So to make a long story short, our water heater was leaking. Luckily we caught it early enough where it only flooded half of our garage and we were able to shut off the water supply.

After a lot of phone calls, Elite Plumbing came to our rescue the next day. Jesus was the technician and he was awesome. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He determined that our water heated could not be repaired and needed to be completely replaced. Our house was built in 2005 and he determined that the water heater most likely has never been replaced just by looking at the extent of the rust that had accumulated. Luckily, he had a brand new one in his van that was the same size as ours. He informed me about everything he was doing and how much longer everything would be. The whole process took about two hours. Easy peasy!

Thanks Jesus for making this stressful situation less excruciating. I'd definitely recommend Elite Plumbing!

I called Elite and scheduled an appointment for them to fix my failing AC unit (It was pumping cool air but not keeping up with the hot weather.) They came out earlier than expected by calling first, then popping in to check the issue. They found a capacitor that had failed and was keeping the fan motor from coming on. It was replaced under warranty (parts only) and I was only my way again in less than 30 minutes, all told. Total bill: $135 for labor. Fair pricing.  The two gents who came in were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They did a very good job with no problems at all.

We just had our new AC installed last week. The estimator Jay was awesome. The crew was very proficient. This company is awesome they worked with our unique financial issue and we couldn't be happier. I will never use another AC or plumbing company again. We are customers for life! Have had them do the annual checkups on both heating and air conditioning for two years.  My home is ten years old, and though everything is in good working order, the service tech keeps trying to sell me new systems.  During the last checkup on the heating system, he disconnected the air conditioner in the space above the ceiling.  I checked the circuit breakers, and all was fine.  I called another service and told them what I suspected was the cause, and I was right.  I cannot say it was done intentionally, but ....

Love this company! My water heater was going out on me and with a a disabled adult in my home , I was so relieved that they put in a new one within a few hours! This company hires hacks, they told me I need a new system when I heard the price I decided to pay these jokers and call a real company. The tech from the new company came out and found the condensing unit wire low voltage got  chewed by my dog and blew a fuse. This guy charged me $65.00, f  u Elite

Our air conditioning went out at 11pm, called them at 7am, got an estimate between 12-2pm that they'd be able to come & came at 11:30am & knew exactly what to do & was done within an hour which was great. Put in a new digital thermostat no problem. Best customer service, very informative & helpful. Answered all the questions with such knowledge. Extremely impressed with the service by Ken. Thank you.

Two negative experiences in a row! The maintenance came to check that the a/c needed to be fixed, but I let the manager where I live know that I'd be leaving in about 20 minutes. A few minutes later I get a voicemail that says someone is on their way, so I called back to let them know no one would be home. Kristy answers the phone and is pissed that it has to be canceled. Keep in mind, none of the communication was done by me and I didn't even know they were coming. I call my mgr back and she says she'll call to reschedule for tomorrow. I'm told they're coming between 9-12. At 8:05 I'm about to take my dog out and see their company van. Had I not noticed it, they would've come here again unsuccessfully. Their communication is horrible and the customer service by their management is unprofessional.

Had my AC put in in 2009 and called because I had some questions since it's not working anymore. Nick answered the phone and already seemed irritated I had called. When I questioned the unit that was put in he told me I didn't know what I was talking about and he wasn't going to try to explain it. Sorry Nick  for bothering you about my air conditioner while you were working at your air conditioning job.

While working as a contractor at a customer's home for a separate issue, Elite was assisting the customer with their A/C unit leak. The customer was thrilled with technician Jesse's honesty and presentation, as was I. In my line of work I see many technicians fail to go above and beyond and it was refreshing to see someone do so. I will definitely be referring this company to future customer's HVAC needs from now on.

Excellent service! We have used Chris at Elite Plumbing to fix numerous plumbing  issues at our house and have been 100% pleased every time. He replaced our water heater the day after our old one broke. Then a week later, our main water valve in our garage blew, so we called him out to fix that as well. We called him at night when it blew, and he was there first thing in the morning the next day. While he was there, he checked our outside water pipe valve, and discovered it was totally corroded and needed replaced, so he was able to replace that valve too, before we had the hard freeze warning. He also discovered we had a leaking garbage disposal, so he was able to replace that for us as well, before it could have broken and caused flooding. Chris was very pleasant,  personable and professional!

Elite Heating and Cooling and Plumbing is really the best there is! I have had to use them for both my air and my heating. Lost my heat just last week and they came out right away. They call me at the beginning of every summer and winter to make sure I don't need service or to see if I want my system just checked out. Never any pressure, up sell, or saying I need something done when I really don't. They are very honest in all their business dealings. I won't use anyone else but Elite! The office staff and technicians are just the best! Always on time and very quick to get the job done.  I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Elite was selected at a Home Improvement show to do a free air conditioning inspection. The inspector showed up on time, was respectful of my white carpet and answered all of our questions. Of course, having a 20 something year old unit, there are issues to address. He provided an assessment of our system but not in a hard sell manner. He immediately emailed a report to us. I highly recommend this company.

Bought my house 2 summers ago and I've been using Elite since then to come and check the systems. The first time was to inspect the system overall to make sure it was in good working order since I'd just purchased the home. The second time was last summer for a quick AC inspection. This time was for the same.

Jesse came to check my system today. He seemed polite, used booties to protect my carpet when going upstairs, and talked about how he'd clean my air filters and AC units as a courtesy.

While inspecting my units he found issues with the contactors and capacitors (???) and he gave me explanations and demonstrations to educate me on the problem. Can't say I'm any more educated than I was before he came but that's not really his fault... 9 month pregnant woman doesn't have enough brain capacity to understand the inner workings of her air conditioner LOL. He took out a pen, did some quick calculations on his hand and told me what the cost would be to fix today - $335. He mentioned that if we didn't fix today there would be a $60/unit fee to come back out. Shucks, I thought, that's $120 down the drain if we don't complete the repairs right now, and say another estimate came in at the same price or higher, I wouldn't really be saving anything... OK, do whatever needs to be done, I said naively.

When he finished the job, he came in and showed me the calculations on his hand. Whoops, he said, we both calculated wrong. (We BOTH?!? calculated wrong? Nuh-uh, I don't think so, I thought. I had nothing to do with the calculations). It's actually $435, but there's nothing I can do about that now. He apologized a couple of times. Said if I didn't like him, he was sorry and I didn't have to ask for him again, but said if I did like him I could ask for him next time. Just strange... It was so unprofessional that I fully expected him to belt out April Fools! any minute.

I don't know if the prices are competitive or what, because I didn't do my due diligence in having someone else come and in and give me a quote, but it was annoying to think I was out one amount of money, only to have it be increased by $100 more in a matter of minutes. By then, the job was already done.

This leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I hope I don't need service any time soon.

Elite called me at my home and wanted to know when they could come out to do routine maintenance for $55.00.  I scheduled them to come out on Friday, August 28, 2020.
2 technicians came and went on the roof where my air conditioner/heating unit is.  When they came down and said that I have an old unit and it could break down at anytime.  I told them the unit is 8 years old, and they just shrugged their shoulders.  I paid them the $55, and they left without telling me what cleaning they did.  Within the hour of them leaving my air conditioner stopped working, where the cool air stopped coming out.  I found this to be very suspicious since they just left.  I called the company, Elite, and told them what happened.  They sent the same 2 technicians back out to my houses within 2 hours.
They said that the compasitor was bad and they would give me a discount price at $200.  Living in Vegas it is over 110 degrees so I felt I had to have them replace the part immediately, against my better judgement.  I still wonder if they had done something to the system to break it, but I cannot prove that.
In November, Elite called me to come back to come out and do another maintenance on my air conditioner/heating unit.  I told them that I will never use their company again because I can't trust their workmanship.
Now it is December 27th, and my heat goes out.  I call another company, referred to me by a friend.  The technition came out and said the compasitor went out and needs replaced.  I told him it was replaced 4 months ago.  He told me it was a very cheap part made in China, and he know longer uses that company's parts.
I will never use elite again because of poor workanship, as well as, very low grade parts, that only lasted 4 months for $200.00

I hate companies that rip off seniors, especially when I am one of them.  Elite was on my hoa's list of approved vendors so when my ac stopped working, I called them.  They came more than an hour early while I was still in the shower.  The guy replaced two relay switches at $140 each.  He told me I needed a new condenser because mine was almost 15 yrs old and needed replacement.  He suggested the new version for $7800 because freeon would no longer be available for my ac unit.  The ac worked for 12 hours and went out again.  When he returned, he almost convinced me to purchase the new system but then I called my son in another state who is familiar with ac systems.  They spoke, the serviceman cleaned out a hose, charged me another $100 for the return visit and my ac has been working ever since with no problem.  Had he not spoken with my son I know I would have been duped out of several thousand dollars.  BTW, this company is no longer on our list of preferred vendors.

