Everyone at Henry Electric is top notch from their owner Chuck, who sat on the phone with me for quite some time to make sure I completely understood what I could or shouldn't do. He even went as far to get some of his guys to get a few parts for me from Home Depot for no additional price. Also, the guys working the job Tyler & team were fantastic as they installed over 6 fans, Ring doorbell/driveway cams, and multiple switches around our house. They were extremely friendly, professional and did an awesome job. I will definitely hire them again once I have another Electrical project here at our house.

They came the next day repaired our problem just wish they would have told me they either had a two hour minimum or charged for a hour of travel time.  Did a great job just wasn't expecting to pay for two hours when it took right at a hour to do the job.

Really helpful neighborhood electrician. He's helped me with 2 different problems on 2 separate occasions. The first problem he fixed in less than 5 minutes and the second one he walked me through on the phone to try to do myself before spending the money to get it done. I feel that he sincerely tries to be helpful instead of just trying to make the money from the job. I wish more people were as willing to be as helpful as him.

Did entire new construction job from the ground up - were very easy to work with, they answer the phone, they show up and they do quality work.

Xiaoyu was absolutely great and was able to fix my electrical issue in less than an hour! He showed up very promptly and was able to provide me with information around the issue we were experiencing and gave us tips on how to resolve similar issues, if they happened to arise down the road. We're in the LONG process of getting the proper approvals and permits for a home backup generator. Steve, Terry, Chuck and Michael have done a FANTASTIC job of patiently working through all that was/is necessary to prepare for the generator delivery. That included proper sizing of the generator to be installed. For those planning on getting a generator, determining the proper size generator is critical. Everyone I have worked with at Blanco has been TOP NOTCH. They're exactly the 100% customer oriented group of guys that any customer could hope for. Unfortunately, far too many companies selling generators fall far short of Blanco's standards. And, they will not take the time to select a generator that is adequate for your needs. The right home backup generator will very likely not be cheap. But, wouldn't you want that selection to be the right one for you and your family? Go with Blanco & you will not regret the decision.

We called and had an appt for yesterday between 3 and 5 pm.  No one showed up, no one texted, no one called.  We called back, left numerous messages and nothing, no text, no phone call, nothing.  If you couldn't do the job, we would have found someone else.  Terrible customer service.

Bill did not show for the appointment we made. I even called and left a voicemail to see if he needed to reschedule and Bill didn't even call me back! Rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Not reliable.

Guys were here for 5 minutes and I still get charged $135.  It's for the hour.  Seeing that they didn't stay for a hour,  why the hell would I pay this? I will but it's just wrong and a bad company model.  I could be a millionaire with this!!  Next time I'm having them do yard work! You need to earn the money!! I give the guys 5 stars but as a company that allows this is just wrong. I don't mind a service fee, but really!!! 5 minutes equals  $ 135. I'm in the wrong business.  Should be ashamed of yourself as a company.
