Rocket Rooter

Had a clogged drain. Plumber  (Jim?) Used coil to clear obstruction but did not go far enough to reach lateral in street.  Did this twice. Then searched for clean out for 45 min to an hour. No luck. Then ran coil far enough to reach lateral. Problem solved. Must have been my fault for not telling him how to do his job. His charge was nearly $400 to clear the wet wipes out of my drain pipe after nearly 3 hours. My opinion? A GREAT BIG CROOK ! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

We had a clogged toilet and called Rocket Rooter and within 5 minutes Keith arrived and unclogged it in 5 minutes!  Saved the day!!  Thanks Keith!

I would not hire this guy again. He came in to unclog a p-trap in our basement. He left water standing it the area of the clog with a awful dirty mess, made a mess of my carpet, broke a switch plate,broke my septic take cover, that costs me $50.00 to replace. I had to pay him right away and never received and invoice, when I asked him to reimburse me my $50.00 he said he would, but it's been 3 weeks and no $50.00 or invoice. Steer clear of this guy!!

Keith is great!  Our sewer pipe broke and caused a small backup into our basement (which we noticed within a handful of minutes due to a leak detector I had placed near that drain a few years ago after my water heater broke).  So I called Rocket Rooter and Keith answered very promptly assuring me that, although he was already on his way to a job halfway across Dane Country, he would be at the house within 2 hours.  I had already told him that our situation was not immediate.  We mutually agreed that it was serious. Keith arrived exactly on time and got to work quickly & professionally.  He cleared the clog.  In the process he told me that it sounded and felt like the pipe was broken in at least one, possibly two places on the line to the street.  He offered (but did not push) to run a video camera up the pipe to see/show me the problem(s).  I agreed since winter is coming (and digging up sewer pipes is bad enough on a good day).  The camera showed the breaks (2) and enabled him to locate where it was located in my yard.  He called Digger's Hotline immediately which began the 72 hour utility notification. The day after that expired Keith arrived with his excavator subcontractor and they got busy. Same day service and it looks like the job is done right. The pipe had broken in that location over 20 years ago and the repair was not done as well as Keith's repair today.  Good work!

The only time we tried to use them they did not show up for a scheduled appointment. If he didn't want our business he could have said so and that would have been fine but I ended up taking time off work for nothing and had to take more time off two days later when someone more professional showed up to do the job.

The guy's name is Keith (not Jim) and he is awesome. Some reviewers on here seem to be confused about who they hired. Keith arrived early and made short work of the plugged sewer line in our basement. Great communication and very polite and courteous. He is a tidy worker too and left the basement cleaner than he found it. I 100% recommend.
