Highly recommend!!! Mike came to our house within about half an hour of speaking with him. He fixed our backed up sink and we were up and running in no time. Price was super reasonable. Would definitely call on Drum Plumbing for any plumbing needs we might have in the future.

We've used Drum numerous times successfully in the past but lately the service has been poor to nonexistent. Now Drum doesn't communicate issues, shows up at unexpected times usually very late, and even says unprofessional things to tenants. The last two service calls were issues where he eventually showed up late and then didn't fix, leaving the problem and then trying to charge us.

I called this gentlemen and he offered to come out when he was done with his current job.  He also suggested I call the city to have the blockage checked on their end.  I called the city and then after they checked, I called the owner back.  He was out within 15 mins and had it cleared quickly after.  He was very friendly and professional.  Will definitely call him for future concerns with all plumbing issues.

had a back up in my downstairs shower.  they came right out and got it unstopped.  very professional and reasonable prices.  i highly recommend them.  they don't try to push extra repairs like some of the others i have had here, and are very honest.

This company advertises service in Port Aranasas which is on Mustang Island. Today this company says they don't perform any services in that far out. The plumbing services in Corpus may be good, but can't say this on Mustang Island or Port Aransas where the company advertises the perform service.

I called Mr. Mike Drum on a Friday and knowing I would not be able to meet him until after work he offered to do the job when I was able to be home to clear my clogged sink.  He came by and within the hour I had a clogged free sink.  Mike was very friendly and professional.  He even took time to entertain my four year old's many questions.  I highly recommend Drum Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Mike Drum, the owner, was amazing, kind and very professional. Our family is going through a difficult time as my grandmother passed away this week. Great plumber - responsive with booking appointment, on time, and very courteous in regards to clean up. Mike and his helper attacked a tough problem with ease. There were in and out - worked well together. Would recommend and will use again when we remodel.

Mike fixed a pipe break on the house side of the meter efficiently and competently.   He worked after dark until the job was finished and water restored.   He was polite, very professional and reasonably priced under the circumstances.  I would not hesitate to call him again and will  recommend him to friends.

Mr Drum saved my life! We had a clogged kitchen sink earlier today called another company they came ran a snack through for 95.00/hr. Needless to say they fixed nothing said they will return tomorrow. I came home and had water on my laundry room floor and in my dishwasher. Called Drum plumbing emergency services he came right over and the job was done within an hour. I will definitely be referring him and use him for future services

I live out of town and needed someone to help my mom with a plumbing problem at her house. This company came out as scheduled amd charged her a very good rate!  Highly recommend!

I had used Mr. Drum a couple of years ago.  Then, he was very fair and the consummate professional.  He was willing to come within hours today but suggested I call the city wastewater division first.  The city to my surprise came within 45 minutes.  The problem was in the main line.  According to the young man from the city , was we use too many wipees.  Who would've thought!!  
Anyway Mr. Drum was honest and forthright. Thank God we still have honest people in the world, in our city!!  I recommend him highly.

Mike Drum was fast, professional and gave me a great price. Not to mention he came out and fixed my problem on a Sunday. Roto Rooter quoted me over $400 and Mike charged me less than half that. He took the time to listen to me and to explain the problem and answer any questions I had to ask. Drum Plumbing is definitely going to be the first person I call for plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend.

They came out to do camera view of drain pipe.  Invited me to view the screen.  There was some blockage and drooping of the pipe causing water belly.  Instead of expensive replacement, they recommended periodic clean out, until clean out becomes ineffective.  Could have up-charged for replacement, but didn't.

We had an issue with our upstairs Townhouse kitchen sink.  I was abit reluctant to call a professional after having two handymen  check it for us.  The sink was still backing up, draining so slowly.  Drum came out the next day,  wasn't real sure what to expect, however trusted the reviews  I read on line.  Mike came out, very professional, nice man, straightforward and honest.  He explained all he was doing  during the process with his machinery.  He resolved our issue in a timely manner, very good about clean up.  We are Beyond impressed with his level of expertise and professionalism.  I recommend Drum plumbing for ALL your plumbing needs.  These folks are good, honest and reasonable.  I'm so glad I did my research before calling anyone.  Drum Plumbing deserves 10 stars

Drum Plumming did a good job fixing a valve (water which goes into my refrigerator)..........came out very quick, good price, job done.

Mr Drum is the most honest trustworthy person I have encountered in this profession.  He works very hard to resolve difficult plumbing issues.  He has kept our home from flooding!
Mr Drum isn't afraid to share his knowledge.
He has repaired a major (attic) hot water heater leak, replaced sink faucet fixtures, repaired our leaking sprinkler system., while remaining the most efficient professional, period.
My only complaint is his speciality is plumbing, if only he was a contractor.
He would be our choice for ALL future home repair
Mike Drum will answer his phone and return calls promptly. He stays on schedule 95% of the time. The other 5% mostly emergency water/plumbing.

The owner was rude during his initial inspection. I caught him in a lie and he became defensive and argumentative. The guys he sent out to complete the repair were late and didn't even know what they were there to do so apparently he is unorganized and does not possess leadership traits or management skills. I have never been treated like this by someone who claims to be a businessman. I can't even talk about the actual service because it didn't go that far. Maybe they are good at what they do but I will never deal with them.

Mike Drum on a Saturday morning answered the phone and then showed up at my door before noon.  Two and one half hours later he had replaced a leaking drainpipe in a wall.  He tried minimum repair and when it wasn't successful he reattacked and succeeded in stopping the leak. Very professional, knowledgeable and very personable.  I will recommend Mike to any who need plumbing repairs.  

This was my first encounter with Drum plumbing and it won't be my last.