Found out last December that both my furnace and ac needed to be replaced! Called Elite, talked to a guy named Jay. Couldn't have been nicer. He came out within an hour, checked my system setup, wrote me an estimate (less than ONE hour AC). We calculated how much money I was spending in cooling my house during the summer. The install crew was professional and clean. Got a new furnace and ac installed in 2 1/2 hours!With this new AC, just looked at my power bill, spending $100 less than I was last year at the same time..$100 less!! Even if you think your setup is fine. Call these guys, get your AC unit checked. THAnkS JAY!

They are just trained salesman not actual repairman! I have been a customer of Elite for over 10 years. I bought two AC units from them brand new and I've had them maintenance those two units for the last 10 years. I've had numerous issues with one of the units, keeps freezing the coils and has had several leaks . They've always replaced a part or supposedly fixed it because it was under warranty.  Never once did they mention in the 10 years that it could be leaking in the walls until now, that it's out of warranty.  The owner actually called me and said they would stand behind their work unless it was in the walls which in less than 30 minutes of investigation they of course said it's in the walls.  Have not heard from them since they just left my A/C dismantled and have not contacted me with a quote or paperwork or anything.  They are just after your money not really trying to fix anything just bandaid it to get through the summer then try to get more money out of you. I would find another company to use Elite will not actually fix anything you will keep having the same problems with them.

Elite service is great.   Offer a maintenance plan for Summer and Winter.
Arrival was on time, we have 4  cleanable air filters, also were cleaned.
During the visit,  Matthew saved a Humming Bird.  We have a feeder in our backyard, door was open, Humming Bird  flew upstairs to a window.
Effort made by Matthew amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Humming Bird was stunned, once outside placed near the feeder,
then flew up to the feeder, perched and started feeding.

Been a loyal customer since 2012 (check my earlier reviews) using their special of $50 for 2 visits per year... Fall for heating and Spring for cooling. They called me several times to make my Spring my appointment for compressor checkup. I made the appt on May 19, 2017@12:26pm for today May 26, 2017 between noon and 2pm. Arranged my schedule to be home and waiting for service person. No call. No show. I just called them. We are sorry but you are not on our list today.

Bad answer. Poor service. Looking for a new HVAC company. Suggestions?

I highly recommend this company, for ALL A/C service. I purchased my new 4 ton A/C and Heating unit from them. Zero Interest program on unit. SERVICE CALLS handled effortlessly and courteously. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.  I should have read some of the reviews before having them come out.  THEY CALLED ME to do a routine maintenance for $50.  Our air as been working fine and is still blowing cold.  Elite said our unit had a bad piston.  I asked their repair guy what that meant and he said we would have to replace the part.  I called my brother in California who has been in the air and heating business for almost 40 years.   He said that pistons get clogged but is repairable.   When the final quote came back from Elite they wanted to replace the entire heating and air unit for $8000!!!  I got my Brother on the phone to talk to them and then they stared to back pedal. (that was fun)   Also found out that the Unit we have possibly has a 10 year warranty and it's only 6 years old.   I'm giving them one star because Yelp wont let me give them a zero.

I had a cooling issue with one of my units. Richard came out and explained the process he was going to use to determine the issue. He walked me through each measurement. He determined the issue and gave me choices and recommendations on what was needed to get me back up and running. I have used Elite since moving to Henderson and I find them to be a great company. I was having problems with water pressure in my house, especially the kitchen sink faucet which would dribble when I fully opened it. I called another plumber who did not solve that problem, so I called Elite which takes care of the air conditioner and furnace. Chris came, replaced the water faucet, and then solved the real problem which was accumulations of gunk in the hot water heater which is about 5 years old. The prices were reasonable, lower than the competition. Chris was very friendly, polite and knew his trade.

I used Elite for routine ac maintenance. They recommended replacement of 2 parts because of general wear. Since Elite was highly rated on Angie's List we did not get other estimates and agreed to the replacement of one of the parts at the quoted cost. After Elite replaced the part, we checked with Home Depot and Grainger. The cost of the part was $8 and $11 respectively.  We had already prepaid Elite $49 for the maintenance call and then Elite charged us an additional $130 for the $8 part that took literally 5 minutes to install. Unfortunately we did not check out the Elite price before replacement of the part because of their excellent rating on Angie's list.  When we called the owner, Armando, of Elite and very nicely explained our concern about the over pricing of the part, he was extremely rude, and basically said it wasn't his problem and that he could charge whatever he wants. He also stated that he really didn't care what his rating is on Angie's List.  It is true we had agreed to pay their price, but that was based on our belief that he was honest in his pricing and not trying to gouge his customers. I would NEVER use them again, even if it meant having no ac in the 106 degree days here in Las Vegas. We were taken advantage of and the attitude of Armando was extremely unprofessional.

It is impossible to get an appointment with this company. They are booking now for December 3rd and it is November 10th. I had an appointment booked for last week with a 4-6p window and they no call no showed. At 6:10p I called them and was put on hold. Then asked if they could call me back. When they did they said they didn't see my appointment on their schedule and that no one could come out. I asked if they could squeeze me in Saturday or another day in the next week because of the no call no show and they said no. If you pay $7000 for a new air conditioning unit and it breaks good luck having them come out in the same day let alone same month!

They just left my house 30 minutes ago after installing a new Trane condenser unit.  I feel I got a fair market price and was impressed with how the crew took care with their shoes and laying plastic and cleaning up when they were done.  If I have any trouble with the unit when the weather heats up I will update my review but so far so good!

IF YOU RENT, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE FOOLS.  I have cash in hand to replace my condenser. They refused to do the service call because I'm not the home owner. Never mind that I've known him for 15 years. The cash will go to someone that else.

Terrible customer service! I just got off the phone with Nick who quoted $950 for a gas water heater, I asked for a breakdown of labor and how much the tank itself... hoping they have different styles n prices. Nick told me it's the company price n if we didn't like it we can just call somebody else n hung up. It sounded like he was playing video games in the background, aparently the games are more important than businesses.

Great advise to all who want to use this company from their representative, call somebody else!

I'm a little leary... AC/heat was working fine. Had them come out for a free check up. Now the unit isn't working properly. Next guy comes out. Trying to sell a new unit; and since we're at it we can replace both heating units for 4400 each!  Now I'm left with one unit working, one down and waiting for a quote to replace the broken piece that is a safety item...  seems really fishy.

Our air conditioning failed on the hottest day in the year.  Elite sent a technician within hours who was polite and knowledgeable.  He arranged to have a new unit installed the next day.  The installation crew showed up on time and had the new unit working quickly.  They were neat and professional.  We received a 10 year warranty and free maintenance for the first year.  We will now call Elite for all our plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

Just to give you a little history on our workshop AC unit that was eventually replaced by Elite...  My parents bought this house in 2004, and the AC unit was sitting on the ground in the backyard with all kinds of weeds growing up through it.  My dad fixed it all up, got it working again, and installed it himself on the workshop (he only hired a crane).  Recently, we went down to the workshop only to find that the entire building was vibrating when the unit was running; you could hear the tools rattling on the walls and you could feel the vibrations in the walls.  We were concerned about the structure of the building, so we turned it off and called Elite.

JR came over the very next day and checked it out.  He told us that the primary issue with the unit was the fan and fan motor, which was causing the severe vibration.  He said he could fix it, but due to the age of the unit, it was possible that other components such as the compressor etc. could go out.  Yes, those could be replaced too.  However, the type of refrigerant used in units that old is being phased out and would no longer be available in a few years.  

He gave us the option of moving ahead with the repairs, or look into pricing of a new unit.  We wanted all the options, so he went over everything with us.  We decided to move forward with the purchase of a new unit, and it was a great price!  We have had other AC units replaced on the main house (by other companies), and we paid a LOT MORE for those units than what we paid for this.  We could have had all four of our units replaced by Elite for what we paid the other company for just two units.  Pricing was excellent!

