Miguel and Chris arrived within the scheduled time slot which I think is a good sign of professionalism. I just wanted the fill valve in the toilet tank replaced. However, the shut-off valve to the toilet had become inoperative after many years. We came to an acceptable price agreement for the two jobs of replacing the fill valve (I had an extra new one) and replacing the shut-off valve with a new streamlined easier-to-handle valve which they provided. I am a happy customer and giving them five stars for a job well done and their timeliness! I will use them again and will recommend them to others.

Our water heater leaked and needed to be replaced. American Brothers was able to come out the next day, give me an estimate, and replace it immediately. Dave the plumber was friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. He showed me how to relight the pilot if it went out and let me know about maintenance. Pleased with the service.

I usually do not write reviews, but this experience I recently went through with this company. I felt I had to warn everyone about this company. If I can give 0 stars I would. Be very careful these guys

Recently I had a new tenant attempted to turn on the gas with SW Gas, but SW Gas detected a leak which required me to hire a plumber to repair the leak before turning on the gas. On 07-03-19, Clint From American Brothers out to my condo to asses the issue. Performed an air pressure test to find the leak. Did the usual soap water spray to find the leak. He couldn't find it. He then said he needs to open some drywall by the water heater and the fireplace, which he can do for $125 charge. Didn't really have a choice since it was July 4th weekend, just needed him to find the leak. He claims that he found a leak by the water heater, which requires a new valve & flex line which was another charge. After that was done, did another air pressure test and still losing air meaning still a leak. he wasn't able to find it & said that he will come with his supervisor Bo to help find the leak. Without finding a leak they charged me $575.00 for this visit & did not even clean up the mess where he opened the walls at.

My biggest concern that the leak was within the walls of the complex that had other apartments. Then, I wonder if it was the new HVAC that was recently installed on the roof which I informed them of. Clint not once inquired about our HVAC

On July 5th Bo & Clint walk the roof and couldn't find the leak. Supposedly they soap spray the water heater area, fireplace area, and inspected the gas line leading to the rooftop HVAC and couldn't find anything. Then they recommended us opening up walls and ceilings but they require an asbestos test to be performed; which is a $500+ test, if you're not familiar about it. It's one thing if the unit was empty but its currently being occupied, which was the last ultimate resort I would take. I called the HOA and expressed my concerned about the gas leak due to the fact that I may have to open joining walls of the other apts in the complex. MY HOA called American Brothers to survey their findings before proceeding & someone there which no one admitted to claims that the leak was from the new HVAC installed. What upset me was that they were guessing and by saying that it relieves the HOA responsibility if it's within the complexes walls. Which was very irresponsible of them based on a guess

I decided to get a 2nd opinion from another company. I called Atlas Plumbing. The plumber from Atlas did the same air pressure test and did the soapy water test around the fireplace and water heater and within minutes, they found the leak. Guess where they found the leak? Atlas found the leak where supposedly the new flex line was installed.

I was relieved that I didn't have to open up walls but also very angry also at American Brothers. I paid $685 to Atlas but well worth it because I didn't have to open up walls and so forth. And another $80 for drywall repair/paint

The following days I called Bo & Clint and told them what happen and expressed how angry at them I was and how careless & irresponsible they were for their actions. Bo response to me was maybe there was something wrong with their soapy water spray. I wasn't sure how to respond to that with either a laugh or anger. They had no problems suggesting me to open walls or put the blame on my HVAC tech. That's a big price to pay for faulty soapy water.

Clint supervisor Bo said that he would speak with his boss supposedly and try to remediate this and called me back and of course, never heard back from them again.

I am a realtor/property manager for one of the largest brokers in the US. They will never get my business and I will warn every realtor & property managers out there. Everyone should stay away from this company. Very careless & irresponsible !!! Writing to BBB next

These guys were great! They were ontime and handled my plumbing issues right away. We had to replace 30+ year old piping from house to street and these guys made it look super easy. They took care of the permit work and had the yard back together in 1 week. I'll definitely use their services again but I certainly hope I don't have too!! Thanks again guys! Stay Well

If I could give 10 stars, I would.

This morning, a guest who is staying at our home reached out bright and early to let me know that overnight, something had happened and that one of the toilets was backed up. I'm actually in California this week and won't be on the property (in Vegas) for a few more days, so I hopped to Yelp to scramble to try to find a plumber who was reliable and trustworthy. . . but also who could get out there quickly. I worked my way down the list, frantically reading reviews while calling around. One place didn't answer, another wasn't available until Monday.

But American Brothers picked up right away and the woman I spoke to was super helpful, professional, and got us in right away (I am AWFUL with names, so I am so sorry I am spacing here! Whatever her name is, she was LOVELY and I am grateful to her). We scheduled for 12-2, but after I spoke to the guests and learned they have a lunch reservation for 2:30, I called back, apologized for being a nuisance, and let her know that if the tech is running early at all, we'd appreciate it (but understand if not).

A few minutes later, I got a call back from David, the tech, to let me know he had a cancellation and could be there in 15 minutes. AMAZING.

David was in and out, took care of the problem beautifully, and happily took payment over the phone (since I'm currently out of state). It's rare that these kind of urgent home issues are pleasant to deal with, but David and the American Brothers team made sure this was as painless as possible. Oh, and their price was both competitive and VERY fair, especially given the level of service we received.

I do want to note: I read some of the one star reviews here and I can't help but think some folks just have no idea what actual professional contractors cost. You get what you pay for in life. Professional, licensed contractors don't work for free--- nor should they. You wouldn't expect your doctor to treat you for $12 an hour, so why would you expect folks who have spent years becoming masters of their trade, being licensed, bonded, and more to do that either? And unlike your doctor. . . American Brothers are happy to diagnose your problem without a charge. So, anyway, read those negative reviews with a grain of salt. I can only speak from my experience, of course, but it was fantastic and I am absolutely bringing these folks out the next time we inevitably have some other plumbing crisis pop up.

I'd put these guys up against anyone, these guys are the absolute BEST!!! I was in a terrible bind and all our toilets and tubs were backed up and we have family coming from out of town. I called spoke to a Very Sweet young lady Gabby,Requested Michael and were lucky enough he was able squeezed me at the last minute.. Mike is not only friendly and helpful hes thorough . Our Clean out was complete buried in the front yard, we had no idea. He never slowed down, and started to dig this area up and found it, and went straight to work. Oh did I tell you, i was 104 out yesterday. This guys is the best!!! We felt like family . He unclogged the line, tested all the fixtures, answered questions and never made us feel rushed. Was so grateful that they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. The team member sent to my home was very personable and wore shoe coverings and a mask throughout his visit. Being a high-risk household, I appreciated that immensely. The problem turned out to be a relatively easy fix and the price seemed decent. I reached out to a handful of companies and the estimate alone, to find out what the problem was, was going to cost me nearly $100 alone. Had a terrible experience with the plumber that came to my house from American Brothers . He was beyond rude to my 82 year old mother in law who was nice enough to meet him as I was moving that day.He had a bad attitude, he swore(cussed) at her and told her that he wouldn't repair one toilet and said that all my toilets were crap and had to be replaced.(I was planning on doing so but just wanted this upstairs toilet repaired as we were just moving in.) I talked to him over the phone and he refused to repair the toilet and said he was plumbing contractor at my house on a 3 day weekend!?I asked him to give me an estimate on the repairs if I provided all of the hardware and He told me he would not until I had all of the hardware and toilets laid out in front of him! I cannot recommend this company !

The technician David came to our home to replace what we thought was a bad faucet. I hadn't made it home yet, so he met with my wife. She said he was very professional and after doing an initial inspection, he concluded that we did not need to replace the faucet. He simply tightened the retractable hose on the end. Problem solved. We will definitely call on American Brothers Plumbing if we need any plumbing in the future!!!

We received a letter from the LVVWD saying we have an ongoing leak. I decided to contact some local plumbers to isolate the location of the problem. I reached out to American Brothers due to their amazing reviews on Yelp. Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. I thought twice before leaving this review. However, knowing how important reviews are to me when I'm making a decision on who to contact, I feel I must share my experience.

