When purchasing a home we found an issue with the exterior sewar line and the junction to the city line. Tate Plumbing repaired as part of the contract. After closing and moving in the fill dirt over the repair kept disappearing. They added dirt - no cost. Then they re-opend the work area and found a new problem, which they repaired and filled back in. No cost. I have since hired him for a new shower handle issues. Very reasonable and it has worked perfectly ever since.

I recently had to have a new hot water heater. Several years ago, I had a horribly bad situation develop with another plumber (Dale's) when he installed the shower package to my bathtub. He installed a valve inside the wall, which, according to my later conversation with an engineer in the valve manufacturing plant, was absolutely classified as an illegal installation. The valve was meant to be used in an outdoor setting ONLY, and was in no way a part of the shower package. Any time water to my shower was turned on, then off, with each action, that valve POURED copious amounts of water into the plaster-and-lathe wall! I didn't know about the valve at first, but had other problems with the installation, and two (2) weeks later, called Jimmy for help. He arrived promptly, was very nice and easy to work with, discovered this terrible situation of the valve giving my inside walls a generous bath every time I took a shower, fixed the problem, did a good job, and his charges were reasonable. (I will always be indebted to Jimmy for coming to my rescue in a never-to-be-forgotten, long-drawn-out, traumatic plumbing job mess!)
Now, back to the present. When my HWH recently went out, I called Jimmy. He arrived on time about two days later, removed the old HWH, installed the new, wrote me a ticket for which the work was, again, reasonably priced, gave me instruction on maintenance of the new tank, I
wrote him a check, and we were done! I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND this guy! He is so nice, dependable, does great work, and is reasonably priced. Very thankful to have a great plumber!! Thanks to Jimmy and Marie!

Love these guys! I know it's really hard to get a plumber out right now, but apparently the on call guy was not far away and showed up in less than 20 min. He noticed I had new hardwood floors and insisted on wearing covers over his boots in the house. He was able to immediately troubleshoot the issue with my tankless water heater, which ultimately means I'll need it replaced because it's a 10 year old unit. He is currently swapping the old unit with one that's being delivered by another employee just so that I can have hot water tonight until they can get the actual replacement unit tomorrow! These guys are life savers!

Charged me for new toilet and unclogging drain which they did not do. Flushing toilet and sewer would come up in shower. Called them back and they couldn't get back to me because they had other jobs or it was raining which it was not. 24 hour service is BS. I had to get another plumbing company to come out same day. I should have known when they couldn't get the correct bowl and tank to install to begin with. Horrible service from this company.

We originally call 1-Tom Plumbing to fix an issue with a Shop toilet. I asked to have the line scoped since it was never checked when we bought the place, he found there was no issue with the line but was the toilet itself not having enough water to flush. He fixed the issue with the toilet and only charged us for scoping the line.
We then called AGAIN for a leaky well water pressure tank and he was able to repair the piping the previous owners had pieced together. He then proceeded to help us understand all the ins and outs of our water pressure tanks since we are new to well water. Thank you for you Awesome Customer Service! You are our only plumber now.

We had Chase come out to fix a gas leak on our water tank. He was polite, he explained everything that he was going to have to do and how much it was going to be, and he was in and out in about an hour! Great affordable and local plumber!

I've had Courtesy Plumbing out several times to snake the sewer line. They always been on time and call to say when they'll arrive. Fast service and good work!

Dennis is fantastic.
After 6 slab leaks I'm very qualified to say that I'd
Give him 10 stars if I could
He's reasonably priced, prompt and finds the leak, and gets it fixed in very little time

Thank you True Climate Heat + Air for the amazing service! Boyd and team were very knowledgeable and helpful in providing a sustainable solution to the HVAC leak problem at our property. Shelly was very helpful, professional, and prompt in responding and coordinating our service appointment. We had to have a quick turnaround of service before a tenant moved in, and the True Climate Heat + Air team helped to make sure it was all taken care of in time.

Disappointing. A very simple fix was required: replace a shut off valve to the dishwasher. Woods was recommended to me by our regular plumber because he was too busy to get out to us. It is no wonder why Woods had the time. He spent five minutes under the sink and charged me $132 for the repair. Parts were $12.
I am planning to have a gas line moved to the kitchen, which my regular plumber does not do. His quote was 35% higher than any other natural gas certified plumber I've had out.
This was the first time and the last time I will use Woods.
The work provided was quality work. However, it was a simple fix, so I cannot vouch for his capabilities on anything more difficult.

We had a plumber stand us up, then we had a quoTe that was outrageous.
These guys came in when they said they were going to, very friendly, and got the job done effectively.
I recommend for every need!!!!

Had gotten a few quotes from other plumbers but Bailey Bros. was able to come out sooner. Partially my fault I didn't ask for a quote as I had already gotten a few that were all pretty close so I figured that s the ballpark price. I was informed about the $88 fee, but was told if I use them that is waived. I only need a toilet installed (was taken out to lay new tile floors). Other quotes ranged between $95-125. He came out and looked at what I needed done and said he had to go out to the truck to get a quote. When he came back I was informed it was going to be $303.34!!!!!!! Just to install a toilet.... At this point, even if I say that s ridiculous I won t pay it, I have to pay him $88 just to get him out of my house and get someone else......I could ve bought a BRAND NEW TOILET and had it installed for cheaper than that! It s too late for me, but hopefully someone will read this and not get taken advantage of like I was.....

MDS Plumbing came out to run a gas line from my stove, through my pantry and in to the laundry room to hook up my gas dryer. The job took them 70 minutes to complete from the time they arrived at my door to the time they left. So imagine my surprise when we were instead charged 2 hours labor for each of the technicians at $82.50/hour. When I immediately called in after they left (at 1 PM on a Friday) the answering service told me they had left for the day and would pass my message along. When I hadn't heard from them by Wednesday I again called in. This is when I was told that I was being charged not just for the time they spent actually working, but from the time my call came in. The woman who answered the phone claimed this was to include drive time (I live less than 3 miles from their office) and time they spent to stop and purchase materials. Personally, I don't agree with this method, in my opinion we were charged $165 for time we have no way of tracking. For all we know they could have stopped for lunch, ran personal errands, etc during this time. The time we were charged for should have started when they reached our home and began working. For this reason I will not be using MDS Plumbing for any future jobs nor will I be recommending them to friends and family.
