I cannot recommend Pablo enough! He is amazing and so accommodating with making an appointment. He fit us in between already two booked appointments so that we didn't have to wait another 24 hours. We had a main line clog and he worked his magic within 20 to 30 minutes. Very reasonable flat rate fee. We will definitely be life long customers. THANK YOU Pablo!!

Pablo installed a gas line to our stove for us, and he came late at night to fix a pipe issue after I had tried to relocate a water line myself and failed miserably.  He has always done what he said he would do when he said he would do it.  He's friendly, professional, honest, and reliable.  He's who I'll call next time I attempt to do my plumbing myself.

Pablo is the real deal! I see why he has so many 5-star reviews. He flushed both of my water heaters and found/adjusted the pressure control valve for the house (which was buried under the flowerbed) to resolve a low water pressure problem. Utmost professionalism, great communication (only a text away!), wears a mask the whole time, is diligent about putting booties on/off when entering/exiting the house, clear and reasonable up-front pricing, emails an invoice afterward, and most importantly, he takes the time necessary to do the job right. Couldn't be happier!

This was a great experience getting a toilet fixed. Pablo called within a few hours of putting my request in . He was very polite and we scheduled an appointment. The day before the appointment he texted a reminder then the day of the appointment he sent a text letting me know he was running just a few minutes late. He had it fixed within 15 min and the price was great. This is one company that I'm adding to my phone. I highly recommend.

Holy Cow! How many FIVE STAR reviews can a business get before the entire city of Dallas is calling Pablo & Bee Prestigious Plumbing every time something goes wrong?

My experience with Bee is extensive.

The first time I called him, I had a few Honey-Do (see what I did there?) items I needed to attend to -- replacing a few toilets, a gas leak on the fireplace, some water pressure issues -- the usual suspects. Pablo did a few things that surprised me. First, he called me back within 10 minutes of leaving him a message. Second, he showed up on time. Ok, not quite on time. He actually showed up FIVE MINUTES EARLY and texted me from his van to say he was here. WOW! Unheard of. Third, he took his time and went through every item on my checklist and gave me a fee quote from a list of fees which he was happy to share with me. That's right! No spinning numbers out of thin air. No charging higher prices because a hot lava Lamborghini was parked in front of my home (okay, maybe it was my orange Nissan). Now here's the crazy part. He was here for over an hour. He actually fixed our bathtub handheld faucet and tried to find our fireplace gas leak. And then he quoted me a fair price for the toilet installs and left without taking a dime. Yes, he refused payment for his time.

Ok, you're thinking. That's the scam. Like the auto repair shops. The first time, they only charge you $5 for the blown out fuse but after that first visit, you can't get out of there without paying the requisite $400 parts and labor fees. Every time.

Which brings me to the second half of this tale (or review, depending on whether you thought Tolstoy's War and Peace was breezy). My home had developed an odd, musty, mildewy, moldy odor whose source I could not locate. I narrowed it down to my kids' bathroom where against my (and Pablo's) better judgment, I had (on my own) recently replaced a toilet. Pablo was out of town when I called but texted me back (from Mexico) within minutes to let me know exactly when he'd be back. The smell was fierce and I didn't think I could wait. So I did the unthinkable and called other plumbers. A few called back, literally quoting me thousands of dollars to 'reset' my toilet and do a 'smoke test' without even coming over. One guy wanted $100 to take a look (or whiff). I might've even fallen for them but they were all BOOKED until AFTER Pablo was returning!!

So I asked myself: Self, why would you even think of hiring another plumber when the most HONEST, most PROMPT, most COURTEOUS, most LIKABLE plumber ON FREAKIN PLANET EARTH is coming back in five days. To hell with the smell. We packed up the kids and moved them into our bedroom on the other side (west wing) of the house.

When Pablo returned, he texted me to let me know the earliest day he could make it over. I told him I could wait but asked him if he had any ideas. He called me and we ran through everything under the sun. I could tell that he wanted to fix my foul-smelling home just as much as I did! Then he gave me the best news ever. He might be able to squeeze me in today!! Sure enough, he came over 15 minutes later and told me the smell was NOT coming from the toilet. Yes, I am NOT a moron!! He couldn't locate the smell but he told me it was not sewage and not plumbing related. Then he remembered the stupid gas leak on my fireplace and fixed it. And then refused to take my money again.

At this point, I don't have any remaining plumbing issues at all but I'm 'hiring' Pablo to come over next week and snake out my cleanout lines just so I can finally pay the guy. Hopefully he'll take my money. If he won't, I'm gonna just find out where he lives and start slipping $20s under his doormat. I'm beeing totally serious.

Trivia: Radiohead has an album called 'Pablo Honey'.

PS. After Pablo left, I found a horrendous-smelling wet and moldy washcloth in the corner of the bathtub.

Let me start out by saying that I never had work done by Pablo. I called only his company because of the rave reviews on this site and I am sure that he does great work.  I called him on a Monday (11/30/15) to get a guesstimate of work that I needed done.  After asking a date of when this could be done, I was given next Friday (12/11/15).  I told him that I would let him know soon after I had a chance to discuss with the wife.  I then texted him on Wednesday (12/2/15) asking to book that Friday of next week.  He responded back with a text that he couldn't get to it until Jan. 4th!    Just know that you may have to wait a while or call someone else if it's an emergency.

Thank god I'd found Pablo. My 1st plumber told me that in order to fix the dripping in my bathtub , he'll have to cut a hole in the walll, tear up tiles ,put a new valve& fixtures and put the decorative plate to cover the hole , which sound like a big job to me and yes he said it was a big job , he didn't have time to do it. He'll have to come back later. Lucky me, he'd never show up so I looked on Yelp and calledPablo. He came right on time,very knowledgeable ,professional. Pablo looked at the problem , told me that he only has to change the valve, didn't need to cut the hole and all other stuffs. He did it in 30 mins!!! I wish I could given him 10 stars. Best plumber and very honest .

If you're in need of a great plumber that delivers quality work and is an outstanding person to work with, call Pablo.  I had water backing up that was coming out of the wall in my garage and there was a clog somewhere in my pipes.  Pablo made two trips to get everything up and working and was professional, thoughtful and was able to fix my problem.  He did a wonderful job explaining the issue and his approach to fixing it.  I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, but I hope it's a while before I need to call him :-).

Pablo is a great man!  First off he was working on a Saturday and answered his phone while finishing another job.  I told him I live in Frisco and he quickly told me he would be here in an hour.  Not a minute late my doorbell rang exactly one hour later.  He presented me his card, shook my hand and covered his shoes with booties before entering my house.  He made quick work of the thermocouple replacement and was able to use a universal unit he had on his truck.  In the end he showed me his price list to assure me he didn't up-charge for being in a nice neighborhood and there wan't a service charge for working on Saturday.  Without a doubt he will be my first call anytime I have a plumbing need.  Even though I have the tools and knowledge to do most of my own plumbing projects, I will call Pablo first.  His pricing is fair, the man is honest and lets face it, it is always better to call a pro for quality work.