First, the good news. I sent a request via Yelp, received an email reply quickly followed by a phone call to confirm address and issue. I I was told it would be a free estimate, great! Jose came out the next morning and met with my husband. Within 5 minutes, he said we'd need to replace the main waterline from our house to the street. Cost would be $5500. My husband then asked if the pool could be the cause, so they went around the back of the house. Jose then told him the issue was the rear hosebibb and pool autofill. The cost to replace the valve and float would be $900.00.

This is where things took a turn. My husband thanked him for his time and told him we'll need to get a second opinion. Jose said he needed a $130.00 check. For what, the estimate is supposed to be free? Jose replied the estimate is free, my knowledge is not. I need $130.00 now. My husband stated we're not paying $130.00. The scheduler stated he was coming to provide a free estimate. If there was a cost it should have been stated at the beginning of the visit. Things got pretty heated. Eventually Jose left. This was extremely unprofessional behavior.

The capper happened the next day. We had a second opinion from a different plumbing company (Pipe Dreams). He said there is no leak at the hose bibb valve at all. We merely need to replace the pool overflow float. He suggested we buy the part at Leslie's for $16.00!

Miguel and Chris were great. Easy to work with and very professional. I highly recommend them. They provided me with the best option and the price was affordable. It beats going to Lowe's or Home Depot as they have most items needed for the job if not they will come back and make sure the job gets done.

We had a water leak in a bathroom that our handyman could not figure out. It was a minor leak, so it was not very visible and needed good plumbing experience.
I called American Brothers on Friday afternoon. They set up an appointment for the same day. By 4:30PM they were already there and gave me a quote which I approved over the phone. An hour later the work was all done. They replaced 2x valves under the sink and checked for leaks - none found. They left the bathroom clean and were also very friendly!
They are my plumber for all future needs - I would recommend them highly!

They came highly recommended by a family member who is a former plumber. He said they are the only company that he trusts. My toilet wouldn't stop running and needed everything inside the tank replaced. I could have done it myself, but didn't feel like it. I called at 1pm and Chris was at my door at 8am the next day. He explained everything he was doing and had the faulty parts replaced in less than 5 minutes. Toilet flushes great and no longer runs. I highly recommend their services.

I called American Brothers Plumbing to install a reverse osmosis under the sink. Everything seemed good. So, when my water heater needed to be replaced. I called them to install one I bought from Home Depot. The same plumber did both jobs. Our kitchen sink is in the corner (bad place). Because of the diamond cabinet in the corner. There is a large space between the cabinet and the wall. The interior of the cabinet was painted with water proofing paint. Because it help the sink. There was a leak between the cabinet wall and the house wall from the install of the reverse osmosis. Which was undetectable from inside the cabinet because of the paint. What made it worse. The only time we went in that cabinet was to change the water filters every 6 months. I noticed that the back wall of the cabinet was budging. I pushed on it and it was completely rotten. I removed the entire back wall of the cabinet and found the leak where the reverse osmosis connects to the valve. As of now, 3 cabinets need to be replaced because of water damage. I called them to let them know what I have found. They sent someone to take a look. He asked me if I had an invoice. I said no. Then the owner said, I don't believe we did the job. There is only 2 things I want to tell the owner.
1. You should take responsibility for your workers.
2. Or you have someone going around doing work under your name and putting up stickers with your name, logo and phone number on it.

To respond to your reply. Yes, one of American Brothers employees installed the reverse osmosis and water heater. To pretend that one of your employees could do this level of work is naïve on your part. Until you apologies for the work your employee did at my house. I have a lot of time I will post pictures of the work your employee did at my house by-monthly in every media I can reach potential customers. People need to know the work your company is capable of.

This was the second time we used them .The first plumber to come.our was Mike I myself did not meet him but my wife said he was on time and very professional and did a great job . When I tell you that Beau showed up and showed out, I am not lying! My tenants gave me great feedback about him. I had called American Brothers on an emergency repair ( although it was last minute), they still got me in. They were HONEST! We purchased two bathroom sink faucets and made the attempt to install ourselves. To our surprise, we needed certain tools to complete the job. I reached out on Yelp and American Brothers replied right away. I spoke with Brian and he was able to set up a free estimate the next day (Saturday). On Saturday, Anthony came out and gave us a fair quote and we decided to move forward with the project. Anthony completed all of the work and did a fantastic job.

I also was made aware that the company does other household projects too. We will definitely use them again for our future plumbing projects!

On September 15, 2022 my faucet would not turn on and I tried a few things including changing batteries in a sensor. Then my husband tried a few things and nothing worked. I decided to submit a request for a quote on yelp as the faucet wasn't working and I also need my dishwasher plumbing looked at. So after an hour I got a reply from American Brother's plumbing then a follow up phone call from Gabby scheduling my appointment. On the phone I asked if they would also be able to look at my dishwasher and she said yes as long as it's a plumbing issue and I told her I thought so but wanted it checked out to make sure. No matter what we have done we always get three estimates before determining who we will go with. So I also set up appointments with a few other companies. American Brother's was the first to show up and I told the guy what I thought was the issue. He looked around at things then a few minutes later took out the batterie box for the faucet sensor, and said I don't know what this is but once it's bypassed it works. My husband looked at me and we both instantly knew I had put the batteries in wrong. ‍. My husband said I knew we were gonna look like assholes if the batteries were put in wrong. The technician said doesn't matter I get paid either way, then replaced the batterie box my husband had put the batteries back in. I was so shocked by my mistake, his attitude and the fact that I had to pay. I know technically he fixed my faucet, but I never received a quote or was told anything from him other than he was charging me no matter what. I was charged $125 dollars minus a military discount of 12 dollars for him to be here for 5 minutes, no estimate, no quote, no checking out my dishwasher. Companies that do this are out purely for money and don't give two shits about their customers. When my husband called Gabby back she couldn't help us so he spoke to an office manager who said they would call the next day to refund another $12 since I was suppose to get $25 discount from using them off of Yelp, and my husband asked to speak to the owner and he was suppose to call Monday and that call never came. I wasn't expecting a full refund but I was expecting a call and 12 dollars back and they couldn't follow through on that. I am still on the hunt for a plumber to look at the plumbing on my dishwasher and a sink upstairs if anyone has any recommendations. I would prefer one who wanted to do what is right by potential customers and values my time and wants to make me happy.

Chris showed up after first calling letting me know he was about 15 minutes away. He arrived to give a free quote on two projects. Chris was professional and very helpful. After providing me with a quote on project one and a few options, he moved to the second project. What a plesant suprise! When was the last time a service man repaired the project on the spot and NO FEE? I just want to say that American Brothers Plumbing is awesome. They came and actually looked at what the problem is with my water heater. They touched it tested it and then offered a solution. Unlike the first company I called that wanted to shove a new tankless water heater down my throat.

Duffy came out and was able to fix our toilet we have had consistent issues with since moving into our home. He gave a couple of options but recommended the cheaper one explaining it works 9 times out of 10. He was able to fix the issue within less than a minute it seemed. A bit expensive, First the added Surge Charge / Construction fee total BS.
A total of over $ 402.80 which $195 was just to pull the toilet up and re set it BS
And then asking for a tip when charging. I totally despise any company asking for a tip and then on top of it suggesting how much to tip, a reason not to go back

I had NO problem with Chris the plumber. Charging a service fee is one thing for using a credit card since the Merchant charges you a small fee but you should inform the customer what the fee is for. NOT some BS Construction fee.
As far as the tip goes I don't need a machine telling me to tip and how much to tip. When I go out I always tip on the service I receive. This is definitely something that will make me NOT use any type of company that has this feature. Next time I will make sure that ALL pricing is UPFRONT including any type of service fee.

