I Highly recommend Anytime Plumbing !! Plumbing problems NO MORE for me... Professional, Timely, Knowledgeable, Well priced, in a town where that is hard to find...

Apart from some initial confusion, these folks were great.

We had a recirculation pump fail on our baseboard/radiant heat and it was still getting cold at night, so getting heat back was pretty important. I called a lot of places, but everyone was booking 2-3 weeks out, which would be a chilly couple of weeks.

When I called Anytime, the phone person asked me a lot of questions, name, phone number, email, have we been to your place before, and what I really wanted to know was their availability. Finally, she got to that, and it might be 3 weeks out! And she wanted my credit card info before they would even refer me to the scheduler. I actually laughed, and said, No, I don't do that when I don't even know when the appointment would be!

She had Amy call me back, who scheduled us for the next day(!) and no mention of the credit card. The guys showed up, fixed everything in about 2 hours, including the recirculation pump and the root cause, which was a fast fill valve. The system was VERY low on water, and the recirculation pump had destroyed itself as a consequence. They were quick, competent, polite and I recommend them.

So, one star off for the initial confusion, and I just don't think it's okay to ask for credit card info before you even schedule an appointment.....makes me feel like I'm trying to get a table at Geronimo's on Mother's Day, or something. The work itself was very good.

It took 5 days to get an appointment, my pipe was leaking, they were an hour late and called and cancelled. Very unprofessional, didn't offer to come at all after waiting all that time......I would not recommend at all

Outside water faucet leaking with attached timer.  This problem had happened in the past and was resolved with replacement of water faucet.  Young repairman twisted faucet off and heavy dripping stopped.  Turned faucet back on and heavy dripping resumed.  He told me I just should turn the faucet on when I wanted to water.  He did not know how timer worked, but proceeded to punch buttons randomly.  He then wanted to look at inside of house where the faucet connected to inside  plumbing.  Afterwards, he informed me that it would be necessary to cut holes inside and outside of my 72 year old pueblo styled and built house.  At this point it was obvious that this man had no knowledge of what needed to be done and I told him I would be getting a second opinion before deciding on having him do the repair.  Of course I was charged heavily for this man's call.  I will never do business with this company again.  BEWARE

This company is made up of incompetent, filthy thieves. We engaged them to replace a furnace at our home. They ordered the wrong one, which we had waited 6 weeks for. And then they ordered the right now, another 6 weeks. We ended up in a hotel many nights with no heat.

The workers left a mess of garbage and filth. They ruined a large wool carpet. They severely damaged the concrete threshold to our historic home.

I tried to contact the company 3X times, and spoke 2X times with an extremely rude Krista, who said they would not pay for the carpet cleaning nor the concrete damage.  No reason given.   I wrote three request letters, and then sent a registered letter, which was refused / not responded to.

Unfortunately for them I have to sue them for the carpet and repairs. That's going to court now

I have NEVER worked with a bigger bunch of crooks and rude jerks. TOTAL disregard for their customers' concerns.

DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Right now, they don't give a flying f what their customers think because they have plenty of work.  But that will change.  Mainly, it's infuriating that they don't have the simple common decency to response to customer's request that they fix what they broke.

PS: None of the workers wore masks, in open violation of NM law.

Anytime Plumbing is extremely unprofessional. They came out to give me a quote, but I never received it. A month later when I called for it, they did not apologize, but instead made excuses. When I explained that being too busy is not an excuse, they hung up on me! I called back and the lady told me to take my business elsewhere, which I would gladly do! If they can't even be bothered to send me the quote, I can't imagine the crappy job they would do on my plumbing.

Well, I guess no one else should call them either because they apparently don't need the business.

Had to pay the obscene emergency rate which starts at 4:30 because no one returned my call from earlier in the day until 4:25. It's hard not to see that as intentional. Though they claimed it was because there was no availability earlier, as soon as the higher rate started someone was able to come by. Additionally, though the workers were nice- they wasted an hour trying to find clean outs rather than accessing via the roof (which is what they ended up doing.) I was also not warned that sewage could burst up my pipes- so had to deal with raw sewage on my belongings. And the cherry on the cake is that I when my card was charged a week after the service (though they insisted on taking my written credit card number on an invoice at the time of service which would be charged later), I was charged significantly more than was on my receipt with no explanation.

Their team arrived during the agreed time frame to fix a leak in the line coming out of our water heater. In less than a half hour they fixed it. The price was fair and the plumber Arthur was thorough and professional. Ill definitely call this firm again.

