Really pleased with Willaby Electric!  My warranty department assigned me with a different company that never showed up.  Willaby was the second one they gave me and I am so glad!!! They spent three days making sure they could find the exact problem (which was very hard to find). They showed up on time, were respectful and very professional. Two thumbs wayyyyyyy up!

Called brad let him know what I needed done he asked the necessary questions. Gave me a fair quote, and set a date and time. His professionalism was superb. He showed up on time and installed a light fixture in a spot that didn't previously have one and also installed some light fixtures in places we already had some he knocked all this out in about an hour. Had some electrical issues with the rental property we moved into.  Cooper Electric came out the next day and fixed all the known issues and more.  Easy to work with, fast response, and good service.

Found this company in an online search for electricians near me.  When I called they are in Houston, but said they have techs in Dallas area.  I had a simple outdoor outlet where the GFCI kept popping.
The tech arrived, very professional.  When he started showing me info on his ipad about the company.  I knew I was not going to like what was coming next.  He showed me that he had to do a complete diagnostic on that outlet and what it hooks up to for the lovely price of 350.00 JUST to diagnose!!!  I paid 1/2 that to have the outlet installed!  Needless to say I told him to leave!

Contacted Daryl and left a voice mail. He called me back an hour or so later and he really couldn't be more pleasant! We scheduled a date and all went according to plan. His team member, Dan, texted me to say he was on his way and again when he arrived. Dan, too, could not be more kind and pleasant! He replaced a nema 14-50 receptacle that had fried, most likely due to a loose wire from installation by another company. He also noticed my breakers to the outlet were loose and fixed that at well - all while humming Christmas carols! Look at the end of the day you want the job done right but there down to earth friendliness makes them a company I will use again and recommend to others!