Needed a toilet leak fixed. Called the night before and they scheduled someone to come out the next morning. Chris came out and found some major issues that needed to be fixed. He did everything very professionally. Found out that we may need some major fixes in the house and he found what the beginning of the cause is. Will be using them to address this issue that was found very soon. Plus Chris a fellow veteran brother so that there is an automatic 5 star. But seriously, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber.

I had a plumbing issue in the kitchen.
I had 4 different plumbing companies that came to try to repair my plumbing problems.
All they did took my money and left me with bigger problems.
Even one company used super glue to seal the leaking pipes (sad, hard to believe but it is true).
I lost all faith in all plumbers that they claim that they are licensed but kept making my plumbing issue bigger.. I will honestly Say I ran out of tears wondering if there is any more honest people left in the world especially I know nothing about plumbing.
I was so nervous when I called American Brothers plumbing Company.
I was thinking this is going to be another nightmare.
Vincent snd Chris where professional, extremely confident , very reasonable in price and they really care about their clients.
They re extremely classy people.
Vincent and Chris fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes.
I wouldn't believe and couldn't believe.
They kept running every single test after they finish their work to prove to me that the problem
Is really resolved.
I will never use another company beside American Brothers plumbing company.
Especially Chris and Vincent.
Honestly this company is honest and aren't after making more money from clients by lying to their clients about plumbing issues that doesn't exist to just make more money.

This was our second time using American Brothers Plumbing. Both times Michael was our technician. Both times the work was OUTSTANDING. Despite difficult situations, Michael did some great work. American Brothers Plumbing contacted me quickly, I was able to set up an appointment with them the next day, I needed a kitchen sink installed. Duffy came out looked at what needed to be done and gave me a fair quote for the job, I was going from a two sink to a single one, also I have a water filter system that needed to be moved and drilled into the sink, overall excellent job by Duffy, I definitely recommend American Brothers.

So, I use home advisor to find a plumber to repair a toilet flange. To justify the one star, this company responded immediately and was able to send someone right away. Quinn arrived shortly after the initial contact and politely introduced himself. He was very friendly with our schnauzers.

I took him to the toilet with the problem. He stood there and stared at it. I said ok there it is if you can please give us an estimate. I went into the next room and listened to him flush my toilet about 10 times. I almost yelled to stop wasting my water. Then he asks when my husband will be here. So, I called the husband would said he was seconds away. More flushing, husband arrives. He explains that in order to give an estimate he needs to see the problem. And? The husband asks. Well, I'll have to charge you to remove the toilet. Then, this won't be a free estimate? Well, do we have any pictures of It? Omg, lol. He says it can cost any where from $285 to $800.00. At this point the husband has been studying this guy. He looks at him and says you have no idea what you're doing and invited him to leave.

I definitely would not recommend this company. Today we had the second plumber come from a different company. Now, this is how it should be done. Brothers could learn a lot. Please see all my reviews. It's terrible service. Never again.

I wanted a water softener installed at my house and thought it would be a good time to change out the water heater as well so I came to Yelp and started getting some estimates. I ultimately chose American Brothers. Matt came out and let me ask him a bunch of questions and gave me answers and options for what I could do. He actually came back out twice without charging me so I could show him something and ask some more questions. Didn't feel pressured and Matt was knowledgable so I asked them for a bid. I accepted the bid and I thought it was very resonable.

They got me on the schedule quickly and Matt showed up early and got to work. I was concerned about the time the water would be shut off because I care for my 90 yr old Mom but he only had it off for a relatively short time for having to intall a water heater and softener. I'm so glad I had them do it instead of trying myself 'cause right out the gate the water heater valve wouldn't open to drain the tank. That would of stopped me but Matt fiqured out how to drain it with little issues. While draining he had to run some new lines to the back yard for the softner. No issues. When he got the softner plumbed he fully ran through the initially start up which takes about 2 hours. I don't know how many plumbers would have done that but I really appreciated it because now I know how to program it if I need to.

Glad we changed the water heater 'cause it looked like it was starting to leak and since that water heater is inside the house with no drain Matt highly recommended a condensate pump and pan, which it didn't have before. Now I feel a lot better about the outcome after a leak or possible water heater failure. Things I wouldn't have known to ask about.

All and all very happy with the final product. Matt does good work, he's fast, friendly and just a good guy. He let me follow him around and look over his shoulder for most of the day with out getting annoyed. I used to work construction and I know how it feels to have someone watching you work and I don't know if I could have been so patient with myself. :)

I guess you could tell, I highly recommend them and now know that I have a plumber I can trust when I need one. Oh yeah and a shout out to Terri too for helping to get me scheduled.

It all started when we had a leak into a downstairs hall ceiling from my spa tub above it. It looked bad. Anthony diagnosed the problem as a worn out leaking motor for the tub. Soon all the hoses and the motor were replaced, and it worked perfectly. I knew the price was fair because this wasn't my first rodeo--or motor. While the team, including Miguel, was there, my husband decided that my shower ought to work, even though I had poured money into it and it had a tiny leak outside the door. Soon we were working with the boss, Miguel, who has lots of design ideas, and yet allowed me to pick the tile on the walls and the floor. I had already picked out Kohler faucets which we had them replace, and Miguel found the matching shower faucet. Francisco had to rebuild and improve the shower, and the finished product is perfect. The doors are 83 high and so heavy and smooth. The glass even repels spots! As you can see, we went from one needed project to another: including a new RO, kitchen sink faucet, disposal, Kitchen Aid cooktop, and filtration system with a new water softener. We had let things go because we could not trust anyone to be totally concerned and professional. After Anthony started work here, he was so diligent and yet always had a sense of humor no matter how tight the space or difficult the job. He did most of the work here, and I think we consider him our own private plumber!

Had this company send out a plumber for a gas line installation estimate for our outdoor BBQ. Showed up for the initial estimate appointment, booked us to come back and install it and then never showed up. Waste of my time. Also he was very aggressive with the sales on a filtration system for our tankless water heater. I did not appreciate that at all.

I cannot say enough about how amazing and professional this company is. Their main goal is excellence in customer service.
We initially came into contact with them a year ago when the faucet to our sink broke. They were there in only a few hours and suggested a better faucet with less complications. Although the other faucet was optional and more expensive, we went with it. The owner has one of these faucets because of how good it is. They did a great job and were on their way.
About a year later, yesterday to be specific, our faucet came apart and it was very strange. Nothing was broken. We could not turn it on because it leaked everywhere. We called them right away. Michael, one of their guys, came out shortly after the call and explained that it was likely a manufacturer's issue, and did his very best to fix it. Unfortunately, within a few short hours, the faucet stopped working again and was leaking. At this point, they immediately ordered a new faucet ( same brand and same kind but brand new) and came to install it in just a little over 12 hours. What happened to us was not normal with this type of faucet.
I am so impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of this company. Michael was very nice and also very professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and did a great job.
I would have no reservations recommending this company to anyone that wants great service and plumbing with reasonable prices. Best plumbing company we've ever dealt with. They are always friendly and always helpful and all about customer satisfaction.

Needed some help with a toilet. Not sure if it was leaking or not. It seemed to flush okay. Michael came out and we looked at it together. Everything seemed okay but the toilet was still clogged up. Woke up to find my horse corral and yard flooded from a leak near the outdoor faucet. After looking at some plumbers and reviews at Yelp, I decided on American Brothers. I called and easily made an arrangement for emergency service. I wasn't able to get an estimate due to the unique situation I had. But I said to myself, I just need to get this done. The plumber arrived quickly and got right to work. After digging the deep muddy hole, he discovered that a pvc pipe connection had never been glued. (A friend had done the installation.) The connection was cleaned, glued, and put back together. We waited a few minutes for it to dry and no more leak. After the water main was turned back on, all was back to normal. Yay! The plumber refilled the hole and misplaced dirt. My bill received the Yelp mention discount ($25) and a discount for my military service. He was able to accept my debit card. Nice price! Great service. Very happy! No stress at all. :D PS-- I was called by the office a few days later to check up on the repair. :)

I'm satisfied. I have tried a few other plumbers all outrageous pricing and never solved the problem, so who knows how much $$ I have wasted. Anyways, my tenants tub/toilet wouldn't drain. They snaked it for $310, found a bunch of flushable wipes, assured me there was no blockage from trees.. we watched them work. The technician was helpful. We also learned were the main was and a little more about plumbing to troubleshoot future problems. They also should up the same morning and the Technician called me before hand as I had asked them to do. So ya, I got the problem fixed quickly and the price wasn't too bad.

