Moshe did a fantastic job replacing three ceiling fans at our new house. He was prompt with communication and arrived on time. One of the fans I'd ordered from Lowe's was defective, but we didn't find out until after Moshe had it installed. He removed it, boxed it all up to return, and didn't charge me anything, even though he still had to do all the work. He'll be coming back out once I get a replacement from Lowe's, and he's earned our business for life! He was also very friendly. I can't recommend him enough!

Gus Ballas (Wolf Electric) will be our go-to fellow when it comes to our electrical needs.  Not only was he prompt and professional, he kept his word about keeping his appointment to come to our place when other electricians either failed to call us back or, worse, scheduled, then cancelled, then couldn't be reached.

I'm almost hesitant to give Gus of Wolf Electric such high marks because I may not be able to get him out here again because he will be so busy.!   Just kidding.  Please call Gus - you will be really happy you did.  

He is knowledgeable, personable, thorough and reasonably priced.  He won't quit until the work is done to his absolute perfection!

I'm new to the area and needed an electrician to add some new wall outlets and change some light fixtures.  Mr. 900 Electric was responsive and very honest.  After having 2 other quotes I chose Joe and couldn't be happier. Everything works perfect and it didn't cost a fortune plus I didn't have to wait weeks to get an appointment. I'd highly recommend Mr. 900 Electric.

Worst customer service ever!  They're one electrician working for them was just out of prison (I heard him bragging about it) and looked stoned.  The electrical work was mediocre to say the least.  The price for the work did not reflect the quality or experience.  I would not recommend this company.

Since this review Polk electric has fixed all issues and made this right for me and my family.

We used Matt to help with lighting design and installation for our new home. We are so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and suggestions to make our home look beautiful! Matt's a great guy and we really appreciated him and his team.

Would definitely not recommend.  Costly in more ways than one.  Paid to have a new motor installed.  Found out it was installed backwards.  They came, fixed it but now it is out of balance and leaking oil and has to be replaced after less than 2 years.  Will not be using Putnam!

Very knowledgeable and respectful. Able to repair problem in minimal time and replaced exterior outlet cover that was allowing water to deep into outlet.

Yesterday ENECO  came from Hickory to tweak my HVAC, which he did a fantastic job on.  I really didn't expect them to come out on a Saturday and figured they would wait till Monday, but I got a call back quickly and he said he could be here shortly. The young fellow was named Adam and had been with the company for 9 years. To get to my attic access we had to walk around bins and big bags of decorations from Christmas.  I apologized for the mess and said it just needed to go in the attic when I got help.
He was so kind and gracious and offered to put all that stuff in the attic for me!  And it was a lot!   Then he gave me a few tips to make extra storage space with some of the plywood boards I had stacked up there. Adam was quite the professional during all this and I thanked him.  What an asset he is to his company,  and a blessing to me, to go above and beyond!

On 7/16/22 I called Mr Sparky to set up an appointment. I was told by call center that it would be 109.00. I saw this price when I googled electricians near me and agreed to the price and was told the tech would arrive at 10 am he called me at 11:45  And said I had to pay him 309.00 before he could even come to my house. I paid but was not happy and told him that was not what I was told or saw on line. When he arrived he told me he had called his boss and told him he could take the extra 200.00 I had paid off the bill. He then went to the breaker and checked the breakers then he checked the meter and one leg was not pulling in 120 it was only pulling 60. He told me Union power would have to come out. At the end of all this he then told me he was taking the 200.00 off the diagnostic charge. This time I was angry. This company charged me 524.00 just to come to my house and tell me the power Co would fix it. This is price gouging and I think it's against the law. I learned a long time ago that if a company does something extra good for you that you might tell 5 to ten people but if they do something extra bad to you tell a about 100 people. I'm working on my first 50 now. The only good thing I can say about this co is that Noah was very nice and friendly. I think Mr Sparky should Change their name to Mr Malarky.

Called them for a service request on an early Saturday evening. There website indicates 24/7 service. After 35 minutes on hold of just a loop of recordings I hung up. I called another Electrician and got an answering service 5 minutes after taking to them I talked with the electrician. They are on the way as I speak. For a company who advertises customer service, they need to better understand what that means!!

I actually worked there and was mistreated by Chad and he was loved talking about how great coke is. I wouldn't recommend this company due to to the low pay and lack of professionalism.

Called this company after being referred by PNG, to get an estimate on supplying gas for a fireplace. No return call ever
When I finally discovered the number in my phone i used it to accommodate a tenant who claimed having a corroded gas line to a hotwater heater, preventing them from getting it turned on by PNG.
Met the technician after providing detailed information in location etc. The guy literally told me his life story, even though there were dozens of projects to get through. I felt obligated to listen because he remarked that I could easily fail his strict standards tests that would require him to shut off the gas service to my property leaving my tenants in the cold
After listening to him ramble on for about three hours I was able to process payment and get back to business
Next day I get a call from my tenants asking if I could get the hot water pilot lit, as nothing had been repaired.
Not only had this gentleman monopolized my time with his error ridden stories, but he had not bothered to do the only job he was called to do. I have to confess that I was attentive and polite during this entire debacle.
Not the first time I have had life marginalized by a member of PNG  staff or one of it's sub contractors and gotten ripped off in the process.
If anyone else has been walked over and  ripped off by one of these brazen BS artists I would gladly help facilitate a class action lawsuit because I will never get my money or time back

The service was performed well.  There were some issues with the invoice/cost - but Tom resolved those to my satisfaction.
