Best Plumbing Services in Texas
I called this gentlemen and he offered to come out when he was done with his current job. He also suggested I call the city to have the blockage checked on their end. I called the city and then after they checked, I called the owner back. He was out within 15 mins and had it cleared quickly after. He was very friendly and professional. Will definitely call him for future concerns with all plumbing issues.

Tomsett to the rescue!
I was having a bad day. No water. I called the City of Rockport, thinking they'd shut me down or something. No clue. They told me that they didn't cut me off of the wet stuff, but instead I should call a plumber, there was a leak that led to someone who came and shut the water off.
I called Tomsett early in the morning, and explained the problem. They said that they had a job in Aransas Pass, but this didn't sound like a big job, so they could take care of it immediately. Within minutes, they were on the job. They diagnosed the problem, let me know what was happening, what it was going to take to fix it. We discussed the options on how to fix it, and Tomsett made some recommendations. We immediately agreed, and the plumber made a small cut in the side of the wall to facilitate fixing the pipes, and had everything sealed up and fixed quickly. Chris was very good at what he does. I think it's a husband and wife team who make all this plumbing magic work.
Their rates were fair, and their response time was immediate, which was greatly, greatly appreciated. These guys are my new plumbers!

We had a pipe burst during the Winter storm, and scrambled to find a plumber that could help us. I called 1st class plumbing and left a message with their answering device, I was immediately contacted by text message by their office and was put on a list for when the pipes would defrost and be able to be serviced. We thought it would be a week before someone came out, long story short, within 3 days we were contacted, notified of an appointment, and our problem fixed!
With the demand and need of plumbers across the DFW I can say 1st class plumbing is the company to call for your plumbing issues. They were prompt, on time, professional, friendly, and wore face masks! We even made a 2nd appointment to replace a couple things when everything gets unfrozen and back to normal.
Thank you Dustin and 1st class plumbing for getting our lives back to normal!!!

Did great work! I've never had an experience where you're given a window and then they actually show up on time at the start. Caught me off guard but pleasantly surprised. I needed a pipe replaced and they had it done within an hour. Very friendly and professional. The quote was fair and the work was good. Hard to choose which plumbing company to go to when you finally need one so I highly recommend them!

Gave these guys a call when we needed our gas line hooked up at our house. I made sure i did some homework and they have been in the business 28 years. Family owned and operated, and were completely transparent about the work being done. First off they came all the way out to Denison which I was more than grateful for, I know how gas prices are now a days. Bret was the one who helped us with our house. Explained to us what he was going to do and then went right to it! Was very knowledgeable in his craft and had the work done in no time. Will be using them for future plumbing needs. You can't put a price on trust and hard work, with Schlegel Plumbing that's exactly what you get.

Wow! What a great company! It was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, and neither of our two toilets was working. We called A-Plumbing and they said they'd send someone right out. Damien and Gary arrived and diagnosed the problems immediately and in just one hour they had our toilets fixed and ready for family to arrive. Thank you A-Plumbing!

Tim was the man again. He got me all setup for my new dishwasher and even gave me a probable solution for my stinky bathroom. Thanks Tim. Highly recommended!

I called this company based on the other reviews, however I did not have the same experience. If I could give half a star I would. He did complete the work, so one Star. What took the plumber less than 1 hour to fix, I paid him $160.00 He said that is his rate. It was a broken P trap that I gave him the parts for. So this was just for labor. Total rip off. He cleared a drain with a pipe cleaner, and charged me $110. I thought that was Ok, a little high. But $160 for a P trap? It literally took him maybe 10 Min to fix this. I don't usually write reviews and I usually take it on the chin when something like this happens, however I Hope this will help somebody else not get taken advantage of by Joe's Plumbing. When I asked him, respectfully, why it was so high, he Said, next time use your head and do it yourself and don't call me. How is that for a response to a customer question? Needless to say, $270 dollars in labor later, for very little work, I will not be calling this company again. 02/24/2015

We told the plumber that we wanted cleanouts installed on each end of the trailer home. We also wanted them to find the current blockage and remove it. 2 hours later they found a broken connection under the trailer. It was a T installed by the factory that should have been a Y. It had fallen to the ground and was damage clearly visible from either end of the trailer. 2 hours later this is the repair. A turn at each end of the break attached with pipe to a connection outside the skirting with a clean out on each one and then on to a y connection and then the septic. You will see the cleanouts are on the wrong end a foot from where they now join outside the home not on each end under the trailer. They want almost $1000 for these 4 hours of service. Beware.

DO NOT CONSIDER USING THIS PLUMBER UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET FRUSTRATED AND CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A SERVICE COMPANY.
A friend referred them to me and the name Always Available is catchy but calls go unanswered and well, read on.... I set up an appointment with them to come out at 10AM on one of my few days off. At 10:45 I called them to make sure they were still coming. They acted surprised and the guy said they would send someone else out.
They completed 2 things successfully but the 3rd I found was leaking after the guy left. So I kept trying to call them about every 30 minutes to get the guy back out. It just rang and rang, never went to voice mail. Finally about 4:30 someone answered and he said he couldn't send anyone that day so I set up Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. That Saturday again I had to call them because no one was there at 10:45 yet. Left a voice mail asking when they would be coming out to fix the incomplete item. I called about 6 times and left voice mails every time with never a response. I gave up on them for that day.
So I figured I would get a call first thing Monday at least responding to my calls. NOTHING! I called them on Tuesday morning and JERRY said he received the voicemails and had no idea about the Saturday appointment. He said he would PERSONALLY come out next Saturday at 10:00AM and fix the issue.
So today, Saturday, I called him at 10:15 just to make sure I wasn't going to be stood up again. I told him, let's just make it easy and credit me for 1/3 of the bill from the original service call since he probably wasn't coming out. He said he was already on his way. So I asked him how far away he was and I told him I would have appreciated a call saying he was running late. That's when I realized the call was disconnected! I gave him the benefit of the doubt that we got disconnected or that his battery died. I called him back several times and left voice mails to find out if he was really coming out. Then I tried from a friend's phone and he answered! I asked him if he was coming out and he hung up!
So read those other reviews. Obviously there is a pattern here. His idea of good customer service is not making sure his workmanship is satisfactory and the easiest way to deal with an unsatisfied customer is to hang up. I WARNED YOU. I will be contacting BBB.
