Best Plumbing Services in Texas
After the long process of going through several estimates we decided to go with Good Brothers Home Makeovers. Frank was the most thorough, always responded to my calls and detailed emails. We had our old 70's bathroom completely remodeled and it went as scheduled, his hard working staff showed up on time, were considerate and clean. Wow... all the way its supposed to be. The work they did was excellent. They removed an old tub and put in a freestanding tiled floor shower with frameless glass doors. If you are looking for a reliable company that is trustworthy, fair priced and takes pride in their work I highly recommend them.

ON point pool service by Gabriel Rodriguez was simply great

Called the day before and was able to get the first appointment of the next day which worked best with our schedule. We were called at 7am to make sure we were still available for the 8am appointment. Technician showed up on time, was professional and courteous. We have had our garbage disposal replaced before and it was $100 more. Will definitely use this company again. I appreciate the quick response and go
Update May 2019: Called them for a leaking faucet and changing the shower head. Technician was on time, quick, and we were charged a very reasonable amount. He also gave us some advice on our kitchen sink faucet. They are officially my go-to. The first visit was not a fluke!

I had two puddles forming in my front yard between the water cutoff at the house and the meter on the street. I called a few plumbers, and Zoom was able to come out right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem, did some digging, and confirmed the problem before they started doing the job. I had a major leak in my freshwater line to the house. The repair quote was a lot (although certainly reasonable), but fortunately, I had insurance to cover the sewer and the freshwater and gas lines. If you don't have this, you'd be crazy not to get it. It's cheap, and it saved me $5250.
The team from Zoom went to work quickly. This was a several-day job over the weekend, but they still got it done. They also unclogged and outgoing internal line to the sewer.
The crew was professional and very effective. Robert, the supervisor, was checking on the job frequently, and he talked to me a lot about what was going on and how the job was taking place. I felt fully informed as the job is progressing. My insurance company took a little too long to pay for it, but Robert was notably patient. Hopefully, your insurance company will pay faster. The job was done extremely well, we had only a minimum of inconvenience (although we had to leave the water off unless we used it, since it would fill the trench they had dug).
In summary, Zoom did a great job. They were all professional, focused, very timely, and responsive. I feel fortunate to have found a new plumbing company that I can use with confidence. Having your waterline go out is no fun, but the guys from Zoom handled it quickly, professionally, and effectively. I have no hesitation in recommending Zoom Drain for any type of plumbing needs, and if you need a sewer line, freshwater line, or a gas line repaired anywhere in the Plano/North Dallas area (or further if they service other areas), these are the guys to call.

I have used A2Z for years and would never call anyone else. I have used them in my home and on a commercial building that I own, for both repairs and new construction. Honest, dependable, reasonably priced, they have never let me down. I'm glad I found them.

They did a leak test after I had my foundation repaired. Rick was prompt, informative, courteous and extremely professional. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended!!!

An exceptional experience with Ahndre and Phillips. They came out on a time, diagnosed and gave me a clear run through of my slab leak cause and potential fixes. I appreciate all the work and attention to detail that they put in. Thank you for putting me at ease during a stressful time

Jason really pulled me out of a pinch.
We had just purchased an older home, and we knew there was an irrigation leak prior to closing. But once we put in a new backflow valve and fixed the broken pipes in the irrigation lines, the water meter was STILL constantly moving. I immediately feared we might have a slab leak considering there were no signs of wetness ANYWHERE in the house or outside of the house.
Called around and every plumbing company I spoke to wanted me to wait a few weeks and leak detection was going to be charged by 15 min increments with a base fee of $100+. My house is over 2000sqft, how much do I have to shell out just to find the leak, nevermind the repair?
Found The Leak Whisperers and Jason came out the same day. Leak detection was a flat fee and he found the issue in 10 mins. A few days later he sent over his senior plumber who worked really hard with his apprentice for 5+ hours on replacing all the exterior spigots we have. Jason made sure to fit us into the schedule because it was right before the freeze and the spigots are very exposed. Did a pressure test to make sure there's no more leak and left for the day.
Simple, efficient, clean, and with great communication. The price was the best I could find as well, which just cannot be beat.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

They were very nice and professional. Quick completion, knowledgable and gave me a teaching on how to handle the issue in the future! This is a company that cares. Will be calling them again.

We had a plugged laundry drain. He was the only one who would give a direct estimate for repair and see us the same day. 20 minutes later, drain was unplugged same day and we were able to use it. Would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Did a solid job from start to finish. Really nothing but compliments on the entire experience. Local plumbing family in Prosper doing it right for their customers. Great work.

We bought a water heater from Lowes and received a call from these guys the next day to arrange an install. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. My questions and concerns were answered in depth as they were very knowledgeable. Not only did they get finished in a reasonable amount of time but the total price was less than half of what Baker Brothers quoted us. I highly recommend them and we'll definitely use them for our future plumbing needs.

a pipline in my yard broke. I called Plumber Allen and they came in 1 hr. Very effective and professional. They charge me what they told me and they fisnished their job in the timeline the gave me. Good Experience.

I reached out to Baker Brothers for a hot water heater issue and leak in my bathroom. They offered me an appointment seven days later and I accepted. On the morning of the appointment I receive a text stating that they didn't have time to come out because my issue wasn't high priority enough and the first available appointment would be 30 days from the original appointment. I told them that the house has no hot water and I took the day off work with no pay for this appointment...a date they offered. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Worst person answering the phone !! You can imagine what their service is like .. she kept arguing with me about billing vs invoicing .. all I asked HOW DO U BILL ?
She said look we don't bill .. I said yes .. I understand I need to know what the billing rate is ... anyway as a business owner I WILL NEVER CALL THEM !!!
