Connor and Chris were absolutely fantastic and a pleasure working with! They did a thorough inspection of our house to ensure it is safe since we live in an older house. As they were inspecting, Connor kept me updated and explained things as they found them. Also, both were very respectful and even took extra measures to remove their shoes when coming inside to prevent getting mud on our carpets and cleaned up after themselves if some insulation or paint chipped and went onto the floor. Angie, in the office, has been a pleasure working with from the very beginning, too! She has, at the very least, some electrical knowledge and that is great to see and reassuring for the customer; more office staff in the trades need to take a lesson and do the same! When the office has knowledge of the field, there is a greater confidence the customer will have in the company. If you're in need of an electrician, I highly recommend Jackson Electric! They are the only company we will use for our house! :)

Eric and his assistant did wonderful work.
We bought a new stove and cooktop from BestBuy. The third-party independent contractor who installed the oven did a horrible job. They basically made holes in the wall and shoved the wires in. It was a fire hazard that could have caused harm or death to the customer/family.
We hired Even Flow for a previous job and were amazed by the quality of work and great customer service. We knew that we could rely on Even Flow to look at the problem and provide a solution. Eric came out and explained in great detail the many findings of the bad installation. He then laid out a way forward along with an itemized invoice. I appreciate there were no hidden fees at the end of the job.
The job took a few hours to complete and the team was very thorough in answering my many, many questions. During the repair, they had shoe covers, brought their own vacuum, and cleaned up afterward. The tools used were put away afterward and overall kept the workspace tidy. They also called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. The van is easily marked - a great way to advertise but also easy to identify them upon arrival.

The customer service was excellent. The service call when making an appointment was accurate and very fast. After calling several different Electrical companies and getting misdiagnosis calling 5G Electric was the best decision I've ever made.

I'm late posting this but they came out in October to help do the electrical side of my hot tub installation. The guys were all very nice and hardworking. When we did the estimate they came out and we decided on trenching to get to wire from the panel to the hot tub site. They came and did a great job and when we ran into the issue of the panel being maxed out with no space to add the hot tub breaker to, they ran another wire from my hot water tank to the main panel in the garage. They didn't even end up charging me for the extra work they had to do and I very much appreciate that from them. Because of their excellent workmanship and generosity to put in extra work and not bill me for it, they have my business as long as I live in San Antonio. I'm sure the extra work they did was work another 700-1000 bucks and they did it free of charge to me.

Had an estimate to replace a bathroom exhaust fan. The average estimate was $60 to $80 based on the referral site. The estimate I received from this outfit for that job was $389 and change. With my Veterans Discount it came all the way down to $369 and change. This job can be done from inside the bathroom and it is not necessary to go into the attic. There is just no way this job requires skills or time that justifies a charge this high. I received 4 other bids for this same job and the next highest bid was $200.00.

We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Aaron Bedwell of Bedwell Electric for several issues in my home, and they have my strongest possible recommendation. From start to finish, he responded quickly, was professional, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional service. He also answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. Finally, their rates are very reasonable, especially considering the level of service the provide. I would not hesitate to use Bedwell Electric again for any future electrical needs.

I requested an appointment ($59) from Bryant Electric Service because couple outlets in my rental property were not working according to my tenants. They responded very quickly. After the initial diagnosis, the electrician called to inform me that the issues were complicated so an in-depth diagnosis ($350 after waiving the initial $59 appointment fee) would be required. I didn't really have a choice since I was not present. I gave the technician permission to do the diagnosis. After the in-depth diagnosis , he told me that the GFCIs have tripped. All you need to do is to press the reset button. He continued to tell me that the two receptacle covers for the outlet located outside the house are damaged and that might have contributed to the GFCI tripping and recommended replacing them. I said ok and asked him for a quote. He told me it was $120 a piece. Honestly I have never purchased weather-proof receptacle covers before but that price struck me as ridiculously high. I asked him to explain to my tenants how to reset. While he was doing that, I went on Home Depot website and searched for the price. The price ranges from $5-$25 a piece. I called him back and asked him what is the difference between the one he quoted me on and the ones sold in Home Depot. He said his company carries different brand. When I asked him what brand it is, he said he didn't remember. I didn't agree for him to install them so he left. And I did end up buying $8 a piece from Lowe's and replaced them myself. So there I paid $350 for him to tell me resetting the buttons next time when it happened. The electrician is very knowledgeable no doubt. I don't hold this against the electrician himself a bit. But there is obviously something going on with how the company asks their employee to get more money out of the customers unfairly. I will never recommend their service to anyone.

Aaron Sallaway came out and tied into my back porch outlet, neatly ran conduit, and installed 3 weather protected outlets in preparation for installation of motorized patio sun shades. The workmanship was excellent. Aaron ensured he did things exactly as I anticipated so there were no unpleasant surprises. He even exceeded my expectations by concealing a wire run under a panel of hardie plank siding making for a cleaner look. Once he confirmed my satisfaction, he thoroughly cleaned up and left the area neat and tidy. Bottom Line: extremely professional job. Check out Live Oak Electric for your electrical needs....you won't be sorry.

Electrical work is good - so far. Do not have them do any other work. We had them paint our banister and railing and it is chipping less than a week later. Paint on ceiling is already chipping. If you like paint on light fixtures, cabinets and flooring this is the person for you. Please do not have them put up curtain rods or repair brackets in the closet. Everything was off center and uneven. Not sure a measuring tape was used. Constructive criticism is not welcomed by him. Drywall work performed is already failing just weeks after repairs. Cracks are coming back. Please beware of substandard work.