Really happy to have found this company. Great service all around. I requested a quote from him based off of the rating on yelp and glowing reviews. I can certainly see why there are so many.

Got a quick response and was the best price I received after comparing 4 quotes. I felt the price was  fair for the work and appreciated this greatly. I've had others and many of us have that charge ridiculous prices on labor. In no way was this the case here and I also like that he carries his price book with him as others have mentioned.

He was on time and worked quickly but with precision and attention to detail. Had a new toilet installed and a leaky faucet fixed. Made sure all questions were answered and that we were satisfied with the work provided. Definitely my go to person for any plumbing needs now and absolutely recommend. Thanks again!

On a side note, he also wears covers over his shoes in the house and my wife and I were both thankful for that as many times, folks don't pay attention to that type of thing.

Had Juan Pablo back at house. Two problematic drains. Cleared shower drain that had hair and calcium from sandstone buildup that I would have never known. Resolved another drain and put in steps to make easier to fix in the future. ALWAYS RECOMMEND Juan Pablo and his service.

Water heater rusted through and we had a flood...after Dalworth cleaned up the water, Pablo rescued an emergency situation....no water. He was fast, the work professionally done all at a great price. He got the cold water back on immediately, and got the hot water back in the evening. It was nice to take a hot shower again! I will definetely call Pablo for my next job.

Pablo is a great plumber! He is thorough and knowledgeable, professional, and his pricing is fair and consistent. He has done plumbing work on our 30 year old home 3 times (3 separate incidents). 2 of those times required tunneling outside to reach the leak. He kept us informed of every step in the process and shared his photos of the issues so we could use them for insurance. One incident was to unclog the a/c compressor overflow line. I recommend him to anyone who has plumbing needs!

Pablo is awesome!  Local one man outfit. He does a great job at a great price. He fixed a leak for me for $450 that was quoted at $1,400 by a larger company. He knows his stuff, great to work with, offers honest pricing and a warrenty. He will be the guy I call whenever I need something else done!

My experience with Pablo, and Bee Punctual Plumbing was awesome. We will definitely be using Bee Punctual Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs!
He is fast, efficient, professional and very friendly. Unlike most companies out there, he did not charge just for coming out, nor does he charge by the hour! I like that he has a book of every service with the price listed. He tells you upfront what the cost will be.
He installed a new kitchen faucet and repaired a leak under my sink. His prices are very reasonable. Everything was clean and working wonderfully when he left.

Wow, just wow.  Prompt, professional, great service.  Pablo came over past normal working hours to fix a problem with our shut-off valve. He stayed late until the job was done, keep my wife informed the whole time and even taught her how to do a seal replacement. Great service, fair price, Pablo is guy to call.

The best plumber I have used! He showed up early and quickly repaired the broken shower head. Originally we thought the wall would have to be opened but Pablo was able to fix it without opening the wall. Very professional and well priced. I found my go to Plumber!

We found Pablo on Yelp and couldn't be happier with his work. We are repeat customers and have always been pleased with his service. Today, we had a plumbing emergency and he was here within a half hour. He quoted us an initial price and after he finished he said it wasn't as bad as he thought and charged us less than his initial quote. Pablo was great. He covered all the prices over the phone for a new hot water heater. His estimate was less than HALF what another plumber quoted! 2600 vs 1200 for the same brand of hot water heater! He showed us how to drain/clean it (over and above service) and was just very friendly, nice and I felt at ease (maybe bc I wasn't getting ripped off?) will definitely call him in the future.

TOTAL PROFESSIONAL...So glad we found Pablo and Bee Prestigious Plumbing.  Arrived on time, neat appearance, articulate, careful, and diagnosed our 2nd floor plumbing issue within 30 minutes of arrival and without damaging drywall and shower tiles in the process. What's more, the charge to unclog a shower drain was very reasonable. Oh, and Pablo also cleaned a patio gas lantern tip without charging me. Line in my water heater caused a bad leak and I had Pablo come out and change out a whole new water heater. He used copper piping for the water lines instead of the braided lines that were previously installed. Squeezed me in his busy schedule right before he headed out on vacation. Yep, we agree Pablo is fantastic.  He replied promptly to my email request for an appointment,  followed up with confirmation on day of appointment, and arrived on time.  He fixed a bathtub drain that was not aligned and connected properly to the main drain under the house, put in a new twist and turn drain plug and also replaced the bathtub spout.  He courteously answered  all of our questions and answered any concerns we had.  He put down protective cover over the carpet and even vacuumed the drywall dust that fell and CLEANED everything up after he was done.  We are so happy to now have a trustworthy and excellent  plumber and his good reputation is well deserved.

2017 Update

I left a 5 star review back in 2015, and I wanted to leave an updated version. This year I've had Pablo out twice, once to replace a busted water heater and once to repair a broken sink. Both times he has been quick to schedule an appointment, showed up on time, cleaned up after himself, and as always delivered quality service at a great price. It's never a good day when you need to call a plumber, but I'll be a customer for life with Pablo.

This was my first time using Pablo.  Our AC emergency drain was filling up with water so I knew that there was a clog somewhere in our pipes.  I emailed Pablo for a quote, which was less than two other quotes I received, and scheduled him to come over the next day.

He arrived and quickly flushed out the clog.  I went up to the attic with him and he walked me step by step with what he was doing.  Very down to earth guy.  We even started talking about random stuff while he was working.

The next day I noticed that our AC emergency drain pan was starting to fill back up with water.  I notified Pablo and he came over same day after I got home from work.  He ended up finding another clog in another part of the pipe which he went ahead and took care of at no charge.  Everything's been fine since then.  Very nice guy who's honest, professional, and has very generous rates.  Highly recommended for any plumbing you may need.

OMG, Pablo is absolutely the best plumber EVER!  He just left my house after doing 7 hours of plumbing projects (replaced 2 bathroom sink faucets, replaced a tub, shower and drain faucet, installed a pump on my hot water heater to get hot water throughout my house quickly, and repaired a leaky pipe underneath a sink).  He arrived promptly to give me a quote and charged me to the penny.  He also uses a price list and his prices are VERY REASONABLE (I know this because I got another estimate before I called him).  Most importantly, he is extremely knowledgeable and competent.  He explains everything and works really hard.  I would highly recommend him and I will never use any other plumber again. In the past whenever I needed a plumber for whatever reason, I would get super stressed out.  I've had some prior bad experiences which have made always made me nervous about using any plumber.  

