Warren and Vivian are wonderful people.  They're responsible and true to their words.  If they say they will do something, they will deliver.  Warren is competent and knows his stuff.  They scheduled an inspection with dob within days and sign off went smoothly- amazing!

Absolutely wonderful customer service and zero attempt at trying to unnecessarily run up the bill. What more can you ask for, really? The entire experience was pleasant, efficient, and accommodating. Could not be happier and highly recommend Bruno Electric.

I called this morning for an Estimate and was told that coming to the Home is considered a Service call and I would be charged. I felt the woman I spoke with was not providing Quality Customer service and kept speaking over me. On Facebook they Advertise Free Estimates, as I had wanted to keep Business in Town.
I decided to reach out to Lippolis Electric in Pelham.
The Customer Service was Polite, Professional and Accommodating and the Estimates are without Charge.

He's a great guy.  Arrived early on very very short notice.  Was very helpful and quick with his work and was kind enough to help out and provide advice to me.
I've worked with many electricians, but now I won't work with anyone else.

I called Primo to come by my house in Westchester to provide me with an estimate  after seeing pictures of the work they do as well as the numerous great reviews. I also had a local TV installation/AV/Electrician come by to provide an estimate as well. The estimate was to have two TVs hung on the wall, one above a fireplace and the second in a room where the cable outlet was on a different wall. While I am not the type of person to take the cheaper route especially because I am a firm believer you get what you pay for, I went with Primo because he was half the price and when he explained to me what he was going to do, it was exactly what needed to be done. The other installer was making it a grander project than it already was and for that I believe they were padding the numbers. Primo also threw in an extra TV wall mount for no additional charge after he discovered the one that I had purchased was not going to work. For the TV installed above the fireplace he recommended using his wall mount which was $75 cheaper than the one that I had intended to use because he said the one he was supplying was more appropriate for the job. I asked Primo about surround sound and he talked me out of getting a full system with speakers all over the room and recommended the Bose soundbar or Sonos Playbar because it would do exactly what I was looking for and was not overkill for my room. I took his advice and got the Sonos with the Sonos Bridge (network is housed in a different room) and could not be happier. He mounted it on the wall right below my TV and it looks incredible. He also set it up for me and I could not be happier. The great thing about the Sonos as I want to add speakers ie. subwoofer, rear speakers etc, I can do it wirelessly through the Sonos Bridge which creates its own HiFi network and does not interfere with anything else in my house. When I am having a party or feel like rocking out to some tunes I can run my iPad, ipod etc through the Sonos network as well and I do not need to have my smart TV on. It is an incredible set up.

Primo's crew were extremely polite, professional, nice and even cleaned up everything and patched the wall so well that all I have to do is go over it with a roller of paint. Everyone that comes over to our house now wows over the job that was done and is very impressed with what it looks like. I plan on recommending Primo and his group to anyone in the tri-state area that is thinkig about mounting a TV on the wall and needs to have the wires hidden. While it is not a cheap project to have done it is worth it to have a professional do it and know that it will not be crooked, off center or worst case fall off the wall. What better than to pay Primo to come by take few hours to install it knowing it will not only be done right but look great too and not have the stress or wasting a whole day to do it.

The project that I had to have the TV hung over the fireplace was not run of the mill easy TV installation because the power source was about 20 feet from the back of the TV and they had to run the power in the wall (through beams) from the outlet to the TV as well as run the coaxial up from the basement to get it into the room. This is what happens when you want to convert a living room in to a TV/family room in an older home.

We are now one more happy and completely satisfied customer of Primo Installation. While it is always worth it get a second opinion/estimate I am confident that Primo will be the one you go with and you will not be second guessing yourself.

I tried to move a light switch myself from one wall to another one and screwed up, so I called a guy who told me that couldn't be fixed. I couldn't believe that! So I found Sal on Yelp and called him last night. He came this morning and got the job done in 45 min! Easy Peasy. Great price. He explained to me everything and gave me some advices. He definitely knew his job, not like the first guy. He seems very trustworthy and doesn't try to take advantage of people. I will hire him again for sure.

I recently bought a home and it needed a lot of updating.  I called plaza and working with them has been INCREDIBLE! Courteous, quick, professional, on time and the list goes on!  They worked with me and my crazy schedule and the work they do is hands down the best!  I would recommend Plaza to everyone (if you want it done right!)

Kevin and Evan are both responsive and competent!  My apt experienced major damage due to a flood and Keller Electric came to my rescue.  Keller Electric Installed outlets, repaired damaged wiring and replaced light fixtures and ceiling fans .  I've got their number in my phone and I will use no other electricians in the future.  I highly recommend Keller Electric.  The job was done correctly and quickly the first time around.

Grounded Electric is a fabulous company. They are very attentive and very honest. If your looking for an electrician, I would highly recommend them!!!

Professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Wayne replaced the panel in my parents home on a Sunday morning! Price came in as estimated.  Would recommend to all!

Jim & Sons did a variety of electrical work including installing a dedicated line for a bedroom, and building/wiring a new bathroom exhaust vent unit in an aging house. Prices were very reasonable and were laid out in a very thorough estimate.
On the day the work was done, the electricians showed up on time, and went through everything to make sure it was up to my expectations
Will definitely use them again for any further electrical needs!

John is cool.  He came and assessed my ceiling fan.  Guess it was not that big of a problem, because he didn't charge me.  He just put a couple of screws in and that was it.  He did suggest we get a new fan.  Old one.  I tried to fix a wobble in the fan, but he said it was normal.  That darn thing almost dropped from my ceiling when I tried unscrewing it.  Darn youtube gave me the wrong advice.  Next time just hire a professional.  John is an honest guy.  I will call him again if I have any future projects.

Frank and his crew are excellent electricians. High standard quality job, very professional and at the same time friendly and listening to client requests and questions. They are fair and honest: if something is not needed Frank will tell you.