Furthermore, JR is a very professional young man who takes his work seriously and is determined to make sure his clients are happy and well taken care of.  He had the installation crew out to our house the very same day he came to check out the unit having problems.  It took them just two hours to remove the old unit and have the new one completely installed and running great!  The installation crew was also fantastic, very pleasant and down to earth people who genuinely care about others and the work they do.

Overall, this was an amazing experience and I will definitely use them again in the future!

BEWARE!  The warranty that came with the new Train AC was a 10 year warranty for parts, but for some reason the parts I need now aren't under warranty, wow who would have thought that.  The reason I was given that all parts aren't under the 10 year warranty, only coils and compressor, not condenser nor anything else, and I was given bad information when I bought the AC unit.   Is there a Legal problem with the company giving bad information?

Elite Air came through for at the time we needed them the most. Our air conditioning units went out on us in the middle of the summer and Elite came out right away. They gave us a fair quote and the installation team came right out and installed the new units. Had AC routine service today -- had great service by Matthew. In and out quickly, gave us some other service options on our silver plan. We didn't know about the combined HVAC and plumbing service plans.

As a company so far I've been pretty happy with Elite since they have helped my parents in Summerlin. I haven't heard one complaint about Elite from them.  I really do like the service plans they offer, fixed (reasonable IMO) price to maintain and make sure stuff is working yearly.

Since my wife purchased a home back in 2011, we've had multiple issues with our AC unit..recently our upstairs ac unit broke on us and Ken was helpful as always to come out and fix the issue.  Price to warranty ratio compared to others is unbeatable.  Been using Elite AC since our first problems and haven't used others yet because the prices are reasonable, and the workers are knowledgeable with what they do..good job Elite, I'd definitely recommend you to others.

Awesome company!! Called for help with one of my A/C units and they arrived in 30 minutes...Tech and I got on the roof and immediately notice the troubled unit was seized up. Yikes!! System is about 19 years old so it didn't surprise me. I asked for and was quoted a price to replace the package unit that I believe was a decent price (since I had planned to replace both units in a couple years anyway). I asked what kind of a deal could they make me to replaced both units and they knocked another approximately 10% off both units. Sounded good to me so I said do it....10 hours later I had 2 new units installed and blowing ice cold air! WOW!! That is instant service. Couldn't be more happy with everyone from the office staff to the technician (Richard) and the install crew. Great job!!

Mike came out to fix our main water valve. He quickly responded to our service call, identified the problem, & fixed it very efficiently. He was very fair with his pricing!  I knew right away he was someone we could trust (as we had been grossly over quoted a few hours earlier by a different company). God bless him! We are, once again, very pleased with Elite Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning.  We had our air conditioning system checked for the spring/summer season.  The technician, Alex, provided excellent customer service in a thorough and efficient manner.  He even showed up before the appointed time and gave us a chance to secure our dog.   He even advised us on our filters.  Very pleased with Alex and Elite!

This company is fantastic! Ken was the first to come out for the initial call. He was prompt and professional, doing his best to figure out what we needed to replace our water heater. I appreciate his honesty and attention to wanting to get the job done right. Chris was the one who picked up the new water heater, took out the old one, put in the new water heater, and replaced the pipes that were corroded. He was friendly and explained the process to make sure that we could make informed decisions. These guys deserve a medal for their hard work.

After the AC went out on my parents née home the team at Elite were very quick to respond and come out to their home later in the evening.  They diagnosed the issue provided a plan to fix it with an estimate and warranty information.  My parents decided to get an entire new system at that point as the unit was old.  The company was able to get an appointment the next day to have the unit and new furnace installed the next morning.  Excellent customer service, terrific service techs.

My air conditioner went out in the upstairs of my home, not blowing ANY air. The guy that came out was in my house for maybe 10 minutes, said it was a voltage issue and left. 2.5 hrs later, the upstairs hadnt cooled AT ALL, and there was NO AIR blowing. I call the company at 4:45pm and the guy that answers tells me that it will take until midnight to cool down, smh.. it's been fixed before, it took 30 minutes to cool down from 90 to 78... this guy is telling me that it will take over 9hrs, my house is not that big, the upstairs only ESPECIALLY. He wouldn't come back out. My children and I all woke up in a 90 degree home, nauseous with migraines, while the AC was still broken. I called several times throughout the day, my management company said they called, never an answer until 5pm when he said he couldn't come back out without approval from my management company and hung up on me. Being that it was never fixed in the first place, I would think that the first authorization should be in place, but when I know they were attempted to be contacted throughout the day by them... just seems like maybe they didn't want to be bothered this weekend. They decided to come out again on Monday, without ever speaking to me to make an appointment. Thankfully, I did have someone at my house, being that I was at work.
Probably one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with.
Did I mention that my management company said they called and emailed them throughout that day as well.. Elite showed up at 8:30am on Sunday without an appointment, nobody home, because I work. If they could show up that morning, I'm so confused as to why they couldn't come that afternoon  after hanging up on me that night, they showed up AGAIN at 8:30 am Monday morning without ever trying to make an appointment.

I needed my heater checked as colder weather is approaching. Alan came to check and was amazing! He was on time, got a call when he was on his way, and was very professional. Plumber couldn't to the job right. Sink started leaking. Did a half ass job and left an open hole where he just removed the water filter because he couldn't figure out how to fix it. I called another plumber and fixed his mess plus some other job he said he can come back and do for 1/3 of the price.

These scum bags were called to give us a regular maintenance at our place of business. They didn't even change our filters but did say some BS about the unit needing some fixing soon.... over $2,000.00 in repairs. I pretty much gave it to him really quick because I already knew our ac had NO issues. We just had a friend of mine check our entire system the week before and everything was fine. The reason we had Elite come out was because our landlord needed a company to show the inspection and my friend did it for me on the side not through a company.

We ended up having another PROFESSIONAL company come out because in the morning of THE VERY NEXT DAY, guess what?????  The scum bag from Elite HEATING AND COOLING put some oil on a capacitor and made it smell like smoke and blow!!! Our NEW COMPANY fixed it free with NO CHARGE and said sorry for you having to deal with unprofessional companies like this that gives us all a bad name!!!

When i called to complain and tell them what happend, the lady actually said
LOSE OUR NUMBER !! Yeah, we sure will lose your number !!

Funny the very day after getting our ac checked by this company boom something goes wrong!!! These guys are the biggest scammers!!! We aren't done, they are going to be tested from some government entities.

I have used Elite for about 8 years.....I wrote a review that was less than spectacular (1 Star). I have continued to use them but requested 1 technician not be dispatched to my residence. The other technicians have been pleasant and have done the work requested and provided a total price before the job had begun. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future for all plumbing and HVAC needs. I would highly recommend this company. As you look thru these reviews I am sure you can find my other one.

My AC went out last summer, yes in the hottest week of the year. Elite gave me by far the best quote and warranty of several I interviewed. They delivered my new Trane the next day. Quality installation and a great energy efficient unit..

Just today 3/18 on a blustery Sunday, its 41ª outside and I need to turn the heat back on. No heat. Call Elite and they were right on it. It was a bad wire from the thermostat.
Fixed quickly and no charge. Yes their warranty is even good on a Sunday, I would highly recommend doing business with this company. I have been in Las Vegas for over 30 years and have heard some horror stories with air conditioner replacements. These guys are the real deal.

Called this company as my AC was not working. The  technician did come out right away as promised. He gave me a lot of double talk threw around a lot of numbers.   He explained that I needed a new AC unit because it was going to be obsolete in 2020 and it would have to be replaced.   He stated my compressor was about to go out and then  I would  have to replace it.

He flipped the power switch after running some water on the unit. It started up. He had me signed for the repair. I am thinking that they were charging me the $99.00 I was quoted. Turns out he charged me  for a capacitor. The air went out again in less than 30 days. Called different companies for estimates. One company offer to check my system, no charge, before I spent over 8,000.00 for a new system. Turns out it was the capacitor which the replaced. When I called Elite AIr I was told the tech said I needed a new capacitor and he did not replace it. It was all a scheme to get me to buy a new AC unit. I definitely will not be calling them if I need to replace my unit.   Learned a hood lesson always get a 2nd opinion.

