I called Ziegler Plumbing to replace our toilet on Monday and Dave set an appointment for Thursday. He called me as he had a spot open up on Wednesday and I accepted that.  They called in advance and were on the way.  Arrived on time and  within and hour we had a brand new toilet installed! The old one was hauled away and I did not have to shop or do anything. Upon completion of the work everything was picked up and cleaned!   Dave recommended the Gerber toilet and I do have to say it is quiet and powerful. It is a pleasure to do business locally and to know that Ziegler Plumbing will stand behind the product and the workmanship. For all your plumbing needs I highly recommend Ziegler Plumbing. So my roof disintegrated during the August flooding, and I had a patchwork quilt of rip-outs in my ceiling, walls, and flooring to air out the water damage. Used a local restoration company to fill in the patches. After 5 + months, a drywaller, painter, and flooring expert, the final piece was putting the toilet back in place. Oliver's plumbing came out. He texted and called on a Friday to arrange the work on the following Tuesday. Showed up within an hour window timeframe, was courteous, talkative, polite, and competent. We complained about a different toilet seal issue, and he even helped fix that extra piece. He completes his work within an hour, so hourly fees are mute. The price was competitive. Overall, we would recommend.

They did a wonderful job. I needed my faucet's supply lines replaced. The tech came to my house on Saturday morning and took care of the job very quickly. He was friendly and professional. The cost was exactly what you would expect to pay for a repair like this. I am highly satisfied with the work that was done and especially how fast they were able to fix it for me. If I could give them a higher rating I would.

The guy's name is Keith (not Jim) and he is awesome. Some reviewers on here seem to be confused about who they hired. Keith arrived early and made short work of the plugged sewer line in our basement. Great communication and very polite and courteous. He is a tidy worker too and left the basement cleaner than he found it. I 100% recommend.

We had an issue with our well pump, so we called RHD. They came out and we were called and told we needed a new well pump.  I told him I would think about it and call him back after I had someone else also look at it. I called him back and he said it was fixed, just needed primed. Great! I go to see the work and see my outside valve had been cut and capped, without me knowing. 6 weeks later we get a price gouging bill and no answer on why they cut my outside hose access.

Dina the CEO emailed and said we offer great customer service! The people were nice, but the job was not.

If you want friendly fine; I want a job well done also and they failed to do that.

I called them to fix my toilet. They sent a plumber as promised, Jake. He had to go back to get a replacement part and he did not even charge me for that. Great work and very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

Do not trust this place. The owner is shady and misrepresented a quote. He doesn't seem to need business as he would not respond to a letter or e-mail or phone call. He sent a female employee out to talk with me because he was apparently too scared to face me after jacking his price up. Not a reputable business person. So many other options. Do not recommend at all!!

Great company!!! Professional, clean and fair! Water heater went out and got it replaced same day!!! Love these guys!!!

Had a constantly running well pump.  Aqua came in and replaced water tank saying bladder was leaking.  Cost was very high ($1300) but I wanted it fixed.  Unfortunately, original problem quickly came back.  I believe replacing tank was likely unnecessary and very expensive.  They did a professional job, all looks great but I'm convinced assessment of problem was not accurate.

This company cleaned out 2 clogged drain pipes in our yard. They were here less than a half hour. They wanted to charge us $1200! Never told us what the cost would be and, shame on us, we never asked. After a lot of negotiating they dropped the cost to $900. Still completely unacceptable! We expected maybe $200. Would never use them again and ALWAYS ASK THE COST!

Showed up 2 hours late the second day, I would of had to only take a half day off work, instead I had to take the entire day. Not to mention the technician messed up the T joint putting it on upside down, luckily I FOUND IT and corrected him. Then he proceeded to route the PVC to the sink incorrectly and had to be completely redone. He is only a technician and the master plumber should have been there. Wasted time that I was charged for even though he said he took 3 hours off. The final product was average, it works. A added bonus during the job, a drawer was busted and the part was promised to be fixed. A bit BS later I fixed it myself.

We have had a similar encounter with a driver from this company. I have pictures of the plates and the person because they got out of their vehicle and made threatening gestures and comments to my wife.
