Wow, honestly, what a crappy company to get involved with. They were supposed to order and install a new toilet for me (my other one had a crack in the tank). The young woman that answers the phone said it had to be ordered (really, couldn't they just run to Lowes and grab any new one there?). Four days later they finally got it in (and I had to call HER), as I did not hear back at all. Then, TEN days later, they finally (after much whining and begging from me), installed it! Two full weeks for a simple toilet. Unfortunately, I felt I had to use them, as I had already paid my $75 deductible towards the service through my extended home warranty plan. I informed the home warranty people that they were lousy and super-slow. Just be aware. Good we have a second toilet to use. Ughhh, 2 full weeks is just unacceptable ;{{
