Best Electricians in North Carolina

This is a great family run business. They offer exceptional service at a budget friendly price. The crew came out to my home and fixed my irrigation system. I am now hiring them to do electrical work in my garage. This is a big project for me and I know they will do a great job.

Discovered them through the Nextdoor app. Came out the same day, left to get parts and back in under one hour to take care of the small electrical need. Reasonably priced. Or at least it seemed reasonable to me especially since I needed it done by a licensed electrician. Definitely recommend them and will use them in the future. Matthew, the tech, answered all my questions and relayed all relevant information to me.

We needed some outlets fixed in our home. We contacted Shawn and he was very responsive. He was quick to come out and diagnose the problem. He fixed our outlets very quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend Shawn to someone else.

I asked for a quote through Yelp and was pleasantly surprised at the quick response. We set up an appointment for the quote, and again, I was pleasantly surprised that Jose not only gave me a very reasonable quote, but he also installed the ceiling fan immediately. I was expecting to have to make an appointment for another day for install. This business is very professional yet friendly. The old fan was taken away as well as the packing box the new fan came in. Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

Luis and team did an amazing job grounding our outlets, adding new ones and making the electrical in our old home way safer! They had to cut into our plaster walls to do this and our repair person even commented how clean the cuts were! They wired for a light as well and made the cleanest cut in our ceilings. They were efficient, polite and super professional and we will definitely bring them in for any electrical needs in the future!

They fixed a hall light with a 3 way switch. I tried to fix it myself but couldn't find the issue after 2 trips to Lowe's. I needed an expert. He got there at 7:30 and was done by 8am. He even fixed the things I broke. Now the light it working great! I would definitely recommend them. Very easy to work with as well.

What a rip off.

Called Friday to schedule an appointment.  Explained that I had two faucets in the kitchen of our 8 year old house that needed to be replaced with two Brizo (high end Delta) faucets that I had purchased.  Asked roughly how much it would cost.  Lady in the call center said the technician/plumber would have to come out to give  an estimate, impossible to quote anything over the phone.  There was a $29 dispatch fee to which I agreed and they scheduled it for Monday. On Monday they rescheduled me for Tuesday.

When the guy arrived on Tuesday, he said it would be $602 to install the two.  He explained it's a flat rate $286.50 each to install a customer supplied faucet.  Really?  $600 for about an hour of work? Every $100/hr = $200,000 per year... So the labor is billed out at a rate of $1.2MM/year.  I could see maybe $100 each + dispatch but $602?

There is no reason the lady in the call center could not have told me that the charge for installing two customer supplied faucets would be at LEAST $602 and maybe more depending on what the technician/plumber found when he got here.  But they wouldn't get dispatched nearly as much if people knew the outrageous rates they are charging per hour for labor... and coming out first to quote also puts the customer in the position of being over the barrel... gives Michael & Sons more leverage to get you to agree to those high prices.

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
