I accidentally dropped a shop vac drain cap into my sewer clean out line. So embarrassing. I called Dan and he came right out and helped me retrieve the cap from the drain without any problem! He was very nice and professional! He assured me that it was no big deal even though I felt like a klutz! I would without a doubt call Dan's Dirty Drains for any future plumbing work and will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you!

This review is long overdue! Being new to Vegas and a first time homeowner, hiring contractors can be extremely nerve racking. I am so happy that I found Dan and his team!!! They didn't try to get over on me with outrageous prices, they were responsive and on time and needless to say they do amazing work! I can't tell you what the master bathroom shower looked like in the house we bought. Total transformation after Dan and his team laid hands on it! They will forever be my go to for any of my plumbing needs! Keep in mind that they are now going by the name of Flush It LLC. Still the same amazing team!!!

Dan is so honest and great! I've had so many issues with previous plumbers who were scammers so I didn't know where to go or who to trust. Dan gave me a fair and reasonable quote right up front and the price didn't change after the job was done. He was thorough, explained everything, answered all my questions. He explained different techniques to resolve certain plumbing issues, the price differences, timeline and efficiency of each technique so there's NO surprises or hidden fees. So so grateful, I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs and I look forward to having his services moving forward.

We called at 8pm since we needed our sewer line cleaned out and they were responsive and came out by 8am. Everyone else told us to call back.
They offered a 10% veteran discount which was a nice surprise.
They arrived and Ricardo & Justin were efficient. Everything was completed in under an hour! I was shown what the issue was and what to look out for.
I will definitely be using them in the future.
Definitely using a small business owner from the area beats a big business that can't be bothered by a smaller issue that is isn't a moneymaker.
But loyalty means a lot to these small business owners and I know Dan's got ours now!

Just wanted to give a shout out to this company for their customer service. We received a call back to address our problem within 15 minutes. Shortly after (15-30 min) a nice gentleman (so sorry I didn't get his name!) came out to attempt to fix the problem. After spending 45 minutes trying to figure it out, he simply stated he didn't have the equipment needed to find or fix our problem and then proceeded to recommend another amazing company (Boss Plumbing). He spent all his time trying to fix it and chose not to charge us because he was unable to. So amazing and grateful. Will surely call them again in the future. Thank you so much!!!!

Recommended plumber, Dan knows his trade. Although, they took them days to finish up our mainline to house water line replacement compared to some of their works I would still give them 2 thumbs up! I usually request a quote from a company near where we live and they are the first one to respond...

We had a kitchen faucet start to leak on the same day as a major kitchen install. Dan took pictures of faucets comparable to ours and drove out to complete the job within 2 hours, well ahead of the install. Friendly, efficient and amazing service. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and fair pricing! I first reached out through Yelp to a couple of plumbers and Dan was the first one to respond with a quote. When asked for availability he said he was able to come to my house the same day between the hours of 12-2pm...just a couple hours after my first message with him!

Dan arrived during the estimated arrival time window and was very professional. My house had two clogged sinks and he was very helpful at letting me know what was going on. He unclogged one of the sinks and the other sink has more serious issues that require more work and time.

He explained what was going on with the pipes and what the work would be like to get the other sink working along with an estimate. I truly appreciate Dan taking the time to let me know what was going on and what's needed.

I definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs. Dan is honest, hard working, and professional. He will definitely be my go-to plumber from now on!

Great service and great price. After getting my toilets fixed 4 times and one month by three different plumbers I decided to call Dan. He came out a week ago fix my toilets and I haven't had a problem with it since. He's very friendly and I would definitely use him again.

Dirty Dan's answered my call on a Friday night and came out by 8am on a Saturday! We had a leak behind the fridge. They did not price gouge, they wore their mask and were nice, polite and explained all details. For a newer smaller company I was VERY pleased with their work, service, response and pricing and I definitely recommend them!!

Our kitchen sink was backing up into our bar sink. I called two other plumbers, who said they could schedule me 2-3 days away. I called Dan's, and I was told the price to snake the drain and that someone would be to my house in about an hour. Riccardo showed up right on time. I told him I was concerned about a dirty mess under our brand new kitchen cabinets. He assured me that he was very good and careful.

