Called and talked to Paul Hampton (the owner), explained the job and he told me how they're sooooo different from other contractors that do things like not show up. He sent a text and e-mail that said Remember, you don't have to wait at home.   We make a heads-up call as we head over so you can meet us.  We call the home and cell numbers usually 20-30 minutes ahead. The email had two attached PDF's, as if they are so organized and a signature that said No Job Too Small, No Challenge Too Great.

No call ahead - the guy did show up a little late. I spent my valuable time going over everything that was required and everything appeared fine.

Never gave an estimate - just wasted my time.

All the e-mails and hype amount to nothing. Just knuckleheads.

Anderson Electric is an excellent company to do business with. I needed a Tesla wall charger installed at my home and I was leery of hiring anyone to do the job who didn't have experience installing this specialty item. Anderson has installed many of these Tesla wall chargers so they know what they are doing. The owner, George, personally came to my home and provided me with a fair quote for the job. He also took care of the permit required by my town. I was placed on the schedule and within 5 business days the work was complete. My job involved installing a new 60 amp circuit breaker on my basement electrical panel, running a high capacity copper line from my basement through a crawl space in front of my home to an external wall, then installing the Tesla wall charger on that wall. On the day of the install, a team of 3 Anderson electricians came to my home. They showed up on time, were very respectful and professional, and completed the job very quickly considering the complexity of the job. I highly recommend Anderson Electric for your home electrical project needs.

Sal and his super detailed crew re-wired my whole house top to bottom right after I bought it - a 1901 wood frame Victorian in Flatbush. A big job. Thing I was most afraid of was the holes in the wall that were inevitable from this sort of work. But they re-plastered everything perfectly and I can't even see the work underneath after re-painting. I've had a lot of contractors in and out of the house over the last year and Sal is the only one I wouldn't think twice about calling again - although I don't think I'll need to for a long time given how thorough he has been.

Danube Electric did a fantastic job on my apartment. They are licensed in Electrician, Heating, and Cooling. They interviewed many other electricians, and chose them because they were reasonably priced and very reliable. I will most definitely use them again. Keep up the good work!

Big fan of Al's.  Everything you want in a handyman.  Patient, smart, creative, punctual, neat and kind.  Al hung a TV for me - perfectly centered and the right height - and a Nest Outdoor camera.  The camera was not easy, required hanging out a window on a 2nd floor, but Al went above and beyond, making sure it was waterproofed (he brought his own silicone).  Really solid all the way around.  Al can do most anything - TV hanging, light electrical, directv work, etc.  Big fan.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Angelo of Grimaldi who helped me set up my new Tesla charger and replace a faulty breaker. I cannot recommend this electrician enough!

We recently bought a new house and wanted to make some electrical upgrades throughout so we did some research online and found Wes Electric. After receiving our estimate we decided to use Wes. Some work included recessed lights,  ceiling fans, 200 amp service upgrade, and replacing all of our outlets.  The work came out perfect we were surprised how much adding some lighting could make such a difference in our home. The guys who did the work were neat and professional and always made sure to clean up at the end of the day. We would recommend Wes to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

Joe is a great guy, friendly, professional, fairly priced and on time. He did a great job fixing my garage lights, I highly recommend him.

I just recently bought a house that needed a lot of work but the first thing I wanted done was my outdoor lighting with motion detectors for safety reasons. I called a few electricians but no one got back to me timely and/or their quotes were pretty high. Then Big Sky Electric was recommended to me by a friend who had used them before.  I was so pleased to deal with a company I could trust.  Jason was so understanding of my needs, he sent his team over and I had my lights the next evening.  The best surprise was the price, it was less than all the other quotes and I also got some great pointers regarding future projects. I will definitely be hiring Big Sky Electric again.

Not happy with the repeated changes in arrival time to our home but pleased whenever we called someone did answer. They finally showed up. The fix took 10 mins-- still cost $125-- that was horrible.  This wreaked havoc on our work schedule.  The guys were nice and I was glad that we could communicate well with one another.

I reside in a beautiful hundred year old brownstone in Harlem love everything about it, but as you'd imagine a bldg this old has well quirks and often needs attention from window people, radiator people, plumbers and so on. My point is In the 20 plus years of living in this flat I've had more than my fair share of workman, repair people, restorers, painters and plumbers...I could go on. Most get the job done, most are pleasant but, not by a long shot, are all, even subpar.  Some are  surly, late , Ill-prepared. Some so shoddy as to need another repair person to repair what the first repair-person attempted.. all of this to say I've seen all I care to see of  what passes for customer service these days and shudder at the thought of anything in need of attention. But of course life happens. Things break, wear out etc...  first to go : my door intercom,  the release, didn't. Then the closet light stopped working. and of course then, the track lighting  in the living room.  is it the track , a fuse, a short ? was anyone's guess. Calls were made to the Bldg owner appts were made I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.. AND Then that's exactly what showed up the best. Solutions were arrived at that didnt send me to the highest costing option available,friendly prompt left in an hour all issues resolved my place neat as pin and a cost no more than I might spend in in decent restaurant for dinner for 4. And I'm not in the dark anymore!
Could not be happier ask for Jaiden Lee if you have that option but I'm sure everyone is great there if he is any indicator.
They have my business and yes I well realize how gushy this sounds, he was that good.

I had what turned out to be a small but difficult electrical problem, that most electricians  considered to be to small and messy and not worth the effort. I called every electrician in the nabohurghood most of them didn't  return any of my calls.
Mr Paskor returned  my call the same day. It took a few back and forth phone calls and about 2 weeks before we could work out a schedule  to get the work done. The job took 3 hours. I was very happy with the work and the price was excellent.
I have a few more electrical projects and would be more than happy to hire Mr. Paskor to do the work.

I called these men once when I had an outlet that was spewing sparks.  They came the same day and charged me $72 to check it out.  Is this a reasonable price?  I don't know, but at least I had the comfort of knowing it was checked by a licensed electrician.
