I set up an appointment for 5 Star to come by Saturday morning at 8:00 am. I moved some things around to make sure I was home. He never showed. If you're not interested, just say so.

OMG!  These people are PHENOMINAL!!  From the first conversation with Michelle, the office manager I was hooked!!  First introduction really does make a difference; meaning the first person that picks up that phone can make or break your business!  I can't say enough for the knowledge, skills and ability starting with Michelle.  My technician was Brandon.  I was skeptical when I first saw him because he looked so young!  But he knew his stuff and saved me alotttttttt of money simply by not only fixing the issue, but EDUCATING me, which is invaluable!  This is my electric company from now on praise God!!  Thank you Michelle and Brandon for great customer service from the initial phone call until Brandon finished the job!  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and EDUCATORS!!!  Thank you so much for taking away my worries with this electrical issue!

Outstanding and prompt service with fair pricing!!! My power for my garage door had gone out and before I could call garage door repair I needed to call an electrician.  Within 15 minutes of calling LiveWire, they were out here, they fixed the problem within minutes, and charged a fair and reasonable price for coming out.  Personally, I value expertise and just getting the job done way more than time spent on the problem without fixing the problem, and LiveWire Electrical fixed my problem timely and promptly.  I would definitely recommend!

We have had Gianni come out twice since buying our home and they are wonderful. Really fast response, worked with me to find a good time to come out, explained issues and plan to repair/replace a breaker, and we have had no issues since. I'm so glad we found them, definitely will be calling them for any future needs and HIGHLY recommend!

Antwawn (the electrician sent to my house) was the only professional part of this experience. The front office was worthless so he was the only form of contact I had with the company through this process. He did everything he could to make my experience as good as possible. So I paid 200 for the after hours service (needed my main outside breaker fixed because power was going out) and when they arrived they said they needed to order the breaker. Breaker doesn't arrive until following wed. Breaker turns out to be wrong breaker (wrong breaker shipped by them). Janel in front office accuses me of not notifying them of the breaker size which wouldn't have mattered since they didn't have it in stock anyway so what was the point of this accusation? I did however notify them before the appointment but thanks for trying to lie, Janel.. Clearly well versed in ripping off the customer. Breaker finally arrives 10 days after I initially paid them 200 dollars. Breaker gets fixed and some upstairs outlets I needed installed were installed. So 10 days later AND AN ADDITIONAL $640 USD problem solved lol. $856 USD to get a breaker switch replaced and have one outlet installed. I'll be going elsewhere for my next job which will be soon. I had thousands of dollars of work that needed to be done as I convert my guest room into a data center. Sorry Roby but your competitor will be getting that money.

I think from now on I'm gonna call Antwawn directly and just hire him without going through Roby. He's an A+++ journeyman electrician.

We just moved to the area, needed an electrician, found Ryan Hanlon on yelp.com, called him, he came over the same day and took care of us!!  Great!

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

Y'all, if I could give Josh from Blue Collar 10 stars, I would! We had an electrical issue on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I just went down the line on Yelp and called 15 different electricians... Josh responded quickly, and was over at my house within a couple hours. Quickly got to the bottom of the issue, which was with power IN to the house, helped me call Duke Energy to explain the problem and make sure they dispatched a lineman, and followed up several times over the afternoon and evening to make sure we were okay and all squared away. And even though he could have gouged me on a holiday, he charged me a more than reasonable rate while providing great service. I would absolutely recommend them for all your electrical and HVAC needs (he is licensed for both)!!

Honesty Electric was.  I must place the emphasis on HONEST! In this industry, that is rare to come by.  I woke up the next morning after an intense thunderstorm and realized that 1 of my bedrooms didn't have power in the light fixtures or the outlets.. I looked up-and-down on Google trying to find the right company to resolve this for me.  I appreciate it more than ever the honest diagnosis made by Lewis and his efficiency in getting it repaired right away! I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me in such a reasonable amount of time.  I highly recommend Honesty Electric and I will absolutely call them for all my electrical needs. As a new property owner, I anticipate future work and they will absolutely be the ones I call to complete it for me. You won't disappointed.

Chris was extremely professional and found time in his schedule to fit us in on short notice over the holidays.  He quickly identified the source of our flickering lights and provided both a detailed explanation of what was happening and our options to remediate.  Luckily it wasn't a fire hazard, and he was able to easily address the problem right away.

Total rip-off.  I guess they thought a woman wouldn't know any better.  Definitely won't try using them for anything else.

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
