HISTORY

Established in 2014.McNatt Electric is an unlimited electrical contracting company that was started in June 2014, specializing in small to mid-sized commercial and residential remodels. McNatt Electric is excited to contribute to the local business and residential community here in Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. Our licensed and certified electricians provide quality work to both residential and commercial customers. We pride ourselves on being up to date with current building techniques, and we are dedicated to exceeding our customers' expectations. McNatt Electric looks forward to working with you!

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Hello, Thank you first for showing an interest in what we have to offer. Electrical work is a family trade for me but in July of 2014 I was the first to take to the next step forward and start my own unlimited electrical trade work company. Before I did that though I had to put in my time to be licensed in my trade, this included supplemental education in various areas including solar power, robotics, frequency drives, programming logical controllers, and the national electric code both for commercial and residential purposes. I've had McNatt Electric replace lighting in my kitchen and add a plug-in for our hot tub in our back yard. Both times he got right back with me and came out that week. He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, quick, had reasonable prices, and we were extremely happy with him. I would definitely recommend him and won't use anyone else now!

Guys showed up for a cancelled call and started threatening me with sending bill straight to collections. I never signed anything service agreement. They must be really desperate for business to do that. Irony is I was planning on using them for future business because their rates seemed most reasonable, had decent reviews and they are local. I did have about $400/500 work for them to do for me this year.
Bad form, shame on them.
They (google) record your calls (according to Gavin) without notifying you of this, is illegal.
The guys that showed up were very nice, they were just doing their job, Gavin needs a vacation. When management is rotten, so is the company. Stay clear is my suggestion, heed this or not, your call. Cheers

Update! They are harassing me and threatening me via text after their guy had me call his boss from my phone so he wouldn't get in trouble!! See photo!!!

Second update, after notifying them that their texts were harassment, they are continuing to send texts!!
Now blocked!

(Hired someone the previous Friday, and yes took care of it no sizzling at the house, ever. That is quite an unfounded statement to make, making things up just like cancelled appointments. What kind of electricians would postpone a call to the following week IF there was in fact sizzling, right, the kind that will let your house burn down. You've been warned, this company is a Sister company I'd stay clear of their subsidiaries as well. One rotten apple....)

Dont ask for a quote, they will tell you how much of a burden it will be and that they have to do what more work than is necessary and to crawl down off the cross and help you it will be an arm and a leg. You can give your ears as a tip

Had a scheduled appointment an no one showed up. We called and were told by the owner that he was checking on it. When we didn't hear anything we called back and left a message. We never heard back from anyone and no one came to do the work.
