These guys are great! They called to see if they could come early. I wanted a light installed that was supposed to have been wired when the house was built and only waiting on a fixture. These guys had to buy a new drill bit and do a difficult rewrite to make it work. (Darn builder!) They did the work fast and did not charge for the bit or the time to go get it. The cost was very reasonable and my fixture is fantastic! I will use them again!

OMG!  These people are PHENOMINAL!!  From the first conversation with Michelle, the office manager I was hooked!!  First introduction really does make a difference; meaning the first person that picks up that phone can make or break your business!  I can't say enough for the knowledge, skills and ability starting with Michelle.  My technician was Brandon.  I was skeptical when I first saw him because he looked so young!  But he knew his stuff and saved me alotttttttt of money simply by not only fixing the issue, but EDUCATING me, which is invaluable!  This is my electric company from now on praise God!!  Thank you Michelle and Brandon for great customer service from the initial phone call until Brandon finished the job!  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and EDUCATORS!!!  Thank you so much for taking away my worries with this electrical issue!

Shawn did a fantastic job giving us a beautiful painting job in our new home. Bobby from  LiveWire Electrical came out to help us after me calling him on a Saturday. He was able to work us in quickly. We help out an elderly and it was for her. She had a blown outlet which caused the Window AC unit to not work during the hot August summer. Bobby was prompt, courteous, professional, and his work was exceptional. We appreciate him so much and will only be calling him for all of our needs in the future! Thank you again from the bottom our our hearts!!!

I had requested a second type of electrical service and this time it was for landscape lighting.  It was the second time Jesse came to my home and he was very experienced in troubleshooting where the source of the wire was compromised.  The speed at which he found and corrected the problem was evident in his experience with not only residential indoor repairs but for outdoor/landscape lighting.  He is very well versed in all forms of electrical capabilities and repairs.  Excellent job!

Bill Ambrose is fantastic!  He works very hard and communicates very well in person, by phone and text.  He is courteous and should put you at ease quickly about any job you have.  I was so pleased to call this guy first after a trusted recommendation from someone else.  I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I am so impressed. Thanks Bill.  You are awesome!  Now can you recommend a good plumber, pool guy, and roofer? Lol

Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open.   He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.   Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

I do not recommend this business. They tried to inflate my bill by recommending an expensive solution for a routine repair. They told me a replacement part I needed was totally impossible to find and the best fix would be a much more involved workaround, but I was able to find the part myself without too much trouble and someone else handled the repair for a fraction of the cost. I can't tell if they were unethical or just incompetent, I just know I would never trust these people to do anything.

Had appointment for 2pm to 3pm on 9/7/17 no call no show.  Called the bussines at 3pm receptionist apologized and said she would have the tech call me.  When 4:15pm rolled around I called back and just told the company not to come. Other then me calling them I never heard from the tech or the company.

I used yelp to solicit some quote and EM got back to me, not with a quote, but with an offer to do a free estimate which to me was better and something the other respondents did not offer. He came the same day, and to the point that one reviewer made about jargon, he did that a bit but I took it as someone really into their work - and he answered all my questions until i didnt have any more. He came, asked me some questions, looked at my setup then gave me a quote which seemed reasonable (and was less than one of the other electricians quoted  - albeit without seeing the issue). He told me what he thought it was, which was not too difficult to understand and it ended up he was right and was able to fix it immediately - he came, diagnosed, and fixed it in under 30minutes! Its a pity the one person had a poor experience because all other respondents gave him a 5 and i would agree with the majority, will use EM Electric again!

I had an issue with a property I have under contract to sell. Ryan came out quickly and diagnosed the problem and repaired it in under an hour. Couldn't be happier! This is the best experience I've had with an electrician, and he was very reasonable on price. I definitely suggest him and will use him again.

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

Our experience with Honesty Electric was fantastic. From the estimate to the completion of the job they were very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly!

After having another electrician fail to show up twice, I was fortunate to find Christopher on Yelp. I wanted an outlet installed in what seemed like a tricky spot (an outdoor patio), but Chris's crew had no trouble making it happen. The two guys were friendly, courteous and very professional. Will definitely go to this company first for future electrical services.

I had Michael An Son replace my water heater,jody, the technician that came out explain to me exactly what was going on with my water heater. He gave me estimates on the different gallons of water heater and cost ,now I had a Nother technician from a different company come out that basically wanted to tear up one of my walls, stating that my water level was off total rip off, Michael an Son was  able to explain everything to me and gave me an option of payments that they offer. I was very happy with the work jody did .

I cannot comment on the quality of the work done by H Dee, as I never received a call back after leaving a voicemail request about work I needed done.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
