We have called Oasen Plumbing three times for semi-emergency jobs.  Every time, they come through, and are thorough, quick, and priced right.  Quality work is done by professionals who are paid well and don't use junk.  And we are always on a budget.  We are gut-renovating our bathroom soon, and plan to contract with Oasen to do the plumbing work.

This location was our last hope. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. They had exactly what we needed. We are very grateful for their kindness and willingness to help.

Such great service! Very quick turnaround time, and the issue was fixed straightaway.

I was recommended to these guys through a plumbing service that I trust (but was backlogged for 2 weeks).  I left an online contact request Sunday and they reached out to me first thing Monday morning.  I was on the schedule for Wednesday.  

The co-owners were in my driveway within first 5 minutes of the scheduled window they had given me.

They took time to ask questions and ask what actions I had done and to see if I had any concerns.  They were able to run a camera down the pipes and pin-pointed the issue.  They completed their work in a timely and professional manner and were cleaned/wrapped up within the first hours of arrival.

The cost was below what I was braced for and he took the time to explain everything that they did.  Definitely will use again.

Service was excellent. Friendly, fast, competitive prices with superior equipment. Our basement was left cleaner than before work started. We have found our plumber.

Have had two different plumbers out to our house in the past few days. Both were excellent, well spoken and showed us everything we needed to know. They put in new fittings for our new shower, moved the shower head up 12 inches, helped remove dishwasher and added gas line to stove to replace electric stove. Came back right away when we called about smelling gas. Checked all their work from the gas in line to the stove itself. Resolved that the stove must be the issue, not the new line or valve. Would recommend to anyone.

Really happy with Avid Plumbing service.  Have used them to replace a toilet and now a water heater.  Communication and scheduling is excellent as is billing.  Service people have been patient in listening to and answering all of my questions.  Really happy with the work that has been done and appreciate the high level of customer service.  Absolutely recommend.