I was out of town on business. My wife called me and said our toilets were gargling and the water would rise to the top anytime you flush and water was backing up into the shower. I told her to call a plumber and tell them our main line is clogged which is why it was affecting ALL DRAINS, and that we need them to snake the main line. For those that don't know a snake is simply a tool in the shape of a metal garden hose on a spool they put it in the cap or drain and run it through until it punctures and clears the blockage. You can purchase this tool at any Home Depot for $49-$300 depending on the model you want. This company came out and quoted us $375 which came to $390 after tax for a snake.. not a single tool was used not a wrench not a screwdriver A LITERAL 10 minute job. I own multiple businesses and folks this is the absolute way to lose repeat lifetime customers by price gouging and ripping them off. You can make $375 off me one time in my life, or you can make a fair price will say $125 off me for the rest of my life as a repeat customer get your calculator out and do the Math tell me which one turns out more beneficial for your company. I called around for other quotes this morning after this company said this price is the industry standard for snaking, I didn't get a single quote for over $100 not one and every other company was also licensed bonded and insured. Call around these folks will rip you off with a genuine smile on their face. My favorite thing about these types of reviews is when the owner or management responds in the most passive aggressive way and tries to justify a snake job being $390 for 10 minutes worth of work. Making $390 in less than half an hour sounds pretty damn good I think we should all stop doing whatever it is we do in life and start a plumbing company. Mind you I will say the gentleman that came out was polite and did his job, I also value people who work in any type of professional trade we need these people in this world I'm blue collar as well. But price gouging is unacceptable, if the price quoted was any amount under $225 I wouldnt be here writing this review, there is nothing that can justify a snake job on a single family home costing just shy of $400.

I had American brother plumbing come out to give me an estimate for replacing my hot water heater. Another company had quoted me $2200.00 and they gave me a quote of 1375.00 so I went with American Brothers Plumbing. Their tech David was very professional he was running a little late. He called 30 minutes before our appointment to let us know. He was very professional. He did a great Job on the installation. No leaks and plenty of hot water. He took the old water heater and all the garbage with him. Thank you, for your great service.

If we can give them zero stars we would. Called them to repair a leak on the water main going into the house. Whoever showed up stayed and said he fixed it within 15 minutes. Hubby checked and found out that the pipe was still leaking. Plumber came back and accused my husband on pulling on the pipe (which he said he welded btw which is weird because the pipe is plastic and not metal). Took apart the pipes left and said he will be back. We are renting so they called the owner for payment. What is weird is that the person who was suppose to come back to fix the pipe is nowhere to be found! When hubby called back Cris answered and said they will not come back until we pay the $402 that they are charging. This is absolutely ridiculous because as i am writing this review we do not have water because they took apart the pipes and never came back! According to him they have a 5 day warranty and yet they refuse to come back to fix a problem that they did not resolve in the first place! If you are looking for a plumber please move on and find someone else. These people will leave you hanging, try to get paid for work they never did and are the rudest people ever! Zero customer service!

I would like to express my thanks to American Bro's. Plumbing Company. I used Yelp to find a plumber because we were having plumbing issues with the toilets not flushing and the drain backing up. One of the first to respond was ABP and they were able to give me a same day appointment within a few hours. I had several other quotes that asked for $150 just to come out. Our plumber was Anthony U. who was very kind and informative on what could have caused the issues and we went over pricing estimates.He fixed the problem and also gave me some recommendations for purchasing a new toilet. I really appreciate his knowledge, concern and kindness. I will use this company again and definitely will recommend them.

Matt was absolutely amazing! We had quite the disaster right before the holidays and having a house full of guests. We called and were able to get a same day appointment, not only was he on time but called to see if he could come early. After working for over an hour, all of our plumbing issues were fixed, bathrooms working, showers working and it was a huge relief. He was fun to work with had a great sense of humor, extremely professional, prepared and had everything ready to fix. Couldn't have asked for better service in every way possible. We needed a new hot water tank and this company was responsive and polite. We asked for a ballpark cost to replace a 50 gallon gas hot water tank. They said $1100. We received quotes from other companies for $1100-$1200. After they got there and finished they charged me $1620 for a cheap $550, 6 year hot water tank. An extra $520 for ? Seems like their pricing is excessive. I would not recommend due to high cost compared to other companies. I am a veteran and this was installed for my 81 year old Father. Added $92 for construction surcharge. Stop overcharging customers.

They came out very fast. Showed them what I need for my bathroom remodel. Everything was demolished out. All they had to do was install a wall mount toilet carriage and plumb it in. Again everything was opened to the studs and concrete was hammered out. Kid said he would have me an estimate within 24 hrs (all other companies giving estimates gave them to me on the spot), one week later no estimate.

No big deal at this point, but if the work is above your company's skill set just say so...no harm no foul

My guest bathroom faucet lost cold water recently. I figured I had some debris in the line since the faucet is nearly new and made an appt to get it cleaned out, as well as have a couple other things looked at which all turned out to be fine so that saved me money. Michael was my plumber and he was very friendly, professional, and wore shoe covers as my home is a no-shoe zone. It turns out the washer by the shut-off valve was the culprit even though it didn't have any debris in it (he replaced it with a washer without a screen). He lost cold water if he put the original back in, but Michael was a good trouble shooter to test that washer out. Now my faucet is up and running again before guests come to town. The price was about standard for an hour minimum with a local company. Note that there is a 6% surcharge that I didn't know about as I paid by check and looked at the emailed invoice later. I did ask the price before he started (a very close estimate) as I forgot when I booked the appt and no one in the office called back when I left a VM inquiring. I'll likely use American Brothers Plumbing in the future unless that surcharge really adds to the price on a big job. It was under $8 this time, hence the 5-star review.

I would not give them even one star ! This is the worst company ever ! The first plumber that came came 2 hours later from the initial appointment time. He came and told me that my water machine will break and I need to install a water softener device that will cost between $2200-3300 he didn't even know where is the water valve which was in front. I called the water company and they told me that I don't need any water softener and the machine will not break! Than I contact the company to tell them that I do t need water softer I talked in my house and they gave me $250 for installation. Today I was scheduled to have another plumber to service my moms place 8-10am I called at 10am Teri said he was initially scheduled 10-12 but she said she will contact him. I called again 3 times she answer finally because I called a different line and said that he is going to be there in 30-45m. After an hour and 15m I call again and they say now he is going to be 12-2pm and I was really mad. My mother is relying on water and he is older and in need and they just keep lying and now they said they don't want to do buisness with me anymore. Please Do NOT use them I have no idea why they have good reviews probably manipulation of the system.

I needed a gas line moved in my backyard, and have requested several quotes (through Yelp). Not only was American Brothers the most reasonable price (BY FAR), Mathew was absolutely outstanding. When he first came to provide an estimate, he didn't try to BS and tell me I needed a brand new line like 3/4 other companies before him did. He cut straight to the point and told me he'd find the most efficient and inexpensive way to achieve the result I needed. He showed up on time, communicated clearly, and when we hit a snag (gas line was buried like 3 feet deep instead of the 18 inches standard), he offered a creative solution that ended up working even better. I needed a PRV (pressure reducing valve) replaced and called several plumbers for quotes.After explaining my situation to Chris H from American Bros. The previous owner had a sticker on the water heater for American Brothers Plumbing. I'm glad he did. I've used them a few times now and always find them prompt and professional. Dave recently installed a new toilet and two bidets. I also called them shortly after we moved in when we thought the water heater was broken. Turns out a contractor doing work in the house had turned off the water and forgotten to turn it back on. We discovered that but Dave came out anyway and inspected the water heater and assured us it would not need any service for a while and didn't charge us for the call. That was the first time he came out. I was impressed with him so of course called American Brothers each time we needed a plumber after that.

