I called after 8 pm, Jason came out at 10 pm a couple of days before Christmas to fix an emergency plumbing issue. He was thorough. A little expensive but he came after 10 pm, fixed the issue within 90 mins and save the day. I would recommend his company. All 5 stars.

Had some minor, but urgent, plumbing issues and this company was extremely prompt on a Saturday in returning my inquiries. Jason came out same day and was very friendly and fixed the issues. I think I would use them again in another emergency situation because of the response time and the quality of work. Due, to advanced age (not our age - the hoses), we decided to replace the hoses to our new washing machine. We weren't able to remove the hot water hose from the bib due to corrosion. After many attempts to remove the hose, using blaster, WD40, pliers, wrenches, hacksaw, etc, we contacted HC Edwards. HC Edwards Plumbing replaced both valves.

On Friday, March 24, 2023. Edwards Plumbing came promptly to replace a water heater. He was only plumbing company willing to give a cost estimate to replace. He was also the only one 'out of at least four' calls to give a decent time and adhere to it for the same day. He arrived accordingly to the time he had stated. Removed my water heater and replaced it quickly. He was exceptional in giving information to questions I had. The cost to replace was in line with the quotes received via telephone communication with two of the other companies that made it perfectly clear they did not want to give an estimate via telephone. Edwards plumbing was the second plumbing I used in less than two months apart. Unless something change, I will call Edwards Plumbing over any other at this time.

Overall I had a great experience, my water heater was leaking on a Sunday night so you could imagine the day I was having. But he was able to come out and check it. Gave me a good price and was able to get it done the following Tuesday. Yesterday I was in a tight pinch because Lowes had canceled on me again for my toilet Installation! Being that my HOA was already notified, I looked for a plumber that could come out last minute. I called HC plumbing. Jason answered and said he could come out immediately; he just needed the address of the Lowes and pictures of the toilets. When I asked him for an estimate he stated don't you do that to me! His tone didn't set well with me, but I was in a pinch. So, we when we arrived at Lowes I texted him the address and pictures of the toilet. No response, so I called him twice and it went straight to voicemail. Then I had an idea; call from my husbands phone. To my surprise, the phone rang, and guess who answered....Jason! I told him I had tried to reach him on my phone, and he played dumb. We went over pricing, and he told me it was $250/hr! I then asked if he starts charging once he starts driving my way, and he said he would charge 30 minutes for drive-time. Then he added, what it sounds like is that I'm out of your budget! This guy is so unprofessional and rude! I don't care how his plumbing skills are you don't want someone insulting you while you are paying them!

Jason and his dad came to fix our plumbing issues the same day when we called them right before the holidays. They were available and arrived within a few hours. We had three issues and they got all addressed and fixed in less than two hours. They were friendly and we appreciated them coming on such short notice. The only thing we weren't sure about or got a answer on was what their warranty guarantee was on their work. Otherwise satisfied!

I called HC Edwards Plumbing to cap off an outside gas line that ran to an old fixture in the back yard (left by the previous home owners). I spoke with Jason a couple of times prior to the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and professional. On the day of the appointment, he called ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived exactly on time. We looked at the gas line together and he explained the solution he had in mind and provided a couple of alternatives (but we went with his first choice). He wrapped up the work in no time and did an expert job!

I am very happy with this experience and as we get settled in to our new home, HC Edwards Plumbing will definitely be our first choice for any future plumbing needs.

Being fairly new to Texas we knew we needed a plumber but didn't know who wo contact. After spending some time going through Yelp reviews, we went with HC Edwards Plumbing, which didn't disappoint. I called him in the morning and he was able to come that afternoon. We had been dealing with a clogged kitchen sink. After trying different things that didn't work, we knew we needed an expert. Jason knew the main issue right away, and then noticed another issue - a hairline fracture in a copper pipe, which was causing a water leak. He remedied both situations quickly. He was thorough and had everything needed to repair the copper pipe. Jason and Jonathan (his nephew) worked amazingly quick and efficient. Considering what all was needed, we found his price to be reasonable. Peace of mind = priceless! Thank you Jason and Jonathan for your quick response, professionalism, and great quality of work!

I called this company for a shower drain that wasn't draining. The call goes straight to voice mail which does bother me a little. But he called me back pretty soon and we set an appt. He got there right on time and fixed my shower drain. It took maybe an hour or slightly less. Then he brought me my bill. $395.00. I was stunned. I didn't say a word but my thought was wow, I can never call him again. Too expensive. Now it is 3 weeks later and my shower is not draining anymore. So I paid what is a lot of money to me to fix a drain for 3 weeks? Really? Why do plumbers and electricians price themselves out of repeat work? Bottom line, don't call them.

We were in need of a plumber but being new to TX, we didn't know who to use. I looked on Yelp and sent out a request for a quote. I had two companies in mind that seemed good from their reviews. HC Edwards was one of those two companies. Jason was quick to respond with a flat rate quote. After getting other quotes and other replies, I decided to get more info on payment and etc. from Jason. It all sounded reasonable so I decided to go with HC EdwardsPlumbing. Jason was able to fit our project in on the same day. He arrived on time, came prepared to protect the cabinet and floor and even cleaned up afterwards. He had the project done quickly as well. I am very happy with Jason's work and I would definitely recommend!

