Best Plumbing Services in New Mexico
I had them convert my Swamp Cooler to a Refrigerated AC System. The pricing was half of what I was quoted through another Company. I am absolutely thrilled with the money saved. Definitely Recommended

Woke up 2 days ago to discover we had no hot water. Called Wagner yesterday and scheduled someone to come out today to look at it. I have an on demand hot water system, so I wanted to have professionals look at it The technician located the problem quickly ( good news) but informed me he would need to get parts from the maker (bad news potentially. Manufacturers told him that due to current supply chain problems, it would take a while to get parts. However My nephew was able to find an alternative source and the Wagner tech was willing to work with us on this plan.
Their tech kept us well informed throughout. We look forward to completing this job with him.
Wagner has done some installation and service calls for me over the past few years, I have been very satisfied with the work they do and the quality of the products they use. I plan to continue using their services when I need them.

We contacted DJs to replace a leaking dishwasher drain tube and replace the kitchen sink faucet. They were able to come out the next day. It was not an easy job working in a difficult to access space under the sink. The faucet was the original one that came with the house 42 years ago and was very difficult to remove due to corrosion. Delano worked hard at it and managed to replace the drain tube and the faucet. He then tested the whole work for leaks. Unfortunately, a flaw in the new drain tubing produced a leak. Delano volunteered to go to the store, brought back a new one and replaced it again, He tested it all again, and all was working well. He cleaned up the area. The charge was very reasonable. We definitely would use them again.

Price gouging. This company's price estimate was extremely high, MUCH higher than price quotes received from other (highly rated) companies for the same work.
I gave this company 2 stars (not lower, despite my main concern), because they did reply in a timely manner when contacted, which was appreciated.
Always price compare with multiple companies. (The other plumbing company we chose charged a much lower rate (something reasonable & expected), did their work competently, and they used good quality parts.)

KSM is reliable, honest, and did a great job on our bathroom remodel and new water heater.

We live in Cochiti Lake, New Mexico and not everyone is willing to drive out here, and if they do they usually charge a premium. It was great to find these guys. Not only did they not charge me the usual 'mileage' fee but when they pulled our old heater and found a rotted out floor, they ran into town and back the same day to get the job done. AND they did not charge me extra.
I highly recommend these guys. They were really on the ball!

I've deal with Doc for several years through two different businesses. Their service is the same if your a small guy or a larger company! I can't say that I've dealt with everyone, but I have with most. The show room is beautiful and Carla is a joy to deal with.
The back counter is always well stocked with plenty of staff and some one either there or in the hallway is always willing to help out.
The warehouse is well lit and well stocked from plumbing parts, fixtures, to hvac components to cast iron pipe and more.
Don't be afraid to darken their doorstep.
Thank you to everyone for your help and support.

Had a recirculation pump installed by Tripple L back in 2016 when the father owned the company. The pump had a 2 year warranty. Pump has went out and called to have them fix it. Would not honor the warranty as the father has passed away and claim they are a different company. Same company name, same phone #, etc.. Would not use or recommend since father passed. Son who runs company is clearly a jerk.

This company was fantastic. They went above and beyond. We had a furnace and a water heater installed. When I had one concern, they came back out to check on it. (It ended up being nothing.) They even swept their work area after they were done.

Scheduling the appointment was easy with realistic response times.
The plumber, Chris, was excellent! He took the time to quadruple check his workmanship after his spot on diagnosis of my homes low water pressure problem. Chris was patient when explaining the estimate and reviewing their warranty policies with me. Best part of all, he allowed me to be to be present during the diagnosis/repair while retaining the failed parts for me see.
Kudos to Affordable Service to has Chris in their employ!
My household will definitely be a repeat customer when it comes time for future plumbing needs.

My sister and I called this company out to do a free estimate on a repair on the furnace. He did not touch the furnace or use any diagnostic equipment, he spent 2 minutes looking at it and said the mother board needed to be replaced. My sister asked if he was going to run any tests? The issue could have been something else, as well as the mother board, but how would he know without testing anything. He said, No, he's been in the business a long time and he knows. He gave no written estimate or any paperwork stating the terms and conditions of this free estimate neither did the website. On his way out, my sister asked if there was anything owed? He said, No, it's a free estimate and IF they did the work THEN the $715.00 quoted would include all costs. (This conversation was recorded on ring camera) This morning the office called and asked if we wanted to go forward with the repair. My sister said, No, we are going with another company. Then she was told $107.00 was owed.
The man that came to the house then text her and said, in part, If you asked for a price to replace it or ask for a price on the part that would be a different story, but I had to tell you what part it was. I can't just drive around town telling people what's wrong with their heaters for free. ....That's what Free estimate for repairs means... If the estimate is only free if THEY do the work, than it isn't free at all. And if there are conditions to this Free estimate than that should be stated up front. It definitely was not.
The diagnosis is nothing more than showing up and giving prices for parts without even touching anything. Even an experienced HVAC specialists has to run some type of test or do something that would warrant charging $107.00 for a Free estimate.
Just another hustle.