I had an extensive plumbing issue at my vintage Adobe home, Tim and his team helped me find the problem and are working with me diligently to get me back in my home. I cannot say enough how the office staff keep me in the loop and communicate by phone email and text to make sure I am up to date on what is going on. Thanks Anytime Plumbing!

They don't offer any guarantee on their work whatsoever. A guy came out and supposedly fixed our hot water heater. They charged us $642. We felt we were overcharged for the labor because the guy they sent spent the entire time on the phone with Noritz, the maker of the hot water heater, getting instructions because he didn't know what he was doing.
Three days later it was acting up again. The owner, Tim, came over and spent hours on the phone with Norvitz which of course was at our expense. When he left [Friday], not only had he not fixed it, it was broken completely. He left us with no hot water at all. He said he'd send us some estimates for fixing the old one with [more] new parts and also one for taking it out  and replacing it with a brand new one. He contacted us again and left a voice mail late Monday afternoon...That left us without hot water for 3 days.
At that point, we had lost all confidence in Anytime Plumbing. We called another plumbing company and they arrived early Tuesday morning and put in a new hot water heater. Meanwhile, we got another invoice from Anytime.  This time for $632 for the second visit in which Tim did absolutely nothing except break the already ailing unit completely.
Not only did we get charged a total of nearly $1,300 for NOTHING, except completely breaking the hot water heater,  we also seriously question the name of this concern. Anytime doesn't really mean anytime when they left us with no hot water for 3 days. Obviously anytime doesn't include weekends. It's a catchy but meaningless name.  
And here's something else that's galling. They  wear T-shirts with a Bible quote on them. Ditto their trucks. Despite the pretense, these people are NOT good Christians!

Needless to say, we would NEVER do business with them again.

I have used Anytime Plumbing several times in the last couple of years, but my last two experiences were very unpleasant. Last year someone came to unclog my dishwasher, he spent over an hour, and I was told that it was a manufacturing problem. I then called another plumber who fixed it in five minutes but I was charged for labor by the person who was not able to diagnose the problem. I let it go. Recently however Anytime Plumbing sent two plumbers out to diagnose a problem with my sump pump. I was told after over an hour that I needed a new sump pump and they came back the next day. Turns out it was clogged with some dental floss. I was then charged $500, half of which was for labor for a misdiagnosis. They also left a mess, which I had to clean up. When I asked for a rebate, I wasn't even given the courtesy of a phone call, but was merely re-sent the invoice. Very unpleasant, expensive, and unfair billing for labor for incompetent diagnoses.

From the owner Tim who is a great example of a business owner to the front office with Kim and Danielle who will always be there to assist you with any needs you may have! A huge shoutout to the technician Arthur who has helped me every time!

I have used Anytime plumbing for two installations I needed done and they were very reasonable and very thorough when it came to installing my water solutions. I would suggest this company to any other business owner who needs a service plumbing company.

Unfortunately Tim was hired by neighbor to do work that involved working on my property. Workers were a bit up respectful and took over the garage. Never let me know when they were done, left garage open when leaving. No communication. They would answer when I asked, but not forth coming on work. I am in a 2 unit HOA and there should be 100% transparency. Worst part the work they did left my garage unusable. When asked when they would correct it, they said it wasn't a priority. Shady business dealings with neighbor and trying to split Bill other than according to HOA rules. I question at least their ethics if not their work as well. Tim yelled at me that it wasn't his problem. So absolutely disappointed with the professionalism. Calling BBB now.

The Santa Fe, NM company is the best.  We were experiencing drain backup and really slow drains. Larry and Rodrigo worked for a couple of hours to remove buildup of hard water deposits that was causing the main issue.  They cleaned out all the drains and made sure everything was working properly.  They were on time,  efficient, knowledgeable and very polite.  
They cleaned up afterwards and left everything so clean and neat.  Larry and Rodrigo are truly assists to your company.  Thank you!

I am so impressed with these guys. From the answering service, to the repair guys to the clean up crew. I actually believed that hadn't even been there because it was so clean and put back together by the time I got home. They had to break a wall, remove a cabinet and large microwave, redo wall, and any further cleaning up. They were professional, polite, eficent and great at their jobs. I would recommend them to anyone for anything!!!!!

