I was doing a trade show in San Antonio that starts tomorrow morning and needed a same day electrician today, it's a Sunday. I called and John Grass the owner picked right up and was able to have one of his electricians come out and switch out a plug for me.  Stan the electrician that came out was friendly and on time. Stan even texted me his eta before he arrived. This company really saved me in a bind. Great company. The quote even came in a little lower than John quoted on the phone. Awesome company. Thank you !!!

Priour is fantastic!  We were in a real bind with a winter storm bearing down on us and no power.  We called Priour and he was at the house within 15 minutes.  They got started on the job that morning--coordinating with the electric company--and by the end of the day our antiquated, problematic electrical system was fixed!  Quick service, friendly crew, good work, prompt service and doesn't charge an arm and a leg.  Does it get any better than that?

Great work. Excellent prices. Kaleb is a great guy to work with. He swapped out some old rusty fluorescent light fixture in a carport for a new LED version. It looks great. Big improvement. He also helped with a ceiling fan inside that was falling apart. And he's coming back to replace a broken ceiling fan in another room. Very professional, excellent work.

I spoke with Richard who was friendly, helpful and prompt with his response.  An electrician was able to provide service within 15miutes.  My employer was pleased and said that the electrician explained the problem and how a reoccurrence could be avoided.  Hopefully I won't need to but if I do, I'll call again.

Purchased ceiling fan while back for my Mom's place in Victoria, during recent visit searched on Yelp for somebody to help install. Sent request and got an answer quickly and was able to schedule within 2 days!! Showed up on time, super efficient and friendly, and was able to complete quality work in timely manner.  Have asked for some additional work, Jonathan great! Highly recommend

Darryl asked my 89 yr old uncle to pay him $7000 upfront for the purchase and installation of a whole house generator. They kept telling next week they would come out but never did. I understand that Darryl used to do decent work but for some reason has become a thief who takes advantage of senior citizens. Be forewarned and avoid Darryl Ford at all cost!

Had James come out and finish up wiring our shop. Did an excellent job, gave us helpful recommendations, and completed the job quickly. Very happy and satisfied with his work

Jacob and his partner Niel were incredible. Long time industry vets and electrical brotherhood members, they didn't overthink anything which made quick work, but they were thorough and thoughtful. They really took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish and helped me achieve my goal. I had two three-way switches moved, three new outlets installed and three LED flush mount hall way lights installed and they were there for about 4-5 hours and everything looks and functions great and the price was very reasonable. These guys are my new electricians.

We needed electrical power run out to an above ground pool pump. I emailed Electrical Diagnostics and they quickly replied asking me to send a video showing where the work needed to be done. In less than 24 hours they sent me a quote and said they could start that Friday. They later asked if they could start Thursday morning. With the trench digging needed they were planning to be here over 3 days working a half day each day. In the end, they finished it in just two days. They were courteous, hard working and ready to suggest the best practices while also adapting to fulfill my requests exactly. They showed up promptly when scheduled and communicated well. If I need further electrical work I will definitely call Electrical Diagnostics.

Unreliable. Cancelled twice after accepting date and time  as discussed. Frustrating if you rearrange your schedule or have to take time off work. Had to use another company.

Did excellent work and came out promptly to complete the task. Homer and his apprentice completed and seemed knowledgeable and were friendly.

Greg and his crew are easy to work with and are very professional at what they do.. I just bout a new ranch and did some remodeling and fixture change out. His crew came in and fixed my home inspection list and replaced all of the electrical trim. When the were working in the house the had respect to remove their shoes. What ever your electrical needs are Greg will get you taken care of.  Winters Electric has done my work in the past and will continue to do it in the future. Please see attached screenshot of our text. I spoke to this guy yesterday and today about a job, he said he'd be out at 9 am to look the job over so I sent my partner out and instead he texted me this morning with a quote instead of showing up. I'm the kind of business owner who does my due diligence and gets 3 quotes. He asked when he could start the job and I mentioned I'm waiting on another quote (the other guy actually showed up btw to look the job over since this is a commercial job). He got upset and retracted his bid, who knows why but I was upset this morning when he didn't show to quote the job.

This company is way over-priced. I was stuck with him because my contractor had hired him. So I paid the way high bill. For several straight days I called asking him for an invoice so that I could figure out how much to collect from the contractor. How simple would it have been to provide this information to me. I didn't even get a courtesy call back. Nothing. Don't use this company.

Horrible. Unprofessional. DO NOT EVER HIRE. Costly and does not know what they are doing. And if doesn't work.  They will never come back to fix.  DO NOT HIRE
