Tony from Five Star was over to my house within 30 minutes of me calling him with issues around water pressure and temperature. He quickly looked through everything, double checked that all the valves and gauges were fully functional, and made the necessary tweeks where necessary. Tony was friendly, approachable, and did the preliminary work for free. Tony is our go to plumber for all things.

I found Johnathan Brown Electric on a neighborhood website. I was so nervous about finding the right Electrician but when I contacted the rep and read the reviews, it all gave me a piece of mind. She was able to get someone to come out right away to give me a FREE estimate to do Electrical working in my Living Room and Kitchen. Matthew came out and he was very knowledgeable and informative. He talked me through the whole process and even made recommendations. He never tried to upsell me and provided excellent customer service the entire time. Definitely recommend!!!!

Ronnie was great to work with.  Had great prices and very knowledgeable and efficient. We would use them again.

Everything was great.  The fan was installed perfectly and on Shawn was on time.  I will hire him again when the need arises.

Bobby was able to take care of my problem quickly. He met me at my rental property within 2 hours and had the new meter and control panel installed within 24 hours. Great service.

I finally found my electrician! I found him on thumbtack. We had some issues with lights not coming on in different rooms in the house. He found the problem, and got us fixed up right! He also gave us some good lighting upgrade recommendations.

Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open.   He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.   Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

I do not recommend this business. They tried to inflate my bill by recommending an expensive solution for a routine repair. They told me a replacement part I needed was totally impossible to find and the best fix would be a much more involved workaround, but I was able to find the part myself without too much trouble and someone else handled the repair for a fraction of the cost. I can't tell if they were unethical or just incompetent, I just know I would never trust these people to do anything.

I called Roby for an after hours service request when my parents were having electrical issues and I couldn't be happier with how professional, quick and courteous Jake was. I chatted online with Joshua who had a customer service rep call me within minutes of hearing what I needed. Crystal the CSR was great, she collected my information and had the on call electrician Jake call to discuss rates and availability. Within 30 minutes of my reaching out online Jake was on the way. Talk about customer service! Jake diagnosed the problem quickly and made sure my parents would have electricity to their main appliances before coming back tomorrow. I highly recommend Jake and Roby for electrical work.

Prompt response and easy scheduling. Evan was on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We just had some under cabinet lighting installed by Ryan Hanlon and I can't praise him enough.  We purchased the lighting and started calling around for quotes and almost thought the project was out of our price range when we heard how much people were charging for the installation.  I saw the positive reviews for Ryan Hanlon and gave him a call.  His quote was about 50% LESS than average so I was hoping this wasn't too good to be true.I was not disappointed!  He showed up exactly on time, did a first class job and cleaned up the area before leaving.  We couldn't be happier and now have an electrician for life!

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

Honesty Electric is our go to electrician in Charlotte. We've used them for 3 jobs in 2018 and have been very impressed with the quality, availability, and friendliness of the crew. Highly recommend!

Chris was extremely professional and found time in his schedule to fit us in on short notice over the holidays.  He quickly identified the source of our flickering lights and provided both a detailed explanation of what was happening and our options to remediate.  Luckily it wasn't a fire hazard, and he was able to easily address the problem right away.

Called Michael and Sons Plumbing in response to same morning t v ad. Stopped sewer ,our service will pump sewer and give free camera service inspection. Called and spoke to representative with Michael and Sons ask about service and after conversation with supervisor neither of which knew anything about ad.   Very disappointed.

I cannot comment on the quality of the work done by H Dee, as I never received a call back after leaving a voicemail request about work I needed done.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