Pablo at Bee Punctual Plumbing has completely cured me of my lifelong Plumber Paranoia.  I initially called him because of all the amazing reviews which made me a little suspicious because they were so glowing.  

I was pleasantly surprised and discovered Pablo is the real deal.  The Yelp reviews are all authentic and are glowing because Pablo is totally awesome.  He never asked me to write a review or any other recommendations.  That was impressive by itself.

Pablo was always a few minutes early for his appointments and was super professional in every way.  When he looked at my leaking water heater he took the time to explain everything he thought had caused the problem.  I was very impressed with his knowledge.  Pablo offered suggestions and an estimate without any pressure.  

Although I didn't tell Pablo at the time, I had already received other competitive estimates and his prices came in the best of all.  

We agreed on a price to replace the water heater. There were no hidden costs or additional surprise charges after he was finished.  I offered to pay in advance, but he only accepts payment when he's finished with the job.  

After he finished the job Pablo took extra steps to make absolutely sure the water heater inspection paperwork was all in order and taped to my front door for the City Inspector.  

When the City Inspector reviewed Pablo's work on my new water heater he told me Pablo had done an excellent job and the work passed with flying colors.  

Pablo was pristinely clean and neat.  He not only vacuumed up around the new water heater to remove any dirt and debris, he wore special protective booties over his shoes to make sure he didn't track in any dirt, even though he was working in my garage.  

Pablo is very friendly, helpful and just a great guy.  His van is also pristine and has an awesome big yellow bee on the side.  

I am only sorry I don't need any more plumbing work or I would be calling Pablo in a heartbeat.  

A few days after the water heater passed inspection and I had let Pablo know all was well with the city, he texted me back (I love that he is text friendly) to thank me for my business.  

Wow!!!!  Not only does he have a new lifetime customer in me, I have already referred him to two of my friends.  Pablo rocks.  Don't bother calling any other plumbers.

Pablo is great.  He lets you know ahead of time before he arrives and is polite and honest.
He has a price sheet that clearly states the cost of each type of work requested so you don't have to worry about hidden extra charges.
He takes time to explain exactly what he will be doing and let's you know the cost and steps so there are no misunderstanding.

This is the first time I have used Pablo and my experience was great.

1. He showed up on time.
2. His price list was clear and concise. I knew exactly what the cost would be before he started.
3. The work was done in a timely manner (I even had an add-on that was not an issue)
4. Everything was cleaned up and tidy when he left.

Pablo is Super nice! When I found water leak around the water box where the main line goes into the house, I asked several companies for quote according to high Yelp rating.
The pricing was very reasonable compared to some other seemingly big company. More importantly he deserves the high reputation. Pablo was very helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and skillful, professional and patient. The problem was completely resolved and he was able to locate three leak points in total and fixed them completely.
Pablo said he owns the company and works for himself. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, I believe you can check with Pablo first!

Bee Prestigious Plumbing was great! I had concerns regarding my plumbing after a recent foundation repair. Pablo put my mind at ease. He asked me a lot of questions of the symptoms the home was having, as well as usage of plumbing, and he also surveyed the area-poking into all the nooks and crannies. He then put it all together to make a diagnosis. Turns out the concerns I had were just a coincidence. He did not feel I had any major issues. He recommended things I could do myself to resolve the symptoms that I was seeing.

Can't say enough about Pablo! Showed up earlier than quoted. Fixed the issue (clogged drain) quickly and without causing a mess. And I sprung a garbage disposal issue on him, which he happily agreed to fix. Showed me the end result of both jobs and offered advice on preventative measures. Long story short...nothing but 5 stars for Pablo! Finding a great plumber is like finding a great doctor. Thankfully, I now have both. Pablo arrived as scheduled, presented an open book of up-front pricing, examined our issues and provided a very detailed explanation of the recommended repair. Nice guy. Very honest and communicative.  But yowza $210 to replace a water faucet on a six year old house.  You have to be kidding me.  The previous plumber was $200 so I guess that's the going rate. My advice is to get your plumbing license.  I am so fed up with the stinking cost of home maintenance, I actually just signed a contract on a new home and am putting this on the market so I won't have to deal with exorbitant home repairs for awhile.  Dallas is ridiculously expensive now.  $150 for 45 minutes of labor, and that was before the sky high gas prices!!! I think not. My doctor doesn't charge that much!

Greatest plumbing company!! Pablo is a busy man as seen in other reviews but he calls back as soon as he can. That is exactly what he did with me. I had a broken temperature relief valve and knew I had to get it replaced. Other plumbers like Legacy Plumbing and C&W gave me odd quotations or no quotations and tried to sell me a new water heater and even told me they'd have to see the problem first to give me an actual quotation.

Pablo didn't. He told me a quotation right on the phone without hesitation and even showed me his quotation book to show he's not over charging me for coming at such a short notice. He even fixed extra stuff that was around my water heater with no charge!! His price beat every other competitors and his service is excellent!

I'm so glad I was able to meet him as I will definitely use him for any plumbing problems and will recommend to all my friends who own a home in Dallas!!

Absolutely deserving of all the 5-star ratings he's already received.  My shut off valves both began to leak.  Unfortunately, they were so close to the wall and sweated on, that it was something I couldn't do myself. I stopped by a couple of home repair places, and was told I would need to saw off the pipe. Since I didnt wanting to start cutting pipes and such myself, I decided to give Pablo a call. Not only did he make an emergency stop at 8PM to take a look at it for me, he was promptly at my place at 2PM the next day to take care of the issue (which actually required no cutting).  He was polite, prompt, and took every measure to make sure the issue was handle properly.

We called Pablo to hook up the plumbing in our kitchen after a remodel.  We had a few problems installing the sink and faucet and were not ready when he arrived (which was on time!). He actually helped up with the problems we encountered before he focused on installing the plumbing. I was afraid we were going to have to reschedule and happy we didn't have to. I rarely write reviews but felt like I owed it to Pablo after meeting him today for a repair for a tub shoe drain pipe. Pablo arrived 5 mins early and greeted me with a friendly smile. Due to the complicating nature of the repair for my rental property, the only way to access the plumbing work was from the condo unit below. Upon entering this unit, Pablo was polite enough to put on shoe booties even though the unit did not belong to me. In order to make the repair, Pablo had to cut through the ceiling to access my plumbing. However, there happened to be an AC unit in the ceiling which restricted his access to make the repairs. He made attempts to try to get to the plumbing but it was apparent that there was not adequate space to complete the job unless the AC unit was removed.

Pablo provided me with helpful solutions to get my problem solved. I tried rescheduling him for a future date upon removal of the AC unit but his schedule was booked far in advance and I can understand why. Despite spending approx 45 mins of his time on this job, he refused to accept payment. Most companies would have charged at least a $50 service call.

I would definitely call Pablo for future repairs as it was apparent that he takes pride in his work and offers a good price, especially in comparison to the big companies.