I wrote a review earlier, but...long story (my Yelp account got screwed up somehow) - so one more time, just in case. This company was the 3rd one I called (all from Yelp), because my sewer line was backing up into my house and was starting to flood my bedroom. They were the only ones that could come right away - which they did - wasn't just lip service. The girl on the phone gave me a time frame and Michael, the plumber, showed up earlier than expected. Our problem was diagnosed fairly quickly, and in about an hour, the problem was resolved. I didn't think the price was unreasonable, all I know is that I was in a bad situation that wasn't going to get fixed without a professional, which Michael the plumber certainly was. He was professional, friendly and good-natured, and took care of the problem, without wasting time, and we appreciate that.

They are way over priced and refuse to negoitate/other companies are ONE QUARTER of their price and they also charge for an estimate/most others have free estimates.They Quoted me $500.00 for a 1 hour job of uninstalling a culligan filtration system and installing a SIMPLE ONE FILTER WATERDROP FILTER. OUTSTANDING PLUMBING COMPANY!! I cannot speak highly enough about this company and in particular Michael the service technician who solved the problem I was having that five other plumbing companies had tried to fix for me over the past three months!

They do not try to rip you off and they try their best to solve the problem at hand! They are very logical in their approach with extremely reasonable pricing.
My only regret is that I had not found them sooner but now I have them for life! We called American Brothers for a 2nd opinion. GLAD we did! Another local business came out did an inspection, snaked the drain and ran a video camera to find the cause of a clogged drain. Their report indicated a intrusion of roots. They provided an estimate to bust the foundation, replace the pipe, hydrojet the entire system, but no concrete or tile repair for $6781.00
We called American Brothers and their estimate for the same work, (but including replacing the disturbed concrete) was $4300.00. American Brothers came out on 4/28/22 to perform the approved $4300.00 job. Thank goodness they first wanted to verify our first company's inspection. They ran their camera down the drain, found the blockage... NOT roots! Found debris and paper. Used a snake and the obstruction was cleaned out. They hydrojetted the entire system to improve future performance.
Total paid $2800.00! Including reinstalling the water closet. They saved us almost $4000 and we didn't have to deal with the mess and expense of having the concrete and tile re-do.
They cleaned up and did a FANTASTIC job.

They said no problem and gave me an estimate of $2k. we set up a day for them to come out. the plumber came out for a half day, did 2 of the 6 projects correctly, charged $1.3k and left. I was given an appt the very next morning. Anthony came on time and politely offered to take his shoes off. He fixed a leaky spout, caulked around it and installed a hand held bidet sprayer all within minutes! He was very neat and even unclogged the drain without asking. It was Labor Day and My tenant woke up to a water heater that leaked out to all over the garage floor. I called a couple of plumbers that do water heaters and both said that they could come out for a free quote. I choose Amercan and they finished the water heater installation in a few hours. Great company to deal with. Super fast at communication and was able to send someone out within a few hours. The tech - David, who came was very nice and friendly. They wear booties without me asking them to, which is great (I don't know why many contractors don't have that courtesy and as mandatory thing when enter someone's house). And there's a small drip after David left, I was able to get ahold of him and he came right back in a few hours as well to check it out. They have a 90-day guarantee window as well so they stand by their work and will come back to fix things within 90-days after their first visit. The pricing is also VERY competitive and even better than my old plumber who I thought gives a great deal but apparently not anymore. We had some issues with our shower and a valve under the sink. My wife called the home warranty company and we were put in touch with American Brothers. My wife called them and they were very professional and courteous over the phone.

Clint was our plumber today. He was respectful and professional. He did the job in a timely manner. He estimated a half hour (after he got authorization from the warranty company). His estimation was just about perfect.

Clint also showed me the old parts and explained why they needed to be replaced.

Had Chris and his brother in this morning to replace 2 Moen bathroom sink faucets and pull ups. They each tackled a faucet, took out the old and put in the new. Done in an hour. Very pleasant and likeable. The work area was left just as they found it. Would never had known that there had been a job done there. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I had been holding off on replacing my 61/2 year old hot water heater. Had them look at it and again they gave me a fair price for materials and labor so I am having them replace it next Monday. So glad that I did some research and found American Brothers Plumbing. I will make sure to recommend them to my friends and neighbors. I live in a condo community with just under 500 units and they would be a great company to have on site for needed repairs.

I'm a satisfied customer!

I called ABP Tuesday afternoon for a leak I have been dealing with and spoke with Brian. I wasn't expecting a rush, but was happy when he told me that I would be seen between 8 - 10am the next day. Other than that, the call was straight forward and Brian was curteous on the phone.

Chris, the repairman, called at 8:30 the following morning and informed me he would be at my home in the next 30 minutes. I was happy for the heads up as most places just show up, so I was able to get some things done before he arrived.

Once Chris arrived it was straight to work. I showed him the leak I was dealing with and my two spigots that needed to be replaced. The leak was coming from the bypass valve connected to the water softner which was completely shot, so we breifly discussed the best way to set up the pipes so that I could eventually put in a new water softner at a later point in time.

Chris new exactly what I wanted and got right to work removing the old piping and fitting in new piping with a shut off valve since I could only shut off my water from the street. He attached Flex Pipes with an adapter so that the In line could be attached directly to the Out line, since I was not reconnecting the old water softner. This was ideal in our initial conversion as I had mentioned earlier in my post so that I could install a new water softner at a later point in time without the hassel of running additional copper piping.

Once that was done, Chris knocked out replacing the spigots and even extended one of them out from the exterior wall a little, so that there would be no issues if I needed to replace it again in the future.

I may be a bit biased as I am a veteran and so is Chris, but he was professional, timely and patient when explaining everything to me. Chris even went above and beyond by checking my water heater and letting me know how old it is and when my warranty would end.

If you want the best, look no further.

American Brothers replaced the first water heater because the owner didn't know who to call. I contacted them, left a message and within 10 minutes received a call back. He evaluated the heater, told the owner and I what was wrong and, with the owner's approval, went straight to work. Even after answering my 50 million questions, he was completely done in about 3 hours!

Almost 8 months later, we moved into our own home only to have the water heater in it go out. Our home warranty company and some of American Brother's competitors gave us a run around for nearly 10 hours. We made 1 call to American Brothers (after 4 pm!) and they were at our home within an hour. They replaced the old water heater, cleaned up all the mess from the old one and didn't charge us for the after hours call for far less than anyone else....AND THEY DID IT WITHIN 2 HOURS OF ARRIVAL!!!

I will not call anyone else....ever again. And I will not recommend anyone but American Brothers!

Woke up to a wet floor and water seeping from the wall the water heater was installed. Heater was old and corroded, but couldn't initially detect if it was in fact the water heater or perhaps a pipe in the wall. Michael and his trainee took the time to investigate and we deemed the water heater as the culprit. (I took out part of the bad dry wall and he looked around.) He could have slapped a water heater in and and bid me a good day, but went the extra mile to ensure the problem was fixed.

We had american brother's come to replace our garbage disposal due to a leak. They sent over Michael who knocked out the job like he does it in his sleep. Talked to them late Tuesday afternoon, rejected an appointment window from 10:00 AM to noon on Weds. because I had to be somewhere at noon, accepted the alternative of 2:00 - 4:00 PM Weds. I had a shower pan that cracked bad and my foot went through it.. So I called on three different companies to give me quotes through Home Depot. I chose American Brother's because they had the lowest estimate and they were the only ones that could fix the problem themselves without having to hire someone else to do the tile or to do the glass. They were very good at communicating and they were also very prompt. Fernando and his brother who I felt bad I can't remember his name, came out and did the majority of the work. They did an outstanding job and I was very happy with them except for one minor problem.

