I have used AAA About Plumbing for both emergency work and standard repairs and have been very pleased. Greg provides excellent service and very fair pricing. He's honest about what needs done and gives good estimates on how long it will take. I told him I hoped I wouldn't see him again, but if I need a plumber, he's the guy I'm going to call.

I called Bopp Plumbing to repair my non heating water heater. They came out within an hour of my phone call. They quickly assessed that it wasn't my water heater after all, but it was the power to my water heater that was the problem. They did not charge for the visit and were very courteous. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and promptness.

I called Petzold construction with a late night sewer problem. They were at my house within the hour. They found the problem immediately and had my pipes flowing again. They are fast, reliable, and very professional. I recommend Petzold construction to anyone who has a problem they need fixed now.

Jeremy came and fix our kitchen sink and downstairs leak and issue in our shower. What a great man. Professional, on time and did a great job! If you have plumbing issues I highly recommend their services.

We moved to another house with a shower that hammered every time the hot water was turned on. Three plumbers looked at the shower but couldn't fix the problem. We paid them to install a new shower head and an expansion tank but neither fixed the hammering in the pipes. Scott Crawford took the handle off and found a broken valve. He installed a new valve and the shower works perfectly. Highly recommend Scott and Crawford Plumbing.

Plumbing Masters is the best! I've used them for several years now. I never have to feel weird about having the guys in the house if I'm home alone (they are very professional) or worry about somebody trying to talk me into unnecessary work or charges. In fact, they have helped me save money several times. I use them for HVAC work as well, and once they even fixed my washer. :) Highly recommend.

Today was my lucky day! Instead of replacing my microwave/ oven at great expense$$$, Dave installed a new fuse and all is working beautifully. He arrived on time, was familiar with this Whirlpool model, quick to diagnose, and very neat with his workspace. He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable worker who has my 5 star approval! Many thanks, Dave!

I couldn't have been happier with the service I received.
I needed a gas line moved during a DIY kitchen remodel. I called them a little early in the process, and they gave me the sound advice to have the cabinets in place and the range on hand so that they wouldn't have to redo the work if I told them to relocate the line and it ended up being slightly off from where I needed it.
In the end they ended up saving me multiple service appointments. They also worked within my build schedule so that everything was done when I needed it to be.
Overall, I found them to be very courteous and professional and they've definitely earned my business should I need plumbing work in the future. I'd also have no problem recommending them to anyone I know.

Ron's Plumbing installed a new toilet and sink in my half-bath. Extremely happy with their work. Very pleasant to work with and showed up on time. Cleaned everything up before leaving. And their prices are very reasonable too. Would absolutely recommend them.

Concerning the lady angered by us blocking the alley. We do apologize for having to block the alley for a short bit with our equipment. When using high pressure hoses we need to be in direct eye contact with one another in case something should blow. You came down the alley from the other end more than 3/4 the way instead of going 1/4 the other way? We were setting up, we did not set the cones out when we seen you coming that was just the place we were at in the process We did have flashers on our truck on.. I do apologize for having to be there and be servicing one of your neighbors homes. It is our job to do house calls. Again so we are clear, The equipment we were setting up required us to be in the alley to perform our job. We are sorry you drove down 3/4 of a block to confront us about blocking the alley and already had the machine partially set up. Your daughter was in the car with you and the constant use of the F word and finger gestures by you makes my comment of calling you a Meathead seem very small in comparison.
Folks, I nor any one in my company wishes to cause anyone inconvenience. As you can clearly see this woman was very angry. Mind you she was not the only one from this block do act this way. A man from the other side of the alley , two houses from the opposite end came all the way (we were two houses from the corner) to our end and demanded we move.He then commenced with 15 minutes of he knows the alderman, His landlord is a cop etc. He even pretended to photograph us.all along shouting that he was going to have us arrested? We explained to him we were performing a service and had a right to block the alley whilst doing so. Had we parked any other way we would have been blocking a garage. Which so happens that homeowner came to use his garage wile we were doing the job so we were in the clear with that gentleman. In closing we are sorry we have to block an occasional drive or alley way. We mean no harm. We are just trying to do our job. If you have any questions regrading this please call 314-832-0900

Mike and his crew is top notch! Within 18 hours of my water heater dying, he not only assessed the problem, but ordered the new tank, installed it with the greatest professionalism and he should have charged more...the fix and forget it way he performs his vocations is the best I've ever seen. A+++ across the board. Thanks Mike

I hired Turney to replace a broken sewer line located 75 feet from the house. Jenny quoted $1500 - $2500, depending upon whether 10 feet of sewer pipe needed to be replaced or 75 feet needed to be replaced. The job was finished in one day with 20 feet of replaced pipe and a bill for $2,670. The main drain was still clogged with standing water, when Jim finished the job. I can only assume that all the work that James Turney Heating, Plumbing and Electrical does is performed in such an unethical manner as this. Unfortunately, we will have to look elsewhere for future repair services.