My water heater failed in the attic, leaking water through the ceiling. Pablo came over that day to stop the water, and returned later that evening (and stayed until 11 pm) to install the new units. Pablo arrived at the time we had agreed upon. He put on his shoe booties before he came in the house and I then showed him to the bathroom where I wanted the work done. I wanted three water shutoff valves and a sink faucet replaced. He showed me a laminated price sheet which specified the cost for replacing the valves, which also included the valve and a new supply line. There were also prices for the faucet replacement depending on what type of faucet, so before the job was started I knew exactly what it was going to cost. No estimate, no fuel surcharge, no truck fee no BS fee and no surprises. I highly recommend Pablo to handle your plumbing needs and I know if I need a plumber in the future, I'll be calling him.

Glad we waited!

I found Pablo after researching on Yelp - I originally called in late December and he was courteous and up front with me that it would take 2 1/2 weeks to come out, he was scheduled 17 days out.  My issue wasn't dire critical, so I waited and was glad I did.

He confirmed his appointment time via text with me and re-confirmed the day before.  We scheduled it for 3pm and he also messaged me to let me know when he was leaving Plano (even though he showed up at 3:05 for a 3pm appointment).  He cleaned out one of my main drainpipes then removed an old filtration system without asking for anything more.  He was professional, courteous, and fair.  He had a nice invoicing system via his smartphone and even made it a point to show me his standard price list when we were doing the invoice.

This was my first time using Pablo, I got the impression from my conversation with him that he keeps some time on his schedule available and can see existing clients faster.

I figured Pablo must have written some of the reviews himself since there are not a lot of businesses that get all 5 stars.  But now I know, personally he deserves them.  He installed a new and removed an old toilet and 1) was on time, if not a little early, 2) he removed the old one and took it with him so I didn't have to dispose it myself, 3) he cleaned the area prior to installing the new one, 4) he cleaned up everything afterwards and even  took the large carton that came with the new toilet with him.  So I didn't have to do anything after he left.  And his prices are competitive.

Believe the hype!!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Pablo and his work. I chose him originally based on the glowing Yelp reviews and want to add another. We needed a new hot water tank as well as repair of a complicated Vola shower part. He had two visits and at each one he was a few minutes ahead of the scheduled time. He  was courteous, efficient, explained every part of the process and completely consistent with his original quote for the hot water heater and although I did not have a comparison bid I believe his was likely well under what another company would of charged especially as it was a 75 gallon tank that required three people to replace it where it is installed on the second floor. As far as the Vola repair he took a significant snout of time on both the first and second visits to try to identify the exact parts we need from the company. And he will continue to work with us as we have to have parts sent from Vola. Overall in every communication I have been impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and expertise, and he truly could not have been nicer. Our house was left spotless after the work was done. Would highly recommend this company and will refer him to others in the future!

I've used Pablo several times. He is my go-to plumber for a couple of reasons. First, his pricing is fair. I own a few properties and one of the frustrating things to see is a plumber raiding their pricing because you are their regular customer. Pablo doesn't. Second, Pablo does good work. The times he's been out he has been able to permanently fix the issue.

Of course Pablo may be booked during the time you need him. Though what do you expect? He's a good plumber and in demand. He has 5 stars on Yelp for a reason.

I scheduled an appointment with Pablo today for what I thought was going to be a relatively major issue with our water heater. He trouble shot the issue, which turned out to be a very simple fix. Pablo fixes the issue, explained how to identify and fix it myself in the future and would not let me pay him.

Paublo is as good as it gets! He arrives when he says he will, texts before he comes, has a set price list (no random quotes) and he is very polite! An all around good guy that you don't mind having in your home and going in out of rooms. He has fixed leaky faucets, replaced our kitchen faucet with an awesome touch model and replaced all of our cut-off valves. (Apparently our builder thought cheaper was better.) Thankfully, Paublo has saved us from any future damaging leaks! He has been in our home on three separate occasions and today (a friday of course) I called him about a different leaky faucet, he was here within 3 hours, fixed the problem and refused to let me pay him. *UPDATE* 7/13/15- Pablo completed the work! The problem was more complex than we thought. The leak came from the house. The movement/ shifting in the foundation of the home caused the pipe through the house to crack and bust. More digging and tunneling was necessary to re-route the pipes to go underneath the house. I expected a significant increase in charges. Pablo had his list of services and pointed out everything that needed done, which added to $2700. He so kindly and generously waived 2 services and added an additional discount, which cut the bill significantly, thank goodness! There was also a free 2 year warranty on his parts and labor! He emailed my receipt in front of me with his device. He advised me to take the receipt to the city of Dallas to dispute any related increase in our water bill. So very touched by his concern and good gesture! He and his helper worked 6 hours straight in the crazy hot, sunny weather, and he managed to remain courteous and finish with a smile! He seems to really love and enjoy what he does. Wonderful professional!

Every time we work with them, they've been excellent. They helped us solve an issue with our water heater where some gasket or some thing had broken down and was getting into the hot water.

they were quick to diagnose and quick to fix.

FYI since they are so good at what they do and I sometimes have trouble getting an appointment if it's urgent, so might be best to have a back up in mind

Have had Pablo out a couple of times now and have been very happy with his service!

The first time I had a leak behind the kitchen sink that was flowing out of the exterior wall and into neighbors yard. I was originally thinking to go through exterior brick wall to access pipes instead of cutting back out of new cabinets. I decided I needed some advice, so called up Bee Prestigious and Pablo came out and advised me. I ended up going through cabinet back and found leak. Pablo came out that night after hours and soldered a new joint in a small space under sink for me to get my kitchen patched up.

Second time Pablo came out and cleared a slow draining shower, as first time great service. Notified of price up front, notified of any delay in schedule (never been more than 15 min but sent a text anyway). Friendly, courteous and tidy work. Is now my go to guy!!

My wife found Pablo last year after receiving bogus quotes from Home Shield Warranty.  Since then we have cancelled our membership with American Home Shield and we have found a reputable plumber with Bee Prestigious.  We recently had a leaky toilet, but it sounded like we didn't have enough water pressure.  Pablo came out late and on time and replaced the main valve.  He even showed me how to fix others in the future if needed.  His prices are reasonable, but more importantly he is honest and on time!  If you need any plumbing done, give him a call.  You won't be disappointed.