We had 2 other plumping companies come out before, but Anthony was the only one to actually dig deeper into the issue, take the water line we were having issues with off, and fix one little part that seems to have been causing the whole issue. He saved us so much time and money when no one else bothered to try and insisted on an entire replacement instead.

I found these guys from a review by a neighbor and then noticed their high reviews on here. I've got a highly rated plumber already but wanted to try someone new. They had a super quick response on Yelp to my initial inquiry and then Brian was great setting up an appt on the phone. Michael arrived in just a couple hours and gave me a fair price. I want to believe that this company is better than the service I received. I am giving two stars because it was easy to set up an appointment for a free consultation and Dave was really nice, however they didn't fix anything or actually give a consultation.

I had an emergency the morning they came out so I was able to still let them in but stayed on the phone with Dave the entire time. He was flexible and understanding and instantly knew what the issue was within minutes. He probably spent less than 3 minutes on property before walking out.

They told me what to do, which was to pour water down the pipes and it would fix my problem. I set up an appointment for a free consultation so I figured since they didn't do anything, and I had to do it myself, there was no charge. Then when they told me there was a service charge, I told them let's get it handled over through a secure portal because, I, like most people, do not feel comfortable giving credit card information through the phone or like to pay vendors with Zelle (because I understand knowledge is also valuable.)

They were pretty understanding but then I also asked if the smell came back, what would happen. They said they would come back but that doesn't make sense to do the service myself and then call them if it doesn't work. I just wanted to wait it to actually be fixed before payment. I think that's reasonable. So I wanted to wait to just make sure and they called me wanting payment for a service they never provided.

They seemed super nice but this whole thing was frustrating. If they were to give me a quote on how much it would cost; then perform the service after I am okay with the price, I would be more than happy to pay them for their time. However, they did not do anything, nor anything of the sort and I feel wronged.

I really hope other people's experience is better than mine. I like to support small businesses but this wasn't okay with me at all.

I try to see things from both sides and understand this could have been avoided with minor communication improvements but it left a sour taste in my mouth for the company and although I hope they continue to do well, I'll never recommend them to anyone in Vegas.

PS. I want to add, they were nice enough to say good luck once they heard me out and I did not end up paying them. So I believe they understood where I was coming from, but I'm not sure if it was genuine or sarcastic? I want to give FULL disclosure so that you can make your own judgement.

Just moved into our house and already had plumbing issues. I called ABP and when Clint arrived he was courteous and professional. I explained that my toilets wouldn't flush and the shower wasn't draining. I told him that another plumber wanted to charge $2741 to replace a piece if pipe that had collapsed. He said that they could beat that price and called Beau t bring the camera to the house. Shortly thereafter when the ran the camera through the pipe in the front yard he said that the lines where clear and that only a piece of the pipe had to be replaced and he explained why. They quoted half of the other guys price. I said yes, and the got to work right away. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Im leaving a one star review because i was quoted $4-600 for a install which was along the same as other company prices obviously the price was better and the company has good reviews and a good amount of reviews ...i trusted them to give me a accurate quote over the phone and they said if i did not have a loop it would be on the higher side of 600...tech come out and was not very reassuring with how he answered any of my questions...a-lot of i think and idk if i can get it to work with the cold water probably ... i was not comfortable with the way he answered my questions he then said it would be 950 for the install because its a-lot of work...from 600 to 950 was a big difference. I told him what i was quoted and He left and said he was going to talk to his dispatch...i called the company back expressing my concern and after talking to them they said he was one of the good plumbers and that he's done a-lot of good jobs with no complaints i decided fine ill get it done and trust the company and what they Were saying...so i asked them to have him come back to do the install...as i have very limited time and i only stayed a extra day just to get the water softener installed and i didn't want to bother getting a diff company ... turns out they were not able to get him back ...my appointment was 8-10am and he showed up right on time at 8am. And by the time i was done on the phone it was 830 and no longer could do the install...very disappointing and very frustrating as i could've been with my family. Instead i wasted a whole day for nothing. I wish i had better things to say but unfortunately my experience was nothing but frustration and disappointment at least i know they are punctual.

Chris came out on April 14th to estimate plumbing work required for 2 bathroom remodel . He was a nice enough guy and took time to discuss the project. A week later , no estimate so I called and the receptionist said she would like them know . 2 weeks later I called again and receptionist said the same thing.

If you didn't want the job, you should have just said so and not wasted my time. Typical Vegas flaky .

We called this company before we ordered our new sink the gentleman came out and gave us an estimate. He was very nice and professional. We ordered our sink but it was delayed, we called and told him it would be delayed and asked if maybe he could get it for us. He said I'll check and get back to you. didn't hear back from them, when the sink finally came in we called and left a message that we had the sink and all the parts and were ready for them to come out. We waited a whole week. and still have not heard from them. Needless to say we called someone else they came out the next day and they were even less expensive! Very disappointed especially since all the reviews were so good about this Co. I could understand if the job wasn't big enough for them but at least extend us the courtesy of a phone call!

We had a cracked pipe and needed to get it repaired quick.
I had asked for a quote and they came with no added charge just to give me an estimate.

Jose was really nice and honest. He told me information I didn't even know about.. actually he told me very important information I needed to know about. I told him my situation, about finding quotes around town and he told me to make sure the other people tell me what really needs to be done.

As I got quotes from other companies, I'm happy I went with American bro's.
They are quick to respond, and got the job done fast! He made sure I was aware of what he was doing, and just gave us overall advice to avoid the clogging. He also told us how to unclog it in the future!
I'm glad in terms of price too that he wasn't trying to overcharge us too!

As for our sink pipes, he reconstructed it to where it's slightly elevated for the water to naturally fall down the drain.

American Brothers is a very reliable and hospitable plumbing company. They sent their plumber to my property pretty quick after my request. Anthony V. made a diagnosis right away when he looked at the leaking problem while a previous plumber could not figure it out for an hour and a half and left us with an big hole in our stucco wall with the water continuing to drip after our showers.
Anthony V fixed that leak and we no longer have to deal with the leaking problem. Everything is now dry. Wow, we are very happy with his job.
He is very nice, kind and friendly and one of the best and most competent plumbers in this town. Also their price is very reasonable.

My 1st error was to not get more than one estimate from the start.
My slab leak repair was examined, quote of 3k plus, out of laziness, we accepted. Terri calls me Monday afternoon to schedule trenching of my driveway on Tuesday am, with Plumbing to be done on Wednesday. Great! I tell Teri I will take the day off from work for the Plumbing. All set.
Tuesday after work, still nothing. NO CALL NO SHOW. I call Teri around 330pm. She knows nothing about the status of the trenching. She did say uh, I thought it was done. If you can't manage to dig a trench on Your schedule, do I really want you touching my Plumbing?!?
Worse part is, from 330pm to 5pm no call back to let me know what she found out. Now I have to get more quotes after work because I was lazy. my bad.
2 stars cuz the young man who came to the house was awesome.

Having a plumbing issue is never fun for anyone. I had a main line clog that prevented our family from using the water in the house. If you've been here before you know how urgent getting it fixed is. So I turned to yelp! Sent out several quote requests. Most places didn't have anyone available till 2-4 days out! Which in my mind I think anything past that same day is just not reasonable. These guys came to the rescue! Set up and Dispatch was fast. Spoke with them and 2 & 1/2 hours later Chris was here! He was friendly, knew what he was doing and got er done. The Price quote was upheld with no hidden fees. Chris could have chosen a resolution path that would have cost a lot more but was honest and said we don't need to do that after investing more. Integrity and honesty like most others are important to me. Plus they gave me $25 off! Super happy overall! Definitely would recommend and I'm saving their number.

