I am so impressed with the professionalism and work completed by Josh and his crew. I am an out of state property owner so it's always difficult to hire someone when I'm so far away. I contacted a couple of electricians and handymen but ultimately chose Silouette due to the information Josh provided over the phone. My tenants tv and ceiling fan had gone out. We initially thought it was just a breaker but that didn't solve the problem.

Josh provided helpful information even prior to seeing the job, and scheduled an appointment at 4p to go out and diagnose. Josh and his crew were able to take care of the electrical issue quickly at a reasonable cost within an hour. He provided pictures of the finished work which I appreciated very much. My tenant was very pleased with the work, and told me they were very nice. 5 out of 5. Will definitely use Silouette again.

We wanted to provide our Airbnb guests with a mini fridge and commissioned Silhouette Enterprise to install our GFCI outlet. After installing the outlet, Josh gave me a quick demo of their custom color changing flood lights. I also purchased one for my porch and it was installed the same week. Josh made sure the light was securely fitted in my ceiling after finding the hole was too large for the light bulb. Talk about integrity!

They went above and beyond to locate parts and repair main breaker ASAP so I would have power turned back on. Josh explained the options (Good,
Better, Best) so I could make the best informed decision and still consider budget. He was responsive and showed up when he said he would. His recommendation was accurate.

Wow! Silhouette Enterprise is amazing!!!! I wish all companies handled business the way they do! We reached out to them for a few fixes and updates around our home, they responded immediately. My power went out due to a tripped circuit breaker multiple times one night. Josh reached out within minutes of my request and was at my house within 30 minutes. With small children asleep, we needed power restored ASAP. I was worried it would be a huge ordeal and take multiple days but Josh identified the issue and solved it that night. Josh is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly (not to mention responsive!). Thank you for coming to our rescue!

I used silhouette to fix my French doors to my patio. At first we had a little miscommunication on that project. Someone reached out to me immediately to get it taken care of. Josue knocked it out of the park installing my charger station. The install came with sone challenges given the location of my electrical panel on the polar opposite side of house. He ended up working til the late hours of the evening having run the cables under the house. Definitely not a fun task, but he was a trooper. Highly recommend for my future projects.

I bought a doll house for my niece that I couldn't put together. Josh was very prompt in responding to me, and offered to just do a good deed for my niece. He took time out of his day and came over to put a smile on her face when I'm sure he has more important jobs to be doing. He even helped out mounting TVs for my mom. Highly recommend contacting him!