Scam artists at best. I have had a technician come out to check my ac, he broke the power panel key and then claimed that it's too old and he must replace it otherwise my ac won't work.
So I allowed to change it, then he came int the house and the ac didn't work, he went to the thermometer and it didn't run. He took it off and started messing with the power panel and then went up the attic and clicked some things on furnace which brought ac on which turned out I didn't need a power box replacement in the first place. I didn't make a fuss about it because it was hot and he spent 20m outside.
Today as the weather cooled down, I went and turned off the thermometer, but the furnace didn't turn off as it was suppose to. I call elite and an individual who claimed to be nick smith who was very hard to understand said he was the manager and that the service call would be a charge of a 90 dollar, then he became aggressive and denied the technician even going up the attic to look at the furnace and control panel he messed with. I would hunk twice before working with these scam artists.

If I  could give them zero stars I would. We used them before and I thought they were a good company. Now we have found out that they jerryrigged a cage and the fins got damaged. We just paid $250 for a capacitor this last week. That's not even what was really wrong.Do not call them unless you want to waste money and be  ripped off!

I have been using Elite AC since 2012 when my original unit - which lasted 23 years because I do spring and fall maintenance - he and I had to purchase a new one - another AC company  tried to charge me 9500 and after checking around I got the same unit for half that price from Elite. Have used them ever since  for my spring and fall maintenance and have never had a problem - always on time and polite and professional

My BROKEN down A/C in the desert in August is no fun.  I used Elite before (rental property) and they were just as awesome which is why I called them back to investigate my home's unit.  The office picked up in 1 ring.  They were courteous & professional.  They sent someone out within 30 min. ALAN F. / HVAC tech... was super nice to my dog (not a requirement so that makes him even more special) came in, got to work, made diagnosis & suggestions. He was patient with our million questions. He promptly got busy on repairs, priced reasonably and SNAP everything is UP AND WORKING AGAIN.

Called them at 4:30 in the morning. Ken arrived at designated time and troubleshot the problem, quickly. Had to replace the system,but it was done the next day before noon. Had to endure the high temps for only 1 day. Fellow neighbors have waited for more than 3 days. elite have the unit needed on hand. Makes for faster replacement. If I had any suggestion, it would have to be for their clean up. I found 4 screws from the units on the garage floor after they left. My tires would not have like them. Other than that recommend them wholely.

We had Elite come out do install a garbage disposal. The guy came and installed was very nice. Thought everything was good but soon realized that it was leaking. That was Monday, we didn't call back because we had scheduled elite to come to a rental and hook up the water heater for our tenants. Friday comes and the plumber shows up to the unit says we need a water heater pan and stand. I go get it, come back and he's gone. Thought maybe he's gone to lunch. My husband called him and no answer. I waited there 3 hours. My husband called the office and they say they're not coming back. So we requested them at least fix the install. They sent the same plumber and he couldn't fix it. They said they'd send someone else on Monday and no show and no call. So disappointed as this co as it was a recommendation. I will definitely let others know this is not worth it. So we paid for a service that does not work. Horrible.

I'm a huge fan and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. We live near Black Mountain, and Adam was here Tuesday afternoon to do an inspection on the furnace in our new home. Professional, Quick , Friendly!  Richard our tech was awesome... he was informative, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He helped us diagnosis the problem quickly and presented multiple options for fixing.  In the heating and AC business out here in Vegas, it seems like there are more shady characters than honest ones.  Luckily we found a good one.  Kendra was also very professional and helpful in the office. This company and employees are top-notch!

WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH PERIOD.  Called them to have a leaking toilette fixed. They charged us $39 to come out and $150 for labor only for a job that took them 10 min to complete. After they left the issue of the leak continued. Contact them over 5 times already and requested to speak with a supervisor on numerous times but had no success yet. After 6 days of calling them, have not heard back from them. Stay away from them. There are a lot of other reputable companies out there.

I've been asking for an invoice now from them since June 16th, I've called several times, speaking to the sales technician and the person that answers the phone. I asked that an invoice is sent to me, just email it, they asked for my email address, no email since June 16th. Today I called again, she said wait a few minutes I'll email it to you. Almost an hour has passed, still no invoice. This is not just a $500.00 invoice, it cost me $5,000.00+! After reading all the bad reviews it may be a good idea to hire another company to check to see if what I had done really needed to be done.
Update: 8/08/18 I got one invoice, I've asked for the other one too. Emailed, called the sales tech, the receptionist and nothing yet!

I called three companies who were used by friends of mine. I researched them on line and the better business bureau. Elite had the best pricing. My sales rep Alan came out to explain the product and their services. He was very professional and there were no surprises from the price quoted via e-mail to the one he provided when he came out. He gave me a time and date for the install and his crew showed up on time and ready to work.

They laid carpet mats throughout the area of the house where they would be walking through with product. Upon completion they vacuumed any are that got dirty, including the attic area. They tested both the new furnace and ac along with checking the temps of all the vents.

I must say the crew, sales and company is one of the most professional I have dealt with.  I would highly recommend them.

Had a problem with a contractor assigned by a home warranty company. Contractor was trying to charge a modification fee on an aftermarket board because the OEM board no longer exists. Called the home warranty company to complain that not only was the board still made, it was in stock at an authorized parts center less then 10 miles from me. Warranty company didn't care, wanted to keep its cheap as heck contractor working so both of them made money. Well I fired the both of them after 3 days and called Elite. 2 hours later, the cold air is blowing. Armondo and his crew are the best.

Called for a/c repair,tech came to the house and told me a/c unit had froze up due to dirty air filter,I changed the filters 3 weeks ago,not buying into there diagnosis,called main office and no manager is available to help-Stay away from this company.Have spoke with Nick the manager 2 times now the guy is worthless to deal with-UPDATE just had Gibson A/C come and look,found a wiring problem and have now fixed this-STAY AWAY FROM ELITE-TOTAL IDIOTS

After 7 years of having Elite do our preventive maintenance on our heating and cooling systems, I am DONE with them. After coming out and telling us that we needed a $1000 service on one of our units, they failed to show up on two different occasions to complete the service. On the original call, once it was determined that the unit needed service, he wouldnt write up an estimate and then the technician put on the high pressure tactics to replace both of our units at $5000 each. After further review of the events and talking with the Elite dispatcher, the wife and I determined that the technician is probably running a scam. He's using the truck, equipment and materials of the company but doing it off the books on his own time to pocket straight cash.  We have a call in for the owner to get in touch with us but so far, no response.    No thanks. We are going with Goettl from here on out.

This company is a total scam.  See review below dated 7/14/2018 by Mercedes.  My experience was exactly as she described.  However, they did replace my capacitor with one that sells on Amazon for $11.

Elite's charge was $161 for the part, and total $300 for the service call.

The guy was a really hard sell, and became angry that I was too stupid to know that we need to spend $8,000 immediately on a new unit.

My wife was actually getting ready to call the police to get the tech out of our house.

The last thing surgeons put in my IV was a pain medication that had a side effect of sweating.   So when I got home and found my A/C had failed and it was 97 in the house, it was doubly worse.  High heat is bad for old goats in their 70's even without an operation so I needed to deal with this like I needed a 2nd ___hole.  Elite's tech came out and said bad news - the compressor on my 4 year old system had failed so badly, the motor had even thrown off metal shavings.  Good news, it was under warranty but - more bad news - it takes 12 days to get it and cost $2900 to install.  BUT, they could replace my 16 SEER outside condenser unit with a whole new 14 SEER unit the very next morning for only $5400!  Lucky me, right? The tech then shuts up, which is what people are supposed to do when selling because you never know, the customer may just be stupid and say OK.   I've been in the HVAC indistry since 1990 and figured this was BS, so I said I'd just book a hotel room to have post-op cooling and deal with it the following day.  Tech says, well let me try something and old timer taught me once, goes out and minutes later the A/C is on.  So the motor and compressor assembly that had failed so badly it had even thrown metal shavings off the armature was now working.  Can you you say miraculous boys and girls?  Turns out it was the capacitor, normally around $100 to $120, something Sierra A/C confirmed the next day when also assuring me the compressor tested fine.

I have a big issue with Elite after my most recent visit. I have been a customer of theres since 2015 when I replaced my entire unit at a previous house. Since then, they call every year to schedule maintenance. This year a tech came out named Vince. He was adamant about me needing a new unit or repairing a leak and adding refrigerant. He quoted me at 12K for a new unit or a few thousand to repair the leak. He said that when the heat began to get around 90 degrees that I would notice that the unit isn't able to cool the house anymore. That was odd because we already have had numerous 90 degree days and I didn't notice anything different. He kept pushing me on a new unit and financing.

