Prompt response, fair price and quality individuals/workmanship. They've helped add a dedicated line and outlet for an EV and another dedicated line to a guest bedroom. Even with a very minor issue arose during the installation, Joe arranged for it to get fixed. I've dealt with Heather throughout all my projects and she does a fantastic job communicating and keep you up to date with everything. Will definitely be utilizing them for any future electrical work and would highly recommend!

The owner is very knowledgeable and will service any electricity needs you may have! Firefly has reasonable prices and can provide services in a home or business. I refer anyone I know who needs an electrician to Firefly.

This group is a well oiled machine. Great communication and fair pricing. They sent a text when someone is on the way. They installed four ceiling fans for us and it was seamless on their end. Would definitely use again. Misty and Paul were awesome!

In decades of retaining large and small electrical contractors, Osborne Electric is simply the best, the most reasonably priced and most professional of all I have experienced and contracted.

We just bought an EV.  Our breaker box needed to be upgraded to handle the increased home charge point load. Two other TV bigtime electricians came out to do estimates. They provided written estimates.  Osborne came out to do same and provided a written estimate.

All estimates reflected virtually the exact  same equipment, job, and similar labor time.

The two TV  contractor's estimates were in the 5 figures.

Osborne's was literally one-third the total price for the exact same materials and costs/time.

In addition Osborne took care of all the city licensing and inspections.

Osborne completed the job exactly as promised and in the time expected.    I cannot reccomend Osborne Electric enough, over and above any other.

Update to previous 1 star review,  I was contacted by the company,  they scheduled for the original day I had taken off work to be home,  and fixed the issue,  replacing entire spigot at no extra cost.

Terrible terrible business.  The owners are snobby and think they're better than everyone else.  And when you have an issue that needs to be resolved, they're conveniently on vacation.  What a trashy business!!!!

Had a scheduled appointment an no one showed up. We called and were told by the owner that he was checking on it. When we didn't hear anything we called back and left a message. We never heard back from anyone and no one came to do the work.

I am so disappointed.   I will NOT ever use Mr Sparkey ever again.    He left my hot water tank switch off after testing my outlet box, now my smoke alarm in our room just went off twice for nothing at almost midnight.    

I was already suspect because it appears this company just tries to find things wrong to sell you things your don't need.  

Ow I'm convinced this whole maintenance thing is a scam.    

I have blocked this company, filed a complaint with the FTC, and will leave this review here.

Purchased a 7k in-ground generator 12/21/18. Paid same day!

On 9/6/19, our A/C capacitor went out. A local 24/7 A/C company came and serviced it.  Each time the tried to get power to the a/c unit, it wouldn't work. They had to disconnect the generator to get the a/c to work. They advised us to call the generator company on Monday and have them come out and ensure all was working.

Called Faith on Monday, 9/8/19; got placed on the list to be called today.

Called Faith on Tuesday, 9/9/19; checking to see if we were still on the list---receptionist stated they had to go out of town, but he will call you by end of business today and assured me WE WERE ON THE LIST!

Called Faith on Friday, 9/13/19; called to see if a list EVEN EXISTED....they finally came out at 430pm (they had called at 145 pm stating that they would be here today).. spent 5 minutes,checked the system, stated that the unit and box were fine. Electrician advisded that the a/c person should have called them because nothing was wrong and the box generally resets itself (even though every time their box was turned on, the a/c stopped working),

$120 service call and not so much a thanks for your business or sorry we never got back with you.

I understand that those without power in this HEAT definitely deserve top priority. But the lack of follow-through and communication is disheartening. They could, and should, do better.

This guy TIM JOHNSON IS A CLOWN. I worked for him 3 times and now he is ignoring me over owing me a 1 day paycheck for 8 hours=160$!!! I'm an apprentice and he had me running his jobs.