We had nothing but a good experience with Anytime and with Oscar, who came to our home. We had a stopped up kitchen drain. I called in the morning, and they came by 3. Oscar figured it out quickly, kept the area clean, and checked that everything was done properly. The whole thing was done in 45 minutes!. Also, the person on the phone was very nice as well.

First off, we scheduled an appointment. I took time off work because the plumber said he would be here between 12 & 2pm. He never showed so then my mom had to leave work early to wait for him because I couldn't. Then, it took them 1 hour to fix our shower and charged over $200. The worst part, they never fixed it! There was no hot water and the handle was so loose it wouldn't stay on. We called them back and they said they would come back and fix it...but we'd have to pay for it!!! I'm not paying for a job that should've been done right the first time!!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!! I had a leak coming from my bathroom sink. Anytime Plumbing and Sewer sent someone out who just tightened some piping underneath the sink and recommended that it be changed. When we turned on the faucet, the sink immediately started leaking again. I called Anytime Plumbing and the plumber was supposed to return my call which he never did. I had to get another plumber come to repair the sink. It was not the piping that Anytime Plumbing said was the problem. It was a leak coming from the supply hose. I talked with TIM the owner. He said if I could prove another plumber had to repair the problem he would waive the costs. I sent him the invoice and the home depot receipt for the new faucet and supply lines. Well I get a bill today charging me for a work that was not even provided!!! TIM did not Waive the costs for a job that was not provided like he promised. DO NOT CALL THIS PLUMBING SERVICE, THEY DO NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AND WILL STILL BILL YOU.

if you want them to do work for you you'd better get a second mortgage on your home to pay the bill.  Work on my home was done via cell phone and while installing a pipe the worker apologized for bending the pipe and had to go back to the supplier for a new one. (time was on my dime)
After the work was completed worker said he would be back to make sure gauges read at the correct psi.  No one ever returned.  Lousy service, big payoff for Anytime Plumbing.

Unfortunately, Anytime Plumbing did not show up for an emergency call that we scheduled and didn't bother to call and tell me they were not going to be able to come. Then the phone was too full to leave a message. Terrible service which made a frozen pipe emergency more stressful.

At the time I write this review, Anytime has only limited HVAC experience. I had a furnace installed via this company about 15 months ago when they had a reasonable HVAC tech.  I have had several call backs (3 now) and the company poorly handled a warranty issue that ultimately cost me about $400, and I figured out the ultimate installation problem that caused my condensate furnace to fail twice.  I have used Anytime many times over the last 3 years and for plumbing service they are reasonable with good response times.  For HVAC or warranty issues, find someone else.

My regular plumber recommended Santa Fe Anytime Plumbing for a plumbing problem that was affecting the whole house (nothing was draining). Two technicians were able to come out the same day, for which I was very grateful, and they were able to identify and fix the problem (thankfully just a clog, not tree roots) in a couple of hours. Considering that they required specialized equipment and a camera to do the work, I think their charges were fair. The techs were very nice as well and showed us what was going on with the camera. I hope I don't need this type of help again, but if I do, I'll call them for sure. Readers: note that Anytime Plumbing must be a nationwide business. Not all reviewers are in the same location.

We had a pesky leak under the kitchen sink which couldn't be put off any longer and finally made the call to have a plumber come out and fix it.  Kim worked us into their schedule and Rick showed up between the time frame given and made the repair in rapid time!  The office staff and technicians are very friendly and professional plus their prices are reasonable... 2 Thumbs Up!!

Bobby and Jose removed/installed a faucet but more to the point fixed a leak they had to dig down to in the mud. They did this quickly though it was 95 degrees that day. Friendly, efficient, couldn't have been more helpful, did the work the same day I called, called in advance when they were coming out, drove 20 miles S. of town to get to the house. Thank you!

Horrible!  I used them twice because my regular plumber was too busy and referred me to Anytime. First time - long stories short - I had a major leak after they left. I called the worker and he told me that it wasn't his fault. ( of course, it was!). I then spoke with the owner who sent another worker to fix it. I now have black mould in the tank!  Second time, also because my preferred plumber was busy and again referred me to Anytime, I needed a new toilet in my other bathroom. When he left, the toilet was rocking!  Again, I called and another worker came and caulked around the bottom. It doesn't rock now, but the caulking looks like it might be deteriorating. And the seat is askew. Yikes!

The worst company we ever came across!!!! Stay away from them!

The service was not done, but we ended up paying to cancel the horrendous interaction.