A week after he left I noticed that vents in the kitchen and living room were blowing warm air, but other vents were blowing cold. I reached out to a reputable company for a second opinion. The first thing their tech asked me was Did you have someone else look at this. I asked Why and he said that  and he explained the valve that releases refrigerant was half closed. He said the unit was a little low on refrigerant which he'd take care of. I was surprised because Elite's tech told me R22 Refrigerant couldn't be found and that it would cost over $1000 to find it online. What he did not tell me was that there are compatible refrigerants that can be used instead.

At this point it was clear that the technician they sent was a con-artist. Up-selling is one thing, but this was something different.

The good thing is that there are tons of other, honest companies out there. Stay away from Elite.

Don't bother!  No integrity and completely lacking in customer service.  Our AC went out at 6:30 p.m. in a rental.  Stated (to the landlord) that they would not come until the following morning.  The landlord told me that because I screwed around (5 minutes to get from my office to my home) that Elite would not be available until the following morning.  I called Elite when I got home to confirm that they were not coming out that night because of the comment my landlord made, he stated he would in fact not be coming out and that he was not getting in the middle!  They had supposedly serviced the AC in 2011; so why is it malfunctioning now?  Bad company, bad attitude, does not appreciate the business. I called One Hour and they are on their way!

It took them 7 days to finally fix my AC properly! It is 100 degrees and it seemed like they do not care! The guy who mainly worked on our property was extremely rude and arrogant. He won't even explain what's going on. They clearly don't value time and show up late on a given appointment time and showed up too early, which is clearly no one's home yet since we had an appointment and they just showed up. I've called 4 times to speak to the owner/manager, left messages, and no one will even bother to return calls. Never again!

He was very friendly, came on time and very professional introducing himself as the technician to come and service our heater unit. I explained what need to check and without hesitation he told me step by step what's he's going to do to check my heater unit. After 10 to 15 minutes checking my heater from the attic....he came down with a smile and said; your heating system is in good and safe condition. I was happy and in returned I told him  I will clean my filters for you. After I signed the invoice I reminded him to be the one personally to come back in early spring for my air conditioning check up.

Called because I was gathering estimates to replace my older systems.  Had 2 other estimates already.  They were prompt and called before they were on their way.  The technician they sent over explained everything to me from my existing system to the new energy efficient TRANE system they were proposing.  He went into the attic and outside to gather all information and went over the entire process.  Their prices are the most competitive.  They are a locally owned business.
They are definitely the best AC company in town.  We have used a few companies before, but none as good as these guys!  Needless to say, we installed 2 TRANE 5 ton systems with them!  They installed both systems in one day.  These guys don't fool around.  After they were done, I went into the attic to check how it looked and was amazed.  It was so clean in there, they even cleaned up the old ductwork and old parts left laying around from a previous company.  On top of that, they are going to do the maintenance on them for the next year!  After the install was completed and new thermostats installed, they made sure I knew how to operate the new wifi enabled thermostats!  I can control them from my iphone anywhere.  Soooo cool! Thanks Elite, their plumber will be coming to our house next.

Posted a negative review on these idiots years ago. They turned off my air conditioner with a switch I can't access above the ceiling in my home.  I didn't know about it till I attempted to turn the air on the next spring.  Since I had them do the annual checks for two years I'm sure they expected me to call them again when the air conditioning didn't work. I called someone else, and I was right about the switch they turned off.

The thing that struck me then and even more now is that they never respond to negative Yelp reviews and try to make things right for those who trusted them.

We had the extended warranty.  2 weeks ago we found out there was a major leak in the unit, we called the company and they said nope, not covered. We called again and we spoke with the owner Armando but refused to listen to us, i told him we paid you in good faith $4100 and now you want to charge us $450.00?  He was very rude and argumentative over the phone and refused to help us, he said we will fix it for that amount and that's it.  Please stay away from this company, they take advantage of people and are very unprofessional.  They are scammers. In the middle of summer in Vegas, when our a/c unit went out & thankfully it was Elite that I happened to call. Not only did they respond quickly and were professional and honest (which are characteristics not usually associated with a/c companies) the owner of Elite was so compassionate and understanding when I said I just couldn't afford the cost of a new unit. With Elite's help and a few payments, we were cool again. Every year, they call to do a seasonal check up and maintenance on the unit to keep it running for many years to come and now 10 years later I wouldn't think of calling anyone but ELITE for my a/c and heating needs.

Ever since a NEW air conditioner has been installed on my roof nothing but problems . We went through most of this winter with no heat and now the ac unit is acting up again .88 degrees in my house after dark with a unit that isnt even 4 years old . I am beyond livid right now !! Its running but not cooling . When they came out in January it was i think the condenser ,charged my mother who is on social security $850 for the part the labor was covered. $6200 for a new unit Sept of 2016 .. Senior on limited income bit keep charging her . I will br making calls Monday

DON'T BUY THE COUPON - They won't honor it!

I got the name of Elite from Yelp, and called to get an HVAC system repaired. I also purchased a coupon from Yelp - basically $200 worth of services for $155. Not a significant amount of money but worth doing when you've got a system you know needs work.  I authorized them to do the work and then they ran my credit card (without showing me an invoice) for the full amount.

They have thus far refused to honor the coupon. As I'm understanding it, if you give them a coupon they will simply jack up the cost of the bid to cover the coupon. That obviously wasn't what I expected. Sad because I have a lot of homes and am looking to build a relationship with a new AC company. This isn't a company I would trust.

I contacted elite to replace both of my units on the roof. My wife and myself were given a satisfactory quote. The salesman did not measure the downspout. All was set up for them to return to do the installation. Before the installation could Start, I got a call from the salesman stating that he should have gone up on the roof and measured.  The salesman then proceeded to explain what the situation was, a custom downspout would need to be made. At that time, I asked how much more it would cost. It was explained to me that he will eat it, because he did not take the measurements. Therefore the custom downspouts were included at the original quote. The only thing this cost was a delay of the install.

I discovered my hot water heater leaking yesterday - was fairly certain that given its age it should be replaced.  A friend highly recommended Elite and specifically service technician Chris.  Within a couple hours of my call to Elite,, Chris was at my house (on time) and a couple hours later, the old leaking unit was out, and a new heater installed.  Chris was friendly, professional and efficient.  He showed me the leak's source and explained why the unit needed to be replaced.  The price he quoted was fair (I've had to do replace water heaters in previous homes).  Chris not only cleaned up the mess the leak had caused, but he kindly installed a coach light bulb that I was having trouble getting in place!  I was very pleased with the speedy response from Elite, and glad that I was able to get Chris as my service technician.  His high recommendation from my friend was well deserved.

Recently called Elite for a diagnostic check of my A/C that was struggling to cool the house below 80 degrees during a stretch of days with highs above 115.

They answer the phone 24/7 and are very responsive - you will get help anytime.  The office girls that answer the phone are polite and friendly.

The $39 service call fee is reasonable , can't complain about that.

Here is my problem: I decided that I would prefer to replace my 25 year old unit rather than invest in the old unit I currently have.  Their tech Richard came out and quickly said I was low on R22 refrigerant and that I have a leak.  The refrigerant is quoted at $180 per lb (this is high, most of the outfits are charging less) and I have a leak that would cost $850 to trace.   He did offer some inexpensive options to get the unit blowing cold air quickly, so I'm happy about that.  When I turned the conversation to purchasing a new unit and getting an estimate, I mentioned to him that a friend of mine had worked with the owner Armando in the past on a new unit and I'd like to discuss the price with him.  Over the course of about a week I negotiated on the price with the tech Richard , but was never able to get any response or callback from the owner Armando - I get it, its their busy season.  My issue is with that they never even spent the time to do a proper load calculation of my home and pushed a 4 ton unit when in fact manual J 8th edition indicates I need a 5 ton for energy efficiency.  I also did not get a complete estimate outlining the parts to be replaced including model #, part #s.  That makes it impossible to compare apples to apples pricing. They did reduce the price on my initial estimate and attempt to seal the deal , but the service I received from another Trane authorized dealer, Aloha Air Conditioning, was superior.

