Totally Wired, Inc., is excellent from start to finish! I used them for electrical work, repair and installations in my home. I have also used them in the past for extensive work and my family has used them several times as well. We have all been extremely happy, every single time. Their service is consistently outstanding, professional and meticulous in every way.  Tony, Jen and their entire team go above and beyond to ensure that their clients needs are met and everything is perfect before the job is complete. They have an amazing open line of communication, patience and will answer all your questions, concerns, etc. They are busy because they are so very good, but will work with you on scheduling and get you penciled in as soon as possible and you will not be disappointed with the end result. Aside from all of that, they are just extremely nice and honest people that want to do a great job and make their customers happy and once you work with them, you will truly never want to work with anyone else. I called this morning for an Estimate and was told that coming to the Home is considered a Service call and I would be charged. I felt the woman I spoke with was not providing Quality Customer service and kept speaking over me. On Facebook they Advertise Free Estimates, as I had wanted to keep Business in Town.
I decided to reach out to Lippolis Electric in Pelham.
The Customer Service was Polite, Professional and Accommodating and the Estimates are without Charge.

Heard good reviews about technicians but when I called to get information the woman was short and seemed annoyed.  If she represents the office then it doesn't matter it technician reviews a good.

I've been using Totaly Wired for my own projects as well as for clients. They are always on time, professional, efficient, pleasant and neat (which is so appreciated when people are working in my home!). The owner is very knowledgeable and the office is very responsive. I really am impressed with how they run their business.

Requested a quote for a simple galley kitchen, wanted to shop local, received 4 bids, theres was 50 % higher than all the others! Was totally disappointed ! For a simple move of a switch going from horizontal to vertical , the owner wanted to charge me$150! ! Lesson learned, definitely receive several bids before making a decision!
Went with Nicks Electrical - best decision ever!Half the cost, great results!

This company is by far one of the best electrical contractors I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, they are very reasonably price for excellent workmanship. The owner Anthony Pilero Jr. is a hands on owner who took the time to explain in detail the work he was going to do in a way that the customer can understand. Anthony showed up each day to follow up on his grade A employees and is a stickler on neatness and workmanship.  I had the pleasure of having Steve Cranwell, one of his top knowledgable employees doing the work for me. We've used Totally Wired for at least 3 separate jobs (big and small) now and have only great things to say. Anthony (Tony) is very personable, reliable, and he and his team do great work while being very reasonable with cost and flexibility. His wife who handles calls and scheduling is always accommodating and responsible. You can expect them to be thoughtful about the job at hand while respecting your house and your time. I had Anthony and his team do a complex home entertainment installation/wiring using a delicate fiberoptic cable and many speaker lines and everything came out great.  It's a refreshing change to do business with friendly and reliable contractors in our area - Totally Wired is great.

Totally Wired put new ceiling lights in our living room and dining room. We couldn't be happier! Tony came to look at our space and gave great advice as to what we needed. (A prior electrician had tried to sell us on more and I really appreciated Tony's honesty and his eye for the rooms!) The guys that put the lights in were fantastic, fast and left no mess at all! Would absolutely use them again!

I called to set up an appointment and the young lady that answered was very courteous and knowledgeable about the problems I was having in my home. I think her name is Jennifer. We set the appointment and Tony showed up exactly to the minute of the scheduled time. He completed the work under the time he had quoted me. He was very neat and cleaned up as he worked the small jobs that I needed done. He was very understanding of what I needed done. Tony is the best contractor we have worked with! We are renovating our house and have had about ten different contractors for numerous projects. Tony is knowledgable, up to date with technology, precise, reliable, and has great taste. I cannot say enough good things about Totally Wired.

Anthony and his team are true electrical experts! They are responsive, knowledgable, friendly, clean and there are no surprises. They completely wired our newly purchased home, installed LED high hats, updated and replaced all electrical outlets, and fixed some shoddy electrical from the previous owners. I will use them again and again. I highly recommend Totally Wired for all your electrical needs.