Tim and his crew responded to our call very promptly. Three seperate times over the years they have helped me at three different locations.Each time they have been professional, & reliable.I am greatful to them for making the drains DRAIN!

We called this business to inspect sewer lines for a house we want to buy. They quoted around $250. The day they were scheduled to come, they didn't show and didn't call. We had to call in to the office who told us the worker was out on an emergency. After more calls, they finally rescheduled. They told my husband they were at the house, but when our realtor stopped by to meet them, no one was there. However the office insisted the plumber was there. We were told the report would be sent later that night. It wasn't. My husband had to call several more times to receive the report, which was a single sentence and no photos or proof they had even done an inspection. The invoice was for $433 (!). After yet another phone call, it was reduced to $290. This was a disappointing experience and I don't think we will call this business again if we ever  need a plumber.

if you want to use Anytime Plumbing, you need to count your pennies.  when i called to have them come to my house for an emergency, they wanted $180 an hour.  it was like a vulture settling upon carrion.  i spoke to another plumbing firm that charged me $105 an hour.  unless you are wealthy, i recommend Anyone Else

10 stars!  Irrigation guy wouldn't attach irrigation system because the
faucets were dripping.  Called Anytime and two days later Jason was here,
took care of immediate situation and gave me price and time estimates
for any future needs regarding the faucets.   My usual plumber hasn't yet returned my call.

WARNING!!!  This company will rip you off!! They charged me a ridiculous amount of money on a water heater and did not send a detailed invoice and expected me to pay $1800!!!  Then when I asked for the detailed invoice all the sudden the owner was going over it again and decided to discount the labor!! This is after he charged my credit card and threatened to have the police come and take  his water heater out of my condo and flood my place. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Tim saved me from Cartwright's Plumbing, and I'm so glad he did. Our main water line to our house from the street blew up and Any Time Plumbing fixed the issue at a reasonable price and in a good time frame.

All Tim's workers were polite, helpful, considerate and hard-working. They had to dig a trench for the new pipe by hand, but did so without destroying my yard. They offer a one-year warranty on parts and labor, which is great. Tim worked with us on the cost and made sure we knew why he was doing everything he did. He saved a portion of the old pipe to show us how degraded it was, which helped us swallow a large but necessary home expense. No issues, smooth job, and nice guys. Highly recommended.

I first used Anytime in 2014 to fix a leak based on a friend's recommendation, then I subsquently had them to install a water heater that i purchased elsewhere. They of course tried to upsell me on paying them to drain and clean my radiant heating lines. I declined but everything went fine with the install which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars.  I then had two separate instances of leaks where it took a long time to get someone to come out causing damage to flooring and a ceiling. Then the techs who came out were inappropriate, took a long time to complete the jobs, and then offered to do work off the clock and not on Anytimes bill. Won't use them again.

Anytime was terrific. I called this morning. They sent two terrific guys--Walter Brown and Fernando Hernandez--almost immediately. Walter and Fernando came fully equipped with cameras, snakes, ladders (to inspect roof vent) and expertise to go into the crawl space and up on the roof. They were thorough, efficient and very professional. The travel charge to Abiquiu hurt, I won't lie, and this was a pricey proposition, but after trying two other plumbers (and paying for work that didn't produce a solution) and calling many more, I will be coming back to Anytime anytime I have an issue!

I would recommend Tim from Anytime Plumbing to anyone and everyone! I had a broken water line and some air conditioning issues and luckily Tim showed up in a matter of minutes after we placed the call. He was not only efficient and quick but also polite and friendly. I've never had a better experience with a plumber. If you have any issues make sure to request him! Super handy and an awesome person!

Do NOT use this plumber!!
Our tankless hot water heater (Noritz brand) gave out.  We called Anytime Plumbing, and they sent out a technician who spent time on the phone with the tech support of the manufacturer, ordered some parts (covered by warranty,) and then returned a few days later when the parts came and installed them.  He charged us $100.00 per hour for 6 hours plus tax:  $642.75 which we immediately paid.  

It worked, but it still wasn't working consistently, so we called Anytime  again.  This time Tim, the owner of Anytime, came out. Tim remained at our house and tinkered with the hot water heater for a while longer while talking on the phone with the manufacturer's tech support, and ordered some more parts.  At that point, he left.  By this time the hot water heater had stopped working altogether!  

We also lost confidence in  Tim, his company Anytime ,and the Noritz water heating manufacturing  company!  So we  called in a different plumbing company (Aranda) to install a new tankless heater (Navien brand.) This has worked out OK.