Elite is on the lower end of the price scale.  However, if you want to speak with the owner, he will probably ignore you as he did me.  The technician was mostly helpful.  The process and options weren't always clear because I did not get a complete itemized estimate emailed to me - just an overview. All in all, they are decent company.

Five years ago after I purchased my first house I attended a home show at South Point. After talking with these guys about heating and cooling they offered to have me spin the wheel for a chance at a prize. Whatever the wheel landed on I could have a chance to make a 15 foot putt and if I made it I win that prize. I spun the wheel and landed on the smallest slot which was a free air conditioning unit. Stepped up and made my 15 foot putt!!! The Guys made a big deal of it took my name down took the air conditioning unit off of the wheel and told me to call them so we could set up the delivery and installation of my new air-conditioning unit.
After dozens of calls and runarounds...here I am four years later waiting for my air conditioning unit. Truth is I didn't need that unit at that time but any company who plays games like this isn't worthy of anyone's business.

Just bought a new house and have had problem after problem. Found out my Ac is broken. I saw mixed reviews for this company but honestly it was cheap $25 for service I thought the hell with it I would be out $25. I called and the woman on the phone was amazing we got set up for the same day between 3-5. Ken came right at 3 told me my issues and went to work. Very happy with the price. I feel bad because my mom is a little harsh don't take it personally ken !!! He was amazing and fast and even showed us a video of what was wrong. Defiantly use them you won't be sorry

Last week my parents a/c broke and their house reached 90 degrees. The first repair man through their warranty company didn't know what was wrong with the system and had no clue why freon was leaking, so I took a chance and called Elite.

From the start the receptionist was really friendly and put my parents at ease. Their employee J.R. couldn't have been mofriendlier and prompt. He explained everything to my parents in detail and answered their many questions. My parents ended up purchasing a new a/c  and J.R. made sure it was installed that day.  My parents whole experience with dealing with Elite was pleasant and stress free.

Elite replaced my air conditioning unit and Upsold me on replacing my heating unit as well last summer even though there was nothing wrong with the heater. It cost $7000. The next day I had water leaking from the ceiling in my garage. They came out and fixed the leak and said that the next couple of tune ups would be covered for me. I made an appointment for a tune up today with a very rude lady. It was for a 4-6p appointment today and when they no call no showed I called them at 6:10. The gentleman said he didn't see my appointment and all his staff were off because of the election but all the polls close at 7 and I begged him to have someone come out because it was my only day off for the next 2-3 weeks and he said no. I asked for a Saturday appointment and he said no. This is completely unprofessional and there's no excuse for what happened to me tonight. Sitting at home for a 2 hour window and then having to contact them and being told there's nothing they can do has been a huge inconvenience to me.

We had a routine service of our heaters (first time). They were installed in 2013 by Phoenix Air (now out of business).
Rickey our service tech was great, he did a full evaluation of the attic unit and found the original instructions and owners manual resting on top of the heating element box. The paper had already started to burn 10 pages deep. Rickey and Elite may have saved our house and lives due to their thorough inspection. We will have them back every year.

Tried them for my AC summer tune up!  Made service call, very positive and friendly on phone.  Had called 1 hour A/c and the were not helpful much at all and wanted $89 to come out.  Elite did summer and winter package for only $50.  Technician Alan was 2 hrs early, clean and friendly.  Found weak capacitor and fixed that and some melted wires.  Got tune up and repaire done in just an hour.  They are worth a try.  My friend was 100% correct in using them!

I've used Elite on several occasions all for air-conditioning related issues.  In general I've been pleased with the service but it all depends on the technician that gets sent to fix the problem. Some are very good and others aren't.  My most recent experience was for an A/C unit that was no longer cooling the house.  The first technician that came out (Joey) was very friendly but completely miss-diagnosed the problem.  He said the unit was low on coolant, which it was,  but his solution was to Just refill it with more coolant. Because it's a sealed system coolant can't just evaporate out, if it's low on coolant then there has to be a leak.  Of course the coolant he refilled it with just all leaked back out and I was back to where I started.  The next technician that came out (Nick) found the leak right away,  he said it was leaking all over the ground right in front of the unit and seemed shocked that Joey hadn't noticed it.  He also seemed very surprised that Joey's solution was to simply refill a sealed system and not check for a leak.  Fortunately Nick was able to repair the leak and refill the system with coolant and everything is  working fine.  He also refunded me the $180 that Joey had charged me to refill the leaking system with coolant. Overall I was very impressed with Nick and will be asking for him the next time I have an issue.

I called Elite (home of the $25 service call) last Friday due to issues with the water heater in the house my wife and I are currently renting. While on the phone setting up the appointment it was mentioned that I was renting the house, they then told me the service call would now be $79, because I was a tenant, and not the owner. But if I called the owner and had him call it would only be $25. I could have easily had the owner call, but I said forget it as I felt they were trying to take advantage of renters with a shady business practice. I called another company who came out for free and replaced the water heater that day. Elite not only missed the sale on a new water heater, but my wife and I are closing on a brand new house next month, and we will NEVER call Elite for service.

Elite air was sent to my home by Kristyn at One60 in Henderson.Our A/C was not cooling down the home properly for over a 5 weeks , Elite air reps were in our home 7-10 times during this time and they always stated nothing is wrong or don't cook or everything is in great working order.

I always asked them to explain why this is happening and they never had an answer. Turns out Elite air is a garbage of a company who really doesn't know what they are doing, and they were conspiring against us with ONE60 management. We had a real A/C company out here who immediately acknowledged that the A/C wasn't working properly and changed out the condensation unit, and it looks like the remaining unit in the attic is going to have to be changed also. Steer clear of this company and it's unprofessional and disgusting employee's, one of their employees insisted that PPE is strictly against their company policy and was rude and vile in our home. Armando the owner is an aggressive asshat who needs anger management! Such a shame people act the way Elite air does, how can you look yourselves in the mirror and sleep at night knowing how vile and cruel you are!

I totally forgot to write my review of Elite. I guess that's what happens when it's not a place you check in to.

Anyhow, our A/C had been struggling for awhile, making loud noises and such.  It was obvious that it was probably on it's last leg, since it was installed when the house was built in 1995.

I spoke with Alan from Elite and he was amazing.  Service calls are $25, and that money will go towards any repairs you may need.  We set up a time, and not only was Alan on time, he called to see if he could come early! That NEVER happens in this industry.

Turns out that it was going to be best for us to replace the unit entirely.  Alan presented all of the options and was very up-front and honest about the costs.  He also explained payment plans.

After careful consideration, we decided to replace the unit.  Trying to repair it would only delay the inevitable. (Although it may have made Elite more money, in the long run)  We set up an appointment and the installation couldn't have been easier.  3 gentlemen showed up (again, on time) the day of the big install and it took more than 6 hours (they replaced the heater as well).  They also replaced the thermostat on the wall to a digital model and showed my parents how to use it.

It was all really simple.  I would definitely suggest Elite to anyone who is having issues with their A/C or heater (can't speak about their plumbers).  A representative from Elite called a couple of weeks later to check on us and to ensure that everything went as planned.  It's not often you leave a situation like this not feeling like you were screwed over, but that was definitely the case here!

Our Heater has been having issues for 2 winters now. We have had about 4 techs from NV Energy come out to deal with the issue since they told us it was their issue. Yesterday Alan from Elite came out, he had the problem fixed in under 30 minutes. He was friendly, made it easy for me to understand what the issue was, explained everything thoroughly, and  most importantly, made me feel like i wasn't just another person on his route he was trying to get done with. I helped my Mom with the communications (I live out of state) to get a new air conditioner. I called 3-4 companies after looking at YELP reviews. I called and spoke to Jay Troilo. He met with my Mom and gave her a competitive quote right away. He answered all our questions. Another company gave a much higher quote then later said they would match Elite's quote and throw in some stuff. That rubbed me the wrong way. I liked that Jay was straight up with his quote and no BS. Elite delivered and installed a new Trane system that blows away the old system. Saving my Mom's hundreds of dollars in energy costs. My Mom is very happy and the warranty service cannot be beat. I liked working with him on the phone as well. Sorry to see others have had bad experiences. Jay was excellent..thumbs up!!

I've been using Elite for the past 4 years and I really like their service.  They are always on time and for $50, I get two yearly tune-ups, one for the A/C system, and the other for the heating.  I had my old A/C unit replaced by them and they did a great job.

