I have used 4 Lakes Plumbing several times over the past few years when I've had leaky faucets and when my showers needed to be fixed so the water would stop changing to extreme temperatures every time someone turned the water on anywhere else in the house.  They came out right away at MY earliest convenience and did the work right the first time and were very reasonably priced.  I liked they they do not charge a trip charge at all and that the are family owned so they really treat you like family!  Steve and Kelly are just the best!  They also worked with me on a payment plan which was so nice and helpful of them and just shows how much they care.  I Highly recommend them!

Dan has (unfortunately, yet thankfully) been to my house several times to unclog my drain in the basement whenever it backed up. Day or night, I even called him on either Christmas Day or Eve, and he came out right away. Dan cares about his customers and always goes to great lengths to provide quality service and also provides references for bigger projects, for example, for me to get my tubing replaced in the basement, so that my drain doesn't keep on getting clogged. Anytime you need any sort of drain service, please call Dan!

The serviceman was clearly extremely experienced.  He was very friendly and courteous to me and respectful to my home.  He restored things nicely after the work was done.  He didn't act bothered at all that I wanted to observe while he worked and he gave helpful answers to my many questions.  I'm guessing this is a rare find in a business that has to deal with so much crap (pardon the pun).  I'll definitely use them again (hopefully unnecessaryf.)

Since I moved into my new apartment a month ago, I have been having a lot of trouble with the hot water. My landlord has tried her best to troubleshoot the problem with me, but we just couldn't get to the bottom of the matter. It got to the point where I was spending an hour boiling water on the stove and in electric kettles just to take a bath.

We had a huge back up in our basement and within and hour D & D Drain Service was here and immediately began to fix the problem! Within the hour it was completely fixed and we were back on track. I highly recommend their services!

So instead of being apologetic over the long delays and messy workmanship, isthmus Handyman now says they didn't do any work for us. I wonder what that cancelled check made out to Isthmus Handyman was for then?
