What a great experience I had with this company! I had water leaking in my yard out of my water well main supply line last week. I called a plumber that a friend recommended in Xenia and that company recommended Massie Creek Plumbing for water well work. When I called them, they were very polite and courteous over the phone and they were able to come out and give me a rough estimate on the spot. They were able to come do the work on short notice and showed up with all the equipment to do the job. The excavator that they used did not tear up my yard at all (rubber tracks) and they had the well dug and repaired within three hours. They showed up on time and were extremely polite and professional while they were at my house. Also, they ended up billing me $200 less than what was originally quoted. I would hire them again for any plumbing job on my property.

Bob, and his dad before him, have done my in-law's family plumbing for decades. He's our absolute go-to guy! His knowledge and response times are excellent and his pricing and treatment are always more than fair. No worried about getting ripped off with this guy!

The guys with drain smith are amazing. Fair pricing that you would trust sending them to your moms house. They came very quickly and tried for almost 1&1/2 hrs to unclog my main line. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend them!  They also offer great rates on drain lining instead of digging. I'll be using them for this in the future.

Plumbing company's always get a bad rap. I personal give them the upmost respect. It's a craft that gets very little appreciation. They take on all of the nasty complicated jobs that none of us want to do.

With that said, I want to thank Elliott and Bradley Plumbing for always being there when I need them most. They are very professional and responsive. Fairly priced, and their staff is very friendly and easy to work with.

I also want to acknowledge one of their plumbers, Ray. He has been dispatched to my home three times. Each time he has been very professional and respectful of my home. He always explains what the problem is and his plan of attack to resolve it. He works efficiently and is very tidy.

This plumbing company goes above and beyond! They hooked up my new faucets and garbage disposal in my remodeled kitchen and bathroom. He left my place cleaner than when he arrived! I would definitely call Neiheisel Plumbing again and recommend this company to others. The staff is very friendly as well!

I had a sump pump fail, and 1-Tom-Plumber was able to get me someone within a couple of hours on the day I called. Adam helped us out. He was professional and upfront with all fees. Installed a new pump in no time, at an affordable price. Thanks for your quick response.

I called about a sump pump issue I was having. When he answered, I explained the problem and asked if he might be able to come out. He confirmed that it sounded like a job he would handle, but noted that he happened to be on the road at the time and asked if I could hang up and call back to leave my particulars on his voice mail. He said he would get back with me once he had a chance to stop and look at his schedule. That sounded perfectly reasonable, so I did as he asked leaving my details on his voice mail.

That was two weeks ago and I have yet to hear back. I moved on to look for plumbers that might actually follow through on their work.

You guys literally saved our asses especially when our home warranty company subcontractors thoroughly f***** up the situation excuse my French. A*able and their tech Cody that was sent out to us today did a phenomenal job He's a great employee as far as I'm concerned.  And he really knows his business when it comes to plumbing he took a nightmare and turned it into a dream thank you so much to you and to Cody big brownie points!!!!
as for D &B plumbing out of Xenia they thoroughly suck at their business and their job Don't use them whatsoever
A*Able responded quickly and stayed in communication. D&b plumbing company and tech wouldn't even answer that phone 2 minutes after they pulled out of my driveway saying that everything was perfect! when it only took me 2 minutes to realize it wasn't done right or thorough at all

We had Wake Plumbing out to check out a newly installed toilet that would start running at random times.  Jim from Wake stopped by and diagnosed the problems really quick.  It was a simple fix he was able to make and charged a reasonable amount for the visit.  I would highly recommend them!

I got them through my home warranty company cause my water heater was going bad and they came out checked it, got me a new one and it actually ended up being cheaper than what I thought. They were super nice and professional and got everything done it a timely manner. Thank you!

Buyer beware. Service experts is a national company. If you're looking for locally owned, look elsewhere.