The very next day, we received by email a second bill from Anytime Plumbing for $632.04 representing Tim's time at $100.00 per hour plus tax.  Although the water heater still worked when Tim arrived; it was completely dead by the time he left.  Nevertheless, we have paid the second bill.

At this point, we have paid almost $1300.00 to Anytime Plumbing-- ($1274.78) -- and have received nothing in return --except a completely broken hot water heater which has cost us over $4000.00 to replace with a new one.

I called Anytime Plumbing in the morning and explained my issues with my water heater . They had someone call me back and set an appointment same day and they were on time . Roger Duran was the Technician who did all the work and was very professional and knowledgable of exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done . He did everything rapidly and professionally . The only issue I have is that they charge $125 per hour that doesn't include parts . That's kind of steep for a water heater repair .
I also was immediately asked to provide payment and that the invoice would be emailed . Two days later and I yet to receive and invoice and my $400 check has already been processed . No breakdown of parts cost + labor cost .  It would be a better practice to allow customers to review the bill/invoice prior to payment . Now what ? If I disagree what I was charged time wise , I've got to eat it . Poor practice !!!!!'
The work done I would rate a 5 by Roger . The business aspect I would rate 2 !

Most definitely do not recommend these folks - we had an ongoing bad experience with them that lasted quite a while.  Their behavior was (very) far from professional.  Will never be calling these folks again.

I wish had read reviews first! Then I'd have known not to deal with these crooks. Came over to fix a clog, left with the water pressure out of whack. Called to remedy this, no remedy, but got a hefty bill for doing nothing. When my 84 year old father told them he wasn't going to pay the bill until it was fixed properly, he was told that they were going to ruin his credit! For one thing, that's not a way to treat customers, and for another, read the room, pal! An 84 year old grandpa doesn't need good credit.  I sincerely hope this business folds-they give good plumbers a really bad rap.

Would not recommend at all. I called Anytime Plumbing to fix a clog. Not only was it not fixed but there was a mess left behind in my house. They dropped tar on my driveway that now is all over our vehicles, they took our toilet off and didn't put it back. Workers could have fixed the issue themselves however, I was told it was Sunday and 5:30 they couldn't fix it, so much for Anytime. Ohh and I was still charged for their work. I have been trying to get a hold of the owner and I all I get is you should get a call today, today hasn't came for over 2 weeks now. Horrible professionalism, customer service, and etiquette

These guys were awesome. There was an emergency at whole food,who was rightly prioritized ahead of me,so I waited most of an afternoon. They were quick, very efficient and I am so greatful

Sloppy service, overcharging.  $461 to replace one zone valve for a boiler  that they diagnosed quickly as the problem. They charged a 100% mark up on the part PLUS $180 an hour to go get it as it was not on the truck even though they were told they were coming to fix a boiler that would not turn off and this is a common Honeywell part.  I live within Santa Fe city limits. The invoice neither listed the part, the time they spent nor which valve was replaced out of the 6 on the boiler.

     This was after I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the previous visit when they sent a plumber who  fixed the wrong thing because he did not listen and could not diagnose the problem of hot water getting into the cold lines.
   
I called, emailed and wrote a letter to the owner who never called me as I requested. I have been their customer for 6 years but never again.

We had ANYTIME PLUMBING come out to repair our tub and toilet - they fixed both back in Sept of 2013 - leaking in tub started again in about 7 months and I waited till now (June 2014) to call them - they said 6 month guarantee - so I asked to speak to owner who then proceeded to 'poor mouth' me about how they don't make any money on this and that I could have had someone else use the tub (??)...so I said 'Forget it!!. ..FYI  MD in Santa Fe

Tim is extremely dishonest! He charged me for 12.25 hours of work when the crew did not do over 7 hours of work.  His crew cut my power line and he charged me $185 per hour for the 3.5 hours that his two guys just sat there.  When I spoke with him on this matter, he saidsomeone has to pay for the lost time.  Please look elsewhere for an honest business that takes responsibility for their mistake and that doesn't take advantage of women.

Vincent inspected my boiler and water heating systems.  He arrived on time, calling me two times to let me know his approximate arrival...much appreciated!  He checked out the systems for soundness  and safety and explained the things that needed to be done.  He then went to the warehouse to get a necessary part which he installed.
Excellent service.... and he even vacuumed the units and my patio as well!  Bravo Vincent and Anytime Plumbing!