The whole job took about an hour, and Riccardo left everything spotless. What a delight to have a company do exactly what they say they are going to do, with no surprises. They beat my expectations. I'm sure I will be using their services again in the future.

I do recommend Dan's Dirty Drains most highly without any hesitation to any one in emergency situation with plumbing issues. It was efficient, clean and very professionally done job performance.

Danny gets 5! No seriously this is the dude. I my sink stopped up and attempting to fix it myself,I made it worse. I called Dan and he didn't make a big deal about it being after hours, looked at it and said I can fix this. In 20 minutes, I had my dink back, my wife was happy and it all came at a reasonable price. Thanks Dan. I won't ever try and fix it myself again and I won't call anyone else.

I'm renting a home that had a really old shower that did not work.. it was rusted and it was in no condition to be used. They came in and replaced all of the parts and checked to make sure that there were no leaks. They were very professional and explained to me exactly what they were doing and why. They were even kind to my dog. They let me know when they would be turning off the water and kept me in the loop. Aside from that they worked rather quickly! I would definitely recommend them

Our Master Bathroom sinks were clogged. Called Dan on Wednesday and he explained that his family was sick and did not want to bring anything into my household and could come on Friday. He showed up on time and cleared our drains. He explained what we need to do on a routine basis to help keep the pipes clear, since a smaller pipe was installed. Very nice guy. We will definitely call him for any future needs. I highly recommend him.

The 2 gentlemen with Dan's Dirty Plumbing really helped us out of a pickle! Due to time constraints, we needed them there at an exact time, and they went out of their way to get it done! They showed up clean, well groomed and were very professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could... keep up the good work guys!

David and Victor from Dan's Dirty Drains were very efficient and knowledgeable in replacing my defective garbage disposal. It took around an hour and they had the new disposal operational. They even helped clear some grease build-up in the disposal drain.
Very pleased with their work.

My nozzle on my master bath kept breaking off, and for good reason, it was missing a crucial component of the nozzle, a sleeve, which prevents water from hardening over your nozzle and breaking, which mine continued to do.

I looked on Yelp and requested quotes from multiple plumbers and decided to go with Flush it.
They had one of the best quotes and were very responsive.

They came out and fixed my nozzle and put on a sleeve for a good price.
The technician was great in explaining everything to me and was quick and clean with his work.

I sent out a request for estimates regarding high loop method on a dishwasher because as a real estate agent I need written estimates to provide the the seller to make a decision. I wasted 3 days trying to get an estimate from other plumbers. However, when I spoke to Dan he answered all of my questions and determined that the method wasn't necessary in the case and is providing me a written estimate of why.

Was having problems with our dishwasher draining. Even though it turned out to be a simple fix, I have to say that we were super happy with the response time and professionalism received. Would definitely recommend.

When people need help they call 911 and I show up. When I have a drain issue and I can't fix it I call Dan's Dirty Drains. They came out after hours and took care of the issue I had with a clogged drain. Everyone else I called was a we will see you tomorrow or next week. At 545 at night Dan honored his $125 drain clean out offer. I was told he would be here between 7-9 pm. He was her just before 7pm and was done in less than a hour. When you have a clogged drain Dan is the guy you call.

Dan was great. He was fast to respond and did what he had to do in a very quick and efficient manner. He showed up as scheduled ,tested his worked after and his pricing was very fair and reasonable compared to some bigger companies. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

I am absolutely happy with the service provided by Dan's. I submitted a request for quote on Yelp and less than 10 minutes later I was messaged back. Very fast response. I was a little hesitant at first because they had only 4 reviews. But I did notice that they are a fairly new business so I took that into consideration and I am so glad I went with them. I checked out their website and felt really comfortable with what I saw and read regarding their experience. I certainly prefer to support local small businesses if possible especially in the times we're living in. I called Dan on Sunday at 9:30 am and by 12:30 pm the job was handled. My outside water spigot broke off at the pipe connected to the wall and I was super stressed out and worried about water damage and how expensive it would be to fix. This happened on Saturday night and I had to turn off main water valve so we had no water until it could be repaired. I waited to call someone the next day because I was scared how much the cost would be for emergency repairs on a weekend night. Dan contacted me within minutes of my Yelp request and quoted me over the phone with pictures I provided by text. He was at my home within an hour and a half. He checked it out confirmed the repair and gave me a plan of action. He came back with assistance and they were done within minutes. True to his estimate, which was very reasonable, I wasn't hit with unnecessary repairs, costs or fees. I had other estimates over the phone that ranged any where between 100 and 200 more with cutting into my stucco. Dan was able to do the repair with very minor altering into the stucco around the pipe. I can patch that myself. He and his assistant were very professional and courteous. Being in customer service myself, i really take note of how I am treated especially under difficult circumstances. I will definitely be calling them back for future repairs and I cannot recommend them enough. I will be giving them a great review anywhere I can to help potential customers in their search for an honest and reputable business.

