Great service!  We called about a leaky main water valve, they answered right away and got us in the same day. We appreciate you fitting usbjn the schedule very short notice and of course for the great customer service and fixing the issue!  Definitely recommend Big Ten Plumbing.

We are new to the area and when we discovered that water was leaking through the tile grout in the shower, I googled local plumbers and found that RELM Plumbing also does remodeling. We planned to put in a tall toilet and eventually replace the flooring and decided this would be a good time to get it all done. Larry, the business owner, assessed the situation and gave us a reasonable price. He and his crew arrived on time on the scheduled day, tore out the old tile, put in new board, shower valves, faucet, a tub surround, fixed all my floor squeaks, installed the vinyl plank flooring and replaced the toilet. They did a thorough clean up and were on their way by 4:30pm! What a transformation of my outdated bathroom!  Really beautiful work!  I highly recommend RELM Plumbing for any plumbing issue or remodel project!

I had a run of bad luck with everything plumbing at my older house and Sauk Plains Plumbing were absolutely wonderful! My troubles began with the water heater, then my pressure tank went, then the well pump, and to top it off my well collapsed (kudos to  Sam's Well Drilling too!). The owner Steve was easily reachable, he even came out on several occasions to help out. All of his guys were really professional, knowledgeable and communicated well. I would highly recommend this business!

Cooper plumbing is an excellent choice for all your plumbing needs. I wanted an additional water meter put into my basement so I wouldn't get charged from the city for sewer costs when watering my yard or washing my vehicle. Brandon came in and added the additional piping that was needed. Unfortunately how Brandon set up the additional piping was incorrect for the city of Mt Horeb. I phoned Brandon and explained the situation and without any argument, Brandon came back to the house the next day and replaced the current set up with the set up that was approved by the city of Mt Horeb and all for no extra cost. Additional, and why I am giving Cooper Plumping 5 Stars is because the same day Brandon was in my home adding the additional piping for the second water meter, I had a heating company installing a gas line for a new gas stove. The gas was shut off so the pilot light under my water heater was no longer lit. I assumed because Brandon was working on the water lines that he was the one that responsible for the lack of hot water. I phoned Brandon late into the evening and he informed me that he did not tamper with the water heater but because the heating company would have shut the gas off, they must have forgotten to turn the pilot light back on. Brandon spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me via face time through our iPhones and walked me through how to reignite the pilot light so we would have hot water again. This service was way above and beyond as Brandon was not at fault but still took the time to walk me through how to get the pilot light back on so we wouldn't be without hot water.
I definitely recommend Cooper Plumping as the service was absolutely outstanding!

We needed a gas line put in the house we just moved into to use our dryer.  Robert's made it a priority to get us on the schedule quickly (the laundry was starting to pile up!), and did an excellent job.  They even came back out the next day when we smelt natural gas - turns out I caused the leak when I hooked up the dryer, but Robert's came out and fixed it for free.  We're new to town - Robert's will be our go-to plumbing/heating company from now on.

We were in need to replace 2 toilets and work on a leaking shower and the other shower replaced from age. Mike came and looked over everything and order all the components needed for toilets to shower needs.
I had the local plumber look at the situations over 30 years and could not fix the issues but kept charging us for everything they tried. They even did the others in my family and sucked as well. They are located in Waunakee and family of plumbers for over 50 years.
Mike Goth took a look at everything and the faucet to the shower/tub leaked and shot water back into the wall. This is where the water has leaked for 30 years the the other guy could not find it!  
They installed the plumbing when I built the house over 30 years ago.
Mike Goth Plumbing said it would take 3 hours to install the 2 toilets and fix the showers with new fixtures and drains.
He was great to work with and very precise on his parts needed. They other guys always had to run back to the office for parts!

Negative stars. Avoid at all costs! Called Ed's Plumbing and Sewer, Inc. I was desperate for a plumber because I was leaving town, and the first two recos from friends who I called could not come because of personal reasons. I didn't want to leave my family with a backed up kitchen sink, but calling Ed's was a BIG mistake. I should have checked Yelp first, because the other review here is absolutely correct. These guys are liars and theives who take advantage of people. It would be better to live without a kitchen sink for awhile until you can get a decent plumber in than to call these guys.

They charged me $456 to clear a blockage that they didn't clear. With the sink still backing up, I called them back in. While routing our pipes, their guy broke a pipe deep in. Now I have a broken pipe and a hole in my wall, and I can't use my kitchen sink. They said they would have to charge me to fix the pipe they broke!

They refuse to take responsibility and are even blaming me, trying to say I am taking advantage of them! They are saying we had a pre-existing condition, and even accused me of knowing about it! Ed has insulted me, hung up on me, and tried to give me armchair psychoanalysis, actually saying that I am dishonest because I am looking for dishonesty in him!  He called himself a Christian and he called me a very sick person.

Avoid Ed's!

Had attitude with me because I removed furnace filter yesterday since it was dirty and didn't make it to Menards yet, then told  me in MY basement to get a new filter right now Because I didn't put a new one in right away, walked up the stairs and left without checking anything else even after I pointed out the drain tube wasn't working and leaking water all inside the furnace and all the electrical stuff, never checked anything. Very bad manners for giving him our business. After getting a filter back in furnance 20 minutes later and unplugging the drain tube myself. AC seems to work ok now after I fixed the problem.
Next time Quigley Smart will get our business.
