I was actually looking to pay my bill online BUT I'll be happy to write a review.  During the recent -30 cold spell, of course the furnace went out!  They sent someone promptly as our house was down to 40 degrees.  They put in our furnace and A/C and I find their customer service beyond excellent.

I've used these guys a few times and have never had a negative issue with them. I had a major freeze up this winter in an old pumphouse and even though busy, they got out here that day. Was a major job and the price was totally reasonable for the amount of work it took, thankfully.

Loved everything about working with this family business to purchase and install a new hot water heater. Great communication, came on my schedule, and charged a good price. The plumber who came was prompt, professional and left a clean site (and wore a mask ... Grateful!) Highly recommended!

I met Dave and his team in 2018 for a home remodel.  He is down to earth, thorough in his work and communicates well along the way. He is also very fairly priced. I have hired Dave for many additional jobs and referred to multiple friends.  I highly recommend you give him a shot! -Ryan

EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Jeff from Judd Pumps & Plumbing showed up within 2 hours of our call. We had no water and we really needed someone to come! The receptionist who answered my call understood that we needed help and she assured me someone would come the same day. Jeff was super friendly and efficient and he fixed the problem quickly. He went above and beyond by taking a quick look at our a/c which wasn't working on a hot day. He determined that one of the two a/c units wasn't working which was helpful.
CONFESSION:
*I didn't even know we had a well until the water stopped working (I know that's kind of pathetic).
*I didn't know where our outside a/c units were located.
*I couldn't answer any of the basic questions one might ask about our water system.
I appreciate that Jeff wasn't phased by my lack of knowledge, nor was he condescending in any way. He was cheerful and polite, and he clearly wanted to help us solve the problem.  Having worked with many service companies over the years, particularly during the last 12 months as we renovated, Judd Pumps & Plumbing stands out as exceptionally reliable.

I had a simple water heater replacement job and called Pipe Dreams because they are near neighbors and I wanted to support a small local contractor.  We set a time for replacement, they had a cancellation and asked to come early, which was fine. The journeyman plumber was fine and the work was completed within 2 hours; however, then the bill comes. They charged substantially more than MY price on the heater even though they get a better price. The biggest problem was the labor... $353 for 2 hours of journeyman labor. I called and gave them an opportunity to correct the billing. They said they charge for drive time. Uh, it takes about 3 minutes to get from their driveway to mine. They could not justify the time versus the billing but also did not change the billing. It is quite a shame to look for a small local plumber to support but find a someone that I'm posting negatives about instead.

Great goto for plumbing and have also used them for boiler repair. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. I know people don't love their commercials but don't let that deter you

I would not use this company if it was the only one available..  as a former company owner i did not iemploy habitual drunk drivers.
