I've been knowing the owner of the company for a while now, anytime I have any issues with plumbing they are the first person I call. I've never had any issues with them overcharging me or being dishonest about how much work I need for my job.

Joe the Plumber is the Wonderful!! Joe is so honest, understanding, patient, thoughtful, and just a all around good guy. We had some issues and he helped us through all the problems - even over the weekend!! We will always call Joe for any plumbing needs!! And he has doggie treats!!

Everyone should be calling Pipe Down for their plumbing and slab needs! We had a huge hot spot in our kitchen and Dave and his team not only found the leak and fixed it quickly and professionally, they were able to find several small other leaks that could have led to big hassles later. They completed the job quickly and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Quality Home Services sent out Eric who did a great job stopping the leak in our tub faucets as well as unclogging a slow toilet. He was very professional and they responded quickly to my call.
The other review on Yelp is for a company in San Francisco, not this one in OKC. I'd definitely use QUalilty Home Services again.

I Called stated the storm shelter sump pump float was not working and water was standing in the space. They responded quickly , however upon arrival refused to look at the sump pump with standing water. He would have to go back and get equipment to drain . $850 later and new sump pump only for the pump to keep running . Unplugged sump pump called water came back , they plugged it back in wet, blew the electrical outlet the refused to work on it again until I called electrician. Did that , they come back now blaming me for all the trips. Problem sump pump was set on rocks float could not work properly, the last time they show up with a base for the pump to install properly. All the while blaming me and telling how difficult I am to work with . And then charging me another 110.00 to tell me yes the water flow to my sink is a clogged faucet head that they can't fix. But for 550-650 they can install a new one or try to find a head. Call someone else if you want the job done correctly.

We called a plumber because we had a stopped up kitchen sink. The plumber advised my husband it was going to cost $541.00 to unclog the sink.
Thinking that was a bit steep. i had assumed he was going to have to go on the roof to complete the job, but he didn't. He replace the P trap and a few other parts and that was it. The price does not match the job at all. I will give the work he did a 4 but because the price was so outrageous i can only give a 2. i would have expected to pay at least $250 to $300 but not over $500. Beware of those who try and take advantage of you. I also think he used some of my baking soda on my counter to see if it would clear the drain.

I called to schedule an appointment for leak detection. This is the first time that I use this company. The impression during the call was that the cost would be $300 to find leak and it might take 2 hours to find the leak. There was no information given when I called of the additional cost when the time run over 2hrs, nor did the reception gave the possibility of not finding the leak.
The technician arrived on time. The test lasted longer than I expected with no finding of the leak source. I called the office twice to voice my concern. I was hang up by the reception the first call. Then I finally spoke to JR. I assumed that he is either the office manager or the owner. I voiced my concern of not receiving information promptly when making appointment. He then used a condensending tone and said that now I told you, so you know now. He gave me some some explanation with serval technical terms that only a plumber would understand. I then voivced my dissatisfaction of customer service. He then interrupted me and said the choice was mine to terminate the service at any time and that the company is there to provide good care to the customers. I am not sure if he understands what it meant by good costumer service. The basic of customer service is customer centered. He may feel like he is taking care of his customers. If the customers do not feel that their needs being met, then that's not customer service.
This the the first time that I called and used this company. Anyone would think that the office personnel would try to establish the rapport between the new customer and the company. Instead of doing so, the office personnel threatened me with terminating the job in the middle of testing. And the worst scenario is that the tenichcian didn't find the leak source. I am not sure if I should place my trust with this company in continuing this project or I should just cut the lost and find another reputable company??

2/20/21 9 am - 12:15 pm had new heat and air units installed By Hill & Company. Servicemen were pleasant & quick. Answered a few questions my husband had asked. Adjusted the return duct calculations, also.
2/21/21 am discovered ~1/8 cup of fine brown sand on the white tile kitchen floor & ~ 2 Tblsp of same on black tile floor in master bathroom. Sweep and mop the floor, everything is good. The Heater comes on again ... blows sand onto the floors again. And again, and again, and again. Which leads me to the conclusion we are breathing in dirty air. Real sand. So, is it possible the serviceman did not clean or exchange the floor pan near the blower motor before he installed the rest of the unit? I don't know. There is debris on the furnace closet floor and the enducer motor is making a high pitch whistle when the unit is on ... so, not exactly happy at this moment. If something else needed to be addressed, we should have been told.