Dan responded to my house on a work order through my warranty company for my disposal. He did not come under Dan's Dirty Drains, but under his family's company Tiburcio's Plumbing LLC. After years of unsatisfactory vendors being sent here from my warranty company (not just plumbing), I was pleasantly surprised with Dan.

First of all, response and scheduling was quick. I was given a window of 2p-4p, and Dan arrived early at 12p. For me, this is a star alone (just arriving at all.) Dan was cordial, clean, and knowledgeable about his craft. He took a few minutes to diagnose the issue, and immediately started in on replacing the disposal. Prior and during the replacement, Dan informed me of this product, and all of it's features. He worked quickly, and although I did not time him, seemed to be very, very quick from start to final signature. Obviously, I was very pleased with his work.

There was a small issue of vendor fee to be paid at time of service (that was no fault of anyone with this service call, except the people who didn't respond initially), and Dan handled it very professionally. I do not want to say how it was handled, because it really doesn't matter; however the way Dan handled it again was what was important to me as a customer.

I would definitely call on Dan for ANY plumbing issues, and would recommend him if you want a professional, clean, knowledgeable plumber. Until I use Dan again, I will have to hold on to that 5th star. But if his service is anything like how this call was handled, he would definitely get all 5.

I needed a new RO system installed that I purchased from Amazon. I contacted them on Thumbtack because they had done a job for me previously. I reached out at 9:30 PM on a Tuesday night, and by 2:00 PM on Wednesday I was enjoying my RO water. I can't say enough good things; they were prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. I will use them again in the future!

Dan is really great! I requested a quote via Yelp, he got back to me very fast and I explained to him the best I could what was going on with my shower (I suck at explaining stuff and have no clue about the plumbing world lol). He was very patient, said he already had the parts and will bring it with him. He was here on time, very professional. Dan explained step by step what he was doing , and what was going on with my shower knob. He stood by to ensure it was working properly, and honestly it was working so much better than it was before. Great experience. Found them through a FB community page and decided to go with them since they handled a problem that I had with my tankless water heater leaking. Sent a rate request through yelp at 9 pm at night and Isabel responded within 20 minutes. I thought I would have gotten a response the next morning. Talk about customer service. She requested some photos of the leak to show the supervisor and was able to give me a quote that same night. The earliest they could get me in was 2 days later, I had a slow leak so that was fine.

I confirmed my service appointment that same morning and she advised me that the technician would contact me when he was on his way. Dan, the owner came out with a technician to fix my water heater. Dan and his technician were professional, friendly, and very approachable. He was able to explain what the problem was and quickly fixed the problem. He explained that the water here in Las Vegas is very hard and showed me the calcium build up on the gasket and pipe where the leak occurred.

I would definitely contact Dan's Dirty Drains on future plumbing issues. Best experience I've had yet with a plumbing company. Dan does good work and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Dan!

Great customer service and did an excellent job in completing the task in a timely manner

I usually only leave a review if something is really bad or really good. DDD falls into the latter. Had a leaking toilet valve start Friday afternoon - progressed to get quite bad by Sat am. Home insurance was taking too long to get someone out so I came on yelp to see if I could find someone for same day. Found two co's who could come out. Dan was $75 less and could be out sooner than the other co - less than 2 hours. Don't be concerned by the good prices. The quality was top notch. Dan and Dave both came for what could have easily been a 1 man job. They fixed the valve in 5 minutes, gave me a card for someone who could fix the water damage and answered questions my wife and I had about some other plumbing issues. Also - I don't know if there's any difference in scope between a plumber and drain and sewer specialist, but I'm confident if something was out of their scope, they would let you know and point you in the right direction.