Found them on yelp. Left a message and they actually returned my call. We set up a date and time and he was transparent about how the plumbing services would be charged.
They were punctual and set right to work. They were able to locate the broken pipe in the front yard, digging up water saturated, heavy mud.
They quickly repaired the pipe and put the yard back together. They were fair on the price, quick to respond, punctual for the appointment, and I had a great experience. If all plumbers were like HC Edwards, the industry would have a different feel and reputation.

Nice guy but pretty expensive. Ask up front what things cost - we paid over 2k for a p-trap replacement and connecting a sink. Wasn't expecting to pay that much especially since my wife and I went out for the parts and provided many of the tools to cut the pipe. Was available on short notice, so that was nice.

SUPER EXPENSIVE. Make sure you get a quote before he starts working on your house. We didn't, and that was our mistake. Long story short, he showed up and fixed one problem, but discovered another. He quoted us $2500 to replace a water heater and said he'd be back the next day. $2500! We did some research that night and realized how expensive that was and told him the next morning that we'd find someone with more reasonable rates to do the job. (He tried to justify the high cost because of it being in the attic of a 2 story home. He said there's a premium for that...which is apparently about a $1000-$1500 premium.) He didn't like that very much so when he billed us for the work he had done the day before, he charged us $225 an hour. I couldn't find any plumbers anywhere in Dallas that charge that much. He justified it by saying that's what he charges to work in attics in the summer in Texas. Another one of his premiums. I think he was just price gouging us because he was mad we wouldn't let him do a $2500 water heater installation. He also demanded we pay that day via credit card and he charged us the 3% credit card transaction fee.

I gave him two stars instead of one because he was on time and knowledgeable. I'm certain he can fix whatever plumbing project you need help with. Just make sure you get a quote in advance or prepare to be taken advantage of.

Jason was great! We needed a valve replaced to get the water in our home running again. We requested quotes from multiple people and Jason responded within the hour and called to get more information even though it was 7pm on a Thursday night. Couldn't ask for a faster response and the quality of work was outstanding. He had to dig up a portion of the flower bed and the whole area looked better than before he came. As added benefit it didn't break the bank. I will definitely be calling him again if I need a plumber!

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and it was already late in the evening and I was a bit frantic since my husband was at work. My husband sent me the information to call since he had seen that they responded at any time, 24/7. Jason answered right away and came straight to the house (even during a random and crazy thunderstorm). He was able to get everything solved that night and came back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He did all of the work and I didn't have to feel stressed about picking a water heater or worrying about other things. He took care of everything.

We received great service from HC Edwards Plumbing, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Jason responded immediately to our call for help to fix a leaky faucet. He came by the same day - assessed the situation (and also agreed to fix a few other minor plumbing issues) and was back the next day with the necessary parts to complete the job. Jason was professional and detailed about what needed to done, and complete the job in timely manner. In addition, costs were reasonable. We will definitely be calling them again when this old house calls for more work.

The Rheem water heater was leaking, this was the second water heater in less than 4 years. I bought the 1st Rheem in 2015 and in 2018 it leaked and had to be replaced. When I Filed a warranty claim with Rheem, they said parts and labor were the only thing I had left and I had to hire a plumber to take it back to home depot and get another one.
I started freaking out! I found Jason on a Google search for Garland plumbers.
He popped up on the list, although he's not in Garland, I called him and and he was in my neighborhood and was able to come out that same day. He unhooked the old water heater took it back to home depot I actually got my money back and will never buy another Rheem ever again.
he bought a quality brand that he says doesn't go out like the Rheems and installed it same day. Though it cost me more money to do that I feel better cause I don't wanna rain ever again. It's actually more costly to spend that much money every few years on a bad water heater. Jason stuck to his quote and was very helpful and friendly in a difficult time. By the way 2 other people returned Rheem hot water heaters on that same day.

Came home midnight 12-23 to a garage and hall way full of water. The water heater decided to give out while we were out. Called HC Edwards plumbing around 10am Saturday (Christmas Eve) and left a voicemail with Jason.

At 9:22pm Christmas night, I received a text from Jason asking if I still needed a plumber...

You know, I get it if you can't provide services because of a backlog, but I don't understand not responding to an emergency request at all until 36 hours later, especially when your website says you have 24/7 service.

omg please stop responding, I wouldn't agree to a discount for a positive review. I rely on objective reviews; you charged $200 / hour to unclog a drain other plumbers charged less than $100 for the entire job. The only 'complexity' was the added work caused by your mistakes.

I hired technicians from this company for a plumbing installation and hookup for new washer and dryers. They came within the hour and cheerfully fixed the valve that leaked. I snapped a few pictures of the valve to Jason via text. Jason bought the valve from a plumbing supply store and cheerfully installed the valve. I had an urgent dishwasher issue we wanted to repair quickly at my sister's home due to water leakage. After many calls for available plumbers in her area, I settled with Jason. Jason booked us in for the next morning. I must say, he were prompt traveling updating me via txt and proficient with his craftsmanship upon arrival.

Jason confirmed my fear of a water supply line leak and repaired such as well as installed the new dishwasher I had purchased for my sister.