Man Pablo was great. He came to me off of referral which is the only way I will use a vendor.  I had a pipe bust on my external faucet so i had water leaking inside my wall.  After i got the water turned off i gave him a call and he made it out a few hours later. Note this was on a Saturday.  He came out and knew exactly where the problem. He has a full blown price sheet that he shares with you which is nice. He told me it would be one of 2 prices depending on what type of connection was used inside the wall.  He said it all was dependent on whether the sub contractor who did the plumbing when the house was built cut corners or not.  I got lucky and it ended up being the lower of the 2 prices.  Anyway he fix the issue in about 30-40 minutes.  I then asked him about a hot water heater i was having problems with as well as another leaky faucet.  He took his time explaining to me what to look for and quickly fixed my leaking faucet.  
Pablo is a great guy, who does great work and really seems to care about his customers.  He had another appointment after mine but never made it seem like he was in a rush to move on to collect his next check.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Got the work done quickly and didn't make a mess. Was respectful of our floors!

Best plumber ever...and I mean ever. Had a bad/crazy week dealing with hot water heater issues as a result of a bad roofing job.  Once the hot water heater was fixed by Baker Bro's, and I use the word fixed loosely, I noticed the that water coming out of my faucet was basically boiling. Called Baker Bro's to come out on a Saturday ($ 100 trip charge) and he told me he thought I had a slab leak but really wouldn't know for sure until he did a pressure test that he would have to charge me a few hundred $$'s for but wait, the guy from your company that was here a few days ago was suppose to do that?? Baker Bro man, get out of my house before I punch you!! I thought to myself, .oh geez this nightmare needs to be over.

Trusting my handy yelp, I found Pablo.  Called him as soon as the BB loser left and he told me he was at a job but could come on Sunday morning.  He also said slab leak and told me my options.  His pricing was very reasonable but most important, I felt that he was explaining all of my options and gave me a good course of action. He wasn't trying to charge me for a diagnosis b/c he knows his stuff. I hired him on the spot.  We had to wait a few days to start the repair but I was fine with that b/c it was a big repair (massive tunneling under the house) and I trusted him.  He and his crew did a great job.  I had a little freak-out after the repair was over and he reassured me that it would take a day or two for things to settle down and he was spot on.  He does a great job, he is great to work with and I highly recommend him.

I found Pablo here on Yelp.  Based on his reviews I waited a week, living with extremely low hot water pressure, to have him come complete my service due to how busy his schedule is.  He was worth the wait.  He was onetime and provided a great value for the repair that was needed.  He was extremely courteous and informative as to what the problem was.  I highly recommend him!

Our showers and sinks weren't draining. The plumbing company through our home warranty came out and said we had a broken pipe and needed to pay $3,000 to replace it. I called Bee Prestigious to get a second opinion. He came out and saw that it was just some small roots that had seeped into our pipe through a tiny crack. He removed the blockage and saved us thousands of dollars. Plus, you can just tell he's an honest hard-working guy. If/when we ever have plumbing issues, he'll be the first person we call.

Pablo did an AWESOME job! My son flushed down a whole bag of baby wipes. Called Pablo in a panic because all toilets were backing up. He returned my call within 30 minutes and was there within 25 minutes! He was super nice and gave me the best pricing.

Called to get a water line replaced, he stated he doesn't service North Oak Cliff, so if you live in Kessler or Stevens Park, don't bother. He was friendly on the phone though, but couldn't suggest any plumbers who service the area.

This is one great plumber. I look at reviews on Google and Yelp before deciding, and then contacted Bee Plumbing.  I was impressed with their speed of response, and we were able to get everything set up using text messages very quickly. They arrived on time for all of the appointments, and gave me clear commitments on all of the work. We had a slab leak under the house so there was an extensive amount of work but they did it all, and seem to have done a great job. I hope I won't need them again but if I do, they will be my first call.

Pablo has been out to our home several times in the last few years as our home is older and things have cropped up. He wears coverings over his shoes to enter your home and has masked up every time he's here. His work is excellent, prices are reasonable, communication is great, and he is very knowledgeable about his profession.

He just fixed a slab leak for us and went over several methods for us to approach the repair, was very clear on pricing, and got the job done in the stated time frame. The job site was left clean and he was able to take care of a separate problem that cropped up while he was here and gave us tips to prevent the problem reoccurring.

In the past I did try to book an appointment with him and had to go with other plumbers because his schedule was so full, but that's to be expected with the quality of his workmanship. If you can wait for him to have an opening in his schedule, I highly recommend you do so because it's worth the wait to know your repair was done correctly.

Pablo has done work for me on three different occasions.  The last job was a slab leak. Pablo diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs with the professionalism he always does. He does great work. He is there when he says he will be and he is as honest as they come.  

It is hard to find great people, especially a plumber. Guess what, you just found one.  The only downside is that he is busy, but it is worth the wait.  He gets my highest endorsement.

Our 15 year old gas water heater started to leak so I picked up the phone and called some of the big plumbing companies. Many of them wanted to come out before providing an estimate (I wasn't in the mood for an in-person hard sell) or they quoted a wide ranging estimate that didn't include parts. I saw Pablo's feedback on yelp and decided to give him a call. He quoted a set price over the phone that included all parts - new flexible gas line, new cold water cut off value, etc. Pablo kept the lines of communication open leading up the appointment, he arrived on time (if not a little early) and did a great job installing the new water heater. It's so refreshing to work with someone that delivers top notch customer service and takes pride in the quality of their work.

Pablo is the best.  He has done two jobs for us...one was a major sewer line break that required 12 feet of tunneling  under the house, and the other was a sewer line clog.  Very competitive pricing, showed me his rate sheet right up front, took photos before and after the repair, and was always early or on time.   I definitely recommend him.

Over the phone, he quoted me a price based on my problem explanation.  He explained he charges by the job.  No pricing surprises after he arrived... He analyzed my problems, presented solutions / options / recommendations.  He provided a very detailed, thorough binder of upfront pricing for each item.  Once the decision was made on how I wanted to proceed, he efficiently completed the job leaving no mess!

His schedule was about a week out when I called.  Based on the Yelp reviews and my gut feeling over the phone, I chose to make the appointment and wait... sooooo glad I did.  Will definitely call him again, if needed!  PABLO ROCKS !

We had received other quotes for the work we needed done and Pablo's quote was in line with others. What ultimately decided it for us was that he understood that digging up our slab wasn't the only way to fix our leaky pipe. He worked with us to creatively solve our problem and charged less than what he quoted.

He was on time, finished when he said he would, kept the work area clean and left us with water at night (we thought it would be off).

Pablo provided me with same-day, top-notch service for a variety of plumbing issues. He successfully installed a new sink faucet, cut out an old bathtub drain that was essentially glued in place, repaired a loose and wobbly bath faucet, and repaired a built-in hand soap dispenser. He was upfront about all pricing after assessing my needs and the price he quoted was exactly the price I paid. He was friendly, punctual, professional, and went above and beyond as far as customer service is concerned. I highly recommend this business.

9-22-17 update, Had Pablo install a new water heater and toilet. My existing toilet bracket had rotted through and Pablo fixed it and cleaned the whole area where the leaky toilet had been. He fixed it up looking good as new. The water heater was installed in the attic without issue and no problems with inspection. You should hire him!