My landlord had paid for EH&C to come out to inspect the air conditioner so I needed to comply with the arrangement of them coming out. I made an appointment last week and was told that I would be given a call 2 days prior to confirm the appointment and then another call 30 minutes prior to the techs showing up the day of the appointment.

Well they screwed everything up and had a nasty attitude while doing it. I spoke to the first lady on the phone who was a bit pushy concerning me being available to answer the call 2 days prior. I was out of town on business so me having to be looking out for that particular call was a hassle.Well guess what? They never called and then when I called 6 times to confirm the appoint on that monday morning there was no answer whatsoever.... Hum?

Then when I finally reached the dispatcher lady she didn't know who I was what appointment had been made or anything at all and she had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. At this point if I had a choice in not doing business I would but like I said my landlord requested it.

Unfortunately I can't comment much on the cost of this whole air conditioning check up but I assume it must have been a good deal for the landlord. Overall I'd say Elite H&C could do a better job with organization and relating to their customers but at this point you yelpers will have to decide for yourself if you want to give it a go.

JR came over on Friday afternoon at 3 after me calling him at 2. He explained the whole process of complete replacement of furnace and AC units. I hesitated based on cost of other companies, but when it came to running the prices he beat the competition by over 1000. dollars for a complete system and also offered free financing for 36 months vs. 7% by others. I relented and signed the papers. First appointment ? The next day at 8 a.m. The guys were here at 7:55 and got started by 8. By noon they were finished, packed up, cleaned up and gone. It was as if they were never here. I cannot tell you all how great this experience was. The new units work perfectly. When they pulled out the old furnace it looked like it went through a war.  For service and responsibility if all companies worked like this... The people at Elite were perfect.

Total scam! I'm filing a complaint against their contractor license. Our AC wasn't working regularly. We paid them twice for service calls, both times, JR the tech, told us we needed a new AC unit. He said it was the compressor. He didn't even look at it the second time he came. So we agreed to a new unit, they installed the unit and it still didn't work, because the furnace was broken. We demanded they reinstall the old unit and fix the furnace. Instead, they drove off with our original unit. The owner came and claimed that now our furnace is also broken. We demanded they bring back our original unit and reinstall it. They brought back our original damaged and leaking fluid every where and threw it in our drive way. We were forced to pay for and keep the new unit even though we didn't need it. The employees also threatened us and they looked like gangsters so we waited to write this review so they don't come burn our house down!

Great service, and fair price!  Arrived on schedule, did a great job, which was replacing the water line from the meter to the house. They dug a 37 foot trench (2-21/2' deep) and replaced the line as well as an old gate valve with a new ball valve to meet code. Back filled the trench, swept the sidewalk area and every thing is wonderful. Guys were clean and presentable, and polite. I have a contract with them for my AC as well and have been very happy with them. Would recommend them in a heart beat!

Didn't have an installation or anything, just an encounter at a parking lot. Driver is a complete jerk when told he was parked close to my car. He placed the blame on my parking abilities when the same could be said for the driver and employee. You have large vehicles you should be aware of how you park. And don't be a jerk, you are on the clock in uniform you represent the company you work for. You need the communities business.

A friend recommended this company as they had given her great service and also a friend of her's used them as well.  I wanted to finally replace my ancient AC and had been saving up for quite awhile.  It is a scary proposition to blindly hand some company a lot of money and hope the unit you get is sufficient and that you get your moneys worth.  I collected 4 bids.  Some companies that are reviewed highly on Yelp just wanted to tell me on the phone for what you want, it would be about 7K and if I wanted they could come out and give you a more accurate bid.  At that point I crossed them off of my list because they obviously don't get it, that was exactly what I was calling for was a bid for a new AC.  They were just too lazy and didn't seem to need my business.
Alan from Elite came out to give me a bid.  He was professional and took his time explaining everything I asked about.  He had just came from the Trane factory in Texas so he had a wealth of information and really endorsed the product he was selling.
I asked my girlfriend about Trane AC units as her brother has been in AC forever in Denver.  He told her to tell me that they are the Cadillac of AC units and if I could get one for what Elite was selling it for get it, i would not be sorry!
The guy from Elite who makes the outside duct work came over and did measurements on the roof and within 36 hours there was a new AC unit up there.  The install team was totally professional, timely and polite.  Here at 9am done by 1130am, wow! They cleaned up after themselves as you should expect.
They did a follow up appointment to double check the install/ unit a couple of weeks later and a free duct cleaning.  Both of those service men were also professional.
I haven't had any issues making appointments they are available and the secretaries have been polite.
As you can see I have nothing but positive comments regarding Elite.  I love my new unit it is quiet and I honestly can't wait for the heat to see how much my bill is going to drop since I got rid of that antique AC!

Our main sewage line was backing up we called Elite and Shann came right out and was able to snake and clear out line within 30 minutes. The company was responsive, Shann, the main plumber was kind and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business if you're looking for highly efficient, knowledgeable plumber that doesn't waste your time. They were on time and reasonably priced.

They offer an amazing rate for heating and air maintenance, they even call to schedule an appointment and appear when they say they will.  They are professional and explain things after completing maintenance. The reason I didn't give five stars is their price given on estimates seem to be higher than other companies. Example: need fan motor replaced gave quote of $550 where average price range on home advisor is $100-300. Ken was very nice and did not pressure me.

Recently had problems with our rental. Called elite at 8:00 in the morning and sent tech out at 10:00 o'clock I was unable to meet Johnnie the tech. But he fixed the problem anyway. The charge 59.00 dollars. Most other companies would have charge hundreds if not thousands more. I've lived in Las Vegas for over 30 years. I've had alot of AC companies come to my homes over the years. And almost always have to get a second opinion. I've been with Elite since they first came to town. And let me tell you every tech that has come has been the most informative and honest tech I've meet. In this town that a blessing. It's nice not to be taken for a ride.

I worked with this company for 2 years and I was sure they were great the only problem is after two years I realize they ripped me off big time!!!
I replaced a condenser for $2750 and six months later I need to change a coil now , but guess what they ask for the work $1700 and believe it or not the part only cost $200-$400 so when I called to ask how come the installation cost so much $1300-$1500 all of the sudden the owner gets angry and tells me it will take him 3-4 weeks to order the part or in other words we don't want to do this job for you after 10 min before they were able to fix it the same day.
so what I suggest to all of you out there that are getting blackmailed by ac technician  who take advantage of you because it is so hot to ask them kindly what part are they replacing , google it online see the cost of the parts and just then agree or not agree to the price so you don't end up spending so much money like me.

Great company, Awesome service. The Crew was very professional & friendly. They did a great job installing 2 20 seers split systems, definitely best move ever! We noticed it brought our electricity bill down by a lot, our house is always really cool now ( we joke that it's too cold) I definitely give this company 5 stars all across from installation to clean up friendliness professionalism . After waiting for a new part, Jairo showed up again and within an hour all work was done and everything is working as it should.  Jairo advised us on what we had done incorrectly that caused problem with parts and also gave us some suggestions on some electronic filter upgrades that I asked about.  Can't say enough about his integrity and professionalism.

Since finding this company with service advisor a few years ago they are my go to company for the hvac  and plumbing on my 46 year old home in McNeil. They come when they say they will, know their stuff and are very reasonable. Always clean, professional and friendly. My unit was installed by a joker who disappeared and never installed the 14 Seer unit correctly given the computer boards in the unit. Have met two A/c guys over the years from Elite who were equally great. My old house has had a lot of pipe breaks and pinhole leaks outside and various plumbing problems inside. Pete is their plumber and he is the best...I actually enjoy his company. Talk about professional....He is busy though, but worth the wait if you can. My garbage disposal just broke and I have scheduled for him to come and do the install and made me think to write about them for yelp. I think this will be Pete's fourth or fifth visit to my house.  Saving me time and hassle and I know things will be done correctly.

A good friend used Elite for his rental air conditioning replacement as well as service on a broken unit. He had shopped around and got a runaround with other companies and was very satisfied and got a good price for good work and product with Elite. He appreciated the referral for Elite.

I think there are well known firms in the valley that rip people off in this field as well as plumbing,  as well as schlock work at cheaper prices by fly-by-night characters. Elite does great reliable work at a good price in both Ac/heating and plumbing.

