I called Ziegler Plumbing to replace our toilet on Monday and Dave set an appointment for Thursday. He called me as he had a spot open up on Wednesday and I accepted that.  They called in advance and were on the way.  Arrived on time and  within and hour we had a brand new toilet installed! The old one was hauled away and I did not have to shop or do anything. Upon completion of the work everything was picked up and cleaned!   Dave recommended the Gerber toilet and I do have to say it is quiet and powerful. It is a pleasure to do business locally and to know that Ziegler Plumbing will stand behind the product and the workmanship. For all your plumbing needs I highly recommend Ziegler Plumbing. Oliver's Plumbing repiped a sump pump for me.  The price was very reasonable, the work was outstanding and done in a very timely manner.  I highly recommend Olivers plumbing for your needs and I will use him again if I have plumbing to be done.

I was in the middle of a bedroom remodel and I needed some radiant baseboard heating installed so the project could continue. I called Ben and he was able to fit me into his schedule pretty quick. He came out to review what the job would entail, and the next day he showed up and completed the task quickly and professionally. He even helped me get the heating system back up and running. He was prompt, responsive, and priced fairly. I'll definitely be calling him for any future projects or issues. I'd recommend 100%.

The guy's name is Keith (not Jim) and he is awesome. Some reviewers on here seem to be confused about who they hired. Keith arrived early and made short work of the plugged sewer line in our basement. Great communication and very polite and courteous. He is a tidy worker too and left the basement cleaner than he found it. I 100% recommend.

This company is great!  The employees seem very happy working for the new owners and it shows in their work. The plumbers that worked on my home were timely and informative. The people on the phone were professional and courteous. Very happy with my new bathroom fixtures and will definitely be recommending this company to our friends and family for their plumbing needs.

I needed to call HJ Pertzborn to have them come and take a look at my basement drain.  I had water in my basement, and it was not going down the drain. I called, and they were able to get someone out later the same day. I did ask that the techs call me 15 minutes before they were coming so I could leave work and get there on time, which the receptionist didn't relay. Two service techs came out. Only giving them a 4 as one of the service techs wasn't very polite with me and was annoyed when I asked him where the clog was. The other tech was very nice and informative. I haven't dealt with other plumbers in the Madison area so I don't know if their pricing was high, but I felt it was reasonable.  They were in and out a lot quicker than I thought they would be, which is nice because they charge by the hour!
I definitely would recommend them to my friends.

Had a constantly running well pump.  Aqua came in and replaced water tank saying bladder was leaking.  Cost was very high ($1300) but I wanted it fixed.  Unfortunately, original problem quickly came back.  I believe replacing tank was likely unnecessary and very expensive.  They did a professional job, all looks great but I'm convinced assessment of problem was not accurate.

This company cleaned out 2 clogged drain pipes in our yard. They were here less than a half hour. They wanted to charge us $1200! Never told us what the cost would be and, shame on us, we never asked. After a lot of negotiating they dropped the cost to $900. Still completely unacceptable! We expected maybe $200. Would never use them again and ALWAYS ASK THE COST!

Showed up 2 hours late the second day, I would of had to only take a half day off work, instead I had to take the entire day. Not to mention the technician messed up the T joint putting it on upside down, luckily I FOUND IT and corrected him. Then he proceeded to route the PVC to the sink incorrectly and had to be completely redone. He is only a technician and the master plumber should have been there. Wasted time that I was charged for even though he said he took 3 hours off. The final product was average, it works. A added bonus during the job, a drawer was busted and the part was promised to be fixed. A bit BS later I fixed it myself.

They have a driver who is aggressive, dangerous and rude - just witnessed him cutting off two people on a very busy street and then laying on his horn and flipping them off, all whole almost causing two accidents and pulling a trailer with a big skid loader- if I hadn't been theee cars behind, I would have gotten his license plate and called the police - he was not someone I would want anywhere near my property!!
