This contractor is fantastic! The estimate was free. The work was done in a highly professional manner, and the workmen were courteous and thorough. I will definitely use them again.

Amazing company! Had an electrical problem at home and I was not about to mess with electricity. When I called the woman over the phone was so nice to talk to and worked me into their schedule. They were fast, friendly and professional! Knights Electric is the place to go for all your electrical needs. Thank you for fixing my breakers - I highly recommend them!

We called for a quote for a Generac. They are quick to make an appointment and come out as needed. The guy that came to give us a quote was really polite, helpful and answered the questions we had. They sent the actual quote within 24 hours. It was close to what we expected in price, slightly a little higher and we are undecided if we are going to proceed, but should we do so, I would have complete confidence in their services.

Absolutely pleased with this company! I used them to change out my foyer chandelier on a 20 ft ceiling. I was able to get a fair estimate in a timely manner and they had Josh and Blake come out the following week to do the job. They were both very professional and completed the job quickly and beautifully. Highly recommend and will be using them for all my future electrical needs.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Holland Electric. I spoke with them by phone and explained my problem. They were on their way to another job but thought they could get to me later. I understand if jobs take longer than expected so wasn't surprised that they could not get back to me the same day. This was on a a Friday. I texted to find out if I was on the schedule for Monday and never heard back from them.

I called Patrick's Electric because I needed help setting up my mini-split unit. I had done the whole setup myself (since I had already done it in the past) and my vacuum pump just wouldn't hold the pressure. Therefore, I knew there was a leak somewhere in the system that I could not find. At that time, the AC was not running and the freon had been stored in the condenser.
The two workers who came, right on time, were very nice and very helpful with explaining to me what they where doing and answering my questions for me to understand more about this issue I was facing. In less than an hour, they were done, stating that it should be good to go. We had tested the AC and everything seemed to be running properly. What they charged me was definitely reasonable, honest and in adequacy with their price list. It is the first AC company I hire that doesn't try to cheat me by over charging me for parts they didn't use or work they didn't do.
A few minutes after they left, I was cleaning up my tools when I clearly heard a leak coming from the pipes. I looked at the fittings and bubbles were coming out (confirming the leak). Freon had then been released and the whole system was now leaking freon in the environment. The two workers came back shortly after I called the receptionist. I told them my worry about the cost of that second repair, since I had already paid once for something that was supposed to be good to go. One of the man called his boss and then told me not to worry about it. They then ended up spending two extra hours replacing the fittings, tighten them up with a special paste, adding new freon to the unit, testing the system... and giving me tips on how to take care of my AC for future references. All of this, free of cost. Just as they said.
All I can say is that everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how you fix them. Patrick's Electric is from far the most honest and trustful AC company I've ever heard of or had to deal with. You know what to expect when you deal with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs some help with their AC. I will surely call them next time I have any issue with my AC as I had an amazing first experience with them.

I will now definitely go to Locke supply for the items in my home/repair issues (not the giant home improvement stores with much higher prices and nobody can help u). Locke supply is large suppler of just about all items that are hard to find in one place with staff that actually know about their products!! Great company

This guy obviously could give two Yahoos about people or their children.
Hired equity electric to come to my home and figure out my electricity issue. It was kind of a complicated issue no doubt but they are certified, right?
Guy comes out and checks everything. Didn't remove any socket panels and check the wiring. Just used a little gadget to check the wires. He couldn't find the issue. The issue was two separate walls in two different rooms were losing power at the same time. In between those two walls is a hallway.
So he charges me $225 for trouble shooting and service call and leaves. OG&E comes out and does a quick inspection and finds the issue within 10-15mins. It's the smoke alarm in the hallway and it is HOT! Said it may be a loose wire and that is a fire hazard and fix it asap.
I contact equity and tell them the problem was found and to come back to fix but waive the trouble shooting fee. He says no and the earliest he can come out is friday, almost 5 days away. I then contacted him through text and told him he couldn't find the issue in the first place and it was in the direct vicinity of the problem. Also, this smoke alarm is right in front of my child's bedroom. He gives in a little and says he'll come out and only charge to replace the smoke alarm. I say great ok! Then he proceeds to tell me he can't make it till the following Monday, 8 days out.
Endangerment much?! This was an obvious fire hazard and above all my kids were the concern. I believe he only extended the days he could come was because he knew I'd have to hire someone else asap.
I would not recommend this company. They have great reviews and I took that into account. This guy should be ashamed of himself.

We ordered all our appliances from Metro after our house had to be rebuilt due to a fire. I walked in and saw employees testing all the appliances prior to moving in. We moved in 10-16 and the double oven isn't working. It says F45. Today 11-4 a tech came and replaced the control panel and it still doesn't work. He now says he has to order a part for the fan that will take 5 days to get. Then he will schedule another appointment. We work and are having to take off for this. We called the sales rep Tung who said it's a three times then replace. So we have to miss three days of work for a BRAND NEW Frigidaire professional oven to be worked on. I purchased a BRAND NEW one not a broken one. Why didn't the guys that delivered and said they were testing it not state it wasn't working??? They won't replace it until it's been worked on 3 times. So next week or whenever the part comes in I miss work AGAIN. If that doesn't fix it we wait again for another tech so it will be THREE TIMES? Be very aware of how they handle broken appliances.
*UPDATE*
On 11-6-19 Metro replaced the brand new broken double oven with a brand new working one.
