They have the best service!! I called and spoke to Juan and he sounded knowledgeable over the phone. I decided to give them a try. I wanted to automate my home with smart devices. I was so impressed when he (Juan) came out. He was able to install my smart switches and Ring doorbell. I can now control my home with Alexa. It is totally Amazing. UPDATE: Terry reached out to me immediately after I made this post in an attempt to resolve the issue. During our phone call, he was very apologetic and offered to come out to ensure my issue was completely resolved. Terry really went above and beyond during the call. He offered to complete a FREE diagnostic as well as refund the cost I was charged. Terry came out today and made good on his promise. He was pleasant and made sure to explain each step in the diagnostic. Not only was he informative, but Terry also replaced the GFCI outlet (AT NO COST) that was causing the issue. He also made sure to provide some troubleshooting tips if I should ever have these issues again.

When I initially called two weeks ago regarding my electrical issue I immediately asked for an appointment. I was told a technician could come out the next day. I called the day of the appointment to confirm the tech would still be showing up. At that time I was told I didn't have an appointment. The young lady I spoke to said I was being worked in. At no time did I ever ask to be worked into the tech's schedule.

I requested to be given an appointment after noting that I was never told during the initial call that I did not have an appointment. I rescheduled and gave the receptionist multiple days I would be available; however, she seemed rather annoyed and kept attempting to schedule on the two days I told her was not good days for me.

The two techs came out today. They were not here for 10 minutes. They asked about the GCFI button, and I told them there was none inside my home. I also told the receptionist the same. She never told me if there wasn't one in the home there must be one in the garage. The tech followed me into the garage and pushed the button. All of the electrical issues in the patio were resolved.

The tech charged me the trip fee of $50 because he DID NOT do any work. Not five minutes later he rang my doorbell telling me the company stated he had to charge me the service fee. HE LITERALLY PUSHED A BUTTON!!!

This is a total RIP-OFF!! I will never again use Top Notch for any electrical needs. This was not top-notch service. Obviously, the company is concerned more about money than treating customers honestly and fairly.

I called because i had a plug not working, they came out within a few hours, they were very friendly and courteous. They diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I also had them switch out an outdoor outlet while they were here. As for pricing, it was a little more than I expected, but after checking out other options, it was not a large difference. I would use them again.

Paid the $99 initial fee after there was damage to pool pump. Technician said, no issues with wiring, need to call pool guys to come out. Pool guys replaced filter and called Milestone back who did another assessment for $263.99.

After digging 5-8 inches into the ground, they said the wiring needs to be replaced and provided quotes to repair.

After looking at the lousy quotes ranging from $7500-$8000, which lacked detail, I called Milestone and waited for the tech to call me back so I could decipher his quotes.

After talking to the tech, it was clear this did not cover everything , including tearing up a pool deck, repouring it, etc.

The electrician was very junior and lacked any real skill.

I called another electrician and solved the problem by spending $500 on wiring and conduit and fixed it ourself in 5 hours.

Including photos as well so Milestone does not try to claim any inaccuracy..

Stay away from this company. Pathetic at best.

It's a scary thing when an electrical problem comes around and you are clueless as to the cause. I have found Denton Electric to be the perfect solution and preferred over calling the fire dept. They came quick, were very polite and knowledgeable and got the problem taken care of. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone with the need for an electrician and I would use them again without any reservation. I am not a paid advertisement or a relative.
