THIS COMPANY HAS NO REGARD FOR YOUR TIME.
I called this company to fix a clogged pipe, and they came that day and fixed it. Also told me I should get a sewer scope, and they seemed nice enough so I scheduled it. They never showed up for the appointment, and a couple hours after they missed it, I called and was told they were busy and made an appointment for the following day. The following day they missed the appointment AGAIN, and after a couple hours I called to tell them not to come and they said they were busy but were on their way. After the sewer scope I was told I needed to replace the pipes from my house to the street. I'm a believer in second chances so I scheduled the appointment for 10am the next day. AGAIN they no-showed. After a couple hours I called them and they said they were on another call and that it would be about 4pm that day before they could be there. I said okay, but by 6pm they still hadn't showed. They finally called and said that they weren't able to get to my house until 1130 the next morning. So we scheduled that. They NEVER SHOWED. I text them, got NO response. Had a family member call, and they said they would be here after their current job. It's currently 628pm and I still haven't seen nor heard from them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Very prompt and conscientious response.  Great workmanship and right team to call to have your water heater replaced.  Quality work shows.

First off they were serious about Covid from the start.  They came out provided an estimate and then came back and took care of the job.  The two other companies wanted to replace the hot water heater.  The job was done well and they left the room cleaner than they found it.  I will recommend them to anyone.  Thank you Whitehorse plumbing!

I highly recommend Whitehorse Plumbing. Fantastic company. With no notice and no appointment, they came out at night, in the cold (with masks on) to do a leak repair at the main line under my house. They not only fixed it but they replaced the piping that was poorly done and put in a shut off valve for safety (as it didn't have one anywhere). Additionally, after fixing the leak we knew about, they checked the line and found another leak (seriously bad pipes at my house) and took care of that at no charge. They went above and beyond, are VERY reasonably priced (seriously, such a great price), and kept us reassured. These guys did a great job and I will certainly be using them for future projects. They showed up on time and in a mask, and they did an incredible job of fixing my shower. They were kind and communicative, and assured all was left in good shape. I would recommend this company to anyone!

We had an excellent experience with this business! Our house uses a sump pump for the sewer and over the past year we have had endless issues with it. When it breaks we, essentially, have to limit showering and restroom use and for a family of 5 this is no easy task. Had another issue, and called the last business we used because they had installed a new pump a while back. It took them days to even return our call - send a Yelp request for help and Whitehorse responded and even came out on a weekend. Arranged for pump housing to be drained so we could at least use our plumbing until we problem could be fixed. Pricing was fair, Shaquille was friendly and professional, and we had a great experience. Definitely recommend!

Wow! Put into Yelp that I needed support with my main line. Our previous guy would go through the roof and all things would be working again. However I wasn't able to reach him. My tub filled up with some lovely yuckiness. Put in a message quote for Whitehorse and heard back within ten minutes. Gave them a call to clarify and Shaw was at my residence in less than 20 minutes. This is all well after 7pm mind you! Shaq inspected and listened carefully to our concerns. He got on the roof and cleared the issue within minutes. He was respectful, wore gloves and had a mask. Highly impressed with price and response time. I will for sure recommend and use again for our needs. Thank you!!!

Let's be accurate. You booked me for Monday 1000. I called your technician at about 0800 to confirm he was coming at 1000.  He told me that he had been sent to Rio Rancho and would be back about 12:00 noon.  I called another plumber at 0930 and then called you to cancel with Whitehorse.  You did not or could not get to my house for a 1000 appointment on Monday.

Great company and excellent plumber. I had a pipe break in my backyard right before the shutoff valve to the sprinkler system. I was definitely in a tight spot and needed quick assistance. Shaquille was quick to answer my call for help. He was able to look at the problem and provide me an estimate within a few hours. Affordable pricing on great quality work. Thank you again!
