Light Bulb Depot Nashville

I've never had a problem here. Now per the previous customers review, Google is a thing. Do a little research / no reason to give a local business here in Nashville a one start review because YOU didn't do your homework. Great guys here that are truly motivated by what you need to get done. I'm happy to pay a little more (never asked if they price match) because they always have my items in stock and I can take care of it NOW!

six dollars for something that sells for a third of that in most hardware stores. Wasted my time.

Poor customer service:
1. Staff knowledge about bulb and needs
2. Inaccurate information regarding purchase
3. Will not make good on product return and/or exchange
4. Quick to push back on customer without offer a resolution (s), the customer is not right, from their view.

Find a alternative for your bulb needs or beware...

The guys in here know their light bulbs! Thousands...I mean THOUSANDS of bulbs! Except the one I came here for...but they gave me a suggestion for another place.

I'd recommend coming here for your lighting needs, especially if you're in need of something that your average home store doesn't carry! Feel free to call ahead as well; they'll check their stock for you before you make the trip!

Friendly staff. They had exactly what we needed.  They have extensive selection of all kinds of lightbulbs

I'm a new customer at LBD and I have to say, the customer service here is outstanding. The person I spoke to on the phone earlier (I regret I cannot recall his name, though I know he said it) helped me track down the weird bulb I need for work. He then gave me an item number for it.
Once I arrived at the store, Rodney was who helped me. He was so personable and helpful! He was very happy to see I had the item number, he said somebody here did me a solid!
The transaction was quick and easy! I'm a personal shopper, and I deal with many people every day. Rodney is by far the best at wonderful customer service!

If zero stars was an option that's what they would get! Misleading warranty/replacement guarantee given! We were told if a bulb blew before 5 years bring it back for replacement in store. Brought a bulb in and get told the whole box of bulbs had to be bad!  Will never shop there again! This store is just like Nashville as a whole, a HUGE waste of space!!!!
