Best Electricians in Charlotte, NC

Life saver!  I was messing with my light switches and caused a short that I couldn't track down.  Touch of Power Solutions came out the same day on a Saturday evening!  He troubleshot the issue and tracked down the problem.  I highly recommend.  They will be my electrician from now on!

I had Johnathon Brown do a repair job at my previous property in Pineville, NC. The electrician was courteous, professional, & explained everything well. Being impressed with that experience, I asked them to quote a much more extensive job at my new property in Charlotte. They came out two weeks ago & said they'd have a quote for me at the beginning of the following week. After not hearing from them, I called the following Friday for a status, and they said they'd get it out to me. Never heard back, so I called them again the following Wednesday - again no response. I am quite disappointed in the lack of communication.

Update -
The company apologized for the lack of communication. Johnathon Brown himself came out to gather more information; apparently the original electrician did not get everything needed. He was thorough in explaining all the known & potential challenges for the work that I desire. Hopefully I will get the actual estimate soon, but a decent service recovery effort so far.

I've hired Ronnie for a few different commercial and residential projects. He's great to work with and the quality is top notch. He's a family man and an honest electrician. I would definitely recommend him.

My man Bill is a beast! What I mean is, he is a superb electrician. A knowledgeable and experienced tradesman. Highly skilled professional at his craft. I contracted him to rewire the whole house (about 1400 SF) plus add more switches, lights, and upgrade the electrical panel and breaker box. Its all labor intensive and he does it all....very well! Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

I contacted Roby for help with my AC units. Judd got me the help I needed almost immediately. Jeremy and hunter worked diligently to diagnose the problems and before long both units were up and running. This company goes way above and beyond the normal level of service. Evan was knowledgeable, friendly and competitively priced (per hour). He responded to my yelp project request quickly and was out the next day. He installed my new bedroom ceiling fan/light fixture and then went on to figure out why my bathroom exhaust fan hasn't been working since we moved in 4 months ago. He was able to fish the lines through the ceiling without having to make any cuts into the ceiling and was able to get it up and running for us. We will definitely use Evan for our next electrical project!

I found Ryan through other Yelp reviews in the spring right before moving everything down from Chicago. Ryan installed recessed lighting in my formal living and dining rooms and also in my kitchen. We had a miscommunication but Ryan was more than willing to make things right and came out two more times to make me completely happy, going above and beyond what I had originally asked him to do. Ryan made me feel like a priority even after not being the nicest and he's the kind of guy I trusted to be at the house when I was out of town; you can trust him with your grandma, folks.

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

Luis was unable to concentrate during his estimate appointment and had difficulty writing on his notepad. I felt uneasy with his presence. When I told him we will just conclude our appointment at that time, he described how I would be lucky to have had him as an electrician anyway. Very peculiar behavior exhibited during our encounter.
If not for 'honesty' then what's the point of Yelp?

They fixed a hall light with a 3 way switch. I tried to fix it myself but couldn't find the issue after 2 trips to Lowe's. I needed an expert. He got there at 7:30 and was done by 8am. He even fixed the things I broke. Now the light it working great! I would definitely recommend them. Very easy to work with as well.

Very unprofessional customer service. I made an appointment for a clogged drain line.   I got a 2-4pm confirmation.  Called at 4:15 and they told me that appointment had been cancelled.   Reset the appointment for 4-6pm and called at 6:15 to be told that the technician went home.   2 appointments missed in one day.   Unacceptable.

I cannot comment on the quality of the work done by H Dee, as I never received a call back after leaving a voicemail request about work I needed done.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
