NCB Mechanical

Just had a great experience with NCB. Marcus Chavez came to service our tank-less hot water heater - he phoned ahead to make sure that we were expecting him, confirm the time of the appt. and arrived on the dot. He conducted a full system inspection and flush and was happy to explain what he was doing and what we should be on the lookout for in order to make sure that there were no expensive repairs down the road. The whole operation was very professional and reasonably priced. I would thoroughly recommend NCB and Marcus and we will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a serious issue with my tankless water heater and NCB came out the same day. Dominic was able to diagnose the problem and was on the phone with the company for at less 1/2 hour getting the correct replacement for my water heater. Luckily it was still under warranty. Dominic and Marcus were back two days later and had it installed. Marcus came back two days later because there was still air in the lines. Both guys were very professional an overall good guys. I highly recommend NCB for your plumbing needs

Had Brandon w NCB Mechanical out for a bid to put in new ac and heating unit. He was personable and professional. Chose NCB out of 6 bids. Scheduled me two weeks later and they arrived on time and had the new unit installed in day and a half. Very happy w the crew of 4. I would definitely recommend.

They were unable to drain and refill my hot water heater because it was too old and tech was afraid the water faucet valve would break and be too risky.  He didn't charge me anything and I appreciate his honesty.  I will definitely contact NCB if I need any plumbing work done in the future.

Marcus came out on a Saturday and had our drain unclogged in an hour. He was great! Always recommend NCB mechanical.

Called this morning, toilet issue...we dropped a cleaning disc?..got stuck....gave a window of 1-3 p.m. Came at 11-11:30 due to being a head...Dominic came, by 12:23 work was completed...truly awesome!!! Just wonderful!!!

Brendon and Miguel called before they came over.  Both were warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.  They removed old toilet and installed new one and made sure it met with my wife's approval in less than 2 hours.  If I have plumbing problems I will use them again.

Had some wiring issues with my gas furnace.
They came out immediately after I called them and had it fixed quick.

I knew what was wrong with my swamp cooler but the DIY thing isn't me, so I reached out thru ANGI and found NCB.  Brandon with NCB reached out the next day and we scheduled an appointment.  Miguel showed up on time which is always a plus.  Within 15 minutes I had a quote which was very acceptable.  Miguel had to leave and pick up the parts he needed for the repair.  Between picking up the parts and installing them, Miguel may have taken an hour.  Miguel is very good, efficient and quick.  My cooler runs like a new one and may even be quieter than ever.  Will definitely use them again when the need arises.
