I called Ferguson and within 30 minutes a technician was onsite (along with about 8 people from DME) and within a couple of hours, everything was fixed and power was restored. I used Top Notch to do a small project on my place. Initially I did not have a good experience but after talking to the owner who was very pleasant, we rectified the issue. I am giving a 4 star because the price quoted initially was not clear. However, if we agreed on a clear price ahead of time, I would use this company. The technicians were prompt and quick to complete the job. And the owner was accomodating and understanding.

We had this company run a wire and change a breaker for our new oven. They charged us $750 and later I found out from 2 licensed companies it should have been a $450-500 job at the most. I called the company and their response was everyone has different pricing. He compared it to when you 'buy something at Walmart it is cheaper. I highly recommend getting a second quote. We learned from our mistake.

Full transparency, we ended up going with a different company due to needing a same-day appointment, BUT the customer service at Milestone is incredible. Dylan really meant it when he said if you need anything, call back and ask for me. He left something else he was doing to answer when I called back, and he was so friendly and helpful. He wasn't reading off a script, so I felt like I could ask questions and actually have them answered. Very grateful to have had this good experience even in the middle of a plumbing issue!!
