount of plastic bottles flowing (like the Nile before Moses) out my front door to the recycling dumpster every day. Between my dog and I, we drink about 80- 20 ounce bottles each week. It was getting embarrassing; but we couldn't drink the well water even after boiled it! We just weren't hardy enough! Our poor little citified tummies couldn't take it!

I researched and found an undersink mounted filter that my landlord happily approved. However, I'm new in town. My go-to plumber doesn't service this area and none of my friends could help me. I asked the property manager and she stated I could check with their contractor.

This man took advantage of a senior woman that is on a fixed income . He was to install windows and measured windows completely wrong . Then installed them and did a hack job . She has been trying to contact them and he will not return any calls .

They came to sort out some random plumbing issues. In the process, they were telling me about a recirculating system, but said he needed to find out from the manager if I needed a pump. I also needed a part for my water heater, which he had to track down. The plumber called back to tell me he found the part, and it would take a couple weeks to get to me. I never got a response about the pump. Over the course of the last month, I tried calling the plumber twice, then called the office 3 times requesting a call back about this issue. It's been a month, and no call. Then I find out that it isn't a couple weeks for the other part, it's over a month. In the meantime, the original appointment was for three things. 1) water leaking from the tank into the toilet bowl. Wasn't fixed. 2) a bad smell coming from my sink. Didn't look at it and not fixed. 3) losing hot water in the shower. A part was replaced that helped some, and waiting for the part for the water heater to see if that fixes the rest. Everything else I could deal with because I know he's coming back, but not getting a call after so many requests, that's completely unacceptable. I don't recommend them. Not professional.

Paid him $175 to clean sewer drain but they were still running slow after he was done.

The folks at DJ's are reliable and consistent.  We look forward to seeing them each spring and fall.  They keep our old sprinkler system running.

Prompt, clean, up on new technology and fair pricing. Very happy with our tankless water heater install. Would use them on future projects:)

I general do not write bad reviews on business and usually just take my businesses someone else.  However, in this case; I don't want what happen to me to happen to anyone else.  This is the worst and unprofessional company I've dealt with.  This company is unethical and does not follow through with their commitment to their customers.  I had problem with my plumbing and called them the afternoon of the day I had problem.  They told me they could not get someone to my establishment until the evening.  When the gentlemen arrived he was only there 20min and I was told that he would need to come back tomorrow morning before my business open to fix the plumbing issues.  The next morning the guy never showed up.  I called the company and was told that he had another job.  I was shocked because although you have a business; I have a business to run as well.  Out of courtesy; I would have appreciated a call to inform me rather than let me hang.  I had to call another company to come take care of my plumbing.  When I received my bill, I was charged 1 hour for the service and overtime.  When I called to ask about the bill; I was told that there is a 1 hour minimal and overtime is charged in the evening.  In initial call to schedule someone to come out; I once was not informed of the 1 hour minimal and overtime.   The lady I spoke with never tried to rectify my situation expect argue with me.  The company is discourteous and I would not waste my time dealing with them.

Extremely over priced and not helpful at all.  Jumped to worst case scenario and gave an estimate of $5200 to replace a jet pump and pressure tank.  A well drilling company came out to give us an estimate on digging a new well and suggested we check out the capacitor.  We were able to do that on our own and currently it has fixed the problem.  Both well drilling company representatives that came out commented on how ridiculously high Austin's estimate was to replace those two things. Not only that but they charge you $149 to come out and assess your situation.  They do not credit it towards your service even if you go with them to do the work.  My advice would be to get a second estimate before you have them do any service.  I called and talked to someone today to voice my disappointment and all I received were lame excuses.  I very rarely leave a review on anything but this is just ridiculous and in my mind highway robbery. BUYER BEWARE.

I have used Gary for multiple water heater replacements and clogged drains. They are always timely,  professional and do great work!

Brandon fixed two faucets (replaced mixers) and a leak on my water heater. He came out in the afternoon and diagnosed the issues for free then came back in the morning with spare parts and fixed everything. He also gave me some advise on how to fix my slow drains. Price was fair. I'd call Drain Brothers again.

Never trust these people, they are fraud. They were sent to replace a faucet through AHS.
AHS is pathetic so does this plumber.
They never installed the faucet and they claim it was installed and order was closed. Be aware, they threatened me also when I pushed them back.

Trust me when i tell you rasmussen is an honest and competent company that would hire again. They did a job for me at half the price i was quoted by drains r us!

Bassett Plumbing installed out water heater without a dielectric union between the cooper pipe and steel pipe. These two metals corrode each other without this piece.  We did not notice this until the water heater started leaking where is began to corrode.  I have called and left multiple messages and still have not heard back.  We bought this Rheem water heater less than a year ago and it is already in bad shape.

I had a situation at my property otherwise I would not be calling this establishment. I loved the reviews I saw of this company and this was one of the companies that I didn't hear of asking clients to give a review for payment. I called and no one responded. several days later I gave an ultimatum and I got a call from adam hours later. he sounded as if he didn't really want to do the job, as a matter of fact he referred me green leaf. I was disappointed to say the least. this was in mid December but again I wanted the job done ASAP and it finally took me weeks for a company who didn't mind the neighborhood to go out there.
