I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with RBS Handyman Service. I recently had the pleasure of utilizing their plumbing and electrical services, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work they provided.

From the outset, RBS demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. They carefully assessed my plumbing and electrical needs and offered practical solutions that aligned with my requirements. The installation of multiple electrical outlets was executed with precision. The addition of a food disposal unit has proven to be a valuable addition to my kitchen, and I appreciate the seamless installation.

The installation of ceiling lights in my basement has truly transformed the space. RBS not only installed the lights effectively but also took the time to consider the aesthetics, resulting in a well-lit and inviting area. Additionally, their installation of a water softening system has had a noticeable impact on the water quality in my home. There was a snafu with the manufacturer's design of the water softening system that required Rob and Ryan to make repeated trips back to my house, but they were dedicated to getting the job done right despite it not being their fault that the manufacturer had suddenly changed designs on a long-standing model.

Ultimately what stood out to me the most about RBS was their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. They maintained open communication throughout the projects, keeping me informed about their progress and addressed all concerns I had. Their punctuality and respect for my property were also commendable.

Very prompt service! The plumber was so kind and very affordable. My problem with my water heater was fixed immediately!

Last week was one of the hottest of the summer.  On Monday, our air conditioning quit working.  When my husband got home he took it apart and realized what part we needed.  I called Lawrenceburg Winnelson at 4:45pm.  I asked the gentleman what time they closed and he responded with 4:30pm.   Dang!  When I told him what we needed he said he would wait for us to get there so we could get our air conditioner going!   Thank goodness!   Great customer service!!

This is the second time I used Brown's plumbing.  Both times he was cost efficient, knowledgeable and quick.  I will use him again if needed. I wanted to pass the word to others that don't have a reliable plumber for their home or business.   Call Roger!

We CME install a sewer liner, and they were exceptional. Very highly recommend CME if you never want to worry about your sewer line ever again. The entire crew was incredibly efficient, and it was a pleasure working with Craig and Jake. They made the experience completely stress-and-hassle-free. Craig even offered to do some light internal plumbing free of charge for us! The CME crews are all seasoned liner installers who have specialized in this and honed the craft. It definitely shows.

I needed a tub faucet replaced. I had one from Home Depot for20.00. It was defective. It was replaced and although the service call was 59.00: I was charged 184.00. It way over what others charge.

Jeff has years of experience in commercial as well as residential plumbing needs. He shows up when he says he is. I've used him for years at my business, my home, and my rental properties and never had a problem. His charges are very  reasonable when compared to most others with similar background and credentials. He often has to go in to straighten out previous plumbing work performed by others.  I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him or his company.

DON'T EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!  They were hired for a simple fix.  They didn't do it correctly and now I have a FLOODED HOUSE!  They are NASTY on the phone and won't come back to FIX THEIR WORK.  They aren't affordable, fast or anything but awful.

This plumbing service would receive a zero rating if possible.  The staff is unprofessional and their charges are completely out of line with other plumbers.  We have had several situations in which we used there services.

The first time we used their service, we have a leak in a wall.  They came out and gave us an estimate.  They were late to this appointment and were very unprofessional.  We used them anyway because they were available to fix the problem immediately.  Upon fixing the problem we received a bill for almost twice them amount of the estimate even though no additional work was required.

The second time we used them was a complete disaster.  They sent an individual to fix a leak under our house.  This individual showed up with no coveralls (trip number one, he had to drive to his house to get the coveralls).  When he finally began working, he didn't have any couplings to fix the water leak (trip number two, he had to go to Lowes to get supplies).  He didn't appear to know what he was talking about and was heard cursing like a sailor under the floor of our house.  After ranting and raving about how difficult a job it was and how much it was going to cost, he left a third time (trip three to Lowes) to get more supplies.  

He was at our home for approximately 7 hours and accomplished an hour of actual work.  After all of this we decided to call in another plumber.  Willouhgby wanted us to pay $110 per hour for time for work that was not being completed.  This plumber arrived on time, was professional and courteous.  He also completed the job in less than an hour.  His cost was less and he was excellent.  

Our advice is not to use this plumbing service.  You will overpay and  they are unprofessional.

I hired Matt to fix a leaking drain from the upstairs bathroom. At first he quoted an extremely high amount, but then cut it in half after I said I would need to get another estimate. I agreed to this and he came out and did the work. The next time the bath was used, it started leaking again, so we called Matt again. This time he promised to show up that day to fix the problem, but didnt show. Then he promised to show up the next day but again didn't come, and started arguing that the leak wasn't his fault. Then he promised to show up the next morning and didn't come. Finally we gave up on him and had someone else fix the problem.
