had an appointment scheduled with them due to pipes freezing and our laundry room flooding, they no call no showed 2 weeks ago. I called, left a VM, no response. I have probably called 20 different times over the past 2 weeks and haven't received a response. I have left 3 voicemails trying to figure out what happened and wanted to reschedule and still have yet to receive a response. don't waste your time with these guys.

I have used them a couple of times- they came out quick, professional, fair price. One time the issue was was user error and he fixed in two minutes and didn't charge me for being a moron :). Now that's integrity and good service!
