During my near 1 month experience with Andary Plumbing to fix a simple water heater problem I have had absolutely horrible service. The company is extremely unprofessional and they lack in basic communication skills. I attempted to book my first appointment through my insurance company. The insurance company contacted Andary Plumbing and the owner, Mike, was instructed to call me and failed to do so. I was then forced to contact him that morning seeing that my problem was urgent. At that time I wanted to schedule an appointment to have them come access the problem.. Mike insisted that I not schedule an appointment at that time, but instead call when I was home and ready for him to come--thus resulting in me calling and not hearing back from him for almost 2 hours leaving me sitting around waiting until late that evening. During my second appointment, Mike did let me schedule an appointment over the phone, however, was two hours late and did not bother to call to let me know he would be late until an hour after the scheduled appointment. During the second appointment he was extremely unprofessional. Mike told me on numerous occasions he would call me back to keep me informed about the problem and failed to contact me but once over the month time period. The only way I have heard from him is through my insurance company. I would not recommend using any of their services.
