Riden Plumbing has been my go to plumber for over 20yrs. The customer service is over the top. Dan Riden has personally stopped by on his way home or on the weekend to help me out. They stand by their service and the warranties for the products they install.

Jess Harding came out and repaired my furnace, the same day I called, at a very fair price. He showed me the problem, had the necessary part on his truck and installed quickly. He was professional and very friendly at the same time. He came highly recommended by a trusted friend and now I must do the same.

Does amazing work. Saved me from cutting a hole in the ceiling and hundreds of dollars in the process.

Way undercut al other estimates and delivered excellent service!! All repairs have lasted almost a year and I continue to have no problems!!
I was referred to Witter Plumbing and Electric from a family. I required a number of upgrades to a home I was purchasing. The seller had several estimates for repairs and gave me funds in closing for repairs. Witter took the estimates and inspection report and said his parts and labor charges would be much lower. He was right. He saved me over $1000 in which I was able to add to my down payment!
Repairs included:
-A repair of the electrical box which had portion that was melted. *This had to be fixed before I could move in.
-An upgrade in toilet and plumbing from a small and ancient midtown toilet to an adult sized one.
-Fixed a leaking and damaged pipe.
-Safeguarded an exposed live wiring on a newly installed water heater. ( missed in inspection)
-Installed wiring to a fan to remove hot air from the attic installed by roofers.
-Upgraded old and faulty shower fixtures.

Follow-up review. After continuing service with them another four years we finally got the news we were anticipating for awhile. The central heating and air conditioning units that were in the house when we moved in before out 22 yr. old daughter was born were headed for replacement. Cheaper to do both at once and today was the day.
Cha-ching. That kind of equipment and installation is pricey. You know that, I know that.
Guys arrive at 7:30 a.m., are out of the house by 4:30 p.m. (my wife even made lunch for them) and everything installed including a walk-through to show us the new gear, and... wow, immediately, the heater is running less, running quieter, better moisture in the air. We're more comfortable, win-win. We are really happy. Installation looks like a million bucks and we are set for a long time now. Amazing how this company continues to really impress us.
Sure, go ahead and use Yelp to review that espresso shop for the 500th time. Never know when that might be critical, but a business like this and less than a handful off reviews? That's just sad. Take a good look at this one. These folks kill it with superior service.

I made an appointment to have my bathroom sink unclogged. Every plumber in town has that initial fee however, with a glance at my sink, no tools, ect. a pricing list was presented at a total cost of 300 dollars. So what did i do, showed him the door and called the company. They claimed the operator neglected to tell me the fee would be 300 dollars. Must have been an oversight seeing I was told about the 89 dollar fee. A rip off. I know you have to pay for the time they spend to fix a sink and any materials but this was a pure rip. I don't seem to be the only one. Buyer beware!!

I had a really positive experience with Snake'n'Rooter. I had started replacing the cartridge on a leaky mixer valve in our upstairs bathroom on a Saturday afternoon and couldn't get it disassembled. I asked for quotes through Yelp on a Sunday afternoon and Ryan gave me a prompt reply and hourly quote. I decided to go with Snake'n'Rooter and had a phone call (as promised) the next morning to let me know the tech would be at my house by 9:30. The technician was very professional, answered my questions, had the repair finished in under an hour and we haven't had a problem since then. Next time we have a repair or project I'll be giving them a call as they've earned my business.

We have rental property and have used many plumbers before. We had spirit replace a water heater in one of our units. While installing the water heater, the installer knocked loose a connection which resulted in a leak in the line. We called him and he promised to fix it. Meanwhile leak continues and now mold is growing. Called four times and he promised to show. Our renter took off work to be there each time. No show. Now he won't answer our calls and we have had it. We even offered to pay him to fix his own mistake. Again, no show. Will have to take him to court to fix this. So frustrating.

Unfortunately I trusted them, and that ended up costing me thousands of dollars and days of stress.
I did a home inspection with them. Their employee told me it would cost $X to fix an issue. He said he doesn't know exactly the cause so X is an upper limit (it was high). I asked him specifically, very explicitly, if X is just an estimate or if that's definitely the highest cost it would be, and he made it very clear that X is going to be the maximum I would have to pay to get it fixed.
So I went ahead and bought the house. The next day, the owner came and looked at the issue and told me it's actually going to be much much more expensive, perhaps 3-4 times the original price. This is not small money, not a few hundreds of dollars, so this was very upsetting to hear. I bought the house with the understanding that it will only cost X, not 3 or 4X to get it livable. I have my phone calls with the employee recorded where he clearly promised X is the maximum it will cost.
Rick, the owner, did not honour his employee's guarantee. I understand it was not the owner's fault, the employee should not have promised me something he could not deliver, but that kind of mistake should be the responsibility of the company, I should not be the one paying for their error. A professional would own up to his employee's mistake, Rick instead chose the path of yelling at me, hanging up the phone on me, threatening me, essentially doing anything to prove to me how unprofessional and unreliable his company is.
The good news is that I did find a great trustworthy nice plumber a few days later, who was much more honest and pleasant to deal with. So thank you for that Rick :)

I woke up without hot water on February 8th and realized my water heater wasn't working. I called 4 or 5 local plumbing businesses. Each one either didn't answer, didn't respond to my message until the next week, or wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to show up. A friend recommended True Blue. I called, left a message and 10 minutes later the owner, Devin York, called me back. I told him my problem and within a couple of hours, he had one of his guys at my place. The guy was professional, explained everything and was quick. I paid a very reasonable amount for labor. The new water heater (Rheem) was supplied and saved me more time and headache because I didn't have to run around town trying to find one. I would HIGHLY recommend True Blue Plumbing due to their great customer service, quality of work and professionalism!