I had a water service line leak and I called a few companies asking for free estimates. The first company that came out initially quoted me $1800 and would eventually discount 10% so approx. $1600. According to the tech, the work would take the entire day and that was the reason why for the high estimate. The next company that came out was American Brothers Co. Matt the technician quoted me almost $1000 less with a one year warranty. Matt came out the next day and repaired the leak within a few hours and not the entire day. After he fixed the leak, he called me because there was so much erosion caused by the leaking pipe that there was a gap or empty space which I'm sure could've been a safety hazard. He was able to fill the gap with dirt which he had on hand and did not charge me for it. I'm sure the first company would've charged me extra for using his dirt. Matt went above and beyond is definitely an ASSET to the company. It's always difficult to find people that are honest and have integrity. American Brothers Co. you have a customer for life and I will make it a point to refer all plumbing needs to YOU!

A+ company with A+ communication & service.

I am so happy to have found my new go to plumbing company. I sent a few emails out on Yelp trying to get a price quote for putting in a kitchen faucet to replace my old one.

Most companies were within $25 of each other. So it came down to reputation, communication, and timely service.

My past go to plumber that I've had for years (and have never had an issue with) quoted me at the highest price of all of the quotes I received. No big deal really, but I felt that maybe the last couple of jobs, he had overcharged me a bit and so this confirmed it.

In comes a quote from American Brothers Plumbing Company. Miguel quickly responded to my email request for a quote. When I called to confirm the price over the phone, he was direct and assured me of a quick time to get the job done the very same day. Perfect! I got a 2 hr window of when to expect David. David came to my house faster than expected.

We don't wear shoes in our house, and David didn't mind that I asked for him to wear shoe covers. Seriously, that alone is such a big deal to me. He cared that I cared about our floors. So many service people dislike wearing them, so I expect pushback, but for David to mention that it was definitely ok, made me feel a lot more comfortable with choosing this company.

David definitely knows what he's doing. It was the fastest plumbing job I've ever had done actually. He found the issue, explained it to me, and got to work super fast. Fast, efficient, friendly, and communication was great. He even cleaned up the area, and saved the parts that I may need in the future. American Brothers Plumbing Company definitely has a great employee.

Called American Brothers in a total panic - hosting a bunch of friends on a Friday afternoon, and suddenly all of the sinks, showers and toilets stopped up all at once. Gabby in the office worked to call around to their technicians and see if someone could come out right away. Dave was able to come out within an hour and completely saved the day. And for a very reasonable price, definitely less than I thought it would be.

Sadly, our hot water heater sprung a leak. American Brothers said they could send their plumber out within 1 1/2 hours after our call, and he would contact us on his way, and he did. The very friendly and obviously knowledgeable, Michael.....gave us the bad news that the hot water heater was no longer serviceable, and we would need a replacement. He quickly got the new replacement and the whole job (in a horribly hot garage) was done in about an hour or so.
Another company had told us they would call back with a time to service us, another could not see us for a day, and etc.
I liked the name of this company and I am so happy that we did contact them. Michael was obviously very knowledgeable, but he was also so cheery and friendly. It was really nice.

We were very satisfied with the level of customer service we received from this company. We are real estate investors needing a repair in our personal residence. My husband recently had back surgery and couldn't lay on his back to do the repair on our kitchen sink. They came out on a weekend (after our usual plumbing companies on call tech basically gave us every excuse to not come out, they have lost a customer). They saw we had a Delta faucet and instead of trying to sell us a new faucet they contacted Delta and had a free replacement sent. They came back out and installed the replacement as soon as it came in. We were able to continue to use our hot water side while we waited.

They were prompt, professional, competitive and didn't try to up sale. We will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

These guys are wonderful! We needed a bathtub fixture replaced, a hose spicier replaced outside and had them install a new hot water line and install an outdoor shower to rinse off after the pool. They came out right away, did a free estimate, scheduled the job within a few days. This post should have gone out earlier but..anyway - they are great! Had a water pipe leak in the kitchen wall. Beau & Mike were out on a job and came over right after (7p). Apparently this heater went out with a bang. I had some clogged filters and a stuck heater valve. They immediately answered my calls over the weekend, sent me information, and Josh addressed all of the issues, which they could have easily blown off. 6 months ago I noticed a leak in my bathroom. The water turn off valve was too close to the wall. I called American Brothers Plumbing. They came out and replaced the pipe and valve. They also replace the toilet.
I had to call again due to the toilet leaking. Responded a few hours later. Turned out the tank just needed to be tightened down. No charge.
This company is veteran owned and the employees are veterans. I'm glad I found them I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

We called American Brothers again when we had a hot water leak. As before, they make everything too easy--arrived on time for every appointment, called a few minutes before arrival to give us a heads up, and answered our numerous questions with patience and honesty. David assisted us this time around, and he did such a great job from start to finish. He kept our home tidy with minimal drywall disturbance and walked us through all the possible options. He never tried to upsell us on anything, which we greatly appreciated. He also communicated with us throughout the process, so we knew exactly what he was doing and why. No surprises.

Also, we were pleasantly surprised that they could come out so quickly during the holidays. We had anticipated having to wait until after the Christmas weekend at least, but they fixed us up within just a couple of days. Pricing was also reasonable.

We plan on giving them a call for a new water softener soon, and of course, we will ring again if we ever have another plumbing problem.

My bathroom sink started having a mysterious pool of water under the sink. I did not see any leaks, and the schedule varied for water to appear. I called several plumbers and told what I observed, but could not identify the source of the leak. American Brother's Plumbing came out by 11 a.m. the morning I called. Mike the plumber came dressed appropriately with a mask and shoe covers. He looked at the sink, told me what was wrong. He had the parts to repair in his truck, so I cancelled the other plumbers and had him repair the leak at a very fair price. I am glad that I called American Brother's Plumbing and Mike came out so quickly.

I had a back up in my shower and black stuff was coming out of my drain, I researched lots of plumbers and decided on the company. I am so happy with my decision, the price was very fair and lower than most, and they were on time even though I wasn't home for my appointment because we were having a baby, they rescheduled and came out the next day, Chris was our Plummer and explained why we were having this issue and how we can fix and prevent it in the future. My water heater died a couple of weeks ago and I called American Bro's. Teri answered the phone and was very professional, calming and helpful (me out of my mind with water going everywhere), she was able to send Michael out that day which was a huge miracle. Michael arrived within hours of the call, got the water off and began draining the old water heater. This saved me so much money because of the damage the water could of caused. I wasn't sure how long I would be out of water because I wanted to upgrade to a tankless unit, but Michael ordered the new heater and said he would return first thing the next day. Sure enough, he had the old heater removed and the tankless on installed an running within hours. I can not express how completely amazing these guys are, they are professional, courteous and do what they say they will do. So lucky we got Mathew Theis as our plumber! He is the epitome of professionalism and kindness. Even though it's late afternoon on a Friday, Mathew took his time doing what he needed to do to resolve the problem expertly. He, also, took the time to explain to my dad what the cause was and what he did to fix it.

My dad is so impressed with Mathew, he said American Brothers Plumbing now is the first and only company he'll call whenever he has a plumbing issue. Another layer of awesomeness is it appears the company is very patriotic. My dad and both my brothers served in the military as young men.

Dave, our technician was great! He fixed our tankless water heater. We had a broken valve that needed to be replaced. Dave came out to give us a free estimate and repaired it the same day. We used American Brothers Plumbing for our water softener after a bad experience with another company. Our brand new softener was leaking like crazy. Our former plumber didn't even reply to us, so we contacted ABP from a recommendation from a family friend. They were prompt to reply and they had availability to swing by on short notice. We met Chris who was great at communicating his arrival. Turned out, our softener was shot and we had to get another new one. Chris was able to schedule an appointment with us the following day to help us install a new softener and take out the broken one. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained things to us. and of course was charged an extra 150 , (which he tried to raise to 180) to replace the hot/cold water pipes, because the gasket' was missing on the old ones...