Trying to find a reasonable and trustworthy plumber in an emergency situation is difficult to do, but Pablo was the best. I had found that I had a slab leak, a water leak under the foundation of my home, and needed someone to repair it quickly before it caused any damage. After sorting through reviews and contacting several other companies, I happened across Bee Punctual Plumbing here on Yelp. Pablo got so many rave reviews, I couldn't help but to contact him. He originally said he couldn't come out because he was booked for 3 weeks (I can see why for his reviews). When trying to find an alternative comparing prices and such, I couldn't find anyone else. His prices were more reasonable than any other company I called, so I contacted Pablo again, and he just an opening later that week.

He showed up early in the morning, ready to do the job! He was great! I told him about my problem, and where I thought it was leaking and how I found it. He got right to work. It only took him a half a day to completely finish the repair.

I could not ask for better serivice. Pablo and Bee Punctual Plumbing is VERY HIGHLY recommended. So much so that I wanted to give him the courtesy of giving him a review so I signed up this account just for this purpose.

Unbelievable service. We had a plumbing emergency-all three toilets down, sewer water flooding one bathroom-and could not reach the previous plumber, who had come to the house twice in three weeks. We looked on Yelp and found that Pablo came highly recommended. He returned our call and arrived at our home in 45 minutes. My fiance and I are about 90 days into our first home and have been hit by two hail storms, dead critters in our walls as well as live ones in our attic, and basically, you name it and we've dealt with it. Then, we get hit with a hot water slab leak. After receiving quotes from bigger plumbing companies that ranged from 3k all the way to 6k, I finally found Pablo (Thanks, Yelp!). He gave me the cost to repair it over the phone without any hesitation, haggling, or maybe's that other big companies were doing to us. He was able to fix the slab leak (an all day job) within 3-4 hours, show me his work, give me a two-year guarantee, AND clean up after himself when the job was done. This might seem silly, but him showing me his price list that was typed out and placed neatly in a binder made me feel at ease. Knowing that he was honest and not someone who pulls arbitrary numbers out of thin air is refreshing and hard to come by. He made us finally feel like home ownership isn't so stressful. I am so glad we've found our forever guy!

Nicest guy ever! Had a toilet issue. Called Bee Prestigous and left a message. Pablo returned my call later that day. Scheduled a service call for a week and a half later. Ran late but was in regular contact to give me updates on his ETA. Diagnosed the problem, showed me his book of rates and gave me the cost to fix it. Didn't have the needed part on his truck so he came back, on a Sunday, Yes SUNDAY, to finish the job. I ask a lot of questions. He was patient and kind. Showed me everything he did and what he had to remove and replace. Such a nice guy with a sense of humor to boot. Can't say enough good things. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and has reasonable rates. Pablo is a one man business and does all his own work from scheduling to sending receipts for payment. There may be a wait to get on his schedule but he is well worth it. I hope to not have any more plumbing issues but if I do, I would definitely use Bee Prestigous again. Thanks Pablo.

We received a quote from another plumbing company for $2,500 to repair a broken sewer pipe deep under the front lawn.  Requested a second opinion from Bee Prestigious who came out and using their camera determined that the broken pipe was under the sidewalk and was therefore the responsibility of the City of Dallas.  City of Dallas came out within one day and repaired the pipe for free.  Bee Prestigious saved us $2,500 because they were honest!  Bee Prestigious will be my go to company for future plumbing issues.

I searched Yelp in my area for a plumbing need I had. I first called Planet Earth since they had a 5 star review and were close to me. After no response in 2 days, I then called Micah's for the same reason. Surprisingly (since they both had strong reviews) I never received a call back from either. A no-nonsense/no-bs company. Very professional, courteous  and knowledgable. I described the job over the phone (HW heater replacement) and was quoted a price. I was extremely leery because the price was reasonable and my previous experiences with other plumbing companies, their objective was to get in the door for a service-call fee and then up-sell to the maximum.  BPP's price was the lowest of the four I had gotten. I went over the includes 3 times to make sure there would be no surprises. We set up the appointment and Pablo showed up on time. We chose Pablo for our plumbing needs based on the reviews here and we knew we had found  an honest, hardworking and punctual guy. We had Pablo install two water heaters for us and are very happy with the quality of work. What we liked the most is that he was always available to answer any and every questions even long after the work was done and the attentioin to detail. Our kitchen sink was backed up and had a slow drain. I called my home insurance, American Home Shield, to come out and assess the issue. They had sent someone out a few months ago to replace the pipe under the sink. Well, that was a waste of a service fee and visit. They gave me an insane quote. Having bought an older house, wasn't sure how bad the issue was. Being new to the state, I didn't have any connections so I checked Yelp for plumbing reviews. I'm glad I did. I called Pablo and he came out to assess the issue. He came back a few days later and had that pipe cleared after trying a couple of snakes, since the build-up had been there years from the prior home ownership. Pablo is professional, punctual and a great plumber/ I will continue to use his services and gladly recommend him to friends and family. Great customer service!

11/28/14  Excellent job.... Pablo came to replace  two  bathroom faucets. He had given me a quote over the phone after I  explained in detail what I needed done.

He did an excellent job,explained to me what he was doing billed me exactly as quoted and left everything neat and tidy when he left.

Pablo is prompt, professional and personable.  He returned my initial call to schedule an appointment within an hour.  We exchanged texts to confirm my appointment and he gave me a 30 minute heads up that he was heading my way.  When he arrived he took the time to understand our needs, explained what needed to be done to fix our problem and completed the job in a timely manner.  Pablo also uses a Price Sheet which gives his customers peace of mind that he's not quoting them prices off the top of his head.   While working, Pablo always double checked his work to ensure our problem was fixed right the first time.  Excellent service and experience.  I would HIGHLY recommend Bee Prestigious Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I've had three different plumbers come to my house for issues and Pablo was the best by far.  In fact, he may have been the best serviceman I've ever had come to my house. He is extremely kind, respectful, and honest.  I was suspicious when I saw so many 5-star ratings on yelp, but when he came to my house it all made sense.  He thoroughly evaluated the problem I was having and patiently answered all the questions I was having.  He is the sole employee and the business owner and doesn't try to sell you work that doesn't need to be done.

Previously, a larger plumbing company came by and said I needed to replace my sewer line, which would cost me $1300. Pablo inspected it himself and let me know that it was actually in good condition and did not need to be replaced.  I had him come back to my house a second time to plumb the primary drain line from the attic AC unit to the p-trap under the sink.  The plumbing was done very well and now my attic ac unit drains properly.  He also noticed my existing p-trap was installed incorrectly and he fixed that for me.  See pictures of before and after installing the drain line from the attic AC unit.