Heater/Furnance was not working so through my Home Warranty they sent me this L & S.  Felix came out took 5 minutes to just look (actual starred) at the heating system and said it was ok (didn't flip any switches)  and stated that it was the programmer.  They said they would have to come back to replace it which I thought could have been done right then and there.  He said I had to make another appointment.  Now mind you I have children in the house and it was freezing. (63 degrees) He even commented on how cold it was when he entered the house.  So the first appointment they gave was 6 days later!  Had to take off another day of work. To make a long story short my heater has been off and on heating the house, it wasn't the programmer and have made another call to my Home Warranty to request a new service with another company.  When Felix replaced the programmer I mentioned that I wanted one that was programmable because that was what I had before.  When he said it was all done noticed that what he replace it with was an non programmer.  So disgusted and NOT HAPPY!
Will update when these new guys come.
Would not recommend L & S and have also notified my home warranty company.

*****Just wanted to clarify...my apologizes to Elite.  Somehow while reviewing the pages got switched.  I did NO business with Elite it was with L&S Air Conditioning and Heating which gets 0 stars if I could!

be careful with this company. they have been bothering me for about a month to come and inspect my unit for the winter. my unit is only 5 years old and has been working fine.  less than 20 minutes that he was on the roof inspecting the unit he calls me to show me that there is a electrical shortage that needed repair.  I got into his face about how could it be working fine until he arrived.  he kept saying that things just happen but after I got into his face for about 10 minutes he said he had to go.  I noticed that he connected 2 wires and he suddenly said that
the unit is back to normal.  this could have been a major expense at a time that I have no money for that kind of repair.
so be careful if you're thinking of using them

They showed up late. The dispatch would not send anybody till my mom calls to say it is fine to send somebody (I am adult). They finally showed up but the Plumier hurt his back and would not install my toilet and did not have the part for my leaking sink.  I rescheduled and they canceled me because someone had an emergency. So now my new toilet is in a box at the bottom of the stairs and my sink is still leaking.  They are a comepleat wast of time, find someone else.

Great, I mean GREAT service! Reliable, and they are honest from what I can tell. I tripped upon Elite during one of their AC tune up promotions. The service that we received on a $24.99 promotion prompted me to remember to call them if I ever needed anything done with my heating and cooling. Last summer I had to replace both a 4 ton and 2 ton unit and Elite came to the rescue. I would highly recommend Elite.

WOW! Calls my husband back to make things right this is what we were offered. ARMANDO (the owner) said he would come back out to the house take a look at the unit and if the technician ANTHONY (his son) was wrong he would refund the entire 300$ we paid for the capacitor that we bought from Sunrise. I told him no thank you as the unit is fixed that's all we wanted. Plus integrity was already lost when they tried to sell us a new unit when it wasn't necessary. We'll telling him no thank you got him irate and he said we are the ones scared as he knows they were right. Without even having come out. He said the capacitor would be a quick fix and so would the 3500$ compressor. That a new 9500$ unit was needed. We were never explained anything on the invoice Anthony wrote up and paying 300$ for a quick fix should be the customers choice not there's. But who knows if it was a quick fix the air is working perfectly since the capacitor was changed. Only time will tell as they're not a reliable source. The way to make things right would've been to refund the 59$ service charge but he couldn't even do that. Disappointing to say the least. He even had the nerve to mention my review. If you don't want bad reviews try to listen to clients instead of hustle them. TERRIBLE customer service. Anyways go with Sunrise much nicer people!

I called them becuz my a/c unit was making a loud noise inside the house. They came within an hour to access the problem. It was something minor. I appreciate them being honest. I just needed to change my air filters. From prior experience, most a/c companies would have tried to rip me off, but Elite was honest and I'm truly grateful. I'm very impressed with Elite and will definitely call them should any more problems arise. Thank you, Elite

BEWARE! MAY NOT BE LICENSED!!!! I got a new ac unit 2 years ago which is still under manufacture warranty. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and told me they do not honor the manufacture warranty. I was told by 2 other repair companies that any licensed repair man will honor the warranty but charge for labor (which is more than fair). Don't trust this company, they are only after the cash. And they need to replace the woman answering the phone. Unprofessional, rude, and she gives out wrong information.

These are not plumbers. they call them plumbers at their office. They are stoned on the job. they misdiagnose the problems than come back and change it. of course, costing way more. The worst plumbing, drain set up I ever saw. all crooked, upside down fittings, sloppy line set up and no attachment to framing

Very disappointed with this company! Our unit stopped working today,  not blowing air at all. I called to leave an Urgent message. The company ignored my Urgent message and never called me back or sent anyone to my house. When I called the number again, Nick answered the phone and with an arrogant attitude he said he'd put me on the schedule for tomorrow morning because they were already booked. I asked why not tonight, when I left an URGENT message a few hours ago, and expected someone to be here tonight to check my unit. So, I and my kids are supposed to sleep tonight with 90 degrees in the house. I tried to ask those questions, and he did not want to listen. He is like it's either tomorrow or stop talking. Absolutely rude guy and does not care about customers. We are paying extra money for the Gold membership to this company that does not care about their customers. What a disappointment!

He showed up on time, explained what he had done represented the company well. Elite office personnel, from the time I  made the appointment and when they provided reminder calls, were always very friendly, courteous and professional. I have used Elite for over 15years. They take care of maintenance on my air conditioner and hot water heater. I bought both from Elite and I have not had a problem. They have good quality products, their service staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them for any air conditioning, plumbing, or heating issues!

Pete came to my home and took pictures of my shower faucet. He said it was German made and would need to research. I never heard from him again. I called 3 times and never got a response to any of my messages. I finally called another company. Such bad customer service. Such a shame, that Pete has such a low work ethic. The dispatcher kept apologizing but how does that fix my leak? Smh. Buyer beware of a technician Pete shows at your door.

Nothing but good things to say about Chris!  Having just bought a house with a very very old water heater, we wanted to get it replaced. Chris was very highly recommended to me and I can see why. Called Elite today at 9:00 and they arrived at 10:00 and fixed the A/C in 15 minutes. The technician Steve is very professional and sent the receipt right away to my email. Highly recommended!

He was very helpful yesterday explaining the different models that they offered and which one was different from each other and how much they cost and even how to finance to them I highly recommend this gentleman as your technician to come out and help you with your house

Alan knows his stuff. He came prepared and ready to inspect and gave us a very thorough quote. What I really liked about Alan was that he is a walking HVAC encyclopedia. From rebates to recommending the right size unit. He understood that we were looking for the Toyota/Honda of HVAC, not a Mercedes. We talked about supply chain issues in case down the line we needed parts. He knew where things were manufactured. He was responsive and very patient. When there was something we had questions about (plumbing) he said he didn't know but would find out. Most people would have tried to BS their way to an upsell.

When he left, I felt like I was talking to my uncle who had lots of great ideas and things to look out for. He set the bar pretty high on what to expect and how to be treated by prospective vendors. Their bid was very competitive and detailed.

I need two new units and went with this company based on using them at work..... BAD MISTAKE!
I received two units and was told they would be identical, that didn't happen. Eye sore looking at the house. Had ill words with Nick the manager at Elite so the owner Armondo, Dave and Richard came out and just gave me a song and dance and would fix the problems, just call the office and leave a message. I have multiple times and have no where for over a month now.... Next step to going to contractors board about this company.. Disgusted customer.. wouldn't recommend this company.

These guys rock.  We have been using Elite for our AC service and plumbing for over 10 years.  They are always fair and honest.  They won't try to upsell you or fix things that really don't need fixing.   We have an older home with a total of 5 (count 'em, five) air conditioning units.  So, every year something needs fixing.  And our plumbing system is from the 1960's so Pete the plumber from Elite is a frequent flyer with our family.  I can't say enough good about this company.

In this town, trust is the most important commodity -- and I trust Armando and his crew.  Thanks guys!

They take advantage of elderly people. My father, a retired Marine is an 81 year old double amputee who suffers from dementia and my mother is legally blind. The technician came out and said the coil and condenser needed to replaced and told my mother it would cost $10,000.00. I know the parts are not expensive so they are taking advantage of them by claiming it's labor. Watch out for your parents with these predators.  They have no shame and if I could give zero stars I would!!!

In the height of record breaking heat on 6/29/13, our A/C went.  Elite sent a service technician out within hours on a weekend, and the technician showed up even earlier than the time they gave me! The problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Elite was recommended to us by a friend and we would highly recommend them as well.