Earl is my go-to plumber. He has installed a water heater, a toilet and shut-offs for my laundry, replumbed my kitchen and snaked out the drains, always reasonably priced and with a smile (and even sometimes a song--he has a great voice).

Razor Rooter only charged me $120 for a job Roto Rooter wanted to charge me $379 for. They were fast, courteous, professional and they got the job done right. I will definitely be using them again.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service Lloyd provided over the holiday weekend. Our AC had shut down in the 90 degree weather and we really needed it repaired. He showed up as soon as he finished his previous service call, he was friendly, did not hesitate to explain everything he was doing, and got us up and running quickly. We also appreciated the fact that he was honest about the problem and didn't pad his fee trying to sell us parts we didn't need. He didn't even charge extra for it being a holiday weekend and a Sunday. We definitely will call Lloyd again for any HVAC or plumbing problems that may arise.

Our rental property had a gray water system with a leach line that quit accepting water. My renters, with six children, weren't able to use their kitchen sink or washing machine. I considered that a fairly urgent matter but didn't feel like people at A-1 acknowledged that based on the delays. My first issue with A-1 was with the first scheduler. She told me A-1 would be at our rental property the next day within a two-hour period. I waited at the rental for the two hours with nobody showing up and my time running out, so I called again. The next scheduler seemed confused why I was asking what happened to my tech. She told me they didn't give windows of time and that my tech was not on his way. Due to that perplexing miscommunication and other scheduling commitments, I had to reschedule the tech for the next day. The next morning, I got a call telling me the tech didn't work on that day. So, on the third day, we finally connected. The tech told me to expect the quote within 24 hours. By 48 hours, I finally got the quote only after I sent a reminder. I accepted the offer swiftly, but was told the work couldn't be done for another 2-3 weeks. Our very gracious renters told me they could limp by while doing dishes in the bathtub and laundry at the mat, so we paid half the price of the quote ($1900) and waited. A day before the scheduled work, A-1 called to once again postpone, this time due to a piece of digging equipment being down. I was also informed by them that some of the work would be done by another department and there would be a separate digging fee, probably another few hundred, that was not included in the quote. At that time I was a few days out from the work being done and $1900 in, so I felt like I had no choice but to wait and to pay the extra. On the day of the repair, I showed up to pay the extra, which ended up being for the pumping of our septic tank (where they were running all the plumbing lines into) and more like $900. The workers seemed knowledgeable and were so nice, and I can't fault them for the issues I have had with others. A week or so later, we realized A-1 had taken the full $3800 after completion of the work instead of the $1900 half we owed. We called and were told it would be fixed the next day, a Saturday. We waited several days into the next week, thinking the bank transaction would take a few business days. Then we waited a few more days, but nothing was reimbursed. So we had to call again to get someone to refund that extra money. In all the craziness I am still not sure if we ever paid for digging. I just hope we are done with them and the work is as good as it seems to be.

Every person I've dealt with has been courteous and knowledgeable. They've been able to answer every question I could think of, and with a friendly disposition to boot. Good people, decent pricing. I've recommended them before, and will do so again.

The business is posted twice with slightly different names, but it's still the same crooked business.
Jay no longer works the field, he only handles the business side, leaving his less than reputable wife, and her mentally challenged son to destroy anything left of the reputation that Jays pluming had.
I hired them to replace my main water line, they were running average of all the bids. They guaranteed that I would be satisfied with their service and were very professional.... That's a lie!!!
One of the crew propped open the truck door and urinated in my driveway! I have a 15 year old girl that lives across the street and several girls behind us! Let alone, it was in my driveway!!!
Their best employee was bidding out work on my house, for off the clock extra work. Their manager, Jays step son, threw his trash out in my yard, and when I said something his response was it'll get buried when we fill the hole! Not the point!
They filled the gap where the new line comes into the house with window caulking instead of seam sealer or plumbers putty, they didn't reconnect my ground rod to my electrical panel and left me with deplorable excavating! My meter well is 6-8 inches below grade and I had a super high hump in my yard because they didn't finish!
Then Jays wife came to my house and demanded to be paid! Hey finish the job first! Let alone they broke the law and didn't seed the raw dirt that law required!
Stay away from them!
This is a terrible company
They go through employees like drill bits because they pay them or they short them. An employee can put a lien on your house to collect payment.
