I wanted to thank the Accel team of Don, Mike and Koeman for their excellent work on our bathroom vent fan, heated floor and other electrical issues.  They made a hard job look easy.  Fast, professional and efficient. They even took the time to clean things up after they were finished.

We wanted 3 porch lights changing out and some trouble shooting about a faulty light.

Casey was friendly, and really informative.  The jobs were completed quickly and the cost was super reasonable. We will definitely be back for our electrical needs. Will recommend.

Our light (see pic) just stopped working one day. I am not an electrician, but I can wire a light/plug/etc. as needed to get things done around the house. I checked the light with a multimeter and just couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Time to call professional--albeit a bit begrudgingly because I couldn't figure it out!

Cesar and Sam came to the house, they were professional, friendly and exceedingly skilled at what they do. I tagged along to try to learn something, and I did.  
They fixed the issue in a little over an hour and I enjoyed the conversation during the repair.

The light is now working, as you can see, and we couldn't be happier.

I asked Joey to to hard wire a Ring Doorbell on my terminally I'll fathers house. He did and he did so diligently and graciously given all that is/was going on at my dads home (housekeepers, oxygen machines, people in and out, etc). He went out of his way to pick up parts needed for the install and he helped track down the breaker switches assigned to the area needed to hardwire the device. If there is additional work needed at my dads house, I would call him in a heartbeat. Joey was awesome.

GREAT COMPANY!  Knowledge wise these guys are specialists and several levels above Lowe's or Home Depot in what they do. If you are in the plumbing department they know plumbing. If they are in HVAC they know HVAC. If you are in Electrical they know electric. The store is not as pretty as the a Home Depot but they have what you want, better quality, and at a better value for what you get. As a contractor store they are a quick in and out.

Called for AC service on a Saturday afternoon and was told a tech would be in touch  in a few minutes.  2 hours later (4 pm) and hadn't heard from anyone.  Called again and was told that no one was coming.  That the home owner had to approve any repairs. Informed her he was out of the country and I was paying for.repairs myself. Just 15 months ago we paid $3000 for them to replace inside unit.  She wouldn't even send anyone out to check and make sure that it wasn't their work that needed to be looked at. They didn't even care enough to call and tell me so I could contact someone else. The dispatcher was rude and unapologetic.  This was especially bad since most AC techs wont work late on Saturdays.  Thank you Mr. Sawyers of Sawyers Heat and Air for coming to the rescue. He was honest, kind and fast.

Recommended with high reservations. Technician completed the job as scheduled. However, the estimate provided for the 30 minute project was $75. The tech asked, were you quoted $75? After he called the owner to verify the charges, suddenly, it ballooned to $140. So really, the hourly rate to install a light switch is $280 an hour. No surprise that I feel misled and would not use their services again.