Highly recommend American Brothers plumbing!!! We moved last month and hired a handyman to fix all problems. Worst mistake ever. Our brand new dishwasher was installed incorrectly and other plumbing problems were made worse. My mother told me to call Michael @American Brothers, she said that he was awesome. Great company to work with. Michael was great having installed a water heater and fixed a leaking toilet at my rental property. He even previously helped me install my bidet and fixed the toilet handle. Dave was great he came by and gave us a quote on replacing the cartridge in the showers. When I called back to have them installed he was there the next day and took care of it quickly. We then needed the valves for the toilets replaced I text him and he was out the next day and replaced them all. He works quick and is very pleasant to deal with. So grateful that Miguel and Chris came to our rescue today, when our home owner warranty company was just dragging their heels on getting our water heater fixed. Some things are just worth paying a contractor/servicer directly, without a middle man calling the shots. They arrived within the hour of my call, gave me a fair quote, and stuck to it. Miguel and Chris replaced our 3 yr old AO Smith with a REAL water heater (Ruud) that they had right on their truck, as well as correcting some mistakes done by a prior contractor. They do quality work, they do not cut corners, and they do not use sub-par materials. Going directly to American Brothers for this job makes me feel that our home is better protected and I won't have to worry about equipment failure or flooding!! I won't call anyone else for our plumbing needs!

The crew were extremely helpful and understanding as our entire sewer line system failed and needed to be overhauled. They worked diligently to keep the house as clean as possible while trying to get the work done that needed to be done even after complications arose. Don't contact a handyman to do a plumber's job!! We had a handyman spend 8 hours on a tub spout and still couldn't fix it, however this company not only fixed it, it took him less than 15 minutes. Anthony from American Brother's plumbing is not only knowledgeable, but he is fair, timely and professional. They gave us a 8-10am window, they were here a few minutes after 8am( that's unheard of these days!) If you need ANY type of plumbing work, do yourself a favor, save yourself some time, money and a headache! I highly recommend this company. I will only be calling these guys for any future plumbing needs!

One of those after hours emergency where our 100 # dog ran into the out door faucet and water was everywhere. The owner recently moved into our neighborhood so I gave them a call. Chris did an awesome job with replacing the plumbing under our kitchen sink. My husband put in a new drain but because the previous installation (done by another outfit) was very crooked, it leaked in several areas, and he was unable to figure out what needed to be done. I recently had a tenant move in to one of my properties and there was an issue with hot water not running on a roman tub in a 3 story home. I had Allstate Plumbing come out. They diagnosed the issue as the cartridge. After charging me, they told me they could not fix the issue without cutting and ruining the tub. I had to fight to get my money back. Very unpleasant experience. The next day I reached out on Yelp to see if any plumbers could lift the tub instead of cutting it to fix the cartridge. David with American Brothers came out the same day and diagnosed the issue as the thermostatic mixing valve, not the cartridge. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there was a bit of a wait time for the part to be ordered/delivered and my tenant was anxious to use the tub. David showed up this morning, fixed the issue, and my tenant is so happy. The issue was fixed WITHOUT cutting or lifting the tub. I will definitely use this company again as they are experienced, have plumbing knowledge, didn't lie or try to swindle me, and did great work. I recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!

What can I say when you are looking for a reliable and honest plumbing company I wouldnt call anyone else but Mike and his team. They fix things the correct way and don't charge you an arm and a leg. As someone who served 30 years active duty, I was told this company was very supportive of veterans as well as all their customers. A few years ago, I had a water heater go out in my rental property. I called American Brothers, and they sent a technician named Clay. He was excellent in explaining and installing the water heater, single-handedly, and then checked around my house, at my request, for any other issues. Less than a year ago, I had a shower clog that would not go away. Again, I called and a tech named David came out. He also was a superb tech, quickly fixing the clog, and also draining my hot water tank. Then, this past Saturday, I had a leaking issue with one of my toilets. I called, and fortunately, Gabby answered and said she would try to resolve my issue as quickly as possible, even though no one was available that day. We were so happy as she was able to get David to come out and found the problem, then checked my other toilet valves. This was a lifesaver as I dreaded the thought of no running water for the weekend. Everyone associated with this company has come through when I needed help, and at a very reasonable price. Three out of three times with excellent service I consider a strong record and a definite recommendation.

I have used American Brothers several times over the years with both urgent and routine plumbing needs. I have never been less than completely satisfied. They are typically able to get someone out to my house same day for urgent needs and within 2 business days for routine matters. Their prices are as good as or better than most competitors. Recently, I had an issue with my shower faucet and I got several estimates as the first plumber quoted me nearly $1000 for the repairs. American Brothers quoted the same service for less than half the price and was able to complete it within a day. Very happy.

I walked into my kitchen on Sunday and found a lake that was taking over the kitchen and going into the living room (On my new carpeting!). On a recommendation from a friend, I called American Brothers and was I glad that I did. Even though it was a Sunday they had a plumber respond quickly. He assessed the damage and gave me options on the repair. He arranged for another company to come in and dismantle the kitchen cabinets etc. All the workers were prompt, polite, efficient and knowledgable. A special shout out to Chris who coordinated everything and was a pleasure to work with. After having great difficulties with another plumber i used it was a great experience to work with American Brothers. I can see why my friend recommended them to me and I'm happy to recommend them to you!

I had the same experience as others have about being told the incorrect cause of my problem. In my opinion, American Brothers Plumbing take advantage of people with problems. Be sure and ask the hourly rate before they do any work. I was charged over $200.00 an hour and told that I needed to replace the supply line from the street to the house and it would cost $8,000.00. I refused the diagnosis and it turned out to be a leaky shut-off valve. But I forgot to ask what the hourly charge was and I ended up paying $800.00 for 4 hours of work. When I was told I would be charged a total of $800.00, I saw that their truck said they give 10% discount to Veterans and Seniors. Somehow after he said he'd give me the discount, the bill still ended up at $800.00. All it took to do my repair was to cut the copper line and add a new valve ($20) and solder the line again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBING COMPANY AND IF YOU DO, YOU'VE BEEN WARMED

I had a good experience with American Brothers Plumbing. Although I wasn't able to afford everything I initially was interested in, I found their pricing to be reasonable (unlike another company that seemed to be trying to really be taking advantage).
As a small business owner myself, I feel that sometimes it's good business in the long run to work with your customers, and not get too greedy. It's great to see another company that seems to operate that way. Chris did a good job and I really appreciate that he discussed and gave advice on things other than what I hired him for. I'll start with them next time I need a plumber.

This was the best experience that I had today. He arrived by 10:am Tuesday I had called the day before I need an estimate on a leak I had going on our outside . They instantly responded to our service call for a massive leak in the reverse osmosis system under our sink (on Christmas Eve Eve no less) and had a technician out the next morning right at 8:00am (on Christmas Eve!). Chris was quick to diagnose the problem, acquire the necessary parts, and fix our leak. Not only that, they charged a fair price for the work and were able to expeditiously complete the repair. American Brothers legitimately saved our Christmas, and that says something in 2020. I had a leak in my kitchen a few weeks ago. I went to YELP to search for a plumber. I was lucky enough to find AMERICAN BROTHERS PLUMBING. I called and got someone on the phone and they were able to send someone that day. She gave me a window of two hours and Michael called before the start of the 2 hour window and said he was on his way! He arrived early and was able to fix my leak at a reasonable cost.

Then about 2 weeks later I had no hot water. Michael was again came out and saw that the pilot light was out but could not be lit. He suggested I contact the manufacturer because it would still be under warranty. They were able to send me the parts for free and Michael came back and fixed it. Once again he called before the 2 hour window and arrived early, fixed the water heater and everything was back to normal.

Michael is knowledgeable, dependable and friendly. Thank you Michael for doing a great job! Highly recommend this company!

It was one of the several Yelp recommendations. Chris show up on appointed time. He diagnosed my water heater problem and I appreciated his no non-sense attitude. Very professional, not a pressure sale and only good advice. Two hours later, I have a new Rudd heater and the old unit was hauled away. The price was reasonable and Chris has everything in his work van. They accept AMEX for payment.

American Brothers Plumbing will come back in about 12 month for the first free inspection. I'd recommend ABP and will consider them for our major bathroom remodeling project in the future.
