Called them today and luckily they were working in the area and were at our home in less than two hours.  The electrician was great and quickly solved our problem.  Will be using them in the future.  Highly recommend.

Have referred them to a number of people, all of whom have been really happy with the service they received.  Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  Nice to have a list of local service providers that you can trust when you need them.

I've now had Israel do 2 separate jobs for me and the result of each has been outstanding.  The first was an unfinished closet full of 70 year old pipes and wires that 3 other contractors told me needed to be walled off.  Israel came in and was able to adjust the old fittings, finish the walls, close off the ceiling which previously opened into the attic, and turn it into a wonderful storage area.  During this project he also identified and helped me fix some dangerous old electrical wiring.  After that, he was my first call when I wanted to update my 40+ year old master bathroom.  He took out the horse-sized tub, reinforced the flooring, raised the ceiling and adjusted all the pipes before installing a beautiful walk-in shower.  Everyone I show the before and after pictures to is simply astonished.  I highly recommend Israel.  He is trustworthy, respectful and innovative!

Electrical issue with out pool. Contacted and they came out the next day. Evaluated and where able to complete the job prior to our timeline. Very pleased with their work and quick response.

My bathtub won't stop running water. Murad came on time and he fixed everything as desired. Now everything is working well. I would call him again if I encounter any issue in the future

We are so thrilled with the lighting instillation that Mike and his team did in our house. Mike gave great advice and demonstrated lots of knowledge as we were deciding what to do.  They took extra care to set up and ensure nothing would be damaged in our house everything looks and works great!!  We couldn't even tell they were there after they left as they cleaned up everything and put all our things back in place.   Everyone we spoke with was so pleasant and responsive and all my questions and concerns were answered. Mike and his team were also very patient with our dog which was a nice bonus. Really great work and really great customer service!

It was after 7:00pm and I needed someone to fix an outlet in my garage ASAP because I had our 2nd refrigerator on that outlet.  There with no power and I did not want to lose all that food.   I called several places and Matt from  Lamm Electric called me immediately.   He had me text him pictures and he walked me through finding the problem.  We were able to fix it and my refrigerator is working and we did not lose any food!    (I offered to pay him for his time and he said no). Matt was amazing!!

Attentive, knowledgable, and easy to work with. They do excellent, detailed work and seem honest & straightforward. I appreciate their responsiveness, attention to detail, that they clean up after jobs, and ease in scheduling. Definitely recommend. Will work with them again.

Art recently installed a ceiling fan for me at my home. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism shown and the quick, clean install. We would definitely recommend his services and will call him again when the need arises.

I called Southern Electric of the Carolinas (in Rock Hill) because I had a puzzling intermittent flickering lights problem on multiple circuits (but not all of them).  The owner, Tommy Palmer, came to check it out to provide an estimate.  He was able to quickly trouble-shoot and diagnose the problem.  He suspected a bad connection inside my electric meter box.  He immediately called the city electric company to open the meter box.  There was, in fact, a bad connection.  He immediately got a permit from the city to work on the meter and sent a crew (Ron & LJ) to work on it.  They had to coordinate their work with the city electric company to disconnect my electric service at the street, have the city inspector approve the repair, and then have the electric service turned back on.  They took care of all of the logistics and got the job done amazingly fast.  While all this was happening, they also did another minor job for me at the same time.  The bill for their work was quite reasonable.

We just moved into our new house and found that one of our light switches was wiggly and we had an issue with our ceiling fan. I called GB Electrical and Jay came out soon afterwards. He replaced my wonky light switch and fixed my fan problem without issue. Such a nice guy and such a great job.

I have used them in the past . .always a problem getting the work done--before being billed.    Billing is done quickly, service is not completed.

Called them again today for service and said they would only come out if COD.

I have had a persistent lighting issue in my home that I couldn't seem to resolve on my own. I was a bit hesitant to ask for any assistance due to the fact I've heard from neighbors about overpriced electricians that they've had in the past. A quick Google search of local electricians revealed WES to be the ONLY 5/5 star electrical service in the area with multiple reviews. I quickly gave them a call and spoke with Jeff.

Jeff was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. After scheduling an initial inspection I unfortunately had to reschedule. Not a problem. Again, Jeff was kind, knowledgeable, extremely polite, and flexible.

During the follow up Jamie and Brandon were sent out to help figure out what the issue was. These guys are the A TEAM for sure. They knocked out the many issues that I had in a little over 4 hours. They were friendly, we joked a bit as they were getting their work done, and they maneuvered through the mess that I had on the floor (as I had just moved).

I WILL be using their services again. If you're looking for a friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and fairly priced electrical service, this is the company.

I called because we had some weak circuit breakers that needed replaced.  First, it took two weeks for an appointment.  The electrician came out and determined 3 breakers needed replaced.  The only problem was that he only had 1.  The options were to either have them come back another time and pay the $135 service call fee again, or I could wait for the techs to go buy some breakers.  They didn't tell me I would be paying for their shopping trip.  They arrived at my house at 8:38 AM (they did not call ahead like I was told they would).  The finally left at 11:09 AM.  That's 2 hours and 31 minutes (151 minutes) .  It took them 54 minutes to go buy the breakers.  That means they were physically here for 97 minutes, or 1 hour and 37 minutes.  If they had had the breakers on the truck, they'd of been done in that 1 hour and 37 minutes, and I'd of been billed for  45 minutes (.75 hours) over the 1 hour service call, approximately another $73.50.  But, according to their company, since they were out buying my breakers, I have to pay for that time too, and they billed me an additional 1.75 hours (an hour and 45 minutes) over the initial 1 hour service call.
If they can't stock all the different brands of breakers on the trucks (they did have 1), then why didn't they ask me two weeks ago when I called what brand/type I had, so they could stock them on the truck for my appointment?  In my opinion, I paid for an extra hour, $98, that I shouldn't have had to.
The techs were nice and knowledgeable.  But, I won't do business again with a company I feel ripped me off because of their own incompetence.

This is far from the truth for Pyramid. Joe and Andy showed up on time and were professional, courteous and took the time to do things right. They were careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after themselves and were great to deal with.

Couldn't recommend them more.

Jim Dickerson came out and said I needed a part they did not have on truck or in stock (1st pm of work off), they come and install that part (2nd pm of work off) and say if that doesnt work I will need another part. I advise it did not work and will need that other part, so I arranged an appt and took time (3rd pm off work). Same technician that told me I needed that part shows up  and when I ask I hope you have that part I need No he replies...why did they send you out here then? I ask?? His response I have no idea

True story of incompetence and now will need to take 4th pm off literally within 2 weeks, and yes it will be with another company.

Garry came out. The good news was he was on time. The bad news is he gave me a bogus estimate for $2365 worth of work. He showed me pictures of water on pipes. I asked him point blank if that could be condensation as we have a very deep well and very cold water and he said no. After he left, I got another certified plumber to come out. He said he'd love the business but that there are no leaks. The powder room had leaked at one time, but it is dry now. He charged me an $89 trip charge and saved me $2300. I'm not sure if Garry or IRV Plumbing is the culprit, but one or both of them are extremely dishonest.