Pablo is very busy because he has been in the business a long time with a strong foundation of quality plumbing work and has built up a large following of customers who continue to go back to him. I highly recommend Pablo for your plumbing service needs.

We are new to Dallas, and as a result of all these ratings, we contacted Bee's plumbing for an issue we had in our new home.  I didn't meet Pablo, but my husband who is an extremely picky picky person could not say enough great things about him. Since my hubby doesn't know anything about Yelp, I felt I should get on and give Pablo the rating he deserves.  My husband says that Pablo showed up on time, was a super nice guy and instead of charging us for a problem we didn't have, he was extremely honest and fixed our minor issue and only charged us his minimal visit charge.  I had called him to replace the whole drain, but he immediately told my husband it was not necessary.  He also spent additional time at no charge looking at our tankless water heater to explain some things to my husband.  Thank you Pablo, we will definitely call you the next time we have a problem.

I can't say enough great things about Pablo and his work.  We had our washing machine drain back up due to some extremely old cast iron that we had remaining in our crawl space.  I explained the problem and the project to Pablo and he was starting within a few days.  Very knowledgeable, honest, professional and cares about your project.  The quality of his work has shown over the past few days.  He will explain what he is doing during the project and he won't try to sell you anything extra you don't need.  Our system is working flawlessly now!  Give Bee Prestigious a shot

Pablo is the man!

He sent us a text when he was on his way over. BONUS.

He was on time. He got all our new toilets installed. He had to fix some of the plumbing so it took some time but he got everything done in reasonable time and at an affordable price. He also laid down mats and wore shoe coverings so he wouldn't track dirt around the house.

He offered to come out ASAP if we had any other needs for plumbing. We'll for sure be calling him again if we have any plumbing needs.

I researched really hard to find a plumber.  I moved from California so had to start over with vendors, and finding the best.  So when 2 of my toilets started whining i began the search.   I finally chose Bee Prestigious (even tho the owner of Ben Franklin plumbing is my neighbor in kings lake), and i am so glad i did.  I made the appointment thru yelp and then Pablo texted me within the hour.  He made the appointment, and then texted to confirm the day before, and then texted when he was on his way.  His prices are set, and shows you in the book.  He had the parts on his truck, and fixed both toilets in less than an hour.  What i also like is that he showed me the parts he replaced so i was secure in knowing he did what he said and charged me for.  Additionally, in my situation what he replaced has 2 year warranty.   Last but not least Pablo is so professional, and very pleasant while discussing the issues.  This is my go to plumber from now on!

Pablo is everything the other Yelp reviews have said and more.  He is honest, does great work, has a pre-made price list that he goes over with you when he first assess the problem, and lets you know as things change.  I had leaking shower faucets that turned out to be slightly more complicated than he first thought but he was able to take care of everything and it cost me less than I was expecting.  I will DEFINITELY call him with all my future needs and I highly recommend him.

Our sewer line between the house and city main became blocked. After calling a well recognized vender to attempt a repair, we were given an estimate of nearly  $4,500. Searching the internet plumber reviews, we called Pablo and scheduled a visit. He promptly arrived and did a fantastic repair for about 1/3 the amount. Pablo is highly professional and has the latest equipment. After doing a camera inspection, he gives an upfront cost sticks with it! A+A+A+

I just got my kitchen faucet replaced and my downstairs bathroom unclogged. I have no complaints! Appointment was timely, price was known upfront, and work was done quickly. The faucet I bought had defect but I purchased another one and was installed quickly. I would definitely use them for future plumbing issues!

I highly recommend Pablo for all your plumbing repairs. Just like all the other reviews have said, Pablo is the absolute best!  I won't use anyone else and will even wait just to have him do any future repairs, heaven forbid.  He diagnosed and repaired a slab leak in my house where several other contractors showed some hesitation and reluctance to even do the work. He was honest, fair, and straight forward with what to expect for cost and showed me everything he needed to fix.

I found Bee Prestiguos Plumbing on Yelp and decided to give them a try because of the high ratings.

We had a clog laundry drain that wouldn't unclog. Pablo accessed the issue and determine the sewer line between the kitchen to the laundry room was broken. My home have cast iron sewer line so due to aging, it was only a matter of time before it started to leak.

The original plan was to tunnel to the line and repair the damage area. However the pipe was beyond repair. Pablo and his crew rerouted the sewer line with PVC pipe to resolved the issue.

The repair was expensive, but its small price to pay for quality. He and his crew were very polite and got the job done fast. See my photos.

Our home is back to normal again. Thank you Pablo.

Pablo might actually be a genius. He fixed a problem that stumped the other plumbers that came out. The odor in our shower was coming from inside the shower frame. (We needed to seal where we had missing screws.) He was professional, so kind and very thorough. You are will not go wrong with hiring Bee.

Our water heater was 11 years old, so I did some research and reached out to a few plumbers.

One quote was $200 more than Bee Prestigious for the exact same work (same heater, drain pan, City of Richardson inspection).

Another plumber quoted the same price but said he didn't like to involve the city for their required inspection.

Pablo did a great job, set it up to code, and even helped with a quick shower issue free of charge. I can see why he has so many great reviews and is in demand. Will definitely use him for future plumbing needs.

There is a reason Pablo has a 5-star rating across literally every review. Not only is he a genuinely nice person, he is honest and reliable. We've had a number of plumbing issues in our old house -- from a simple snake job to a longer water heater /piping install. He brings a high quality to everything he does, and has a book of prices (which are all very reasonable) so you can trust he's not making up quotes on the spot. He is fast to respond, and oftentimes has been able to swing by the same-day to at least take a look and make a game plan.

This was my first experience with Bee Prestigious and I was well satisfied. I needed a slow drain cleared and tub control leaks fixed. Pablo took the time to explain all the options available and benefits of refurbish vs. replacement. He also explained how much improvement I could expect in the drain, as well as the risks of replacing some very old hardware that could break during the work. In the end, Pablo was not 100% satisfied with the refurbish work and charged me Nothing for that portion! What a decent guy. You can't go wrong. I think plumbers of this caliber are few and far between.

Pablo is awesome!  My elderly father had a leak under the kitchen sink. Since he had a Moen faucet, Pablo informed us that the parts had a lifetime warranty. He spent time looking online for the correct parts for us to order. He then came out a second time to finish the job after we had secured the parts from Moen. I think he went above and beyond and would highly recommend his service to anyone. I wasn't able to be there when he came the second time, but I felt secure that dad would be taken well care of.  I can't say enough good things about Pablo!

The best service ever.  So trustworthy, and so much integrity.  He quoted a price for us not knowing how bad it was.... We didn't either.  Went under the house and everything was awful.  Top 5 worst jobs he has ever done. Never raised the quoted price. I trust know one, and I swear I would trust this man with my kids. Always smiling.  My husband does not let workers in this house with out him here... Except him.  He is booked about a week in advance cause the weather. But totally worth the wait!!!

