Best Plumbing Services in New Mexico
Do not trust Allied Plumbing for your long term sewer needs. I had a sewer backup on the property in August of 2019 and Allied performed a camera inspection and made some costly recommendations. $4,300 later and I had what I thought was a new sewer line from the structure to the city sewer. Boy was I wrong. They only replaced 20 feet of sewer pipe and fast forward to early March 2020 and I had a backup and that took another plumbing agency, 4A plumbing 5 days to repair. 4A Plumbing handled everything beautifully by providing relevant pictures along the way and worked with my tenant to assure them that the job is progressing along as it should. I will never used Allied plumbing again.

Had Brandon w NCB Mechanical out for a bid to put in new ac and heating unit. He was personable and professional. Chose NCB out of 6 bids. Scheduled me two weeks later and they arrived on time and had the new unit installed in day and a half. Very happy w the crew of 4. I would definitely recommend.

Loved they observed Covid19 mandates. The plumber scheduled for my job couldn't make it due to a family emergency but Christian and Richard showed up, assessed what I needed for my bathroom remodel and quickly took care of everything communicating with other contractors working on the project to make sure it will all work together. Everyone thinks of this company for commercial, but they are really good with my home projects and emergencies.

James was wonderful. He returned my call while I was still trying to leave him a message. He had an opening and came by that afternoon. A simple drain clog that he had fixed quickly and with no extras.

Cornelius is the best! Honest, dependable and they do excellent work. So, you say you have to pay a premium for such excellent work? NOPE! I checked Home Depot and Lowes and got my premium hot water heater installed for HUNDREDS less WITH another year more of extended warranty. Outstanding products, outstanding installation, outstanding service!!!
Don't overpay for mediocre service. Cornelius, you are the absolute greatest! You are the FIRST and ONLY plumber I am ever going to call!!

I was referred to MARK's by my next door neighbor. I had a negative experience with a large ABQ company. My experience with MARK's was easy, pleasant and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I needed a water softener since I was really tired of the calcium deposits on my chrome and glassware. MARK's recommended I source my own softener to save money and I appreciate that. They were honest in assessing my needs and because of my smaller household I didn't need a crazy priced unit. Today my softner was installed in a couple of hours by a professional tech and the price was as expected. A great all around experience! I'll call MARK's from now on.

Outside water faucet leaking with attached timer. This problem had happened in the past and was resolved with replacement of water faucet. Young repairman twisted faucet off and heavy dripping stopped. Turned faucet back on and heavy dripping resumed. He told me I just should turn the faucet on when I wanted to water. He did not know how timer worked, but proceeded to punch buttons randomly. He then wanted to look at inside of house where the faucet connected to inside plumbing. Afterwards, he informed me that it would be necessary to cut holes inside and outside of my 72 year old pueblo styled and built house. At this point it was obvious that this man had no knowledge of what needed to be done and I told him I would be getting a second opinion before deciding on having him do the repair. Of course I was charged heavily for this man's call. I will never do business with this company again. BEWARE

In case you're searching based on their number... I didn't actually do business with these guys, but I was cutoff mid-intersection by one of their service vans... ... It must just be one guy, because I'm unable to find anyone reasonable to complain to.

Very unprofessional! I've never left a business review before, but our encounter with Town & Country made our experience with them feel like a SCAM! They are in it to make a buck and do not care that they are taking advantage of a layperson. They came out to check our wall heater that wouldn't ignite. They quoted us over $500 to service it. The owner said there was also a defective part, but when pressed for further details about it, he was reluctant to give us more information. He ended up charging us $240 for a diagnostic because we refused to pay the quoted price. Save your money and steer away from Town & Country Plumbing and Heating!
