George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I had some major issues with both of the toilets leaking. I called Ken Neyer plumbing, Will showed up 45 min after my call, he was friendly and polite. Repairs were very affordable and quickly completed. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to my friends and family.

Changed out Original faucets, added Water filtration system. This Company has been my go to Plumbing Company for over 30 years‼

I had a leaking toilet I had been fighting for years and found Flow-Rite through Yelp. I scheduled an appointment online and Dan contacted me 15-minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on-time and evaluated the issue and offered a number of options. He recommended fixing the mechanics inside the toilet but I decided to go with a full toilet replacement. He didn't have a toilet on-hand so rescheduled for a few days later. Again he called and and arrived on-time. Dan is very outgoing, easy to talk to and will explain everything in detail. He made the process look simple and cleaned up everything before he left. I also had him replace the shut off valve and check out an outdoor faucet. The overall cost seemed very reasonable and I'd recommend him to friends and family. I think it's a small business but he really tries to go above and beyond expectations. You don't find many  contractor like that anymore...I was impressed.

We have used Cropper plumbing for several projects. Lowell is fantastic and takes time to explain what he is doing and shares his knowledge. He is fantastic...super nice and trustworthy.

Great service-quick response time! Responded to a request for a small pluming repair in my kitchen and was able to fix it at minimal cost. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Will absolutely use him again if we have another repair or project in the future.

Archer has done a lot of work for us over the years. We have always been pleased with their work. They were just out yesterday and were able to unfreeze our pipes without having to cut out any drywall. We really appreciate the work the guys did. Thanks to Alan and the team for the prompt service. What a blessing to have water again.

Called with a sewage backup. They were at our house within a 30 minute window. Jason was professional and honest. Entire process was simple and clean, unlike our original problem.

I had compressor go out. Help came could not help. Wanted almost $500 for freon. Quoted me over $6000 for replacement.  Found an independent replaced with new unit $2700.

Great customer service.  On time and helpful, I couldn't be happier.  I would definitely recommend

called to schedule a standard HVAC maintenance between 8am-12.  Took off work to do this.  They sent a note the service tech was on the way at 9:00am.  At 11:10am, I emailed to see where they were, no reply.  At 11:30am called the Ohio Pike office and was told 'guy couldn't make it' someone else may be on there way.  Guys shows up at noon after not calling, texting or emailing.  Now, I have to go to work and spent all morning chasing them down...very frustrating.  will not use ever again.

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote.  Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING. I was quoted a price, paid for some materials, and the work was never completed. I had to pay 2 extra reinspection fees because I was too nice, and let him drag the job on and on. I finally wised up and got someone that knew what the were doing.