Pablo with Bee Prestigious is my go-to plumber and one I'll highly recommend to friends and neighbors. I just moved into a 1960's home and wanted minor issues fixed with the toilets and faucets. While Pablo was doing the walkthrough, I pointed out an ongoing sound of water running, but there were no signs of issues in the walls or flooring. Pablo identified that I had a leak in my hot water pipe under my slab foundation. He scheduled a date to return when he would have a chunk of time to dedicate to excavate a narrow tunnel under my slab (rather than ripping up my flooring and drilling into the slab), locate the tiny hole in my pipe (which had been gushing gallons water each day), remove the effected area and solder in a new copper pipe length, and tightly repack the dirt back under my slab. It was a long and laborious 2-day process for Pablo and his two teammates, but they were upbeat throughout, did a good job of keeping me updated, and cleaned up the area really well. The project comes with a 2-year guarantee. I trust Pablo - he's the best!

I cannot recommend This company enough! His prices are reasonable, he stands behind his work. 3 f the times we have called were after hours, and I fully expected a service fee or to be told we had to wait for the next day. If there was a service fee for after hours, it was so small as to be negligible! He also gave us tips on how to keep him away from our house for longer periods!

I called to make an appointment to have Pablo come out during the week with a hot water issue, thinking our hot water heater was going out. Within 15 minutes of leaving the message my call was returned and he was leaving his last job heading home, but graciously offered to stop by and look at our problem. Within 20 minutes he was at my house and within 5 had already diagnosed the issue, even offering to stay and fix it today.

Where I really felt the most comfortable is he didn't pull a price for the job out of thin air. He had a sheet with all services and prices and showed me exactly what I needed and how much.

Great service, extremely friendly and even more helpful. We will definitely be calling anytime we have an issue in the future.

Pablo replaced two outdoor faucets with a warranty and a reasonable price. Pablo was professional and on time. I would use Bee Prestigious Plumbing again for small plumbing issues. I got a quote from Pablo to replace part of my sewage main line and ended up going with another well reviewed plumber for $1,100 less than what Bee Prestigious quoted me but otherwise, I would recommend.

Fair and upfront pricing, paired with quality work. I'm a DIY guy, but the bolts on our 30+ year toilet rusted. When I went to replace it, it ripped part of the lead pipe. I quickly knew I needed professional help as nothing on the shelf at HD would help me fix it. Pablo helped me replace the brass flange on the lead turn in and finished the install for me. It required a small bit of concrete chipping and some welding. He took such care, that did not have to replace any tiles! I also had him come back to check on another toilet in a secondary bathroom. Pablo is top notch, offers a 2 year warranty on his work.  Only quam is he is in such demand. that his schedule fill up quickly and is usually two weeks out. If you can wait for him, I highly suggest it! You will not be disappointed.

I needed to repair the main water service and was lucky enough to find one of the best plumbers in the DFW area, thanks to these reviews.  He responded promptly to my calls and texts; and when he finally came out, he completed the job quickly and efficiently.  I have recommended him to numerous family members and friends.  He does amazing work at affordable prices.

Side note:  He is always in VERY high demand; so, please Bee patient, it may be a few days before he can get out to help you - but know that it will definitely be worth the wait!

I contacted Pablo on a Saturday morning.  He promptly returned my call, provided a quotation and made arrangements to investigate and fix the problem (a leak in the pipe connecting the water meter and the irrigation box) for the next day, which fit may schedule as well.   There was no service call fee.  He called just before he arrived Sunday afternoon exactly as we had arranged the previous day.  Pablo and his helper pin-pointed and fixed the problem without issue in a clean, friendly and professional way.   The cost of repair was on the low end of his quote despite having to make a trip for parts.  He also guaranteed his workmanship for 5 years.  Like the majority of reviewers of Bee Prestigious Plumbing,  I am highly satisfied with with this company and will certainly use this company again should I have any plumbing issues in the future.

3. When he came to my house, there was a misunderstanding and the work that needed to be done was A LOT more than he had anticipated

I just recently moved in with my father and when I asked him who his plumber was he said Pablo. I contacted him via text and he was out at his next available appointment spot to fix a bathtub drain and a bathroom sink drain. Dad has been using him for 5 or so years. He wore a mask and booties and was very professional. I had misplaced a part that we needed for today's appointment so I asked if it was something that could be bought at the local hardware store since Amazon was sold out. He said yes and he showed up with part so we were able to continue with our appointment. I really appreciated that. He was courteous, on time and prompt with repairs. Very friendly, responsive, and courteous. I was given a quote for multiple issues in my house with no pressure to start scheduling things. We have a gas water heater improperly installed in a closet, and I was given several options for having it fixed, not just what would make them the most money. I was also told the truth about things in my house (contractor who redid our house did it all without pulling permits), and what the plumber's capabilities would be. For example, in my downstairs bath, we have a vanity that I was informed wasn't originally supposed to be a vanity. It was a dresser, and instead of messing up all the drawers, they decided to move all the plumbing up in the wall. Now the new vanity I bought to replace it wont fit the current plumbing in the wall because it is too high up. I was given the quote for moving the pipes, but was told  however. They would not be able to replace the drywall once the plumbing was fixed, and this was amazing to know, so I wouldn't have an open wall until I can afford to hire someone for that. I did go ahead and schedule having a line that drains to the outside of the house on a electric water heater installed, and all went smoothly. I got a confirmation text the night before, he was prompt and did the work quickly. He was super friendly to my dogs. I made a comment that it was only 9am and he was already sweating bullets after completing my job, and I hope he didn't have to do too much after me (it was 99 degrees that day). He did, but he said he has 4-5 spare shirts in his van, so he didn't show up looking gross at the next job. This makes me happy that he takes pride in his appearance to all his customers. When I have money to complete the other jobs that need to be fixed at my house, I will be calling Bee Prestigious for all my plumbing needs.

We recently moved into a new home and had used Bee Prestigious Plumbing at our old residence. The company is owner operated so you will only deal with the owner. He responded quickly and we set up a time for him to review a number of plumbing concerns we had that were leftover from the previous homeowner. He arrived on time, came up with solutions that others said would cost us literally thousands of dollars to remedy and came up with cost effective fixes right on the spot. He fixed 4 problem areas for a total cost of $305!!! I can't tell you how relieved I was and why I highly recommend using him. Also, he doesn't charge a service fee to come out and diagnose the problem - he will fix it on the spot for a reasonable cost.

Pablo is a very decent guy that knows his job well. I have used Bee Punctual Plumbing services in three different occasions and Pablo was always on time and able to fixed the problem. I like that he carries a price list that you can look yourself.
