I'm a third generation plumber with 42 years of experience who's been working in the Las Vegas area for over 25 years. Although I began this venture just as the pandemic made itself known, I'm not new to the field, I am the authority.
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
I began learning the trade by riding along with my late stepfather Teddy doing new home construction in Virginia at 9 years old. He taught me to be honorable, perform quality, clean work and to treat customers like family. At 16 I vowed I wouldn't choose this for my career, yet here I stand. I've been the sole provider for my family while my wife remained in the home guiding and homeschooling our three children. I've been in the field performing commercial and residential services in Las Vegas for over 25 years. I was employed by one local company 12 of those years, even being promoted to service manager the final 3. I know and understand all aspects of plumbing in the field and in the office. During the pandemic, we took my experience to the next level by creating a company we can run according to our own passions and professional goals. I strive to build lasting relationships with my clients through communication while setting an example of respect in honor of my mentor.

I was quoted almost $1000 for a repair by another company. I called Nevada pluming authority for another estimate. They came out took a look and showed me that the shut off valve was not broken as I was told, there was no need for repair. They saved me a ton of money. I appreciate their honesty and experience. I will never call any one else.
Nothing but good things to say about this company. I've used them for numerous plumbing issues over the last year. They are officially my go to plumbing company whenever I have any problems. Jason, the owner, has always been prompt and professional, and his prices are also fair and reasonable.
I had a leaking water manifold which was a special order and a leaking shower valve. The job was completed at the price and time frame promised. Also, while the plumber was on site, he was asked to look at a toilet that was leaking internally at the flush valve. The repair was not completed and the plumber on site charged for his time to inspect. When the owner found out that the problem was not repaired and we were charged. He refunded the money. He was not asked to do that which I thought was very classy.
Our company is always in need of a plumber due to our 24/7 emergency response. We have used Nevada Plumbing Authoroty multiple times. Every time we get awesome customer service. We call at random hours in the day and some how they always manage to get us in their schedule.
Andrew was on time and very honest with the diagnosis he gave me! His price was unbelievably affordable, and I was quite shocked! If I need their services, I have them on speed dial!
I called NPA out to double-check my gas line for the dryer because I smelled a hint of natural gas. Jason was here within an hour. It may have been just as easy to tighten up the gas line myself, but I'm no professional. I didn't want to take that gamble as there could have been other underlying issues. I highly recommend NPA!

Over the years, I've worked with several plumbing companies in Vegas who typically were average; techs were not professional, and clean up post work needed always. Referred to NPA you would never know techs were here replacing multiple toilets and sinks - clean work! Jason and Andrew are dressed professional, respectful, and explained along the way. I have finally found a great plumbing company to work with - thank you Nevada Plumbing Authority!!!

I saw a post from Jason about his business on Nextdoor and I'm so glad I did! So, I am getting ready to move and needed my sometimes leaky kitchen faucet replaced. Andrew came out and gave me an estimate and came back within a few days and got the job done. Not only was he on time and fast, he was just a super nice guy. Fast forward to two days ago. I had trouble with my bathroom sink. Because, of course, right?!?! I heard back from Andrew and he came out to fix my issue. Again, super fast even though I'd originally scheduled the company out for a week from now. I just figured with the holidays they would be swamped. They managed to fit me in early and I'm so very grateful. Without a doubt these guys will be my go-to plumbers for any issues I might have in my new home. Thanks Andrew!
These guys are awesome!! Professional, polite and honest. Pricing is very reasonable and they show up on time! Pretty damn good looking too if you ask me. I will definitely be calling them again.

Jason is hands down the best in the business. He know's what he's doing, he's friendly, professional, and shows up as scheduled. I will only call him for my plumbing needs, and I suggest you do the same.
Just wanted to say thank you to NPA for fixing the plumbing issue we encountered when installing a dishwasher we recently brought. Jason did a great job, was professional and down to earth. We are so grateful he took care of the problem and got our dishwasher up and running. I will use this company again, and will recommend them to our family and friends.

I have used NPA several times and every time they have been fast to respond, helpful and professional. I had a broken outdoor pipe on New Year's Day and they fixed the problem that day. I've also (unfortunately) had 2 major indoor pipe issues over the last 2 years and they were able to help me fix my problem in a timely manner and go through a contractor to fix the water damage. These guys definitely are my go to plumbers! Strongly recommend!

Andrew, from Nevada Plumbing Authority, did an outstanding job attaching an outdoor gas line to our natural gas grill. He spent a lot of time making sure all the parts were correct for the grill, even taking the time to go and buy a kit that would fit our grill. We didn't have the parts necessary on hand. I initially got an estimate from Gilbert at Precision Plumbing and they quoted me $385. Andrew quoted me $150 to do the job. We did have to pay $70 for the kit and would have had to it in either case, but I am so happy to have found Nevada Plumbing Authority. They are not only extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing, but just as importantly, they are honest!!!! To me, this is extremely important as it is so easy to be taken advantage of, especially being a senior. If you want to have the job done right and for a fair price call NPA and ask for Andrew. To be fair, I just was very impressed with Andrew and I assume all the plumbers at NPA are just as good as Andrew so any of them will do a great job. I was referred to them from Southwest Gas and was I ever glad I called to get the referral. Mike L.
Such an easy process of communication with this company. They show up when they say they will and have the best of manners in your home. Scheduled with Jason who sent out Andrew to replace my kitchen faucet. He met me right on time after I got home from work and he was done before I knew it. Always an easy process & valued work done by these two. Jason was also a big help answering questions I had when I was solo picking out my desired faucet replacement.
